In night times so many buses are not giving stop at chikkaballapur while coming from anantapur some of buses even not ready to give stop at highway they are insisting to take ticket to bangalore. Why is chikkaballapur is not a place. If lady passengers are there do you think how they suffer in night times. Dont run services to anantapur if not giving stop at chickballapur. While coming they want tickets from chikkaballapur but while going they want only bangalore tickets is this justice? Is this ksrtc service?. Kindly look into the matter otherwise ksrtc services will go like apsrtc service in future.
I buy a ticket so please slove this student problem and to take aaction gor busconducter

    I am a daily traveller from kasaragod to kaikamba, tickt charge is rs.21.00, however after 3 km stage will change and ticket will give for rs.18.00 eventhough we are paying rs.21.00 (Means from chowki to kaikamba). Even we are demanding also conducter wont give 21 rupees ticket telling it is not possible being stage changed. I just want to know is it a correct practise?
    Training in rajahamsa has always been a pain. Beg bugs! Not once or twice but always.

      I was travelling from bangalore to coimbatore on 18th march 2019 in ksrtc airavat bus number ka f 283 and my pnr number is j75619374. I boarded the bus with 2 bags and have kept it side by side in the luggage section above my seat. When nearing coimbatore bus stand when i checked for my bag i could find only one of my bag and the laptop bag was missing. I informed the conductor immediately and they seemed not to care at all and rather accusing me of carelessness. The whole point choosing a a/c bus is for comfort and safe travel and i have been travelling with ksrtc in the same route for the past 10 years it feels hurtful despite the loss of property you have to face the humiliation and attitude from the conductor. Also i have doubt on other driver who was sleeping continuously after seeing this issue and search also. I have filed a police complaint at gandhipuram, coimbatore kattoor police station coimbatore for the theft of laptop/mobile.

      Also in this bus they have not checked the passengers name properly with id cards during boarding.

      Also these team of driver and conductor was negotiating with other people for some money during starting of the bus. We do not know what for they were negotiating.

      Also, found in the passenger list one number is not working, is this mobile number passenger details required for further actions.

      As per me, this bus conductor and driver surely aware of this theft and people as the activities of them observed from the night starting of the bus.

        Client name : - ksrtc, it is pathetic behavior of the conductor from ksrtc clearly stating that improper standards set and looted money from passenger with out giving the birth and threatening to push from the bus in mid of the journey. Bus number is f1206, pnr number : j75611991
        The conductor has looted the half ticket price of 1136 rupees.
        More over, the bus is also smelling bad and looted money with out giving the birth for my kid.

          Dear sir,

          Morning i was travelling from yelahanka to hebbal in my own car. When there was a green signal when from yelahanka side to airport road i was crossing it and trying to enter service roard. One ksrtc bus (Ka-40 f 1014) came suddenly from hyderabad side of airport road jumping the red signal and he was also in phone call. I had to apply a sudden break with full tension. If there was more passengers or family members it could have caused a accident. Please atleast make sure your drivers follows basic traffic guidelines of not to use phone while driving and no to jump red signal to avoid any accidents.

              I taveled from devanahalli to kolar on 19 the march 10:30 am by bus bearing reg number ka40 a770 with my family members, i am new to the town so before i boarding i requested conducter to stop at snr circlle which is in regular way of bus, but driver refused to go through the way even though more than 15 passengers have to get down driver refused the stop and take different route from the church circle to the kolar ksrtc bus stop and abused the passengers and told them to take autos from bus stop we are not happy with driver altitude, please take action against this kind rude behaviour

                I have booked the KSRTC Airavat bus on 8th March 2019 from Bangalore (Boarding point- Marathalli A2B ) to Chennai. The money was deducted from my bank account. But the ticket was not booked.

                  The following person has refused to get up from the reserved seat for ladies in my journey to virajpet from mysore inspute of having seat in general category. And he also failed to get up from the seat when ladies where standing.. I am not a feminist but such persons can be harmful to the indian law as well. Kindly take action.. I warned him so many times and he behaved to me badly. Even the conductor and public in the bus had an indifferent behaviour inspite of this dirty attitude by him. The rights for women has to be preserved not done like this

                    The conductor of ksrtc bus no KA 31F 1556 is misbehaving to me stating that you have to talk in kannada only otherwise get down from my bus as this is NAMMA KARNATAKA NAMMA RASTRA NIVU KANNADA NE MATADABEKU
                    He is very rude towards the people of other state how come other people know kannada .As we live in India I spoke in our Rastra basha HINDI
                    The date happened is 15 03 2019 time 1930hours at Kopam bus Station.

                      Today i was waiting at rto circle in mysore. As there was lunch break and there were no buses i waited for about 2hours and all of a sudden 4buses just moved without giving stop and im still standing right here in the bus stop. This shows bad management instead they could have done batches for lunch hour and made the buses more frequent. So I'm requesting you to bring any changes to improve the system.

