    The conductor in the bus charged me from agara to vydehi, when i boarded the bus from sarjapur signal. On asking he said since you were not at bus stop we charged you from agara and both conductor and driver had good laugh. He didn’t return the change also. On shouting he gave the change immediately. This has become their habit so that if one forgets the change. It becomes their earning. Fare price of 19 or 29 have become 20 and 30 respectively. 1 rs is by default theirs. Are we earning for free??
    Also if signal is not the stop then why are they opening the door in mid of the roads??

    Also if there is a bus stop then why do they skip it saying no one was there so we skipped? They skipped the stop where i was supposed to be (Just 10 steps away). And if that is ok then how come they charged me from agara. Instead they both were laughing at me, when they both know they are wrong. It has become their routine to earn from passengers. And then the say we don’t construct building from this money. Then why do u keep it? I have been facing this every other day. Half the time i have not got ticket for a one stop journey i. E for 10 rs no ticket in return. Aren’t they paid sufficient enough to meet their daily needs? They try to avoid eye contact when they have to return you the money. And to avoid all discussions they start speaking in local language even though they know hindi well.
    Please pay them enough so that they don’t feel greedy for some chillars all the time.

      I was at the bus stand in koppal (Karnataka) taking a bus from koppal to hubli. Then i saw a bus which was ready to leave for hubli at 1:00pm (Wednesday 8 may 2019). I saw bus driver infront of the bus and i asked him about the departure time. The soon he open his mouth there was strong smell of liquor hit me. When i asked him about it he said i’m not drunk but the smell was swo strong and it was him who was drunk. I complained about it to the inquiry department and they said he doesn’t drink at work.in short they were supporting him. And saying he might have drank last night. Surprisingly they don’t even have breathalyser with them. Which has been made mandatory in the each bus stations from 2016. I have taken a photography of bus.
      I cancelled my ticket 16th April i didn't get money till today onward y wts reason i don't no
      Ksrtc airavat bus driver was doing rash driving ...
      He was using phone while driving .
      So much harsh driving made public to chase him n fought with him even though he had mistake he was using bad words at those 2 wheeler people ...

        I started travelling on 5/5/2019. Bus number ka07 f 1755.

        Bus stopped in all small stops. It stopped 30 mins in kolar. For food in palamaner another 30 mins. Now it's moving towards tirupati. Timing on bus is 4:30 to 10. Now it's 8:44 in palamaner. How can it will reach tirupati in 1 hour 15 mins.. Not only this bus... All karnataka buses are doing same... Time taken for 250 kms is 8 hours?? I think drivers and conductors are doing timepass.. Although road is very good from voskote to chittoor... If this continues... No one will take ksrtc... If it reaches today at 12 am... Will u think local transport will be there in tirupati...?? Train employees to value time... If there is no passengers... Tell them to cancel at kolar or mulbagal by letting passengers to another bus... This is pathetic...

          I have observered this many times and thought this issue will get fixed soon but that isn't the case even today I have been waiting for chitamani bus from one hour but there is no bus, there are lot of buses towards kolar. Why not towards chitamani.
          Such useless solution kstrc is providing passengers are waiting from one, one and half hour but this ksrtc government has no rules and regulations to follow I think. I think they don't even follow up a schedule timings for the buses, this is worst service anyone can provide

            Dear ksrtc compliant cell,
            To traveling from townall hall to majestic, bangalore, i have got into ksrtc bus no. Ka 42 f 227 which was offering service from hosur, tamilnadu to majestic, bangalore. It was unfortunate that conductor of the bus refused to issue ticket wroth of rs. 30, citing reason that he don't have tickets. Moreover, when i insisted to issue ticket, he quarreled with me and threatened to throw out of the bus. I request a stern action such corrupted conductors.

              Many students travel from tumkur to bangalore with student passes. The pass issuing authority, tumkur dept, is not providing adequate busses at proper time in these routes. Though there are numerous busses available at this route, they're not permitting students to travel.
              The conductors and the management are not addressing the issue properly. Other depo vehicles are permitting barely a few to travel in each bus. Though there are numerous busses at their disposal, standing idle, they are not utilizing them. And this is a major setback for the students traveling from distant place.
              Kindly take necessary actions.

                The ticket taken for upndown journey from gangavathi to koppal on[protected]. The ecm machine which gives ticket is having problem and the date is mis printed on it so the conductor signed on it and said no body will object it. But in return journey from koppal the conductor of ka37f0685 objected and asked me to get down from the bus even though i paid for both journies. I failed to go on time to my destination even though i posses ticket. Please look in to the matter and rectify your ecms and dont trouble the passengers i want compensation for this at any cost. I requested the controler of koppal depo before the bus is leaving the station. He also rejected only because i talked with him in our national language which he dont know is karnataka not a part of india or the people of karnataka banned national language.

