I am traveling in ksrtc mysore to ballari bus since 3 years, below are the issues that we are having now a days:
1. Bus is not in good condition
2. Luggage carrier is small
3. Bus reaches late to the destination when compared to the timings mentioned in the website
4. Curtains are not in good condition
5. Window handles are broken and are too dirty
6. During rainey season seats will not be in good condition, seats will be wet and will get bad smell
7. No blankets are provided

        Sir, i was booked a one way ticket from bangalore to chennai journey on 30.8.19 through my sbi debit card on 28.8.19 for rs.621/- vide pnr no. J78634418. By mistake the bank people sent amount twice to you transport. Kindly refund the same as at earlier. Online booking done by me on 28.8.19 vided txn. Password :7794. Kindly refund excess (Twice the ticket amount of rs.621+621) amount sent to your organization from sbi, iihr, hesaragatta branch, bangalore - 560 089. Also i inform you i am a regular passenger of ksrtc for past 3 years i. E. From 2016 to till date.

          I'm punekar travelling from ksrtc karwar-thane bus, the driver named mahantesh (Don't know his full name) was very rude and doesn't know how to behave with ladies, he was very arrogant. Taking misuse of civil uniform is not tolerable request you to please take serious action on such people, waiting for a quick reply from government side. Thanks in advance.

          This is Really disappointing to see that KSRTC is not even concerned of women safety it's been a week since I posted this complaint and no action from Government side...shame on such Government

          Have also seen him charge extra and illegally on luggage without issuing ticket for the same, when asked for ticket he was shouting on that passenger

            I tried book bus ticket from bangalore to kolhapur for two times but for both the times money got debited and didn't show any status, when i checked with the ob reference number then i got to know that the booking is failed.
            I want my money refund
            Very poor response from ksrtc helpline. No id or refund id generated.
            How will the users get to know whether the ticket gets confirmed or not, just after the money got deducted their website redirected to the homepage and sent one mail to my email with ob reference, the user has to manually check the status
            The ob reference numbers are ob38928782 for 1236 rs and ob38928442 for 796 rs

              The bus driver for bus ka09f4819 started the bus while i was getting down. I was about to fall. He didn't even stop the bus after that. This is not the first time. I was there in bus driven my the same driver several times. Every time he does the same thing. He is always in such a hurry.

              The bus i took was going from cbs to infosys in mysuru.

              Please take appropriate action against him.

                Dear sir/madam

                I am mrs. Renee furtado, a regular traveller to and fro, between honavar and mangalore. The only buses that are available to take us to our destination are long distance buses such as to gajendragad, guddur, gadag, raichur, bagalkot, ilkal, guladgud etc.
                Being a regular traveller i normally take buses between 5.30 to 7.30 from mangalore to reach honavar by 12.00 midnight. However every sunday i face this problem. The minute i enter these buses, the conductor either says there is no seat (Even if there are) or say that they are reserved or we travellers from bhatkal,, honavar or kumta should take other buses. They even say directly you can get down, we are going to take lot of time to reach etc. So many times i, a single female traveller have been made to get down from moving buses, just because i am a short distance traveller.

                But what happened on sunday, august 25th, 2019 around 5.30 pm, was a little way beyond. There was some competitive exam, so there was a special bus arranged from mangalore to hubli - kushtagi. I got into the bus, the conductor politely told me to get down as it is a direct bus with no stop, i agreed got down and tried getting into the next bus which was waiting. It was a bus going to bagalkot, the conductor said it is full and not leaving immediately. I went to the enquiry counter and he showed me the guddur bus, no. Ka 19, f3371, the moment i entered, the bus conductor asked me which place am i going to, i answered honavar, he yelled at me saying, we are going to be late, we are going to stop at udupi, and for dinner again, then you all irritate us that it is going to be late, so please dont come. I ignored him and got into the bus. He issued tickets to everyone and left me out and in a few minutes sent me out of the bus saying cant you hear the announcement that there are other buses for honavar kumta. I got down aand went into the next bus going to gadag. The conductor despite of so many seats being available said that there is no place for me and 5 others travelling to kumta (Speaking hindi & malayalam). I got down very irritated and went to the enquiry counter. There i asked for help and the staff told me it is my right to sit wherever i want and travel. But when i explained to him about guddur conductors beheaviour in front of the same conductor, he again yelled and spoke rudely.
                However as per the staff direction, i went and sat in the gadag bus and then travelled safely.

                I am a person who prefers ksrtc buses because i am comfortable, but again and again, repeatedly, along with other passengers, we travelling to kumta are made to get down and move from bus to bus. So this is my request
                - is it possible to introduce new buses for us short distance travellers or
                What remedy can you suggest so that we are not harassed by the conductors. Who prefer long distance travellers.

