(Ka-56-f-2912) this bus driver has lost his mind please check his mental status. He would have killed us just passed by brushing elbow just to overtake a car. After this when asked him to go properly he stops at nayandahalli flyover yells back at public. Please be more responsible life is precious this happened at 11:10 pm on monday june 3 rd. This driver is not fit to drive you cant put soany people life on stack

    Dear sir/madam
    With reference to above subject i am writing this mail to bring your kind notification that, today morning i travelled from nargund to kerur in ksrtc bus ka33f0342, and i wanted to get down at kerur post office stop, and i told conductor that i will get at next stop, and he replied our driver won't stop at post office stop. I said request stop is there at kerur post office.
    But he argued with me and one of lady co passenger and used unparliamentary words and try to manhandled with me.
    As a big and reputed organization like ksrtc, this kind of behavior of your employee will damage a image of organization.

    I kindly request you to take necessary action against employee and i expect personal apology from him.
    I am attaching a copy of ticket and bus number for your reference.

    If i didnt receive any clarification from you i will further write a letter to cm office karnataka.

    Hope you will justification at your end.

      Customer complaint :- for the pnr no: h76267866 trip code:2032bjphyd passenger had travel from vijayapura to hyderabad. The departure time was 20:32, but this particular bus came to the boarding point 30 minutes late, at the time passenger asked to the crew person regarding arrival details, crew person told it will reach at 05.00 or 5.30 and again passenger told "i have to reach hyderabad airport in morning" for that crew person told "from hyderabad bus station to hyderabad airport it will take 10 minutes to reach", so i wake up at 05.30 and went to near crew persons but both the crew persons has slept and one passenger is driving the bus, if incase bus met accident who will take the responsibility for the other passengers, and then the service is reached the hyderabad at 6.30, but from hyderabad bus station to hyderabad airport passenger took to reached 40 minutes, so i missed the flight, please take strict action on the crew persons and asking for the flight ticket refund amount of $16000.

        I was travelling from ekm to mysore on[protected]. Was travelling with kid. I had 2 suitcases as luggage. First of all, when the crew message from ksrtc came tried calling the num to know the loc of the bus, but he didnt pick up. When the bus arrived, i had my relative with me to help me to keep the luggage. Then driver was so rude and started taunting for having 2 suitcases. After that, when i reached mysore, he did scold me that you should have booked a lorry to keep the luggage and threw the bags over the road, wherein i haven't asked any help from him. Have traveled by ksrtc buses since 5 years, but didn't have a bad experience like this. If he didn't want to help, it's okay, we will manage, but to ill treat the passengers is not acceptable.

          This is to bring to your notice that i boarded the bus from mysore bus stand to bangalore, airvat club class at around 12.50pm the bus started at around 1.05pm from the bus stand on 30th may, but straight went to drop and took almost 20 min, when questioned the driver he said we are here to collect water bottles. It reached to nayandhalli bus stand by 4.30 pm. It would have been better to travel by sarige bus instead of volvo.

            I travelled from shimoga to bangalore on 24.05.2019 by airavat bus
            Leaving shimoga at 12.00. At about 3.40 pm it stopped for lunch at a place called kotenayakanahalli in front of a restaurant called sri ramanjaneya veg restaurant.
            I have two points to make.
            1) 3.40 is too late for lunch.
            2) the restaurant and the place selected were very bad. Food was horrible
            And it was self service - you have to hold your lunch plate and stand in a queue waiting for him to put rice and sambar in our plate, the owner was not polite also. I think passengers travelling on your airavat deserve a better deal.

            Please instruct the driver to halt for lunch at around 2 pm and secondly let him stop in front of some decent restaurant.

                The driver and conductor of the said bus misbehaved with passenger and her companion. They haven't stopped the bus on the said stop and they are not ready to accept their mistake. Instead they started arguing with us even by using some of the bad words and was about to harm us physically. But the co-passenger stopped them. They even mentioned in their statement that nobody can do anything. Even the cm cannot take any action against us.
                Please take immediate action against them. Hope you will consider my complaint.

