Me, my mother and grandmother (Aged 69 and we are all ladies) were travelling in airavata pnr 76988823 in vehicle f-1613 from chikmagalur to bengaluru on 25/05/2019. The driver was driving so rashly that few of the passengers were sick and few others were vomiting. So they complained to the driver. Later when the bus stopped at hassan, since my grandmother was feeling sick, we i formed him that we wanted to visit washroom and will be back. Later we were shocked to see our bus leave at a distance. And we're completely horrified we were left back in a strange city with money. Later as per some other conductor's instruction we went to check if the bus had stopped. We saw that the bus had stopped because one of our co passenger had informed the driver. My grandmother had to walk for 10 minutes to reach the bus. Later when we confronted him, he started blaming us and said that he had told us he would stop for only two minutes (Erade nimisha irodu. Ashtralli barbeku anta helidnalla) with no sign of remorse or apology.
I request ksrtc to take proper action so that such attitude doesn't continue in the future. I hope ksrtc will maintain their reputation for being human and responsible.

    Today i had visited k. S. R. T. C buss stand mangalore for droping my cousin. While going back aftrr droping her, one guy had came and ordering me to give 5rs for parling. Iam surprised and requested as iam not parked or parking here, here i just came for to drop my cousin and it taken just 3 mints so why should i pay, for that that guy raised his voice and said some bad words with his local language and taken my bike key with him, and again while iam requesting to my key he tried to man handle over me.. Is this is the service k. S. R. T. C giving.???

      Sir today i was travelling from mysore cbs to rajendranagar.in five light circle one lady asked me whether this bus goes for naidunagar i said yes. Conductor came to me and said "hey yake heltiya ogutte anta yak sumne kurok agolwa ninge" even though the bus was half filled. I don't know why she behaved like her own private vehicle. A person next to me asked what wrong this girl did means no reply from that conductor. She started staring and the bus no. Is ka4445

        One of the worst experience with ksrtc transportation. I with my husband boarded the bus from hassan to bangalore on 20th night via ksrtc bus at 10.30pm with bus number ka-18 f-857. The driver had no control over the breaks and he rushed so fast that even when humps were there, yet he didn't apply the breaks. We had to sit right upon the backside of the wheels of the bus as it was late and throughout the journey we couldn't even sit peacefully because of his rash driving. We the backside passengers were shouting at him for riding smoothly, still he didn't even reduce his speed and he completely drove the bus without applying breaks. I want to make a point here, we are also humans, we do get stomach pains and other health issues! What if some of the backside passengers had got some serious health upset during that journey, will the driver take care of it?? Will he take that responsibility? Or he will still continue driving such harshly??? C'mon how can he be so inhuman with the backside passengers??? Didn't we paid the same ticket amount? Are we sitting freely is it??? How rubbish, and how unprofessional he can be??? Such worst experience i never had in my journey till date. At 3:30am we reached, and i was suffering from terrible stomach pain, after reaching home i even fell sick. Worst ksrtc red buses!!! They are terrible. Uhhhh... I want the concerned departments to make a note of this and correct it accordingly... It's pathetic to explain the journey...

          As the subject says - it's about The RASH driving of the KSRTC driver. Was travelling from Hassan to Bangalore on 20th night 10.30pm boarded the BUS with number KA-18 F-857. Never ever I had such worst experience of travelling, where I had to sit right upon to the back set of wheels of the bus( because me and my husband didn't get the front seat). We were literally jumping above the seat because of his driving. And each time we the backside passengers started shouting at him, he drove even more fast and stopped applying breaks completely. I want to make a Statement here, even we are humans, we do get stomach pains and other health issues. How can the driver be so negligent about the backside passengers? What if the passenger gets severe stomach pain and some serious thing happens to him/her? Will he reduce it? Will he still continue driving rashly???????? Such pathetic was our condition. We couldn't even sit the whole journey, and there was no question of even a slightest of sleep!! Such worst driving and the driver. Shame on KSRTC to have such employees.
          On of wrost driver I never seen in KSRTC bus
          From house to majestic he takes 1 hour 50 mits (2 hours around ) in 9:06pm to 10:50pm, even there is no traffic in the city. Very slow riding while he move forwards by signals 4 to 5 times he went 2 feet reverse. Old age driver.