                  Today while travelling from hosanagar to sivamogga by bus numberka 40f 1442 ticket number054416 isuued on26/8/19 time 08:34:21 to senior citizen document number626 for rs.45/- i paid 105/- he dis not pay the change. Said he don't have 50/ note. And wrote 60/- due on back of ticket. After riponpet he paid back 160/- who gave him rs.200/- he had some 50 notes in his hand i demanded my change but he refused. He did not enquire change due if any at destination. Which clearly shows he will pocket the change not claimed. I appeal to the management and vigilance officer of the corporation to initiate investigation and avoid such looting by the conductors of the corporation. Incidentally the bus has the saying by dvg.in kannada meaning "ensure that the water you use for cooking your food is the swat of your labour and not the weep drops of others what a contrast.

                  i am student of tumkurunivercity department of studies and research in commerce i have student pass from madhugiri to tumkur in some government busses they dont allow our pass without ID card if IDcard dont issued in college i show my reciept to conductor but also he dont allow my pass he told me to take ticket what can I do

                    When us 2 ladies were travelling via a mangalore-mysore route ksrtc sarige bus at 7:30am, 26th august, 2019, there were only 3-4 seats available and seeing the ladies reservation seats, we asked the male occupants to kindly shift to those free seats and let us occupy our reserved seats. The three men just sat in the reserved ladies seats shamelessly and ladies were just standing throughout the bus ride. They denied us 2 ladies from occupying those seats. When we asked the conductor to intervene, the conductor also refused to say anything to them and said "adjust". We have proof via a video recording of the conductor denying us our rights to reserved ladies seats, the original ticket and photos.
                    Kindly tell us why ksrtc has even printed 25% seats as "women's" seat if there is no value to those words. Deeply disappointed. Attached video of conductor, photos of all the ladies standing and the reservation printed on the side of the bus.

                      I have been travelling from kalaburagi to aland for over 2 years now and never have i ever got a seat. Nobody seems to follow 25% reservation for ladies. Conductors are rude and of no use. Women stand in the bus while men sit on the reserved seats. It is pathetic as the women are not always in the best of health. People put handkerchief from the windows on the seats as a "reservation' and those who squeeze their way through the crowd of people just have to stand waiting for the 'intellectuals" who had brains enough to put their handkerchief because apparently that's all that is required to secure a seat in a govt. Vehicle.

                        Bus stand : channapatna.
                        Some o[censored]s who got down from krstc bus to use toilet. The person who collects money was harrassing with bad words uncultured man. He is doing roudism. He has big stick in his hand.
                        Why do you people encourage such kind of man. Many small kids were around and got scared by his actions and his rowdies. We are paying for nature's call in karnataka is it really going for government. Are women and children safe to use toilets with these kind of people around. And he has big stick in his hand and he was about to hit someone.

                          Conductor very rude behaviour with female and intentionally giving long journey passenger seat.. When a respected seat passenger drop for nature call... Driver and co-driver supporting conductor.. And saying short route passengerto get down from bus.. My question is we short route passenger what to do by these bus staff rude and harsh behaviour.. Long rout bus is meant only for long journey passenger means plz change board.. And don't make public too face embedding..
                          I request you to do imidiate action on these conductor.. So the girls and public face these

                            Bus number ka 32 f 2180. On 23/8/2019 in the early morning 3.00 am driver and conduter didn't allow us to travel from hyderabad to sadasivpet even though we have stop at sadasivpet. The bus is traveling from hyderabad to gulbarga. Driver says we go from sadasivpet bypass. There are 18 passengers to travel to sadasivpet. Driver spokes in the bad manner and conducter says i am new to this route in the same way public are facing so much problem while coming to our town, i rang the call to depot but numbers not working. So please kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and i hope next time any public to suffer

                              Please give us stop in belavathahalli near arsikere... Because the students and workers have to go arsikere.
                              The teachers are also going to belvathahalli from arsikere. If we ask for request stop conductor behave rudely this is very inconvenience for all o[censored]s..
                              If they look if there is students standing they don't stop.
                              Please oblige us.

                                Every driver are eligible but try to induct capable drivers for this route (Mysore - chennai) and not the very experienced, who applies the break a mile away and who wants to speak continuously to keep himself awake disturbing atleast 3rows behind driver seat. Doesn't even try to keep up with the time. The bus number which i'm travelling is ka09f4858. A horrible experience as my seat was also broke and pushback was not working.

                                  Today 22/08/19 iam travelling from Hyd to BANGALORE, In route bus Hyd to Mysuru which starts at 5:30 PM, I am seated @ seat no 2, I took my ticket from conductor by paying rs 1000.00 the ticket price was rs 890.00, I have requested him 4to 5 times to return my balance if rs 110.00 he is nodding I’d head but he is not return the balance & I have taken video where driver is driving watching movie

                                    I usually commute by karta bus from kadoopadam to padamugal and vice versa. To reach office at 9.30, i have to start my journey on 7.45, from kadoopadam to aluva to kakkanad to padamugal. Or aluva to pipeline to padamugal. Minimum 3 bus.
                                    First complaint. Morning, i have a bus from thandirikal to kakkanad from 8.30 but it will take more than 1 hour to reach kakkanad. Bus condition is very poor and very rush on that time.
                                    Secondly, after 6 pm there are no enough bus available from kakkanad to aluva or vyttila to aluva. Also buses are very rush. We can't get space for even stand.

                                      I was travelling in ka 01 fa 1811, 360 b towards atibelle where the conductor doesn’t have change and asked me to get down on the next stop. I even told him that it would be okay if he give me the change before i get down. Aren’t they suppose to have change almost everytime??? That person is so cruel.
                                      Then i hopped onto the next bus, the conductor does not have change either. But he went to a shop to get the change. How sweet and humble!

                                        I had booked a ticket from Mangalore to Thrissur on 19th August 2019. Date of journey:[protected].
                                        Money was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked.I tried contacting their customer care and it turned out busy. I want my refund of Rs 613 back. My guest email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have sent a mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org.