                  Ac duct is sealed... Unable to open it.

                  Even the bus conductor was unable to unwind it.

                  Had an experience of travelling in hot oven.

                  Wondering what sort of maintenance you guys do.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I am a regular customer of ksrtc airavat bus service, and i travel frequently from bengaluru to kutuparamba (Kannur dist, kerala) round trip every weekend.

                    Yesterday, for the first time, i missed boarding the bus from kutuparamba despite being half-an-hour early to the bus stop. It looks like the driver didn't stop at the regular place due to traffic. Nevertheless, the conductor of the bus also didn't contact me on my mobile phone.

                    Kindly find the e-ticket details of my missed travel below:

                    I would also humbly request you to kindly refund my ticket price if possible. Also, if possible, please try to ensure that this never happens to any passenger in future.

                      I am travelling from venjaramood to kottayam by ksrtc palakkad fast bus today (27/0 5/2019 at 5:45 am.) having the bus number kl 15 a -1191. The conductor in this bus is behaving very badly to all passengers. I am also a victim for this. I gave rs. 500 for rs. 116 ticket fare. I saw change in his bag, but he refused to give me the balance amount (Not to me but to many passengers)
                      He is asking purposefully me to collect the change from kottayam depo. Please do the needful.

                        Me, my mother and grandmother (Aged 69 and we are all ladies) were travelling in airavata pnr 76988823 in vehicle f-1613 from chikmagalur to bengaluru on 25/05/2019. The driver was driving so rashly that few of the passengers were sick and few others were vomiting. So they complained to the driver. Later when the bus stopped at hassan, since my grandmother was feeling sick, we i formed him that we wanted to visit washroom and will be back. Later we were shocked to see our bus leave at a distance. And we're completely horrified we were left back in a strange city with money. Later as per some other conductor's instruction we went to check if the bus had stopped. We saw that the bus had stopped because one of our co passenger had informed the driver. My grandmother had to walk for 10 minutes to reach the bus. Later when we confronted him, he started blaming us and said that he had told us he would stop for only two minutes (Erade nimisha irodu. Ashtralli barbeku anta helidnalla) with no sign of remorse or apology.
                        I request ksrtc to take proper action so that such attitude doesn't continue in the future. I hope ksrtc will maintain their reputation for being human and responsible.

                          Today i had visited k. S. R. T. C buss stand mangalore for droping my cousin. While going back aftrr droping her, one guy had came and ordering me to give 5rs for parling. Iam surprised and requested as iam not parked or parking here, here i just came for to drop my cousin and it taken just 3 mints so why should i pay, for that that guy raised his voice and said some bad words with his local language and taken my bike key with him, and again while iam requesting to my key he tried to man handle over me.. Is this is the service k. S. R. T. C giving.???

                            Sir today i was travelling from mysore cbs to rajendranagar.in five light circle one lady asked me whether this bus goes for naidunagar i said yes. Conductor came to me and said "hey yake heltiya ogutte anta yak sumne kurok agolwa ninge" even though the bus was half filled. I don't know why she behaved like her own private vehicle. A person next to me asked what wrong this girl did means no reply from that conductor. She started staring and the bus no. Is ka4445

                              One of the worst experience with ksrtc transportation. I with my husband boarded the bus from hassan to bangalore on 20th night via ksrtc bus at 10.30pm with bus number ka-18 f-857. The driver had no control over the breaks and he rushed so fast that even when humps were there, yet he didn't apply the breaks. We had to sit right upon the backside of the wheels of the bus as it was late and throughout the journey we couldn't even sit peacefully because of his rash driving. We the backside passengers were shouting at him for riding smoothly, still he didn't even reduce his speed and he completely drove the bus without applying breaks. I want to make a point here, we are also humans, we do get stomach pains and other health issues! What if some of the backside passengers had got some serious health upset during that journey, will the driver take care of it?? Will he take that responsibility? Or he will still continue driving such harshly??? C'mon how can he be so inhuman with the backside passengers??? Didn't we paid the same ticket amount? Are we sitting freely is it??? How rubbish, and how unprofessional he can be??? Such worst experience i never had in my journey till date. At 3:30am we reached, and i was suffering from terrible stomach pain, after reaching home i even fell sick. Worst ksrtc red buses!!! They are terrible. Uhhhh... I want the concerned departments to make a note of this and correct it accordingly... It's pathetic to explain the journey...

