Dear sir/madam,
I am SRINIVASA,

On Friday 7-6-2019 at 7.00pm towards Hosur near forum mall,
I was travelling in Karnataka SRTC bus. The bus number was KA 42 F 1203 and the conductor was a lady.Â
I gave her a hundred rupee note as I didn't find any change in my pocket.
And the conductor(which was a lady), asked me to give change. I politely replied I didn't have any. Then she rudely said I "Either you give the change or you get down of the bus." She made it sound like I was intentionally trying to travel for free.Â
I felt greatly insulted in front of all the other travelers. She made me look like a thief in front of all the travelers. And she told me to get out of the bus and the time was 7.pm at night, is this the way of treating passengers by ksrtc employee.

This is not the first time, the same lady not giving change every time to me but giving change to others. I asked the same thing but she replied she doesn't had change.

If I not provide exact change to her she was not allowing me to get inside the bus.

Please look in to this, and tell them to treat passengers properly.
We also give respect and they should also give respect.

    Pnr j77803034, trip code :2100ksgbng, doj: 10/07/2019.
    Boarded the non ac sleeper to bangalore from mulleria, kasaragod. Water is leaking through the windows and asked the conductor for a replacement of seat which he denied as all the seats were filled. Requested him for an alternative arrangement but he told he doesn't have that authority. He made some temporary arrangement by keeping some extra blanket on the window which didn't help as the amount of water leaking was more. The water had soaked my trousers and i again went to conductor for help. He told he can just provide extra blankets and nothing else he can do about it. Not able to upload pictures as size is limited to 2mb.
    I have following requests:
    1. Provide an alternative journey on same date
    2. Refund the ticket cost for the total inconvenience caused due to ill-maintenance.
    I had booked 2 tickets on 22 June TripCode 2001BGMBNG with PNR: T77455406. I also have the Service Cancellation mail and Refund was supposed to happen within 1 week.
    Its been 2 weeks and no Refund received yet. Please do the needful and Refund the amount as soon as possible.

      There are very less bus service at are place (Angol) like after are collage we wait more than half an hour and in that half hour if the buses come the driver don't stop the bus.
      So a humble request please provide bus service at a particular time so that we students dont face more problems and the passes made also are being useless.
      Humble request.
      He is drinking and driving and abusing in the roads he is driving very rashly on the road strict shd be taken we were about get crashed

        On 8th sunday at 11.20am i boarded ka-09 f-4751 virajpet-pollibetta-mysore via gonikoppa from bm stop.in minutes i realised bus has technical issue & asked the conductor, he said all ok. Passed yelwal n bus came to halt. The conductor was rude when i questioned the troubled bus from start and the driver joined too.
        It's better the ksrtc staffs learn some politeness & not act as they are doing charity for us. They stop at private hotels* for their free meals and tips they get for bringing travellers. Shame on ksrtc for such cheap acts. Hope department looks into it and take rigid actions to complaints.

          Dear sir/ madam,
          I am working for a reputed bank in Udupi and my native place is moodbidri. I frequently travel from udupi to moodbidri. As usual today also ( 8/07/2019) I catch bus from udupi busstand at 8 PM, KSRTC VOLVO BUS, KA-09-F 4695. And also paid Rs. 100 for ticket and when I sat in the bus I felt uncomfortable due to rude behaviour of the conductor. And when my stop comes I asked the conductor to stop the bus it s almost 100-200 meter far from busstand. But the conductor scold me and started insulting me in front of other passenger that why you are coming in this bus. We can't stop you wherever you say. And this is the 1st time I am facing this . So I felt insulted. Hope this is not the way to treat the passengers as they are the govt servants. If they had any problem they would have told me politely. I am educated person I can understand. But this is not acceptable so kindly take neccessary action so that other passages should not suffer from this rude behaviour.

            My name is kirana a i have started my journey on 08th july 2019 in bus. Bus number ka-18 f-912 at 04.20 from kadbanahalli to chikmagalur.in bus the driver and co driver was very rude talk with ladies and also with me. Its so hurting to all. I think its not a good way of talking with the passenger. So please take a serious action about it.

