Today around 4.30 madgoan sirsi bus ka 31 f 1472 was driving on left lane as i was on overtacking lane i was on my lane... Suddenly he came in to my lane suddenly he came to my lane... It was almost on verge of deadly accident ass i was with my family... As i went forward he tired to block us.. Plz i request u to suspend the driver so he should learn reason

    The stoppage time is more then 10 mins in each and every bus stop from hospet to shimoga. There is no responsibility and they won't care for any one. They stop whenever they require. Please do take this issue seriously. The bus leaves from hospete to dharmasthala. It took more than 6 hours to cover a distance of 198km from hospete to shimoga. Please take this matter seriously. Thank you

      Hi am chetan, i going to give complaint on conductor who miss behaviour to words to me, u should take action on them bcz should be behaviour should be properly, rising voice towords me, i can also rise voice, stupid fellow rascal, # off of his behaviour, bus nor ka-42, f-324
      On date[protected]. From ordinary bus from gajendragad to ron on time 2.30pm, please make strict rules to all the conductor should accept handicap pass and don't behaviour like them own bus, it's government bus keep in mind, we also right to ask and make utilisation of government facilities, that bus was not his father's uselessfellow, for the reason not to me for others also they doing like that kindly i requesting to gadag dept please make solve such mis behaviour towards passengers

        Hi sir iam a passenger traveling in ur department bus from gulbarga to lingasugur which has the bus no ka 32 f-2330 departing from kalagi to ba isngalore so useless department i am so angry and disappointed by the way mr so called conductor (Denied giving his name) have miss conduct and miss instructed about stopping the bus in shapur taluk for about almost an hour so he can cleverly (Not have that much talent by even any ias officer's) fill all so called bangalore tickets in order to just to get profit to him so he misguided not only me many people to take the tickets to shapur so he can fill up all the seats to bangalore so waste tats y this worst department and government is not going forward wen iam a student who is preparing for civil service can experience this much of madness can't imagine the situation facing by other people's so if the problem is not solved or cleared now iam writing complaint in consumer complaint i go further to consumer court and will share these kind of service by ksrtc to media also don't take it lightly i need we need justice from the department strict action should be take to the route conductor i hope my problem will be solved or else i will see to it further

          Der Sir/Madam,
          I am karthik here i want to goto mysore to srirangapatna on 23/060/2019.
          This bus strating point from cbs to srirangapatna (Ramaswamy circle) is also a stop to pickup or drop stand, i am waiting for 10:55 for this route bus 307 he came but didn't stoped on Ramaswamy circle, i call him and raise my hand didn't stoped so, i am 28 year old, if grand person if there on my situation or outstation person is there what should they do, like this irresponsible employee(driver/conductor) i want to dismiss that driver and conductor as per rules and regulations. I visit to main branch they not ready to give that bus no, we can't able to find out. You just go outside take one a4 ablank sheet write down on that give me they told like that not respond correctly. KSRTC management doesn't have a single sheet to write a compliment on that. We never give sheet. I[censored] write a compliment you buy it from outside, i never belive on if they take action so help me, any one doesn't face like this problem in feature so. I call to my srirangapatna friend and take that bus number, he gave that number please take some action on them as per government rules.

          If i call to customer care also phone number not valid. In online also doesn't update correct phone numbers. Government services happen like this what they will do ther simple jobs.

          Each and every person doesn't burden like me.

            I have booked one ticket through KSRTC Online booking but the transaction got failed and my money got deducted from debit card of Rs 1220. I tried calling to customer care number mentioned on website no one is responding to calls. Complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is OB37698951 Date of booking is 20/06/2019. My ksrtc login id is [protected]@gmail.com . Please help me to get refund amount to my account.

              Sir I B. Vijaykumar aged 52 years boarded ksrtc Rajahamsa bus at Nayandahalli junction on 17/06/19 at 4:55 am I was sitting in last but one seat and resting, between Ramnagar and channapatna negligent driver has speeded over a hump with full speed which threw me to the roof from my seat and I landed on the seat with my spinal injury due to which I was paralyzed for some time, I am experiencing lot of back pain if the same persists then I will take this matter to consumer court because I was injured for no fault of mine.

                Sir I booked ticket Tirumala package on 8-6-2019 PNR no.J76920525 in that package. breakfast and lunch are not good and arranged in cellar of hotel bulg. is very dirty place. very very imp. in the morning arranged for both and wash up room is also very dirty. somebody used rooms not in clean bed cloths are not good. bathrooms are also not in good condition.

                  Sir today I. e. On 17-6-19, I was not allowed to board two ksrtc buses bearing numbers KA09 F5009 and KA21 F0217 for Ramanagara from MCTC bus station, Bangalore by the conductor and driver being ordinary buses (not non-stop). They were lying that the buses are non-stop and they were asking rs.100 extra for Ramanagara.
                  If this is the situation, tell me what about poor people to give bribe and travel in a government bus.
                  I urge you to suspend the driver and conductor of the above buses or else I will take the matter to higher authorities.

                    Please confirm, what are the charges applied to use washroom for 'urination'?

                    At all toilets, as I understand, use o[censored]rinals is free but if it is always kept closed by people managing toilets locally and evn after requests, it is never opened for use. Mentioning about Majestic bus stand, at all toilets, specifically for women, it is charged Rs 5/- only by people sitting/ guarding toilets.

