I tried to book a ticket from bengaluru to chennai on 3rd august. The transaction reference number is ob38405667. I did not receive an email or sms confirming that the ticket has been booked but rs. 751 has been deducted from my account. When i checked the website for the status of the transaction, it says failed transaction. I tried to contact customer service several times but i have not been able to get through. Please help me get my money refunded.
This issue still has not been resolved.

    I boarded route 335e, ka57-f2642 @ 1850 hrs at big bazar, white field. Conductor was standing in front. Bus was not even heavy loaded. He was busy gossipping with the driver throughout without giving any heed to and passenger boarding, whether he or she has purchased ticket or not.
    I got a seat in last row. I kept waiting till near kundanhalli gate. Conductor did not bother to disburse ticket.
    I went to him to collect the ticket and pay him the due amount. He asked me the poont of barding. I told him that i have boarded @ big bazar, whitefield. Instead of feeling sorry conductor and driver started laughing. Then talked rudely to me telling "if i dn't know kannada, go and sit" with bad hand expressions and body language.
    He was very rude in behaviour. On asking him why he is not disbursing tickets, he spoke very rudely and still was unconcerned.
    This demonstrate carelessness towards his job, for which he is assigned. Moreover loss to govt. Revenue as well.

    I very frequently travel on this route but never found such careless attitude of any other conductor.
    Would request for appropriate action so that no one demonstrate carelessness towards duties assigned.

      The conductor is refusing to give change. I paid 30 for a 22 rs tkt. He returned me 5 rupees. When i asked for 3 more rupees he is conveying a lame reason that you can subtract when you travel with me for the next time.

      When i further ask for change he is continuing to argue. If you don't follow the complaints the corruption will never go down. And it's not just me he is been too arrogant to the co passagers as well irrespective of their age.

        I boarded ksrtc bus number ka 31 f 1577 from kadur to bangalore. It was very bad experience this time... Bus driver was driving like anything... Even though i sat in middle of bus it was jumping and all of sudden he was putting breaks, 2 times it was just miss from an accident. These people can't drive however they want right they should be thinking of passengers.. If any patient climbed the bus means they will end up there life only if this kind of driving.. After kb cross, my health got upset giddiness started, i started vomitting due the rashness in driving... When we asked to stop bus for a while conductor is so annoying that he said we can't stop... It was so horrible experience. I don't want anyone to undergo this. Healthy person will become patient if this is the case. You people are there to serve our people do your job with full hearted and don't give a chance for any bad situations.

          I was returning from my class..I boarded bus at whitefield bus stop along with one of my friend the time I stpped in one guy who was stanfing near to driver started commenting by looking at me on their own regional language I could not understand so I asked him what are you saying?He started making fun of me again along with driver I asked one of the women to trabslate she said being in karnataj you should lesrn kannad thats wat he is telling...I tild her I cnt learn I know hindi and english even she started favourung those driver and that person...

          I told driver to stop at cafe coffee day..He allowed all the localite to get down intentionally they gave me ticket very lately and closed the bus's door...He did not allowed me to get down I asked himto open my friend came in favour of me she told him to open door...We wre almost near to hope farm the time he opened door for me...No one supported entire bus's peoples they watched this dramma with happy heart...

          I will take this and raise to higher person by anycost .
          The driver should learn to respect other state's girls...I kindly request to take an immediate action

            I booked rajahamsa of chikmaglur depo to travel from bangalore to chennai via hosur and this bus conductor named jb chandrashekar was so rude to me, while i requested a stop in attibele.. He denied that is fine but i also requested him for nearest boarding point hosur and he denied that as well.. He made me travel back to electronic city and he reached an hour late.. He was halting the bus there for half an hour.. I am not a new passenger to ksrtc, tat too i have been travelling to chennai in ksrtc from past 2 years and this is the first time i am experiencing this.. Very unhappy about such employees.. This will definitely hamper the prestige owned by ksrtc. I request ksrtc to take quick action on this person please. I am attaching the bus details and phone number of the driver.. I need justice for this incident.
            Hi sir today (19th July 2019) I lost my bus pass but I know the number of the pass. So it cost me around 1850₹ it isn't a small amount. So plz provide a duplicate pass facility. Not only for me. Many peoples are lost their passes with #pick_pocket or laziness so.

