The complaint is about the bus running in route no 50 bangalore to masthi via sarjapura.

Bus timings was 10.30 departure from masthi but the bus had departed at 10.13 am on 23rd february 2019. Since we could not travel as planned due to this early departure, we faced immense trouble at the age of 63 to reach bangalore today.

Due to this, we had to pay more to other conveyances to reach b'lor and this caused us immense trouble at this age.

Also, the bus was supposed to run in the afternoon from bangalore to masthi via sarjapura as per approved route commutation schedule. We have been regularly noticed that the bus is not running in the afternoon from quite a long period of time. Due to this we are not able to utilize the approved services from the gok ksrtc.

We would request you to take action on this and also facilitate us with regular bus as per approved route schedule. Kindly help us to sort this issue by taking appropriate immediate action.

    Ac sleeper f 2085 bus suddenly got break down at dharana gare dippo due to battery problem, passengers are changed to normal bus without refund... How we can believe this... This is full and full cheating by ksrtc, please carryout preventive maintenance ontime or stop the service.. We all got suffered today by your imperfectness and carelessness,

    Kindly arrange for refund to all... Or we will put this issue in social media and government

    More elders are got suffered.. Please take care on your service as good.

      I am, lecturer in ballari. I am new to this city. So i went to controller to ask about buses from ballari to kurogodu in city bus terminus (Newly built), dated 22/02/2019, at 8:45pm. The respective controller has responded in such way as that he knows well about the things. He degraded and insulted me in public. I can understand his frustration but that is not the way to behave with public. Its looks worst. So i request you to take action or else public will.
      If not let me appeoch for consumers court of justice. Please consider it and action taken to be known to me through mail or msg to my contact.

        Ka 42 f 903 on 22/02/2019 at 6.40pm
        A lady conductor spoke with me very bad manner for giving seat. I am observing since many days that this lady makes quarrel for silly reasons like for change and seats don't give respect to the passsenges. Totally unsatisfied with behaviour o[censored]r staff sorry to say this

            Namaste dear ksrtc officials
            This is kumar, a govt gazetted employee from bangalore, i daily travel from bangalore to tumkur for work... Actually we facing problems in some busses not allowing passengers to travel.. 90 percent north karnataka buses not allowing passengers to travel in their buses.. Today also same thing happened.. Bus no ka31 f 1154 not allowed and asked me to step down from bus.. It's a serious allegation... Now my questions are
            1) why these buses not allowing tumkur passengers..
            2) is legally allowed to these buses to cross over tumkur and go in by-pass by not entering tumkur city...
            3) now what we tumkur passengers has to do regarding dis issue..
            4) i think it's department duty to ensure that all the buses running in correct route and way.

              Dear team,
              My self santosh. I am doing up and down through bailhongal and dharwad.
              We are having low buses, passengers are heavy on daily basis, ksrtc depo is not maintaing bus timing there is no buses in night time.. Shortage of buses.
              We already request about this issue
              No one is take care.
              Kindly do the 5 more extra busess.
              Here ksrtc people not doing anything careless people

              Pls take action and help to daily passengers.

                Hello ksrtc team,
                This is shahid ali from davangere residence professionally an engineer working in hyderabad
                I am a regular traveller from davangere to hyderabad. I have seen that many people from davangere are regular travellers to hyderabad only one ksrtc bus is operating from davangere district to hyderabad.
                Rest of buses from shimoga district.
                We dont have train facility to davangere district from hyderabad.

                Private operators transporter are running like anything why governnment is not coming forward to serve the public.
                Private buses looting with rasing price day by day and there behaviour also not good.

                Request -
                Please assign two or three buses from davangere to hyderabad (Rajhamsa or volvo multi axle buses)
                Or
                All shimoga district buses extend to davangere (So that people of davangeere local no need to go all the time to harihar for catching the bus).

                  I have to talk about today's incident in mandya at 10:20am, after waiting 2 hours bus no ka-41f-2017 came but didn't give stop, because another bus came behind but 2nd bus give stop but didn't open the door and conducter rudely say"go for another bus"and gone what is that mean he is talking like his own bus finally two buses gone, me and some elders and student waiting for another bus please take action they both have racing fever in govt bus

                    Me and my wife are regular travellers between mangalore and kundapur. Today we intended to go to kundapur from mangalore by mangalore - bhatkal volvo bus which starts from state bank at 7.15 am. We were waiting at the bus stop in front of t. M. A pai hall, m. G road. Though the bus arrived at the said stop at 7.25 am, we couldn't get into the bus because the volvo bus did not stop and directly moved ahead. We couldn't even cross the road or signal for the bus to stop since our way was blocked by other private buses. This has happened several times with us as well as other travellers around us. Though lots of seats are available in the bus, due to this problem, volvo is loosing the business and we are unable to avail the facility provided by the government. We know that ksrtc buses are run with tax payer's money and public should be allowed to utilise it properly. So the drivers and conductors should stop the buses at important bus stops in the city and allow the passengers to get into the bus. Then ksrtc can also make profit and the very purpose of these volvo buses will be fulfilled. Kindly instruct the concerned drivers and conductors so that such incidents don't repeat in future

                      As per to the above subject am dr monish r resident of chowdadenahalli, narsapura post, kolar t & d.. Studying mbbs in mvj medical college and rh
                      I was travelling in a shuttle bus from kolar to hoskote during morning time
                      My bus boarding time was 8:00am at narsapura
                      Many students used to travel im that bus during morning time so that they can go to their respective colleges and schools...
                      But few days back ksrtc depot kolar cancelled that bus because of this many people facing problems...