              Hi team,
              This is to inform you that i am one of the passenger travelling in ksrtc - airvat bus. Bus number:- ka 01 f 9080 date of journey-8th july 2019 from bangalore to tirupati. Bus departures from majestic by 12:00 p. M. As the co-driver or conductor of bus behaves very carless-in an angry mood. And one of the passenger requested him to stop the bus a side for any emergency of nature call for her wife who is suffering from sugar. But that conductor didn't cared and said to wait for half an hour.. This shows how the behaviour of that person is. Where this makes to loose trust on ksrtc services as we all know that airvat has received so many awards for but 1st train your staff how to behave and understand others feelings. When a toll came and there is available of washrooms but still he didn't informed to the driver to stop the bus. This is really very sad and worst experience with ksrtc. Hope i expecting an positive reply after raising this complaint and hoping for good from next
              Dear sir I am v hair living in koodalsangam I need to going to Devanagari on 01 07 19 so I am waiting for bus since 3.00 am at sangam cross for catching shiridi rajahamsa bus it reached at sangam cross 4.45 am but it's bus driver not stopped even I am showing my hand single

                Today morning, I was travelling in Karnataka SRTC bus. The bus number was KA 57 F 2113 and the conductor was a lady.
                I gave her a hundred rupee note as I didn't find any change in my pocket.

                I felt greatly insulted in front of all the other travelers. She made me look like a thief in front of all the travelers.It was very embarrassing. I feel like my whole day is ruined. She have no respect for others.
                Out of luck I just happen to have one 10 rupee note somewhere in my bag.
                What happened to customer is king? At least they shouldn't treat customers like dogs.
                Please take necessary action against her. Ask conductors to behave.

                  The driver of bus no: ka 06 0892 is being acting rudely towards the passengers as he has been given the duty of both driver n conductor and he is telling that the depot manager of tumkur depot will harass him if he don't pay certain revenue and also put in some charges of penalty.. So he is telling that till he gets the seats filled up he won't get ride us to bamgalore... Is this the way the corporation works? Or in which rule of your corporation u have stated this rule? Please take the necessary action to the driver and concerned people... He is also trying to scare away the people by overspeeding and rash driving please check the gps of the vehicle regarding this issue... And i need a copy of the action taken of this regard to the mail i'd [protected]@gmail.com or else it will be taken to the next level

                    I, sujit aiyappa am writing this complaint as this ksrtc bus travelling on the madikeri highway has been driving very dangerously and has been putting others at risk, bus number is ka.41. F.2198
                    I shall be attaching the video.
                    Please take strict action as he is over speeding and overtaking unnecessarily, putting everyone at risk.
                    Also it has been raining quite heavily which makes the situation even more dangerous.

                      I was travelling from kumta to honnavara on 04-july-2019 at 9.30pm on official duty.

                      On reaching the honnavara bus stand as i was alone passenger to be get down i reached door as bus conductor without seeing at the door he gave the whesle to go bus when i told to stop. As it was difficult for me to jump from the moving bus. He miss behaved with me saying are sleeping etc.

                      The bus was going from hubli to mangalore. As per the ticket issued it is shown as yellapur depot. Ticket no 055292 04/07/19 @ 21:23;11

                      It is mentioned down as

                        I had given 100rs he wrote remaining change on back of ticket from eco space to tinfactor stop
                        47rs change he has to give. While getting down
                        He asked change to me i told i don't have then he give me 40rs and told remaining i don't have go and do whatever you want to do
                        And i told i will lock a complaint. He is laughing and used bad words and told. He is telling no department can do anything
                        I left the change to him only he did not give it

                          Its ka 09 f 5370.10.40 am 03/07/2019. I was travellinng in this bus and driver about to hit a two wheeler near lic circle mysuru. Just they got miss. And they scolded driver and went. This driver not even bother. Again he was driving in the same way. I was worried that why i got this bus. Please concerned people take a action about this before he take someones life.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            Mysore to kanakapura and malavalli to kanakapura both buss are not given stop in thorekadanahalli (T k halli) stop even bus was fully free and passengers are requested for stop. They are least bother about the passengers. 8:00 am 8:15 am these two buses passes the stop. Their behaviour like they are the owners of public transport.