            The driver of the inter state bus rammed into the open door of my car while it was already open for more than 2mins. My father would have been killed if he was just 1cm away from the door. If the door would have been opened exactly when the bus was coming then it would have been my father's mistake, but since it was already open for long it was clearly the mistake of the bus driver.The bus driver was driving very rashly and also the bus conductor was trying to unnecessarily pick up a fight. Kind request to take action immediately.

              I was travelling with my wife and daughter (03 Full Tickets) from PANAJI (GOA) to HUBLI on 22/05/2019 at 07:00 Hrs in a NWKRTC bus (Pics attached). After 02 hrs i.e around 09:00 Hrs bus was stopped in Ghat section (approximately within one Km from Karnataka Border). There was an accident between a lorry and a Car resulting blockage of Road (Pics attached) . There was no enough space to move buses from either side. The space was very congested and only LMVs were able to cross that accident spot and move on. The blockage could be cleared only with the help of a crane and might take 4-5 hours or even more.
              I had booked flight ticket from Hubli to Bangalore (Pic attached), I was not having sufficient time to wait for long hours. I had requested Conductor of the bus for refund and he was helpless in this regard. I had paid Rs 633/- for three tickets (Pic 1) and performed journey for 02 hours as mentioned above.

              We requested one of the car owners moving towards Karnataka and took drop upto Belgaum.

              Then we travelled from Belgaum to Hubli by one more NWKRTC bus by paying rs 345 for 03 tickets (Pic attached).
              Now I request your goodself to consider my genuine reason and arrange for refund of ticket amount for the untraveled portion only. Refund can be sent to my Bank account. details available in the cheque attached.
              I am enclosing (attaching pictures as proof of above statement).

                  Bus no. KA - 21.F.0033 driver on the date of 21/05/2019 at 10:30 on the way shunticoppa to Madikeri. Which was an express bus to hasan. That driver was too careless about his driving, when he was passing through our bike he was too close to us we would have fallen. He crossed us without even caring vehicle coming from opposite side. Which would have leaded to an accident. And even he had an rash behavior when he saw us instead of a guilty or sorry. So I kindly request u to take a proper action for this careless action. Thank you
                  The distance between Vijayapura to Kalaburagi is 160 kms in Karnataka which bus are taking 4 and half hours that is less than 40 kms per hour travel, why can't bus travel 50 kms per hour and complete the travel time in 3.5 hours? Why don't the people of ksrtc take care of bus travel time

                    With reference to the ob reference no. (Ob[protected] i tried to book ticket on 12.05.2019, but due to some problem ticket was not booked. But amount of rs.4595 was deducted from my account.

                    I have already sent the mail to accounts section (Ksrtc). But no response received.

                      Today 20 minutes ago i was in jalahallicross, bengaluru and waiting for bus to channarayapatana, every bus conductors wants direct seats, and not allowing other persons to get in the bus, every one are waiting for the bus, so many busses but nobody is allowing, they are public servants they are getting paid by our taxes, specially i had a conversation with this conductor as i have mentioned the bus number above in subject, i have proof also, nobody is taking any actions on this kind of behaviors of drivers and conductors, if necessary action was not taken means i'll release a tape in social media about this conductors, what they thought of public nobody is asking them means they're doing whatever they want this is not good.
                      Cash deducted from account but seat not reserved and ksrtc portal gives error sorry we are unable to process your transaction.
                      Tried to reserve seat on 21st may 2019 from Mangalore to Bangalore. Portal works fine till amount debit from bank.
                      I board bus from Bellandur to Agra which should cost ₹10 but conductor provided me ticket from Kadabisanahalli to Agara which cost ₹15
                      Why from Kadabisanahalli to Agara while I board bus from Bellandur

