Dear sir/madam,
I am a regular customer of ksrtc airavat bus service, and i travel frequently from bengaluru to kutuparamba (Kannur dist, kerala) round trip every weekend.
Yesterday, for the first time, i missed boarding the bus from kutuparamba despite being half-an-hour early to the bus stop. It looks like the driver didn't stop at the regular place due to traffic. Nevertheless, the conductor of the bus also didn't contact me on my mobile phone.

When i had contacted the conductor, the bus has reached irrity (25kms away from kutuparamba). I am really upset with the ksrtc service and hence, registering my grievance through this email.
I would also humbly request you to kindly refund my ticket price if possible. Also, if possible, please try to ensure that this never happens to any passenger in future.
