I had booked a ticket from mangalore to bangalore for a journey scheduled on 03.03.2019 with pnr no. J75162373. (Taxn code 4707) the ticket was subsequently canccelled on 26.02.2019 and i received a sms that the refund amount of rs.638/- will be credited to my bank account within five days. But so far the amount has not been credited to my account. I have registered a complaint with ksrtc with no. 36384. It has been informed that the refund case was processed with transaction no. Taxg[protected]. However, the amount has not been credited to my account so far.

    This is my ticket. The bus stopped at hospet and didn't go to hampi. Please consider a refund. The was in a very pethatic condition. The bus didn't provide water or any stop for refreshments as well.

      I named as manjunath wanted to move from sira to tumkur on 5th march timed at 1.30 pm due to my company's work. I requested to stop the bus for more than 5 times. Even the bus driver saw me he didn't bothered to stop the bus. Bus belongs to sira depot and the bus no is ka 06 f 872. There were many passengers who need to go for tumkur. But the driver didn't stop the bus although the bus was not completely filled. This is very bad from ksrtc. We chased for 2 miles in bike then also he didn't stop the bus. Kindly take action on him

        Hi,

        I have travelled in ksrtc from guntur to bengaluru on march 3rd 2019.
        Water bottles were not given to 3 of my family members till refreshment (Dinner break). After dinner break also, even after asking the staff members, water bottles were not given and not comfortable with bus staff communication as well.

        Request you to take necessary action for this kind of things should not happen in future to any passenger, otherwise we may not choose ksrtc as first option for travel. Appreciate your help on this.

          I am x passager taken a rajahamsa bus from aurad to hyderabad bus driver and ticket person said that it's rajahamsa is express bus non stop it will go not stop to hyderabad. So i have taken ticket 1:30 am.
          After a half an hour bus started from aurad 2:30 then bidar we reached 3:15 again 45 mints waisted at bibar in mid summer in bus station. Then we stared from there again bus stopped atany local bhaba.in short i waisted my journey in rajahamsa.. Bad experience
          Treat it's as serious complaint..

          The Volvo drivers and conductors are off lately speak rude. And there is no time sense and respect for others time and value. They think we are at their mercy and speak harsh even to ladies passenger.
          They blame KSRTC Management for everything.
          Please teach them to keep up timing and respect passenger. Please I beg all of you in this respect

            I have been travelling from hubballi to hyderabad by non - ac sleeper bus. The complaint is delay of the bus.
            It starts very late in hubballi itself bus should start by 7.15 pm but it always starts between 8-8.30 pm. I reached hyderabad 9 am. But the bus timings which you display in your website is 6.30 am. This is very inconvenient to passengers. L hope you correct it.
            KSRTC buses of bus numbers 45 are not stopping at Gokul nagar busstop In mangalore near Baikampady.I am a lady passenger coming out of the office after 7 o clock . These buses will not stop even after waiving hands at them. Roughly 7 to 8 passengers will be there in the bus .no concern at all.

              I had parked my 2 wheeler at Mysore road satellite bus station, Bengaluru on 22/02/19 In time 21:23 Out time 23/02/19 22:28.Out pass No.0385 SHM 91907472. For this time they have charged Rs.75/- There is no board displaying the Parking rate. Are they supposed to display that prominantly at various places. Charges are not exorbitant in a Govt. setup? Please clarify? Thanks.
              I have booked to and from bus ticket online.
              The money has been deducted for both journey.
              But I received ticket for only from journey.
              I didn't get ticket for to journey.

                The bus which i m travelling today usually from bangalore to chitradurga in airavatha morning 6am bus it will give the refreshment stop in hiriyuru paarijatha hotel which is the worst food hotel very worst hygienic and cost of the food is so high one dosa 60/- which we will get in bangalore itself for 45/- and there is a rest room which is paid 5/- and no water and will be in very worst condition. Please go through this and don't give permission to stop in this location. It's not only my complaints entire bus passenger request.. Please do the needful..

                  I'm sadyojatha n bharadwaj, j75350421 this is my pnr no. I've not received sms notification of any sorts that is booking confirmation not the crew this happened for my earlier journey also. The crew information is very much needed in both cases when we are late and also when the service is late. This was a common practice also only from past journey i'm experiencing this problem. Please resolve this matter.

                    Sir i travelled with daily pass on 1st march 2019. From kolar to bangalore. While ticking the conductor ticked both the box. When i asked he was shouting. Bus number. Ka 40 f 1372. Kgf depot. While returning i was refused to bring back to kolar by other bus. Number ka 07 f 1007. So i brought the additional ticket to back kolar. Do help me sir. Because some other people do the same what would happen t o travellers

                      Sir i traveled with day pass on march 1st 2019. At 10.30 in kgf depot bus. From kolar to bangalore. The conductor with has to tick the mark. For molar to bangalore. But he tick the in two box. When i asked why you have tick. He told no problem. When return from bangalore the other conductor refused to travel back to kolar. So i took additional 70 rs ticket to travel back. Bus no ka 40 f 1372.