                    I really want to know why do we need to pay for basic body needs? I can also imagine what kind of money handling is involved right in open by taking advantage of women decency.

                    Since I'm observing from so many days, KSRTC buses leaves a lots of toxic contents to atmosphere. Kindly check whether Emmisson testing is doing or not. Because already temperature is about 40°. If this continues, temperature goes to 50°. Kindly check every bus and make the issue clear.

                      I boarded in this sleeper bus from Hyderabad to bangalore the bus driver/conductor were so rude asked me to keep my own luggage in Avery abruptly rude manner like I’m his slave! I would like to bring it to your notice that I’ve been using ksrtc services from about 15 years it’s never happened like this! He being a driver has the duty to keep the luggage in the cabin below the bus! I’m going to take this forward if there is no action against this particular driver. He looked at me in a very disgusting and spoke to me very rudely I want to take serious action against this particular driver!

                        Hello Sir\Madam,

                        I had booked a ticket from Bengaluru to Sindhanoor on 8-June-2019 at 9:44 PM (Price : 802 rs).Later they clubbed my bus with another bus that leaves at 8:15 PM i.e 1 and 1/2 hours early. And the message for change in seat transfer was sent after 7 PM.I stay in whitefield and how can you expect us to reach the destination on time. I missed my bus.

                        They could have at least called and informed a bit earlier so that i can leave early. He called me at 8:15 that is when the bus was about to leave.When i told him that i can't reach immediately, i am in Ricmond circle and would take few minutes. He said see if you can come in next bus and dropped the call. Its not like i stay next to k.s.r.t.c bus stand so that i can be there in 5 minutes. I almost reached bus stand and can't go back either. and i didn't even get refund at least.

                        We book tickets in advance because we can select the time that is convenient for us and we can leave office accordingly. But if this is the case why would we even book a ticket in advance and loose our money.

                        Please let me what action you are going to take regarding this issue.
                        Total amount of ticket is 26 but it's has written as 2×10=26 from CBT to ganeshpur. How is this possible!!! The amount should be 20... The root is from CBT to savgaon. I think either that are taking more money or either the printing is wrong. Just clearify it something suspicious is going on.

                          Im travelling from Belagavi to sankeshwar.i asked him with respectly plz stop on KLE so he got angry on me apart from the matter he is tried to ask me other questions and making foolish in public. Then I given him 500 rs the charge is 54rs then asked for remaining he told me that with angrily you have to bring tha chage.with keeping cahnges in his hand he is telling me that don't have change so I told him to write remaining at the back side of ticket so he was approved for that. Sir his behaviour is totally rude not only for me all public's are suffering this same. One more thing Maharashtra people's are traveling from our KSRTC bus because of well cleaned and good service of our government... So plz warn him as soon as possible

                            Dear sir we regret to inform you The KSRTC driver driving negligible we must accept the govt buses for traveling for going jobs and Colleges etc., the driver are driving not good because they're need more urgent anybody to have anything they're died thy don't care one of the lady getsdown in the bus the driver moves the bus towards the lady had accident knee wound I'm asking to the conductor the conductor response very rudely and I said them to complaint to ur head of the department and he said "go and tell anybody" like this the bus number KA 09F 5226 evening 5:46 the incident done

                            They are ignoring our several complaints made through telephone call.

                            I asked for mineral water bottle Bisleri, and this Shop keeper sold me a local brand.
                            I tried to open and the bottle opened with the seal. Now it is not getting closed.
                            When went and asked about the same, shopkeeper quarrels with me.

                              Hi,

                              This is to complain that Bus 365 -Bannerghatta national park doesn’t stop at Maharani college bus stop even though lots of seats are empty and lot of people are waiting for the same bus at the stop.

                              Frequency of the bus is less and when the bus comes, it goes off without stopping.

                              I have experienced this situation during 5-6:00 pm everyday.

                                The Conductor should the penalty for misbehaving with me without issuing ticket for my luggage...He was asking for extra more money for my package...when I demanded for ticket he made the vehicle to move without giving time to pick my luggage...
                                Are we slays to these people...we are public's
                                Even we have rights
                                I have my GST paid bill for confirmation of weight.
                                Give me justice..

                                  Dear KSRTC member, The Conductor by vehicle number KA 13 F 2312 having phone number [protected] belongs to Konanoor depot, Hassan district. He didn't issued ticket to my luggage instead he took 450rs from me for 40kg package.
                                  I want my ticket for the luggage with respect to my luggage...
                                  I need a copy of my ticket within 3 days from 10 June 2019.,
                                  If you didn't respond to me..I ll give a lawer notice to Mr.conductor as mentioned above.

                                    I travelled ksrtc bus from Hubli to Bagalkot on 10th June 2019. From Hubli to Bagalkot ticket fair is 125 Rs (vidyagiri ) but I have given 220 Rs then i enquire for remaining amount 95 Rs, he replied i will give u later and written Rs 5 at the back of the ticket .when my stop comes I get down to vidyagiri asked for remaining amount he rudely misbehave with me and return the remaining amount. So I kindly request you to take necessary action for especially this conductor bcoz he is looting money from the passenger.

                                      Bus driver Shekhar of bus no. KA25F3012 was driving rash and suddenly applied breaks and changed the direction of bus because of which I had to hit the divider and my car was damaged...the back side of the bus indicator was broken and there was no indicator shown while changing the direction...attached is photo of bus and driver licence copy ..request you to take strong action and cancel his driving licence..
