Respected sir, 12/03/19 time : 12:15 from majestic busstand... I asked bus conductor wheatger bus will go to chennapatna or not, so he said noo..in a bad manner.. Then i went and asked bus driver.. He said the bus is going through chennapatna only and he wil stop... When i enterd to bus, suddenly conductor came inside a and he told me to get down from the bus.. Nd bus is not going to chennapatna and there is no any stop.. Then driver said he don't know anything... Conductor was telling driver don't know about the route and all.. Later i asked conductor name and i clicked a pic of buss number... Then conductor came and he was telling something and all..
I Pragyan Sharma report the Loss of my mobile phone Redmi 4(golden), blue phone cover with black earphones attached while boarding on bus no. KA F13 0900 seat no 08, 09, 10 on our way from Chikmagalur to Bangalore (10pm to 3am) on 4th March 2019.I have my important data in the phone please help me to find it .

    There is a bus conductor cum driver named as mohan naik in honnavar/kumta under sirsi depot in uttar kannada (Karnataka). He is taking photos of female passengers & college girls through his phone and he will edit the photos through photoshop tool. He will send those edited photos to passenger's husband or their brothers and asking money for it. There are lot of victims under his behavior. He is doing this quite long time. Please take necessary action. I just called depo manager both kumta/honnavar and informed them as well. His whatsapp no - +[protected] and he will use this no to circulate the edited photos and blackmail the female passengers. Please take the necessary action at the earliest.

      Today i travelled in a ksrtc bus (Kl 15 8503) from kasragod puthiyastand to bekal stop. Conductor given ticket worth rd.56 (3 full ticket and 1 half ticket). I given 100 rs. He asked 6 rs change, i given coins of 6 rs. Then he didn't given balance amount of rs.50. I thought he will give balance when our stop will reach. We asked our balance amount when he came back our seat, but he arguing that we given only 50 rs not 100. He didn't given our balance amount and he spoken very rudely.
      Please register complaint and do the needful.

        Dear sir,

        I am mailing this from in side bus no. Ka 01 f 9158, service from bangalore to thirukkoilur. Date : 11.03.2019; time 14:00hrs ; location athippally toll gate.

        This driver is driving so rash that it is putting the life of other road users and those inside the bus in danger. He is over speeding and overtaking from any direction at an uncontrollable speed. We had many near miss incidents on the way with many sudden breaking leading to tyre burning!

        This is really dangerous and unacceptable. Is he not trained to drive a passenger transport vehicle? Does he not aware that this mode of driving could kill any at any moment?

        Please take stringent action on this driver for the good of ksrtc and general public as he could kill anyone anytime.

          Ksrtc bus no ka57f3597 bus conductor of volvo from mangalore to bangalore via hassan is very rude behaviour to women... My wife was suppose to travel from hassan to bangalore on 7/3/19. I had booked ladies seat of volvo bus around 4pm... 4pm bus had ac issues hence bus driver told us that he will arrange seat in next bus which was around 4.30pm but he did not respond after that... Than this above mentioned bus arrived around 4.45 pm and narrated story and asked for seat but he did not give to us though there was seat he gave to unreserved person and misbehaved with us and lastly gave the last row seat though front ladies seat was available...

            All the times packaged drinking water becomes bitter in taste after opening the bottle in 2 hours.
            First thing is packaged drinking water plastic bottle is of very low quality. So this brand bottle has to be stopped immediately as it is not good for health.
            Bisleri brand water much much better than this.

              I giridhar kamath travelling from panjim to bengaluru with pnr - j75424180 on 8/3/2019 bus no. Ka 57 f 1621. I have been travelling in this route since 6 months. I have observed mr. Prakash gowda on many occasions behaving very rudely. Today he has been very rude in talking to me. If such an attitude persists in ksrtc employees, the image of ksrtc is tarnished.                 Dear sir/madam,

                I'm writing this complaint with atmost grief. I was commuting to exide gate from sarjapura at 10am. I was waiting for the conductor to issue ticket but she didn't turn up. When i got down the bus she said that i haven't taken the ticket. When i gave money she refused to issue ticket instead she abused me saying you want to travel free in buses and not pay money.
                She is the one who wants to make money and not issue ticket.
                This is the main reason that our country does not prosper and will never. I request the concerned authorities to take action against the bus conductor. If no action is taken i shall take up this matter directly with district collector.

                  Sir, our Mandya-Goravale root is the monopoly root of KSRTC bus of route number 212 MDY dipo. Since 2012, we have made 50 written complaint to KSRTC MDY to resolve our issues. But the officials playing with life of people. As per their guidelines, we stopped all private busses and ape autos, but instead of providing best service, MDY dipo and KSRTC officials are giving problems to our 9000 population route. On January 19, & February 27, Mdya dipo manager cancelled trips completely and allotted to Political function and jatra special respectively. He does not care about People service, he always look for revenue. We students missed semister exams on that day. Please help us out

                    I had booked a ticket from mangalore to bangalore for a journey scheduled on 03.03.2019 with pnr no. J75162373. (Taxn code 4707) the ticket was subsequently canccelled on 26.02.2019 and i received a sms that the refund amount of rs.638/- will be credited to my bank account within five days. But so far the amount has not been credited to my account. I have registered a complaint with ksrtc with no. 36384. It has been informed that the refund case was processed with transaction no. Taxg[protected]. However, the amount has not been credited to my account so far.