                  Dear sir
                  As above we have traveled from bangalore to shringeri on with april bus no ka 40 f1432 and they wood have stoped for diner in anand kushi hotel near t begure. As pere there bill they have charged 190rs per curd rice and all the for items are much costlier compare to other hotels and it is almost 50% of your jurney ticket.
                  Can you please confirm us common. People can have dinner heare.
                  As we observed service and cleanliness is in most worst condition.

                  As a public we may think your public firm. Is handlig this type of things for your officers and others personal benefits.

                  Please consider the above complaint and revert as if you people have real consern on comon man.

                    We have already raised complaint with ksrtc helpline and sent mail to awatar but no resolution given so far. Two senior citizens were ill-treated by the staff of ksrtc, they were not guided properly and were abused when they sought further help. They denied giving any complaint no. Nor any ticket no. For the complaint we raised. The pnr numbers were j75409933 and j75409989. Due to miscommunication, the 2 senior citizens could not board their bus and also were not refunded the ticket amount along with receiving verbal insults and abuses. They only ended up crying which they didn't deserve.

                      Yesterday we are traveling by car in solapur to bijapur by car ur driver came rash when we stopped the bus he and conductor came to fight and they have some friends with them they started fitting with my driver and beaten my driver so please take action on both driver and conductor

                      Belgaum to Bijapur travelling worst bus driver bus no KA22 F1954 from 5.30 pm I have left and 12am I have reached bijapur totally one and half hour late. Don't why government is providing such drivers.
                      Ka14 f0080 was doing rash driving.
                      It was a just miss to my family from that bus.
                      When we stopped bus, the bus driver misbehaved and was rude with ladies also.

                      So we went till tiptur bus stand and asked for clarification but there was no response. They answers that ksrtc busses don't have air horn.. I don't know logic of air horn ...

                      They bus was about 75 to 85 kmph on the road which is under construction (one way due to construction)

                      There was proper response from any officials.

                        Bus service on bidar to kalaburagi non stop bus supposed to give stop at humnabad bus stand.
                        Bus conductor on the scheduled bidar to kalaburagi non stop bus on 28.04.2019 @ 4:30 hours, bearing bus no. Ka38. F1145, has refused to board in the passenger travelling humnabad. Stating bus will not stop @ humnabad bus stand.
                        Has caused unwanted trouble for the passenger even though all the non stop buses from bidar to kalaburagi supposed to stop @humnabad bus stand
                        The book which i have booked to bangalore the seat was 42(window) but i didn't get that seat. The seat which i have got was not that good enough to travel because the push back system was not working. I was not able to sleep
                        Please see that ur. Bus driver is speaking bad words on mother is bludy mother [censored]er and he tells other passengers the same I hate this driver

                          27april, 11:00 am airavat club class bus (F 2505) driver from madikeri to bangalore was very unprofessional. He was driving very rashly, honking unnecessarily continuously and also bad mouthing the passengers who asked if the bus would stop for 5min at a bus stop. On top of it he did not halt for lunch at a proper place instead stopped at maddur bus depot at around 2.45pm where we could get nothing proper to eat. Horrible experience this time with ksrtc

                            It is to inform to the transportation authority of ksrtc that the conductors are occupying the passanger seats after passanger availing bus tickets in such a long distance from bangalore to chintamani requesting the authority to be kind to passangers especially ladies and aged persons.
                            Please provide a separate seat to conductor i have been observed that every ksrtc bus conductor are occupying the seat

                              The entire journey was not pleasant as was expected. The bus had some trouble in the air conditioner operation intially but the driver could not resolve it. Children and old people had breathing problem. A/c not worked in full journey; lot of hardship faced:

                                I had booked tickets for 26th night by searching but I did not notice that the date would start from the 25th night. I am available to travel only on 26th night.

                                I contacted the customer service and was informed to go to the website and request cancellation but I am not able to do so.

                                I was informed that if you request cancellation before 2 hours of departure then I will get 50% refund. But I was not able to cancel.

                                I am attaching the screenshot for your reference which does not show the cancellation option.

                                I was given the number of head office for the cancellation, they asked me to drop an mail regarding this and they can help me with partial refund of 50 percent.
                                The number given to me by the customer service are [protected]/5.

