Address: 2-5-48/1 sadasivpet, Medak, Andhra Pradesh, 502291

Bus number ka 32 f 2180. On 23/8/2019 in the early morning 3.00 am driver and conduter didn't allow us to travel from hyderabad to sadasivpet even though we have stop at sadasivpet. The bus is traveling from hyderabad to gulbarga. Driver says we go from sadasivpet bypass. There are 18 passengers to travel to sadasivpet. Driver spokes in the bad manner and conducter says i am new to this route in the same way public are facing so much problem while coming to our town, i rang the call to depot but numbers not working. So please kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and i hope next time any public to suffer

    Please give us stop in belavathahalli near arsikere... Because the students and workers have to go arsikere.
    The teachers are also going to belvathahalli from arsikere. If we ask for request stop conductor behave rudely this is very inconvenience for all o[censored]s..
    If they look if there is students standing they don't stop.
    Please oblige us.

      Every driver are eligible but try to induct capable drivers for this route (Mysore - chennai) and not the very experienced, who applies the break a mile away and who wants to speak continuously to keep himself awake disturbing atleast 3rows behind driver seat. Doesn't even try to keep up with the time. The bus number which i'm travelling is ka09f4858. A horrible experience as my seat was also broke and pushback was not working.

        Today 22/08/19 iam travelling from Hyd to BANGALORE, In route bus Hyd to Mysuru which starts at 5:30 PM, I am seated @ seat no 2, I took my ticket from conductor by paying rs 1000.00 the ticket price was rs 890.00, I have requested him 4to 5 times to return my balance if rs 110.00 he is nodding I’d head but he is not return the balance & I have taken video where driver is driving watching movie

          I usually commute by karta bus from kadoopadam to padamugal and vice versa. To reach office at 9.30, i have to start my journey on 7.45, from kadoopadam to aluva to kakkanad to padamugal. Or aluva to pipeline to padamugal. Minimum 3 bus.
          First complaint. Morning, i have a bus from thandirikal to kakkanad from 8.30 but it will take more than 1 hour to reach kakkanad. Bus condition is very poor and very rush on that time.
          Secondly, after 6 pm there are no enough bus available from kakkanad to aluva or vyttila to aluva. Also buses are very rush. We can't get space for even stand.

            I was travelling in ka 01 fa 1811, 360 b towards atibelle where the conductor doesn’t have change and asked me to get down on the next stop. I even told him that it would be okay if he give me the change before i get down. Aren’t they suppose to have change almost everytime??? That person is so cruel.
            Then i hopped onto the next bus, the conductor does not have change either. But he went to a shop to get the change. How sweet and humble!
            So many differences!!

              I had booked a ticket from Mangalore to Thrissur on 19th August 2019. Date of journey:[protected].
              Money was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked.I tried contacting their customer care and it turned out busy. I want my refund of Rs 613 back. My guest email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have sent a mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org.

                  Dated 18.08.2019 around 6pm near nelmangala toll. We where in toll line suddenly from another line ksrtc bus ka57 f-2742 came to enter our toll line without following q system. During that time they hit our car and went. Since it was raining heavily we didn't come out of car and checked our car condition and even didn't stop the bus for further discussion but took photo of that bus for reference.
                  Hello sir, am Tharun from venkatapura, Depalya(Hobli), Gawribidanur(T), Chikkabalapur(D).Usually in our village we should have KSRTC bus for Gawribidanur at 10(2nd BUS) .Today(12/08/19).Our village people about 15 are waiting for the Bus from 1Hr.Now we have walk 2kms.
                  The bus driver and condatur are rude behavior with pass student and don't give seat to pass student as we are traveling free we have stand in bus and who take ticket there only get seat and there don't stop bus for student how having pass and there are not stoping bus in many villages where we need the stop

                    I was travelling from bellare to sullia and i had given the money for the ticket and since he didnt have the change he said he will gave later and then later he gave the change. But then when my city i. E sullia reached this conducter started shouting and insulting me like i didnt give him the money itseems, he started insulting me saying i m a cheater, so is this how a conductor behave
                    Sir since this insult shouldnt be to any of the upcoming costumers i kindly request you to suspend or terminate the conductor for the well being of ksrtc

                      The bus (Airavat club class, semi sleeper, bus no:ka 01 f 9164) in which i was traveling was having a leak near the a/c vent which made my whole journey from kerala to bangalore really uncomfortable. The leak was due to the raining. I have been availing this bus service for past one and a half years and i never had this experience. My seat number was 37. Many other passengers also had this same issue.
                      KA 11 F 0192 this conductor is miss behaving with passengers and talking bad words with the passengers plz kindly take action against this conductor

                        I am travelling in a/c sleeper bus, belgaum to mysore with my family (8pm bus on 17th august 2019, trip code :2001bgmmys, bus number :2083, depot :belagavi). One of the seats is completely wet, conductor told that probably while washing the bus the window was not closed. How one can be so careless, why there are no standatd procedures for washing the bus. How the washing people can be so insensitive. How to travel in the bus whole night in such condition. We pay thousands of rupees for comfortable travelling, and thiis is the service we get from irresponsible, careless, apathetic, insensible, cold people from ksrtc.
                        Any concerned authority is reading this forum? Can i expect a reply?
                        I have booked from THIRTHAHALLI to Bangalore on 10-8-19 PNR no is J78238656, trip code 2130. But crew have not picked up the passenger from pick up without even informing thesingle passenger. Please refund and respond quickly