              The bus started at 8 am due to which i am late for my meeting at mysore.
              The driver and conductor were also rude and did not respond to my question regarding the delay.

                I boarded rajahamsa bus on 25/07/19 at around 7:55 am from mangalore towards bangalore. The bus number is ka19-f3041. There was a lady conductor. She did not return change to me. I ignored it thinking that it was just 10 rs. But then i observed that she was doing the same with all. She was acting as if she had forgotten to return.
                She was very rude with the passengers. 3 people took ticket to kunigal. When they asked if they had reached kunigal, she told that the bus had taken the bypass. She should have informed that, when the passengers took tickets to kunigal. Those 3 passengers had to travel a long distance back because of the conductor's ignorance.
                And i also observed that she had misguided old couple. An old man asked her if the bus would stop in jalahalli cross, she told that it wouldn't stop. And she told them to get down in gurguntepalya. The old couple were not aware of the bangalore locations. When bus arrived and stopped at jalahalli cross, the old man asked why that conductor did not guide him properly. For that the conductor talked in a ride way and it reached the extreme situation. She did not give respect to him. She called him "neenu" instead of "neevu". And she also called him a dog.
                This is really unexpected by a government employee.
                Please warn her not to behave like this. She should know to return proper change, she should know where the bus stops instead of sleeping nicely in the journey, and she should also know to give respect to others (Atleast old people).
                We opt government buses thinking that it would be safe. But if such inconvenience exist, it will be a loss for ksrtc itself.

                With reference of above subject I request you behalf of public interest please give KSRTC bus stops in front of metro station in Mysore road at nayandahalli below flay over usually if public request to driver and conductors they never consider our request please do the needful action

                  ಶಿಶಿಲ ಎಂಬ ಊರಿನಿಂದ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಜೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಕೆನರಾ ಎಂಬ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಬಸ್ಸು ಇತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಅದು 2019-20 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಓಡಾಟ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಇರುವ ಶಿಶಿಲ, ಭಂಡಿಹೊಳೆ, ಅರಸಿನಮಕ್ಕಿ ಅನುದಾನಿತ, ಅರಸಿನಮಕ್ಕಿ ಪ್ರೌಢ ಹಾಗೂ ಪದವಿಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವಂà�... ಬಸ್ ಓಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.

                  ಅಂದರೆ ಚಾಲಕ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರು ಹಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಅದೇ ರೂಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರà...

                  ಅವರು ಸಮಾಧಾನದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರ ಜೊತೆ ವರ್ತಿಸುವುದಿಲ್à... ಬಸ್ಸು ಹತ್ತಿದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಕುಳಿತು ಕೊಳ್ಳವ ಮೊದಲೇ ರೈಟ್ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

                  ದಿನಾಂಕ 24/07/2019 ಬುಧವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ 5.45 ಕ್ಕೇ ಶಿಶಿಲ ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಹೋಗುವ ಬಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಸಿನಮಕ್ಕಿ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಶಾಲಾ 6 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಬಾಲಕಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾಶ್ರೀ ಎಂಬ ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಕೈಗೆ ಗಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

                  ಮಗುವೇ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಬಾಗಿಲು ತೆರೆದು ಒಳಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕು. ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಸಹಕರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗೂ ಬೇಗ ಬಾ, ಬೇಗಬಾ ಎಂದು ಒಂದೇ ಸಮನೆ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹಾಕಿದರು.
                  ಬಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಸಹ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ.

                  ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರು ಬಸಿನ ಬಾಗಿಲು ಸಹ ತೆಗೆಯುವುದಿಲ್�... ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕುಳಿತು ಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೊದಲೇ ರೈಟ್ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
                  ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.