                        Dear sir my name is ranjith reddy i am an manager in an company i was travelling from boikonda to mulbagal, yester day (Thursday) by the time i was seen he was driving too much rash driving bus number k a 07 f 1646 he did not blowing horn in turnings if the accident happens all the people will die for sure that much of rash driving. And he suggested me to travel in private bus he engaged with private travels bus people he encouraging passengers to go in private buses. But the conducter is honest she is trying to load the bus the driver making this black bussines, dear sir you should have to take the action against him... To save ksrtc...

                          Sir/mam,
                          Myself and two of my friends boarded a bus at kazhakootam today at around 8:05. We asked the conductor whether the bus will stop at infosys three times and he said yes. We gave rs.100 for ticket but he was asking for more and charged us rs.114, we we're confused because infosys is not so far then we saw the ticket and he has issued it to attingal.. Then we told him to give tickets to infosys, he said the bus won't go and told us to get down at some unknown road without giving our money back.
                          "bus no - kl 15 a 525." and also the driver asked us to get down when we were asking for our money, since we did not get down he started the bus and stopped only in next stop. We had to walk for 3 kms from there to reach the main road!

                            I would like to inform you that, the ksrtc bus is not running in time from bidar to bhalki. Bidar bhalki udgir bas has to move from bidar bus stand at 7.45 am towards bhalki past two weeks it is not running in time and there is not alternate bus for that time and we asked the depot person he replayed the bus is allready moved but there is no bus move from past two weeks, we are not reaching intime to office every day. Morning session all most all are employees to reach the office in time and we have to reach before 8.45am to bhalki, because we catch the godvadi bus from bhalki to reach our school in time. This bus dispatch bhalki godvadi via to humnabad 8.50am from bhalki station. So kindly request you to arrange the bus for 7.45 am
                            I have tried booking a ticket from ksrtc during which transaction failed but money got deducted from my account OB REFERENCE NUMBER-OB35802329.Please help in Refund immediately.I paid using below upi id [protected]@ybl on March 2nd 2019. Please help me on how to take this forward.

                              When i was traveling from shimoga to udupi on[protected] by the government bus vehicle registration number ka 17f1735,

                              The operator (Conductor) in the vehicle also disturbed the passengers and created their own rules and communicated the words of disrespect to the passengers.

                              So that you would need to take disciplinary action on the employee.

                                It was around 9pm and i was waiting for bus to mankuzhi. Then a fast passenger bus came after a long wait. I enquired the conductor to stop whether it stops at mankuzhi,. He then replied very rudly in a bad manner... And he was teasing me badly, telling everyone that "we should stop there as a girl is asking, we are asked to obey"... I was feeling very bad..

                                Please take an immediate action against that conductor... Driver was such a nice man.. He agreed to stop there.. And this conductor was coming in between and teasing..

                                  Just because i travel using student pass does not give the conductors to insult me.
                                  I take the bus daily from ksrtc bus stand mangalore.
                                  But today the conductor said he cannot accept my pass saying it has wrong route.
                                  When i told i travel daily by this route and no other conductor has denied my pass
                                  He resolved to insult me
                                  I think if this continues in ksrtc you are just going to lose your reputation and lose your passengers.
                                  I know complaining is a waste as before i lodged a complaint there was no response

                                    I travel from jain university to kengeri daily. On the day[protected] evening i took a bus from bidadi to kengeri (Ka 42 f 1724). Conductor of that bus misbehaved withe regarding his pass he further argued this route in pass has large km limit. He teased me irritated me further warned he would take my bus pass away.. I too have self respect i can't take disrespect without my mistake i don't think this should be there in ksrtc i believe u people please do something.

                                      Respected sir, 12/03/19 time : 12:15 from majestic busstand... I asked bus conductor wheatger bus will go to chennapatna or not, so he said noo..in a bad manner.. Then i went and asked bus driver.. He said the bus is going through chennapatna only and he wil stop... When i enterd to bus, suddenly conductor came inside a and he told me to get down from the bus.. Nd bus is not going to chennapatna and there is no any stop.. Then driver said he don't know anything... Conductor was telling driver don't know about the route and all.. Later i asked conductor name and i clicked a pic of buss number... Then conductor came and he was telling something and all..

KA F13 0900 seat no 08, 09, 10 on our way from Chikmagalur to Bangalore (10pm to 3am) on 4th March 2019.I have my important data in the phone please help me to find it .

                                        There is a bus conductor cum driver named as mohan naik in honnavar/kumta under sirsi depot in uttar kannada (Karnataka). He is taking photos of female passengers & college girls through his phone and he will edit the photos through photoshop tool. He will send those edited photos to passenger's husband or their brothers and asking money for it. There are lot of victims under his behavior. He is doing this quite long time. Please take necessary action. I just called depo manager both kumta/honnavar and informed them as well. His whatsapp no - +[protected] and he will use this no to circulate the edited photos and blackmail the female passengers. Please take the necessary action at the earliest.