                            Because of these people many passengers, students and employees are troubled like anything, hope this complaint ksrtc will take seriously and take action on these ksrtc employees.

                            Hope further these kind will not repeat.

                            Really disappointing, Didn't not received any replay answer from ksrtc? Then why simply giving complaint portal given if system not ready to take action. Feeling like ksrtc higher system only not good then how can we expect ground people work properly, its Ridiculous.

                              I was supposed to board the bus from electronic city at 10 pm on 28th june. Bus was running late, (Friday traffic can understand).

                              But the crew wasn’t picking up the calls, sometimes phone is switched off. Service we get from the crew is really bad.

                              Finally boarded the bus at 11.45, was hoping the driver would compensate the lost hours by gaining a little more speed in open highways. But no luck, the bus was going like a snail. The co-driver was sleeping on the berth 1 and berth 2 lavishly. For some reason he wasn’t awake the whole journey and the other driver was driving the bus like it was a fully loaded truck.

                              Highly disappointing

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I have been observing from long time that ksrtc bus's stop for dinner somewhere outside city even for short distance.

                                I can relate to stop for dinner at hotels which are outside city that if the distance between 2 bus stands are long and if it is late night.

                                Right now i am travel to kushtagi from hospet. Bus started from hospet at 8pm and next bus stand is at kushtagi which is about 60kms. Hotels where still open in bus stand at hospet.
                                Now they have stopped at hotel sagar just around at 20km from hospet.

                                Why is this happening for long time for wasting passengers time even when it is for short distance?
                                What bus drivers and conductors are not encouraging hotels which are in bus stand?
                                If the employees of ksrtc does encourage then who will?

                                If you guys are not able to solve this issue or not in your hands then please let me know to where to reach out?

                                  I have KSRTC bus pass valid for upto 11-07-19 but photo ID card date expire on 26-06-19 expired I'd no is mentioned on pass 1) is it mandatory to have new I'd card in order to travel.
                                  2)wheather other photo id card acceptable
                                  If yes for 01 why adharcard copy req to get new I'd card & 2no photo. Which. I not carry while travel.

                                    Bribe-daily ritual of what I call bribe taking in short routes. It deprives state of significant amount of funds. It is been 6months in banglore, I am travelling on a very short route from naghrabhavi to Chandra layout. I don't say all but most of them will try to give me back 2 rupees if I give 5 rupees.And very less people demand tickets when conductors are itself behave like this. Conductors used to fight when I ask for ticket instead of their ritual of bribe taking...they often site unnecessary reasons to forgo ticket culture in shortest routes...one of them is 'No change' .It is not about single citizen or single route...but in most of shortest routes, it is daily happening.So I request authorities to go for checkups in shortest routes frequently than in longer routes.Because, in longer routes conductors tend to give tickets but that is not in shortest routes.

                                      This complaint is regarding the stop in tumkur, there is a hmt stop in tumkur, but drivers reject to stop the bus in the stop and give unwanted reasons and starts fighting with passengers, this is done by few drivers,
                                      We need immediate resolution on thsi as we travel daily from bangalore to tumkur and it will be late night hmt stop is very useful for us

                                      This incident was occurred on tuesday night at 11.40pm

                                      Please consider this as request also and provide us the feedback asap

                                        Bus. Number ka: 40. F:1071 chintamani. Depot bus the driver is too bad it is an ordinary express it is not a non-stop bus he says that if he live in hoskote he will give give stop in chintamani. If we ask why he will say note bus number an complaint he doesn't have any fear about higher authority he is too worst ksrtc driver so i request the highest authority of ksrtc to resolve this issue and take action against the driver.
                                        I hope the incharge authority to consider my request seriously. Ideot driver he will raise voice against students