                  1. ಶಿಶಿಲ ಕೊಕ್ಕಡ ರೂಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಸಂಜೆ 4.15 ಕ್ಕೆ ಬಸ್ ಓಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
                  2. ಸಂಜೆ 5.30 ಕ್ಕೆ ಶಿಶಿಲ ಹೊರಟು ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಹೋಗುವ ಬಸ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಹಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿರಿ.
                  ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸುವ ಸಿಬಂದಿ ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕು.

                    On dated:20/07/2019 at around 1:47 p. M my daughter boarded from ballari to go to hospet in rajhamsa bus belonging to kudligi depo of ballari district.
                    She along with the other co - passengers had a very narrow escape while on the way the driver of the said bus was driving in rash and negligent manner and had caused accident on the way at two places in between ballari and tornagallu and he didn't bother to stop at the accident spots even after repeated appeals by the bus conductor.
                    Thereafter due to some mechanical breakdown of the bus and also due to pressure from passengers on board fearing for their lives he stopped the bus at tornagallu and the passengers were accommodated in the other bus, they reached the destination.
                    As my daughter did not note down the bus number she has only the traveled ticket as an evidence.
                    So i kindly request the concerned authorities to look into this compliant very seriously and take action against the driver of the concerned bus after investigation into this matter in the interest to safeguard the lives of the passengers for which act of kindness i would be grateful to you.

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      Iam naveen,
                      On monday[protected], me and my mother boarded the bus (Ka.21. F.0017) in kukke subrahmanya ksrtc bus stand at 8.30pm and bus was scheduled to leave at 9.05pm ist to bangalore. As we had not made any reservations and it was bit crowd and heavy rain, i just enquired with bus conductor about the reservation details as soon as i got into the bus and up on his confirmation the seat number w6, 7, 8 are not reserved, me and mother took the seat no w6 & 7, at around 9.00pm conductor came and said us both (Me and mother) to get up form the seat and leave the seat to others passenger who where also not reserved the seat and conductor instructed us to seat in the back row of the bus, when i asked the conductor why i have to get up from the unreserved seat which i have been already sitting from last 20 mins, he started to misbehave and using foul language on us. The other passenger who came along with conductor said in front of conductor that he agreed to pay rs.50 extra on the ticket amount to conductor that he is paying rs.350 per ticket against actual rs.294 and immediately conductor told me to give rs.100 extra if you want to sit in the same seat or else get down from is bus.
                      I told him that i will make a complaint on this, he told me to first get down from the bus and do what ever you want. Then me and my mother got down from the bus and immediately i booked the ticket through your website for the 9.42pm bus and got the seat 34, 35 and journey was good.
                      I hope ksrtc official will take appropriate action against the bus conductor (Ka.21. F.0017) for his misbehavior specially with lady passenger my mother during night and with heavy rain out side.

                        My friend and myself travelled from coimbatore to mysore on[protected] at 23:44hrs.
                        Conductor enquired about the luggages and asked pay for the luggages too and i did so.
                        When asked for changed he played some tricks and asked me to wait, he did not even inform about the luggage ticket.
                        When we got down at mysore suburban bus stand, when asked for change and luggage ticket he casually says "person at coimbatore took ₹100 and he gulped the rest".
                        I couldn't think of anything but got the bus number.
                        My request is when passengers are ready to pay the full amount and these nuts are not working to their best.

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          This is for your kind information that i had taken journey from dharwad to bengaluru on 21.07.2019. I have paid rs.1000 for actual ticket fare of rs.870. Bus conductor has not given remaining amount of rs.130. He said he will pay me later as he get cash before reaching destination. But he did not remind me & i forgot to collect the same from him.

                            Ka22 f 2201 bus arrived to bagalkot at 11.40 on 20/7/19 instead of 10.01 as per the msg. Conductor himself admits that it's time of arrival is after 11.30. If so why don't you announce the correct time. You are simply wasting the time of so many passengers who left the other buses because of reservation. This is shame on the part of ksrtc. At least you could have given the regular time of arrival.

