When we were tried to travel from shimoga to tarikere on 3rd september which included one senior citizen and a lady passenger around 8:45 pm at shivamogga bus stand. Conducter of bus number ka 17 f 1681 which was going from shimoga-mysore was very rude and was allowing only long route passengers to sit and made us to get down from the bus giving silly reasons with rude and bad language. My 8pm bus (Karnataka sarege) reserved from karwar to bangaluru dated: 03-sep-2019 did not arrive at its pick-up point as scheduled.

Its ironical, this bus karwar-mysuru arrived at 8:05 pm which i an travelling right now being the only bus i could see at the stop i have boarded and i am in it right now.

1. Importantly pls note, i have never received either sms or call alert...

I was waiting for subramanya bus at padil (Mangaluru) bus stand.
Between 3.30 pm to 4.15 pm on 3rd september 2019.

However the bus passed around 3.45-3.50 pm without stopping at the above mentioned bus stop even i signaled to driver by hand. The driver just looked at me and ignored me. I’m really disappointed for the bus service as i was waiting for the subramanya bus....

I experienced rash driving in ksrtc karnataka bus en-route to mangalore from kasaragod. The rash driving was seen entire route, which was at its peak from kasaragod to kumbala. Vehicle no: ka 19f 3404, time 10:15 (From kasaragod). I got into the bus from kasaragod and then it waited for almost 5 mins in new bus stand kasaragod. On 2nd September 2019 bus number KA 57 F 1637 was extremely rash and dangerous he was literally threatening people on the road by driving rashly. He almost banged us from the back and side twice. This happened at 5 10 pm on Sriperumbudur high road towards chennai. I managed to get a pic of the bus when he stopped at the toll as it was impossible when he was driving. The hotel where the bus stops for lunch is an horrible location, with the worst service ever. Takes more than 30 mins to even take the order. And cannot eat completely because of the time delay in serving. Request the concerned officials to immediately do the needful and change the location for lunch with immediate effect. Very very poor conditions of washroom as well....

I am a female passenger travelling today morning 4.55 am (2/9/2019) on ksrtc bus no:kl-15 7388 from kulathupuzha to palayam.. Unfortunately the conductor of above mentioned bus is behaving rude.. And not giving balance amount.. Because of that i am not able to step out from bus where is my exact destination.. Had tickets for an adult and two children for travelling to mysore on august 31, 2019 evening. The supervisor at the platform insisted that we have to travel only in the bus that was about to leave the seats being available dispersed, the driver was asking one child to sit in the back, one in the seat next to the engine in the front and with the parent somewhere in the middle. She had e-ticket in mobile which is the forward message from my mobile, as i have booked the ticket. She had valid identity card as proof.
As ticket is in message which is forwarded by other mobile, conductor insisted for printed ticket,...

Try to booked the ticket for bangalore to konandor, on 30.08.2019 amount of rs.431/- amount has been deducted from account but ticket is not booked.

I'm punekar travelling from ksrtc karwar-thane bus, the driver named mahantesh (Don't know his full name) was very rude and doesn't know how to behave with ladies, he was very arrogant. Taking misuse of civil uniform is not tolerable request you to please take serious action on such people, waiting for a quick reply from government side. Thanks in advance....

I tried book bus ticket from bangalore to kolhapur for two times but for both the times money got debited and didn't show any status, when i checked with the ob reference number then i got to know that the booking is failed.
I want my money refund
Very poor response from ksrtc helpline. No id or refund id generated.
How will the users get to know whether the ticket gets confirmed or not, just after the money got deducted...

The bus driver for bus ka09f4819 started the bus while i was getting down. I was about to fall. He didn't even stop the bus after that. This is not the first time. I was there in bus driven my the same driver several times. Every time he does the same thing. He is always in such a hurry.

The bus i took was going from cbs to infosys in mysuru.

Please take appropriate action against him....

I am mrs. Renee furtado, a regular traveller to and fro, between honavar and mangalore. The only buses that are available to take us to our destination are long distance buses such as to gajendragad, guddur, gadag, raichur, bagalkot, ilkal, guladgud etc.