                                As the subject says - it's about The RASH driving of the KSRTC driver. Was travelling from Hassan to Bangalore on 20th night 10.30pm boarded the BUS with number KA-18 F-857. Never ever I had such worst experience of travelling, where I had to sit right upon to the back set of wheels of the bus( because me and my husband didn't get the front seat). We were literally jumping above the seat because of his driving. And each time we the backside passengers started shouting at him, he drove even more fast and stopped applying breaks completely. I want to make a Statement here, even we are humans, we do get stomach pains and other health issues. How can the driver be so negligent about the backside passengers? What if the passenger gets severe stomach pain and some serious thing happens to him/her? Will he reduce it? Will he still continue driving rashly???????? Such pathetic was our condition. We couldn't even sit the whole journey, and there was no question of even a slightest of sleep!! Such worst driving and the driver. Shame on KSRTC to have such employees.

                                On of wrost driver I never seen in KSRTC bus
                                From house to majestic he takes 1 hour 50 mits (2 hours around ) in 9:06pm to 10:50pm, even there is no traffic in the city. Very slow riding while he move forwards by signals 4 to 5 times he went 2 feet reverse. Old age driver.

                                  The driver of the inter state bus rammed into the open door of my car while it was already open for more than 2mins. My father would have been killed if he was just 1cm away from the door. If the door would have been opened exactly when the bus was coming then it would have been my father's mistake, but since it was already open for long it was clearly the mistake of the bus driver.The bus driver was driving very rashly and also the bus conductor was trying to unnecessarily pick up a fight. Kind request to take action immediately.

                                    I was travelling with my wife and daughter (03 Full Tickets) from PANAJI (GOA) to HUBLI on 22/05/2019 at 07:00 Hrs in a NWKRTC bus (Pics attached). After 02 hrs i.e around 09:00 Hrs bus was stopped in Ghat section (approximately within one Km from Karnataka Border). There was an accident between a lorry and a Car resulting blockage of Road (Pics attached) . There was no enough space to move buses from either side. The space was very congested and only LMVs were able to cross that accident spot and move on. The blockage could be cleared only with the help of a crane and might take 4-5 hours or even more.
                                    I had booked flight ticket from Hubli to Bangalore (Pic attached), I was not having sufficient time to wait for long hours. I had requested Conductor of the bus for refund and he was helpless in this regard. I had paid Rs 633/- for three tickets (Pic 1) and performed journey for 02 hours as mentioned above.

                                    We requested one of the car owners moving towards Karnataka and took drop upto Belgaum.

                                    Then we travelled from Belgaum to Hubli by one more NWKRTC bus by paying rs 345 for 03 tickets (Pic attached).
                                    Now I request your goodself to consider my genuine reason and arrange for refund of ticket amount for the untraveled portion only. Refund can be sent to my Bank account. details available in the cheque attached.
                                    I am enclosing (attaching pictures as proof of above statement).

                                        Bus no. KA - 21.F.0033 driver on the date of 21/05/2019 at 10:30 on the way shunticoppa to Madikeri. Which was an express bus to hasan. That driver was too careless about his driving, when he was passing through our bike he was too close to us we would have fallen. He crossed us without even caring vehicle coming from opposite side. Which would have leaded to an accident. And even he had an rash behavior when he saw us instead of a guilty or sorry. So I kindly request u to take a proper action for this careless action. Thank you
                                        The distance between Vijayapura to Kalaburagi is 160 kms in Karnataka which bus are taking 4 and half hours that is less than 40 kms per hour travel, why can't bus travel 50 kms per hour and complete the travel time in 3.5 hours? Why don't the people of ksrtc take care of bus travel time