                              The bus conductor was not at all allowing us to keep our luggages in the storage and wanted us to keep it in our seats itself. He behaved very rudely and was unecessarily shouting. His behaviour was not at all professional. There is no space to keep our luggages in our seat and sleep and they don't allow us to keep it in storage. This was such a worst experience. I request you to kindly look into this issue.
                              While travelling from belgavi to Goa bus took a hault for 15mns.. it was a afternoon..but the restaurant where the bus stopped was dirtiest hostel I have ever seen.. since you are taking care of transportation it is your duty to take hault near to some clean hotels.. after all it is the issue of person's hygiene and health.
                              When we go for toilet there written, unial free but the staff was very angery and they are asking money for only urinal in kembagouda bus stand ( saltelite bus stand) inter state bus stand. They are take money from poor people and the attitude of staff very bad

                                Address: Mysore road KSRTC bus stand, 560001

                                We pre-booked a KSRTC non AC sleeper bus no: KA f-860 from Bangalore to Puttur bus. The conductor behaved rudely and did not allow us to keep our luggage in the luggage storage. We were asked to keep the luggage with us leading to no space for sleeping. Finally we had to keep it in the walkway where it was unsafe and anyone could have stolen it. Please take timely action to make sure this doesn't happen to other consumers.

                                  Dear sir your ksrtc student pass writing officials are irresponsible people. I don't know what they have studied, just to see from students form and to copy they do a lot of problems. They don't know what is change of place, from, where column in student pass & they don't have idea of bus stops near college. When we come for recorrection they will not respect us, they used to scold us and asks us to come after 3pm. So lot of students will be waiting in the bus stand whole day by missing their classes. Today along with me more than 15 students sat on bus stand.. We are fed up with this pass making fellows. Every year they used to do the same thing. They don't have culture of respecting students. Am facing this problem third time in 5 years.. Some of them are not doing the work properly, they used to chat the unwanted things & always looks to make time pass, some of them are girls oriented i mean they are making gender biased. Am waiting from morning 11 clock but they asked me to come after 3pm but for girls they used to do recorrection immediately. Rule is a rule even for anyone.

                                  So my request is to appoint some senior conducters who knows every route because of their experience so committing mistakes will be avoided.

                                    The driver didn't pick up passenger in MYSURU RGATE SIGNAL bus carrying only 7 to 10 passengers inside not even rush all seats are visible outlooks many passengers given had signal for stop but driver has not responded anything..
                                    Kindly take the action against driver to maintain as per ksrtc rules and regulations

                                      In between ballari and sandur, near vidyanagara township and vaddu, many afternoon buses like ballari-dharmasthala and ballari - davangere buses driver don't stop. Do you guys really care for passengers?? I've an exam tomorrow and all i want is to go to my hostel, but these bus driver do not even care. What is this carelessness? It's their sole job to stop at certain stops, even if there's only one passenger. They are paid for it. The ksrtc buses were considered convenient, but now, they're the worst i feel. I don't know what actions you'll take, but you better take it soon and seriously. It'd be of a greater help if you take this into account as soon as possible. Thanks a lot.

                                        I have booked ticket one day before to hyderabad, because of night journey and ladies we cant comfortable,. When i asked conductor my seat is 25 he told me to sit in 21, 22 23 tht is 3 seater, in my seat two passengers are sitting i said tel them to sit other seat. Other seats are no knw is sitting. Mine is window seat after saying also one person he is sitting in my seat again i said i want to sit in my seat thn tht person got up. Conductor is telling tht person to sit beside of me even some seat are khali, ladies even he don't knw to common sense.in ksrtc ladies seat r not thr bagalkot bus pnr-t77792815 / date[protected], please kindly take action on conductor otherwise ladies will get problem. Very irresponsible person.
                                        Today a ksrtc officer / driver was sitting in HDBRTS bus in ladies seat. Many ladies passangers were standing, many asked him to leave the seat. But he refused to get up.
                                        I had booked 2 tickets on 22 June TripCode 2001BGMBNG with PNR: T77455406. I also have the Service Cancellation mail and Refund was supposed to happen within 1 week.
                                        Its been 2 weeks and no Refund received yet. Please do the needful and Refund the amount as soon as possible.
                                        It's case of dhulkhed where every but coming from solapur to vijaypura waits for 20 mins where no hygiene products, water and even u don't get cold drinks. Kindly change this system where train takes 3 hrs and the state bus also takes almost triple cost as night charges kindly do needful.