                                I am also attaching the cancellation policy for your reference.

                                Also for your information, I have also attached the screenshot which shows that I am contacting you guys before more than 2 hours.

                                I hope I get partial refund.

                                The boarding point mentioned is Hyderabad. No other specifics have been given.
                                I called your customer care and waited until the call got dropped by itself but noone answered it.
                                More details would be appreciated atleast 1 hr before the bus start. ie., 7PM

                                  I am a regular commutor from bengaluru to hyderabad to bengaluru. Atleast twice in a week i will travel.

                                  The above bus absolutely worst & expired to call it airavath service. Below are the issues:
                                  1. Driver side curtains[front] are not there. Driver fixed 3 blankets to avoid opposite vehicle light entering inside
                                  2. The worst suspensions. Airavath is a multi axle vehicle. But the suspensions are literally worst than an ordinary bus. Driver must apply a brake when he finds a bumpy road & slow down. Otherwise the entire vehicle will make dirty noise & entire passengers will wake up & curse the driver. I did not sleep even for 5 minutes.
                                  3. The whole body of the vehicle has become old. It vibrates, makes screeching noise all the way
                                  4. Seats are not well maintained. Very old & dirty. Some kind of bugs are there & they will not allow you to sleep peacefully

                                  Please takeout this bus & replace a good one.
                                  And do not trouble the office goers as they want to take some rest in the bus & attend the work
                                  While I tried booking ksrtc bus ticket from Dharmastala to Bangalore Rs. 625 was deducted from my account. But I did not receive the ticket, nor any confirmation mail.
                                  All ksrtc buses on the way from midnight to morning8am are going towards Railway station road particularly this Karyn bus no ka32f2302 was not going towards Railway station road behaving rudely with public so kindly please take action to this ksrtcbus including bus conductor and driver provide justice

                                    This is related to our recent travel from hyderabad to bangalore in ksrtc bus. We have booked ticket for airvath club class.

                                    Journey date - april 21, 2019.
                                    Trip code - 1904hydbng
                                    Pnr - j76152083
                                    Bus number - ka 01 f9276
                                    Seat numbers - 41, 42.

                                    First of all there was lot of vibration in the bus. The floor under my seat is broken (Towards the window side). This caused the seat position slanted towards the window. It was very uncomfortable as seat was continuously vibrating, plus the back support was also not strong.

                                    Since these 2 seats are on top of the engine, constant heat was coming out from the engine from the broken region under the seat. We requested the driver to change our seats, but he couldn't change as the bus was fully reserved.

                                    Also it rained during the journey and water was leaking from the roof.

                                    At around 3 am the bus broke down due to power failure and it was not starting. The bus driver tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. The driver mentioned alternate bus is coming from bangalore to pick the passengers. We have waited for 2 hours and the bus has not arrived. Bus driver managed to stop few ksrtc buses travelling towards bangalore and few o[censored]s managed to travel in those buses by sitting on the floor. We are not sure when the alternate bus has reached the point to pick the remaining passengers.

                                    I cannot believe why ksrtc operates these buses which are not maintained well and which risks the passengers safety.

                                    This travel has caused us a lot of discomfort, fear and back pain for both myself and my wife.

                                    Please tell us how you can compensate us for the agony we have to go through?

                                      Hi my pnr no. J76302642. My bus number
                                      Ka 40 f 1172. The conductor taken the luggage ticket unnecessarily from me. My luggage is below 8 kgs, he sai to give 158 rs for 181 kms. The adult ticket is only 181 but luggage ticket is 158? Where is the justice? After that i have said that i'll complain to customer service to conductor. Then he took 58 rs from me. That means ksrtc conductor's are folishing the people. Wat about uneducated people who travel in buses. Every person can carry atleast 10 kgs from busses. So please take action using pnr no and bus number.

                                      We are very happy that an Non Ac Sleeper bus is running full from Sindhanoor to Mysore Viceversa.
                                      Lot of passengers from Lingasgur have to come to Sindhanoor to board the bus to Mysore.

                                      Kindly extend this bus service from Lingasgur to Mysore.

                                        It is observed that pune bangalore route where the ksrctc buses airawat/ambari are stopped for food either for lunch or dinner are not at all good in quality. Recently i travelled from pune to bangalore ksrctc ambari, bus stopped at navami family restaurant which is not at all good in quality. Food is very inferior as compared to price. An hygiene level is also very poor. Travellers has no choice to stop wherever they want. So it is ultimate responsibility of ksrtctc to take care of them. Request you to address this issue asap.
