The subject issue happened on today morning 9.50. Ksrtc bus registration number is ka09f 5062. Spot is courters stop ramnagaram, opposite jilla panchayath, ramnagar. Bus stopped the place and dropped many customers. While i m entering after waited 1 minute conductor informed that not possible to pick up why because ticket charge will be from bidadi. I informed that i m ready to pay extra charges also. Then he explained that from bidadi checking is already over not possible to issue ticket. This refusal from conductor wasted my precious five minutes. I have informed him that i will complaint also. Kindly take necessary steps in this regards. These type of things will negatively affect the reputation of great ksrtc

    ವಾಪಸ್ ಬರುವಾಗ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಅನೇಕ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಇಳಿಯುವಾಗ ಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ಮುಂದೆ ಕುಳಿತು ಚಾಲಕ ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತ, ಇಳಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನವೇ ಕೊಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಚಾಲಕ ಸಹ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಗಮನಿಸದೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಇಳಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಚಲಿಸಿ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕಣ್ಣಾರೆ ಕಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

    I request KSRTC aithorities to instruct ksrtc conductors to watch the passangers while they are getting down from the bus instead of sitting in front and chat with drivers.

      Hi,
      Tried to book ticket from Gonikoppa to Bengaluru on 4th sep 2019 through UPI through 'https://ksrtc.in/' portal. Money(1062 rupees) got deducted but, seat was not booked. Got transaction failure voucher too.
      Did wait for 7days for refund, but didnt happen.

      Emailed about this to '[protected]@ksrtc.org' but no response.
      Neither they pick the call (Phone # [protected] and [protected])

        Hello,

        The bus number ka-09f-5113 travelling from hassan to bangalore almost hit us when the driver tried to overtake us in a very narrow road. Travelling with family and we were scared for our safety looking at the way he was driving.
        Being a public transportation vehicle these drivers need to be more careful since they drive so frequently. It was one of the scariest experience of our lives. Please take necessary action.

          Primarily i tried to call every customer care number, none of these get connected. Few are not valied itself. Its should be the primary concern of the customer care. The bus numbered ka06-f1164 baddihalli is inconvenient. The main reason for this is negligence of conductor towards his work for which he is paid for, he dint even tell the bus number so that i could not complain. Many people are suffering because of him. It has become a problem for the people of that place. I kindly request you to take action on this matter else the people may have bad impression on the whole ksrtc. I hope my request will be much obliged.

            I departed from angamaly on 15th sep 2019 to bangalore in ka 57 f 1722 ksrtc. Due to some technical reasons i reached bangalore by 11am, since i was intended to reach at least by 7am. I had to take leave for a day and could not get off to office. I was in leave and i had to join by monday but that day also i had to take leave because of this late arrival. It was not a safe travel and felt scared while drving thorought wayanad churan. It was an inconvenient trip. Kindly take into consideration. It was a special bus with 1, 600 rate since i had to join by monday somehow i took the bus. But that was wrong, i could have taken by tuesday it was a need to reach bangalore by monday morning. Kindly do actions.

              Sir / madam

              Volvo bus services from mangalore to manipal and vice versa are not well maintained.

              All the buses have water leakage through air conditioning ports which makes all the seats wet and unable to use.
              If complained to the incharge, they say they have repaired it.
              It becomes really difficult as students and patients going to manipal have to stand during the whole journey in a speeding bus.

              Please look into these matter asap.

                I gotten in to the bus numbered
                Ka.19 f.3182 which is subrahmanya-mangalore express at alankar,,, my ticket amount was 60 rupees and i gave 200 rupees and waiting for the change. The conductor gave 40 rupees back and went to front of bus and seated the empty seat... I thought of ask the rest 100 rupees later and i asked when i reached uppinangady... But the behaviour of the conductor was completely different, at first he started opposing and ended with yelling at me.. I was very sure about the money i paid and i didn’t had any proof to prove it (As no one will keep) even the conductor he made me liar infront of all passengers. It was the most shameful moment for me, i just asked which i deserve, instead i faced humiliation. I request the relative officer please teach the conductors behave well with passengers and not to allow such things to happen anyone’s life. Because we travel not to get insulted and infact it was my right to ask my money back. Unfortunately i didn’t even get to know his name.
                I hope the conductor will face the result for this. Please take an action so others will learn.

                  My wife is a dialysis patient. Wife and me travelling in your airavet bus which started from ernakulam at 7 pm. There was block in trichur side. I told your bus driver that my wife want to go to urinal. But he told that he can't stop bus. It will take one hour to reach at kozhikode bus stand. So please do needful.                   Respected Sir /madam I Request You The Conductors Not Allowed Students Pass In Express it's not special vehicle or interstate ordinary express In Tumkur Bus Stand Please take action And We Ask The Dipo Menager He was Not Answering So Take Strict Action and give solutions

                  There are no sufficient buses from bangarpet to Kgf since the last one month.most o[censored]s travel from Bangalore to bangarpet and then from bangarpet to Kgf by bus.No buses between 9:00 to 10:00...hence not able to reach in time.no conductor in buses..so further delay

                    PNR - J78254022 journey date 02-sep-2019, trip code 2115HAOBNG, Bus number 1113, Org Kottigehar to Desn Benagaluru. dept time 23:00.