                          Hello sir/ madam, i'm a passenger travelling in ksrtc general passenger ka 06 f 1228. I'm traveling from bangalore to shimoga. I got into bus by 1pm & is supposed to reach shimoga by 7.30 max 8.. He says 9pm.. Really it is going very slow stopping the bus in each n every road. When there is high alert on terrorist activity in bangalore this conductor is not even checking the goods dumped by some outsider for delivering the parcel. And is bargaining and taking more money for delivery. More than passengers, bus is full of parcels i don't know how much he'll give to the government and he is so rude with us. Normal traveling time is 6.30 to 7 hrs. Acc to him it's 8 hrs now, bcs of all these additional works done by him. I request you to kindly look into it. Thank you.

                            Good evening sir/madam. I'm nithin kumar b p working as marketing officer in kmf.
                            I'm travelling in ksrtc regularly on 17/08/2019 (Saturday) at 4.45pm i get in to the number ka-09 f - 5038.
                            After few minutes a boy and girl get into the bus at aiswarya petrol bunk stop, and they show the student pass then the conductor of the bus id card of the college but he told the conductor obediently sir still not issued id but the conductor refuses to hear the words the student.
                            At the time i'm requesting the conductor and told that colleges are started now please consider it, but the suddenly abuses in bad words "ninna kelsa nin mado nanage yake keltiya bekidre bus no togondu complaint madko" so please take some serious action on the conductor.

                              Im kashif from kolar, i regularly travel in ksrtc, im a monthly pass holder from k r puram to kolar on friday at the time 10 pm, dated[protected] i got a bus destination to tirupathi, while entering it self he told reseved seat are there but wen i got in the some seat wer empty which wer not reserved i sat on just because im a pass holder the conducter told me to get down and stay back in the bus dear sir pls take some serious action on this..
                              The bus no was ka57 f 1659 but i dont know which depot is it from thanking you, and on the same day while having his stage in kolar, he went from bye pass,

                                Tried to post this complaint to the email id mentioned in the grievances forum. ([protected]@ksrtc.org). It could not be delivered since the email is non existent and has been rejected.

                                Below is the full email drafted by me.

                                This is to log a formal complaint regarding the losses occurred to me against pnr j78270999, trip code 1705bngmum.

                                I was scheduled to board from swargate, pune at 7 30 am to mumbai on 15th of august 2019 with my wife.

                                I had spoke to the crew on 14th of aug and they had asked me to contact them on 15th morning to confirm the arrival time. Despite multiple attempts to contact the crew (Between 6:15 am - 8:00 am), i didn't receive any response from their side as the phone was ringing. During this period, i contacted the customer service to get a solution regarding this issue. They gave me a number (Which is claimed to be pune helpline number). Even when i tried that number, there was no response from their side too. I recontacted customer care service, but this time, they were not able to connect my call with a customer care agent.in midst, i tried to contact the crew. Since there was no response from the crew & customer service, i was forced to hire a cab to reach mumbai since i had a flight scheduled. After 8 30 am, i received a call from the crew member to inform us regarding their arrival at pune. By this time we were already in the cab heading towards mumbai. When i asked him regarding the reason why he did not pick the call, he claimed that he was sleeping due to the overnight drive.

                                Please note the fact that the bus was scheduled to arrive at our pick up point at 7 30 am. And he didn't pick the call till 8 am. It would have been a bit helpful if he had taken the call and informed us the status.

                                Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience for me and my wife which brought financial loss to us. I demand from the concerned authorities to provide me the complete refund of inr 722 as compensation.

                                  I was travelling from mysore to channarayapattana, ka-09 f 5386 regarding to coach issue conductor used local rubbish language with passenger, and he told like bus is mine, who are you to ask.

                                  Driver drive the bus in over speed, and don't care about the passenger, and jump the bus in all the humps, it's create a fear to journey,

                                    I had cancelled my e ticket on 8th August 2019 from Mangalore to Thrissur scheduled on 9th August 2019 which was booked on 6th August 2019. I received message saying they would initiate the refunding process and an amount of ₹452 would be credited to my account within 5 working days. It has been 8 days since and I have not received my refund. PNR number is J78257472. I am attaching the screenshot of the message.
                                    Please look into the matter. Hoping for a positive and early response.

                                      Reference to the above subject i request you to arrange a special bus non ac sleeper/ac sleeper on festival occasion at around 9.00 pm from majestic.

                                      Because all the other normal routine buses will be booked 1 month prior for which later we will be not be having the seats to book.

                                      So please look in to this matter and try to arrange some luxury buses with reasonable fare.

                                        I booked two tickets from kunnamangalam to mysore for 15 august 2019. The booking was made on 14august2019. the provided OB reference no. is OB4646864 and the tickects were amounting to Rs.537. The tickets were not confirmed as the transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my account at the time of booking. I request you to check the same and refund the amount deducted during the transaction as soon as possible as the tickets
                                        were not booked but the amount was deducted. Hope this gets resolved soon and i can get my money back within the shortest possible time.
