Yesterday i traveled in ksrtc airavat club class, bus number : 1715. Lady conductor was too rude, is there any rules to stop only in certain stops for getting down? Public transport should drop the passengers where they request, for elections passengers requested to drop them in near by booth. (She told to plan earlier for elections, who is she to tell passengers plans) conductor way of talking to passenger is so rude. We are really so disappointed on her behavior. To open bootspace for taking baggage she was shouting a lot at passengers, please let us know where we have to keep the luggage while getting down?

    ದಿನಾಂಕ 11.04.2019 ರಂದು ಇಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಸುಂಟಿಕೊಪ್ಪ ದಿಂದ ಮಡಿಕೇರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುವಾಗ ಕಂಡೆಕ್ಟರ್ ದುಡ್ಡು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ನೀಡಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅ ನಂತರ ನಾನು ಸುಂಟಿಕೊಪ್ಪದಿಂದಲೇ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ಕೇಳಿದೆ ಅವರು ರಿಮ್ ಖಾಲಿ ಆಗಿದೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೀನಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು ನಂತರ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸಮಯ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೀನಿ ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಿದರು ನಾನು ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ಮೀಷನ್ ಸರಿ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ವಲ್ಲ ಸಮಯ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕೇಳಿದೆ ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹ ಅವರು ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಕುತಿದ್ದು ಸಹ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಡಿಕೇರಿ ತಲುಪುವಾಗ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ಕೆಳಿದೆ ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಪಕ್ಕದವರ ಜೊತೆ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀನಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ನನ್ನ ದುಡ್ಡು ಪಕ್ಕದವರು ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ ನಾನೇ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ನನಗೆ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಅಲ್ಲವೇ? ಆದ್ರು ಅವರು ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ನೀಡಲಿಲ್ಲ ಆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಒಳಗೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಕಂಡೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಉಡಾಪೆ ಮಾತಾಡಿ ಬಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಇಳಿಸಿದರು.
    ಆ ನಂತರ ನಾನು ಮಡಿಕೇರಿ ಬಸ್ ಸ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಟಿ.ಸಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕಾಲ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದೆ ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಟಿ.ಸಿ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ಸಹ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು ಉತ್ತರ ಬೇರೆಯವರ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀನಿ ಹಂತ ಯಾರ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ಕೊಟ್ರು ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಈ ಕಂಡೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ನೀಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೈಸೂರು ಡಿಪೋ ಬಸ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಕೆಎ-09-ಎಫ್-4985 ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಬಸ್. ರೂಟ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 27.
    ಹಾಗೂ ಒಂದು ವಾರದ ಹಿಂದ ಕುಂದಾಪುರ ಬಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುವಾಗ ಕಂಡೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಅವರ ಕೌಂಟರ್ ಶೀಟ್ ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಯಾಕೆ ಈ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್.ಆರ್.ಟಿ.ಸಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಈ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕಂಡೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಭಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಈಗ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹ ಭಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಬಾಕಿ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀದೆಯೋ?

      We traveld at KSRTC on 10th April from Bangaluru to Ananthapur, journey time 8am to 1pm. On the way my wife lost a ladies purse in her hand bag.The bus was full rush and we were seeted driver back. On that time stolen, purse contained 5500/- cash and one gold chain of 30grams with black Beeds with TTD svs 10 grams locket). They are cc cemara also in bus. So please take complaint and take necessary action.

        KSRTC bus no. KA-40 F 1122 [route:Bangalore to Hindupur] was found driving in the way which is not acceptable as a public, it might have hurt someone in dangerous way. The incident took place in Bashettihalli industrial area. If not taken any action and it continues there's obviously someone who will be affected as i was almost hit today.
        I request you to take an action to this matter and I hope there is a positive reply ahead.

          Hi,

          I was travelling to mysuru from bengaluru satellite bus station from airavat at 09:00 a. M. Bus tc told me to collect a ticket from the ticket window. The lady on duty (9th of april, 2019 @08:45 a. M.) behaved horribly. She was speaking arrogantly with every of the customer. Also, she was speaking foul language when people didn’t gave her change. Please, i request ksrtc to take necessary actions against this. Apart from this i haven’t faced any issues in ksrtc. Thank you.

            Dear sir. I travelled in KSRTC bus in middle night on 5/4/2019, when iam reaching my nearer stop.. I asked request stop to conductor, , they not given stop in village side at midnight 1:47AM...
            Conductor behavior is worst i never seen in KSRTC organisation... I dont his name but his attitude is really bad.. Train him to how to interact with people and some humanity..

              I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Davanagere. Departure time was 22.55pm. waited till 1.45 Am but still the bus didnt arrive. I Tried calling the conductor's number sent via SMS for about 65 times and no one responded.felt really dissapointed and uncomfortable standing all alone in middle of the night. Later i had to catch some private bus and had to pay the amount twice.

                Hi,

                Myself with family was traveling from gudalur to bangalore on last saturday noon. We had to wait for more than one and a half hour with our 10 months old baby. At the boarding point, the agency (Vj joseph and sons gudalur) people were not allowing us to sit inside. They were saying "since you have booked online you are not allowed to wait inside".

                I have experienced the same earlier also when traveling alone. This time it was cruel. We stood outside with our baby in the sunlight without any shade in such a hot condition. My baby fell sick too. There was no other option rather than wait there since the bus can come at any moment. The bus was also delayed by more than 1 hr.

                My point is that if they are not allowing people to wait there then why it comes as the boarding point in the first place? The bus stand is nearby and if the bus stops inside bus-stand we could have waited in the public waiting shed.
                Please change this boarding point since no use to the travelers.

