I, sujit aiyappa am writing this complaint as this ksrtc bus travelling on the madikeri highway has been driving very dangerously and has been putting others at risk, bus number is ka.41. F.2198
I shall be attaching the video.
Please take strict action as he is over speeding and overtaking unnecessarily, putting everyone at risk.
Also it has been raining quite heavily which makes the situation even more dangerous.

0n 7 july 2019, at around 9.05pm to 9.10pm bengaluru to hosur bus, lady bus conductor charged money for ticket but didnt gave money, bus no ka 42 f 1203, at around garvebhavipalya to kudlu in between, ksrtc bus

Need to complaint for these.

    I was travelling from kumta to honnavara on 04-july-2019 at 9.30pm on official duty.

    On reaching the honnavara bus stand as i was alone passenger to be get down i reached door as bus conductor without seeing at the door he gave the whesle to go bus when i told to stop. As it was difficult for me to jump from the moving bus. He miss behaved with me saying are sleeping etc.

    The bus was going from hubli to mangalore. As per the ticket issued it is shown as yellapur depot. Ticket no 055292 04/07/19 @ 21:23;11

    It is mentioned down as

    Kindly take action against this conductor

      I had given 100rs he wrote remaining change on back of ticket from eco space to tinfactor stop
      47rs change he has to give. While getting down
      He asked change to me i told i don't have then he give me 40rs and told remaining i don't have go and do whatever you want to do
      And i told i will lock a complaint. He is laughing and used bad words and told. He is telling no department can do anything
      I left the change to him only he did not give it

        Its ka 09 f 5370.10.40 am 03/07/2019. I was travellinng in this bus and driver about to hit a two wheeler near lic circle mysuru. Just they got miss. And they scolded driver and went. This driver not even bother. Again he was driving in the same way. I was worried that why i got this bus. Please concerned people take a action about this before he take someones life.
        Good morning! KSRTC, I traveled last Saturday 22-06-19 from Tirupati to Davangere, they taken full amount but issued ticket up to Bangalore only, please take action against them. Details KA27F0762

          Dear sir/madam,

          Mysore to kanakapura and malavalli to kanakapura both buss are not given stop in thorekadanahalli (T k halli) stop even bus was fully free and passengers are requested for stop. They are least bother about the passengers. 8:00 am 8:15 am these two buses passes the stop. Their behaviour like they are the owners of public transport.

          Because of these people many passengers, students and employees are troubled like anything, hope this complaint ksrtc will take seriously and take action on these ksrtc employees.

          Hope further these kind will not repeat.

          Really disappointing, Didn't not received any replay answer from ksrtc? Then why simply giving complaint portal given if system not ready to take action. Feeling like ksrtc higher system only not good then how can we expect ground people work properly, its Ridiculous.

            I was supposed to board the bus from electronic city at 10 pm on 28th june. Bus was running late, (Friday traffic can understand).

            But the crew wasn’t picking up the calls, sometimes phone is switched off. Service we get from the crew is really bad.

            Finally boarded the bus at 11.45, was hoping the driver would compensate the lost hours by gaining a little more speed in open highways. But no luck, the bus was going like a snail. The co-driver was sleeping on the berth 1 and berth 2 lavishly. For some reason he wasn’t awake the whole journey and the other driver was driving the bus like it was a fully loaded truck.

            Highly disappointing

              Dear sir/madam,

              I have been observing from long time that ksrtc bus's stop for dinner somewhere outside city even for short distance.

              I can relate to stop for dinner at hotels which are outside city that if the distance between 2 bus stands are long and if it is late night.

              Right now i am travel to kushtagi from hospet. Bus started from hospet at 8pm and next bus stand is at kushtagi which is about 60kms. Hotels where still open in bus stand at hospet.
              Now they have stopped at hotel sagar just around at 20km from hospet.

              Why is this happening for long time for wasting passengers time even when it is for short distance?
              What bus drivers and conductors are not encouraging hotels which are in bus stand?
              If the employees of ksrtc does encourage then who will?

              If you guys are not able to solve this issue or not in your hands then please let me know to where to reach out?

                I have KSRTC bus pass valid for upto 11-07-19 but photo ID card date expire on 26-06-19 expired I'd no is mentioned on pass 1) is it mandatory to have new I'd card in order to travel.
                2)wheather other photo id card acceptable
                If yes for 01 why adharcard copy req to get new I'd card & 2no photo. Which. I not carry while travel.
                If no for 02 why?

                  Bribe-daily ritual of what I call bribe taking in short routes. It deprives state of significant amount of funds. It is been 6months in banglore, I am travelling on a very short route from naghrabhavi to Chandra layout. I don't say all but most of them will try to give me back 2 rupees if I give 5 rupees.And very less people demand tickets when conductors are itself behave like this. Conductors used to fight when I ask for ticket instead of their ritual of bribe taking...they often site unnecessary reasons to forgo ticket culture in shortest routes...one of them is 'No change' .It is not about single citizen or single route...but in most of shortest routes, it is daily happening.So I request authorities to go for checkups in shortest routes frequently than in longer routes.Because, in longer routes conductors tend to give tickets but that is not in shortest routes.