                        Bus route blr to virajpet (630am morning). Lady conductor not sure of her name, but do have her phone number, this lady is quiet regular in this route is extremely rude and obnoxious. Have no basic manner of talking politely when requested to put the a big bad below. The lady was lazy to open it, instead, yelled at the passenger. Have also observed this lady yelling at another passenger when did not hear her when she asked if anybody would have to get their change back

                          Today 17 may 2019 i was going lakhnapur which is 4 km away from nipani and i just went into the bus but conductor told that bus stops in lakhnapur but i need to take another village ticket and they made me to take ticket of another village mamadaput which has 15rs bus ticket and when i was going to complaint in depo they told different reason by that the depo members negleted my complaint

                            I was traveling in the 500f (Ka57 - f3615) from hope form to itpl on 14th may 2019 around 12:25pm. The conductor refused to provide the ticket after getting money for the same. I reiterated for the ticket a number of times and he kept deflecting my request. At the end, i got down without a ticket as my stop had arrived. I have seen this pattern of behavior in most of the busses wherein the passenger travels for one or two stops only. And if the ticket is not issued, the conductor can very well use the extra money as his own. And if there are checking points, the passenger who let the conductor go will be penalized instead of the looting conductor. Please take strict action against this conductor and also implement corresponding precautions to prevent this type of daylight robbery.

                              I have booked one ticket through ksrtc online booking, but the transaction got failed and my money got deducted from my account (Rs.1026) online transaction reference number is ob36818701 date of booking is 30/04/2019 payment method: upi. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department and it has been more than 7 working days but refund is not processed. Kindly process my refund immediately and help me in this regard
                              Everyday the ksrtc bus comes at 6.30pm from hosadurga to bangalore but from last 20days that bus will not comes, if this bus will missed Nxt bus at 8pm.
                              Passengers faces lot problems please issue 2 to 3 bus in the time of 6 pm to 8 pm

                                  Hello this is dr. Niroop...
                                  On 12th may 2019, at around 10:30 pm, i had to travel from baiyappanahalli to kr pura.
                                  I boarded a ksrtc bus (Ka07 f1819) at baiyappanahalli. I gave rs20 to the conductor for the ticket, but he returned me a 10 rupee note without a ticket. I insisted for the ticket, then he gave me a ticket from begum mahal to kr puram instead from baiyappanahalli...
                                  Begum mahal is 4.6 km away from baiyappanahalli... On enquiring the issue with conductor, he said that's the stage from the ticket will be issued, this is express bus... And the machine will issue the ticket... And i don't decide from where the ticket gets issued...
                                  Later he didn't even refund me or issue a proper ticket or atleast respond to my queries
                                  If that is an express bus, why did it stop at baiyappanahalli..??

                                    I was about to travel to mangalore from bangalore on 10.05.2019 in airavat club class bus number ka 57 f 2854. Bus departure was at 9:16 pm. Bus arrived to stand at around 8:55pm i got up the bus and kept my lugguage up on the last row top. My seat number was 47. Just got down for a minute to get some snacks. While returning back to bus i couldnt find my bag. Tried searching later called conductor for help, but he refused. Please help me in this bag contained lenovo laptop - original dl, aadhar, pan. Kindly help to get my things back. Thanks a lot

                                      Boarded a bus from hosadurga to bangalore which left hosadurga at 5pm on 10th may. When bus was reached the mejastic at around 11 pm, bus was stopped in mejastic at unknown location. On enquiring, conductor said that he is authorised to stop bus anywhere inside the mejastic. What i believe is final stop at mejastic is either opposite to metro station or inside the respective bus terminals.
                                      Please let me know if conductor was correct because i was traveling with a luggages and small baby. And it caused high inconvenience for my family. Dear depo managers do agree the same if your family is traveling and conductor ask them to deboard in between of road? Ticket is attached fyi. He did not return my change as well. Please do not authorize staff to stop bus in the middle of the road and demand passengers to deboard saying its a last stop.