                      This is my ticket. The bus stopped at hospet and didn't go to hampi. Please consider a refund. The was in a very pethatic condition. The bus didn't provide water or any stop for refreshments as well.

                        I named as manjunath wanted to move from sira to tumkur on 5th march timed at 1.30 pm due to my company's work. I requested to stop the bus for more than 5 times. Even the bus driver saw me he didn't bothered to stop the bus. Bus belongs to sira depot and the bus no is ka 06 f 872. There were many passengers who need to go for tumkur. But the driver didn't stop the bus although the bus was not completely filled. This is very bad from ksrtc. We chased for 2 miles in bike then also he didn't stop the bus. Kindly take action on him

                          Hi,

                          I have travelled in ksrtc from guntur to bengaluru on march 3rd 2019.
                          Water bottles were not given to 3 of my family members till refreshment (Dinner break). After dinner break also, even after asking the staff members, water bottles were not given and not comfortable with bus staff communication as well.

                          Request you to take necessary action for this kind of things should not happen in future to any passenger, otherwise we may not choose ksrtc as first option for travel. Appreciate your help on this.

                            I am x passager taken a rajahamsa bus from aurad to hyderabad bus driver and ticket person said that it's rajahamsa is express bus non stop it will go not stop to hyderabad. So i have taken ticket 1:30 am.
                            After a half an hour bus started from aurad 2:30 then bidar we reached 3:15 again 45 mints waisted at bibar in mid summer in bus station. Then we stared from there again bus stopped atany local bhaba.in short i waisted my journey in rajahamsa.. Bad experience
                            Treat it's as serious complaint..

                            The Volvo drivers and conductors are off lately speak rude. And there is no time sense and respect for others time and value. They think we are at their mercy and speak harsh even to ladies passenger.
                            They blame KSRTC Management for everything.
                            Please teach them to keep up timing and respect passenger. Please I beg all of you in this respect

                              I have been travelling from hubballi to hyderabad by non - ac sleeper bus. The complaint is delay of the bus.
                              It starts very late in hubballi itself bus should start by 7.15 pm but it always starts between 8-8.30 pm. I reached hyderabad 9 am. But the bus timings which you display in your website is 6.30 am. This is very inconvenient to passengers. L hope you correct it.
                              KSRTC buses of bus numbers 45 are not stopping at Gokul nagar busstop In mangalore near Baikampady.I am a lady passenger coming out of the office after 7 o clock . These buses will not stop even after waiving hands at them. Roughly 7 to 8 passengers will be there in the bus .no concern at all.

                                I had parked my 2 wheeler at Mysore road satellite bus station, Bengaluru on 22/02/19 In time 21:23 Out time 23/02/19 22:28.Out pass No.0385 SHM 91907472. For this time they have charged Rs.75/- There is no board displaying the Parking rate. Are they supposed to display that prominantly at various places. Charges are not exorbitant in a Govt. setup? Please clarify? Thanks.

                                The money has been deducted for both journey.
                                But I received ticket for only from journey.
                                I didn't get ticket for to journey.

                                  The bus which i m travelling today usually from bangalore to chitradurga in airavatha morning 6am bus it will give the refreshment stop in hiriyuru paarijatha hotel which is the worst food hotel very worst hygienic and cost of the food is so high one dosa 60/- which we will get in bangalore itself for 45/- and there is a rest room which is paid 5/- and no water and will be in very worst condition. Please go through this and don't give permission to stop in this location. It's not only my complaints entire bus passenger request.. Please do the needful..

                                    I'm sadyojatha n bharadwaj, j75350421 this is my pnr no. I've not received sms notification of any sorts that is booking confirmation not the crew this happened for my earlier journey also. The crew information is very much needed in both cases when we are late and also when the service is late. This was a common practice also only from past journey i'm experiencing this problem. Please resolve this matter.

                                      Sir i travelled with daily pass on 1st march 2019. From kolar to bangalore. While ticking the conductor ticked both the box. When i asked he was shouting. Bus number. Ka 40 f 1372. Kgf depot. While returning i was refused to bring back to kolar by other bus. Number ka 07 f 1007. So i brought the additional ticket to back kolar. Do help me sir. Because some other people do the same what would happen t o travellers

                                        Sir i traveled with day pass on march 1st 2019. At 10.30 in kgf depot bus. From kolar to bangalore. The conductor with has to tick the mark. For molar to bangalore. But he tick the in two box. When i asked why you have tick. He told no problem. When return from bangalore the other conductor refused to travel back to kolar. So i took additional 70 rs ticket to travel back. Bus no ka 40 f 1372.