                    As route was closed, bus has taken Balehonoor - Aldur - Chikmaglore route. But i was not notified about route change . I receive msg at 7.30 PM saying dept point is kottigehara at 111:00 PM and when i reach there I do not see any bus operating. Later called conductor who asked me to come to aldur to get picked. which was quite far and could't make it in 10 mins of time from kottigehara as it minimum takes 45 mins. I don't get to travel. My ticket is not cancelled. My money is not refunded.
                    I want refund.

                      The payment was debited but booking was not completed.
                      I had book again as there was no ticket in my 'booked history' of account section.

                      I have been sending emails to [protected]@ksrtc.org but did not receive any response. Usually they respond but this is quite a delay this time.

                        Bus no ka57f356, from thirunallar to banglore is actually have to come at 22:00hrs to neyveli. But it is not following it's time and comes by more than one hour late. This effect my office time and made me shame at my boss and my colleagues. 2 times i was forced to put leave because of your poor service. This is my worst experience in ksrtc and this is about 5th time it was happen to me. Please ksrtc take my complaint as priority and take action on the point put young drivers to this service. So that we can thankful to you

                          I had made booking on ksrtc system on 22nd august 2019. The transaction failed twice and the money was deducted at both instances (Approx inr 3800). I have written to the ksrtc team for refund of the money last week, but they have not acknowledged the email. [ob number - ob[protected]Transaction 1) and ob[protected]Transaction 2)]

                            Above mentioned vehicle no conductor on date 09th september 2019 time 2:35 pm has not given stop, at davanagere bye pass. I requested him before while starting the journey at chitradurga even after requesting he gave more than unwanted stops to others he didn't gave me the stop. So please take an action against him. So i kindly request you to take action on this issue.
                            I too lodge fir against him.

                              On 09.09.2019 i was travelling from k s r t c bus kolhapur to surpur bus no. Ka 23 f 943 on 10.00 am. I was travelling from kolhapur to hatkanangale. The bus ticet is rs.30/- i gave rs.30/- to the conductor & get the ticket. But afterwords one another passenger getting ticket & conductor returns her rs.10/- note which was torn. The conductor arguing with me saying the torn note was given by me. He is talking with no respect. He said don't travel by bus again. He has no rights to talk such an disrespectful manner. Few months earlier the same conductor arguing for loose notes. Please take note of this. Please revert me back about action taken against said bus conductor.

                                I have non stop ksrtc bus pass which iam paying more than an ordinary bus pass...

                                Keeping this in mind i'm writing this complaint.
                                As there was lot of space where around 10 to 15 passengers could have fitted in that bus..

                                Conductor intimated driver that not to stop.

                                We people what should we do. We have lot of commitments. We need to travel daily to bangalore for our work. If these guys don't stop the bus what we should do..???
                                This is a question to ksrtc who have issued express pass taking lot of money...

                                  Rajahamsa executive bus bangalore sirsi route with no f-1228 is worst, dirty smell, not clean, bedbugs n cockroaches are there. Same bus since yrs. Kindly rectify issues... It's high tym bus has to be changed...

                                  Already asked many tyms. People are not travelling free. Fare is increased during weekends. Why can't u provide gud buses???

                                  During rainy seasons one can't even travel in this buses..

                                  Think bus is not washed for years.

                                  Stop eating people s money providing worst service.

                                    Respected ksrtc authority,
                                    Iam a women who works from ernakulam, i request to the authority of ksrtc there are only a minimum number of buses available from aluva town to keezhmadu (Aluva). Itz a circular bus there are no bus to travel from aluva to keezhmad after 9.00 clki there are so many persons who are suffering like this many are reaching at aluva bustand after 9.30, itz very hard to get to home. Women's are suffering a lot of problems due to this non availability of buses from aluva to keezhmadu. A humble rqst to the government please take it as a serious issue and further make solutions for this big problem. Thankyou!

                                      I have booked bus ticket in ksrtc.in from sagara to banglore.
                                      Money has been deducted
                                      But ticekt was not booked.
                                      Its been 1 hour and i did not get any refund of amount.
                                      When i checked in website for ticket en query by entering my mobile number it is saying there is no ticket booked.
                                      The upi of address where amount got credited is [protected]@axisbank.

                                        When we were tried to travel from shimoga to tarikere on 3rd september which included one senior citizen and a lady passenger around 8:45 pm at shivamogga bus stand. Conducter of bus number ka 17 f 1681 which was going from shimoga-mysore was very rude and was allowing only long route passengers to sit and made us to get down from the bus giving silly reasons with rude and bad language. We also made a complaint at bus stand enquiry wing but nobody showed a responsible reaction towards him. We were very much disappointed from carelessness, never expected such a bad language and behaviour from ksrtc staff so called public servents. Please do take action.