                    This complaint is regarding the stop in tumkur, there is a hmt stop in tumkur, but drivers reject to stop the bus in the stop and give unwanted reasons and starts fighting with passengers, this is done by few drivers,
                    We need immediate resolution on thsi as we travel daily from bangalore to tumkur and it will be late night hmt stop is very useful for us

                    This incident was occurred on tuesday night at 11.40pm

                    Please consider this as request also and provide us the feedback asap

                      Bus. Number ka: 40. F:1071 chintamani. Depot bus the driver is too bad it is an ordinary express it is not a non-stop bus he says that if he live in hoskote he will give give stop in chintamani. If we ask why he will say note bus number an complaint he doesn't have any fear about higher authority he is too worst ksrtc driver so i request the highest authority of ksrtc to resolve this issue and take action against the driver.
                      I hope the incharge authority to consider my request seriously. Ideot driver he will raise voice against students

                        Today, myself along with my parents were traveling in KSRTC bus no. KA-57, F-766 from Pavagada to Bengaluru. We had a luggage bag consists of Ragi weighing 40kgs. For this conductor has changed Rs. 42/- and said that it is for 2 units of luggage. I tried to explain her that each person can carry 30kgs. If the luggage is above the limit, then they can change for the extra luggage. But she didn't accept my Attunement. I showed the rules of carrying luggage from the official website of ksrtc. https://www.ksrtc.in/pages/luggage-rates.html
                        But she didn't convinced. So I'm hereby requesting you to resolve this issue and repay me the excess charged amount. Else I may need to raise this issue in "consumer court"
                        Pls do needful.

                          We have a bus stop in hmt for ksrtc buses but few drivers are opposing to stop by given some reason but the same driver stop in multiple location even after the bus is non stop to tumkur. I travel late night and it is difficult to come to home from others stops due to safety. I need corrective actions on this immediately and ensure future all tumkur bangalore are stopped in hmt

Suddenly he came in to my lane suddenly he came to my lane... It was almost on verge of deadly accident ass i was with my family... As i went forward he tired to block us..                               The stoppage time is more then 10 mins in each and every bus stop from hospet to shimoga. There is no responsibility and they won't care for any one. They stop whenever they require. Please do take this issue seriously. The bus leaves from hospete to dharmasthala. It took more than 6 hours to cover a distance of 198km from hospete to shimoga. Please take this matter seriously. Thank you

                                Hi am chetan, i going to give complaint on conductor who miss behaviour to words to me, u should take action on them bcz should be behaviour should be properly, rising voice towords me, i can also rise voice, stupid fellow rascal, # off of his behaviour, bus nor ka-42, f-324
                                On date[protected]. From ordinary bus from gajendragad to ron on time 2.30pm, please make strict rules to all the conductor should accept handicap pass and don't behaviour like them own bus, it's government bus keep in mind, we also right to ask and make utilisation of government facilities, that bus was not his father's uselessfellow, for the reason not to me for others also they doing like that kindly i requesting to gadag dept please make solve such mis behaviour towards passengers

                                  Hi sir iam a passenger traveling in ur department bus from gulbarga to lingasugur which has the bus no ka 32 f-2330 departing from kalagi to ba isngalore so useless department i am so angry and disappointed by the way mr so called conductor (Denied giving his name) have miss conduct and miss instructed about stopping the bus in shapur taluk for about almost an hour so he can cleverly (Not have that much talent by even any ias officer's) fill all so called bangalore tickets in order to just to get profit to him so he misguided not only me many people to take the tickets to shapur so he can fill up all the seats to bangalore so waste tats y this worst department and government is not going forward wen iam a student who is preparing for civil service can experience this much of madness can't imagine the situation facing by other people's so if the problem is not solved or cleared now iam writing complaint in consumer complaint i go further to consumer court and will share these kind of service by ksrtc to media also don't take it lightly i need we need justice from the department strict action should be take to the route conductor i hope my problem will be solved or else i will see to it further

                                    I am karthik here i want to goto mysore to srirangapatna on 23/060/2019.
                                    This bus strating point from cbs to srirangapatna (Ramaswamy circle) is also a stop to pickup or drop stand, i am waiting for 10:55 for this route bus 307 he came but didn't stoped on Ramaswamy circle, i call him and raise my hand didn't stoped so, i am 28 year old, if grand person if there on my situation or outstation person is there what should they do, like this irresponsible employee(driver/conductor) i want to dismiss that driver and conductor as per rules and regulations. I visit to main branch they not ready to give that bus no, we can't able to find out. You just go outside take one a4 ablank sheet write down on that give me they told like that not respond correctly. KSRTC management doesn't have a single sheet to write a compliment on that. We never give sheet. I[censored] write a compliment you buy it from outside, i never belive on if they take action so help me, any one doesn't face like this problem in feature so. I call to my srirangapatna friend and take that bus number, he gave that number please take some action on them as per government rules.

                                    If i call to customer care also phone number not valid. In online also doesn't update correct phone numbers. Government services happen like this what they will do ther simple jobs.

                                      I have booked one ticket through KSRTC Online booking but the transaction got failed and my money got deducted from debit card of Rs 1220. I tried calling to customer care number mentioned on website no one is responding to calls. Complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is OB37698951 Date of booking is 20/06/2019. My ksrtc login id is [protected]@gmail.com . Please help me to get refund amount to my account.

                                        Sir I B. Vijaykumar aged 52 years boarded ksrtc Rajahamsa bus at Nayandahalli junction on 17/06/19 at 4:55 am I was sitting in last but one seat and resting, between Ramnagar and channapatna negligent driver has speeded over a hump with full speed which threw me to the roof from my seat and I landed on the seat with my spinal injury due to which I was paralyzed for some time, I am experiencing lot of back pain if the same persists then I will take this matter to consumer court because I was injured for no fault of mine.