                        I had travelled to pune with my family on 19th feb. 2019 by airavat club class bus service. Pnr j75052555. Booked ticked from yeshwantpur to nigdi as dropping point. But the crew members forced me to get down at pune as it is showing as end place on e ticket and alighting poing as nigdi.. I had to spend more rs 500 for auto to reach my dropping point... I requests ksrtc to make my refund to my account through which i had paid for ticket bookings.

                          Dear team,

                          This is mahesh from solapur. I daily do up down from solapur to omerga and omerga to solapur. Today i travel from omerga from one o[censored]r bus bus no ka 38 f 1250 which bidar chidguppa trambakeshwar. Between travel i was requested conductor to stop bus for 2 mins to make toilet (Pishab), he was stopped bus, after permission taken from conductor, i was come out of bus, the conductor instruct driver to move bus forward. Literally i was ran behind the bus and pick the bus. When i was asked him why he behaved like this, then then conductor starting abusing me on my mother and sister like behnchood maa ka bhosada etc... And also try to treten me like he have some realtive lives in solapur, with the help of them he will bit me badly and attempted also. I was called local police and with the help of them i came home.

                          Ksrtc is most trusted buses in india.

                          This kind of behaviour and abusing is not expecting from your employees.

                          Look into this matter and give me compliance of the same on my email or phone.

                          I have registered complaint against your employees at solapur police control room.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            With reference to the above i am travelling in airavat club class bus from hyderabad to bengaluru and allotted seat number 47 which is located last line and middle seat here
                            1. There is no proper push back facility.
                            2. There is no foot rest.
                            3. No a. C

                            Here i could not able to sit so i requested to crew to arrange the seat number 1 or 2 to atleast sit which both seats are occupied by him and sleeping, but i arrogant and irresponsible reply from him he is shouting like anything on me.

                            Since i am a passenger facing difficulty to sit in semi sleeper bus by paying around 1000/- (Thousand rupees) without having facilities which are guaranteed by corporation kindly imagine my situation when i requested crew to arrange other seat which is vacant.

                            Full night i travelled without rest and i need to attend office today how can i survive.
                            Please note the whether is full hot and closed bus without a. C. How i can sit inside the bus and crew is not supporting instead he is shouting on me.

                            Considering with above facts i requsting you to take appropriate action and do the needful.

                              I on board city bus from koramangala 5th block and asked ticket for koramangala 1st block which was 17 rupees. I have given the change 17 rupees but the conductor didn't accept it. I don't know kanada language so tried to get help from other passenger why he is not accepting coins. Conductor seems said that he could only accept notes. Then i gave 20 rupees and he had to give back 3 coins. I could not argue much due to language issue. Why he is behaved like that. Here's the but details. Please check on the data and the timing, you can find out the conductor who is that? This seems to be simple issue but this is taken care then big issue will not be happened.

                                The incident happened when i was on the way to chamarajanagar from mysuru. There was a bus coming from the opposite side, so i slowed down the car as the road was little small. But another bus (Ka 07 0858) overtook rashly and bumped into our new car leading to damages on the back. I parked my car in the side and asked the driver to stop. However the driver didn't stop to check on us and also abused us with songs. I demand strict actions against the driver for this act and also an apology from that #.

My son and me travelling conductor came my seat i told ticket particular one full one half, conductor repeat me how much year old your son, i say 12 years he will be running in 12 years but i told toconductor 12 year complete to full charges but he will get nothing response.                                     The complaint is about the bus running in route no 50 bangalore to masthi via sarjapura.

                                    Bus timings was 10.30 departure from masthi but the bus had departed at 10.13 am on 23rd february 2019. Since we could not travel as planned due to this early departure, we faced immense trouble at the age of 63 to reach bangalore today.

                                    Due to this, we had to pay more to other conveyances to reach b'lor and this caused us immense trouble at this age.

                                    Also, the bus was supposed to run in the afternoon from bangalore to masthi via sarjapura as per approved route commutation schedule. We have been regularly noticed that the bus is not running in the afternoon from quite a long period of time. Due to this we are not able to utilize the approved services from the gok ksrtc.

                                    We would request you to take action on this and also facilitate us with regular bus as per approved route schedule. Kindly help us to sort this issue by taking appropriate immediate action.

How we can believe this... This is full and full cheating by ksrtc, please carryout preventive maintenance ontime or stop the service..