                  Bus no F1715 . Bangalore to Mangalore.
                  Very rude conductor. I am not fluent in speaking in kannada.He did not inform me properly where we have to stand to board the bus. Did not call .When i called he was very rude. He stopped in next signal .Being a lady i have to run a lot in night . Please consider my complaint.First time this happen with KSRTC

                    wasting time of passengers

                    The conductor and driver are wasting time in order to fill their buses and making bus to stand in signals.. The government shuold make clear that the bus should halt for lunch and dinner in government bus stand.in this way we can utilize the government services and wastage of time can be reduced in great manner. Please make sure that it should be followed by all ksrtc bus. Today the passenger have suffered a lot due to lack of irresponsible...

                    Am coming from kasargod to alleppey by maharaja bus. Bus reached alleppey at 4.50 am. My home situated at punnapra opposite milma plant. I got a trivandeum super fast and take ambalappuzha ticket and request to conductor to stop the bus at punnapra. But he shouted and refuse my request. Am an 20 year old 3rd year mbbs lfemale student.
                    And i informed to my grand father he is 72 year old man and he came at vandanam medical college hospital jubction and pick me from there. And the time and date for this incident is 27/03/2019 5.25 am.
                    So please make necessory action against this conductor and give a punishment against him.

                      I have started travel from thokkottu to mangalore bus stand on 26.03.19 in vehicle no ka57f 1297 at morning hours. I have standing in end of the bus. Till pvs circle conductor not came for collection the ticket.

                      When conductor came for collecting ticket at pvs circle i have given rs.13/- has charge frm thokkottu to mangalore, but conductor has issued the ticket for rs.9/- only. That time i have asked with conductor for there is difference amount of ticket, he told your stage was crossed so i couldn't able to issue the ticket.
                      He was taken money from where i have started travel but ticket was issued for next stage from where there is difference amount of rs. 4/-

                      Why it is not possible to issue the ticket to back stage.
                      I thing conductor was cheating passengers and government.

                      I kindly request you to pls take action and respond us.

                        Today i was traveling from bangalore to mangalore in bus number ka19f3306 where all the reserved ladies seats were filled with gents, and when i asked the conductor to allot them for ladies, he told there is no rules that only ladies should use that seat, if gents sit there first then they can avail it.
                        So please consider my complaint, because ladies are being suffered by this.

                          In night times so many buses are not giving stop at chikkaballapur while coming from anantapur some of buses even not ready to give stop at highway they are insisting to take ticket to bangalore. Why is chikkaballapur is not a place. If lady passengers are there do you think how they suffer in night times. Dont run services to anantapur if not giving stop at chickballapur. While coming they want tickets from chikkaballapur but while going they want only bangalore tickets is this justice? Is this ksrtc service?. Kindly look into the matter otherwise ksrtc services will go like apsrtc service in future.
                          I buy a ticket so please slove this student problem and to take aaction gor busconducter

                            I am a daily traveller from kasaragod to kaikamba, tickt charge is rs.21.00, however after 3 km stage will change and ticket will give for rs.18.00 eventhough we are paying rs.21.00 (Means from chowki to kaikamba). Even we are demanding also conducter wont give 21 rupees ticket telling it is not possible being stage changed. I just want to know is it a correct practise?
                            Training in rajahamsa has always been a pain. Beg bugs! Not once or twice but always.

                              I was travelling from bangalore to coimbatore on 18th march 2019 in ksrtc airavat bus number ka f 283 and my pnr number is j75619374. I boarded the bus with 2 bags and have kept it side by side in the luggage section above my seat. When nearing coimbatore bus stand when i checked for my bag i could find only one of my bag and the laptop bag was missing. I informed the conductor immediately and they seemed not to care at all and rather accusing me of carelessness. The whole point choosing a a/c bus is for comfort and safe travel and i have been travelling with ksrtc in the same route for the past 10 years it feels hurtful despite the loss of property you have to face the humiliation and attitude from the conductor. Also i have doubt on other driver who was sleeping continuously after seeing this issue and search also. I have filed a police complaint at gandhipuram, coimbatore kattoor police station coimbatore for the theft of laptop/mobile.

                              Also in this bus they have not checked the passengers name properly with id cards during boarding.

                              Also these team of driver and conductor was negotiating with other people for some money during starting of the bus. We do not know what for they were negotiating.

                              Also, found in the passenger list one number is not working, is this mobile number passenger details required for further actions.

                              As per me, this bus conductor and driver surely aware of this theft and people as the activities of them observed from the night starting of the bus.

                                Client name : - ksrtc, it is pathetic behavior of the conductor from ksrtc clearly stating that improper standards set and looted money from passenger with out giving the birth and threatening to push from the bus in mid of the journey. Bus number is f1206, pnr number : j75611991
                                The conductor has looted the half ticket price of 1136 rupees.
                                More over, the bus is also smelling bad and looted money with out giving the birth for my kid.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  Morning i was travelling from yelahanka to hebbal in my own car. When there was a green signal when from yelahanka side to airport road i was crossing it and trying to enter service roard. One ksrtc bus (Ka-40 f 1014) came suddenly from hyderabad side of airport road jumping the red signal and he was also in phone call. I had to apply a sudden break with full tension. If there was more passengers or family members it could have caused a accident. Please atleast make sure your drivers follows basic traffic guidelines of not to use phone while driving and no to jump red signal to avoid any accidents.

                                      I taveled from devanahalli to kolar on 19 the march 10:30 am by bus bearing reg number ka40 a770 with my family members, i am new to the town so before i boarding i requested conducter to stop at snr circlle which is in regular way of bus, but driver refused to go through the way even though more than 15 passengers have to get down driver refused the stop and take different route from the church circle to the kolar ksrtc bus stop and abused the passengers and told them to take autos from bus stop we are not happy with driver altitude, please take action against this kind rude behaviour