                        The blue night lamps in airavatha are highly irritating & won't let the passengers sleep comfortably, these lamps are too bright & they aren't suitable as night lamps. So kindly change these lights or provide some shades for these lights so that these lights serve as night lamps & passengers can travel comfortably. these lights are the source of discomfort during a passengers journey.

                          I called and informed the conductor about my boarding place... I. E near challakere bypass... As usual.. (In our city many will boarding here only)

                          But even after i called them and even after i was stopping the bus... He is moved fast telling no seats... And after i came to know that they given my seat to another passenger...

                          And shouting on me... That i am late... And that i should come to bus stand otherwise they will give seat to any person who give money..

                          1st worst experience... With any driver for me...

                          I was trying to explain that.. This is the place where many o[censored]s board and i also informed to conductor.. But he is not listening to my words.. And shouting unnecessarily...

                          Anyhow finally i got my seat..

                          Is this compliant is taken seriously?.. & is my identity kept un disclosed???
                          I have travelled in KA57F1723, on 13th February 2019 and have faced verbal abuse and rage by the driver and have abused multiple times during the course of the journey when was asked if we could go to the loo when stopped at Ernakulam station

                            Hi sir/madam,

                            Yesterday around 2 o clk we gave original dl to conductor of bus number ka 09 f 5137 from banglore to mysore. As the bus was in hurry they neither ask contact number to reach out to provide dl to nor gave contact number of their so that we can reach them. We need that original dl immediately as our vehicle got caught with police and it's still in police station. If we provide original dl we could bring back our vehicle. We tried reaching out to ksrtc sub urban and they were rude to listen our concern. Finally gave some contact number.. But it was of no use. We tried to reach all possible ksrtc bus depot in mysore to check with that mentioned bus number and we couldn't track it till now.
                            We are still awaiting for the original dl. Hence lodging this complain. It's very disappointing that no one helped till now.

                            Request you to help in this regard asap so that we could get our original dl and also the vehicle from the police station.

                              Good evening sir / madam,

                              I am writing today, yesterday i. E. 16th feb 2019 i travelled from bangalore to mysore and saw many cockroaches there in the bus. Same condition of bus from mysore to bangalore. Couldn't inform conductor or driver there, so thought of bringing this to your notice so that things are solved as soon as possible. Please do pest treatment in bus and let us make buses safe for travel. As there will be may travellers, many kids who may eat food there in bus and if by chance these cockroaches fell into their food or anything may happen. Please do look into the matter soon.

                                On 15th February 2019, Conductor of the bus from Tumkur to Hassan has charged the fare 592/-Rupees instead of ticket receipt of 472/-only, i.e.30/-rupees per person for 4 person's. Kindly clarify it or refund the extra amount he charged from students. Copy of ticket is enclosed for your ready reference. I have also sent an email to [protected]@ksrtc.org but no reply from there till this complaint written.

                                  As i got into bus at 2 pm sunday 17th feb 2019, i asked for ticket till mandya and i had 500 rs currency with me and he rejected to give till mandya and asked how much change i have for which i said 30 rs and he took that and gave ticket till srirangapatna, for which i said i need till mandya and he said he has no change and then i borrowed money from passenger sitting next to each and gave him for which he added he won't give ticket and said let your home burn (Nin mane halaghoga) in kannada and i am deeply saddened by this kind of behavior of the conductor in bus which makes people unsafe to travel in busses, please consider this serious and immediate actions needs to be taken or else i will not hesitate to reach out to police and complain against the conductor and ksrtc department.

                                  I am attaching the image of the conductor for your reference and please don't entertain such personality in public places where people will get a chance to point out to our system and say its #,

                                    I booked ksrtc volvo for travelling from bangalore to thrissur on 15feb2019. The bus was actually scheduled for a trip from bangalore to ernakulam. Below mentioned are the ticket details:

                                    A while after we started we noticed that the ac is not working in the bus. They are running the blower and the air temperature was way above the comfort zone. Passengers started to feel suffocated and we asked the crew on what's been going on. They said that there is some damage happened with the ac unit so that's the reason for the issue. There is no way to fix it and the only option is to replace the bus. Replacing the bus will take a long time and they decided to continue the journey in the same bus. A while after that i started to feel dizzy and a having headaches. There was nothing that they could do. We reached our destination next day morning in the same bus.

                                    I had to consult hospital after reaching my native place since i was still feeling sick. Currently i am undergoing treatment.
                                    I would like to see if anything can be done about this issue.

                                      Suspension worst too much vibration all over bus and full vobling.

                                      Highly pron for accedent

                                      Engine gearbox murmering sound completely worn out.

                                      Almost vehicle in condemned state.

                                      I wonder how workshop team allowed for service...

                                      If same quality service if i experience on this route..

                                      I will sue ksrtc in consumer court...

                                      Please don't ruin heritage city reputation.

                                        I forgot my bag in ksrtc bus, which is travelling from chittoor to bangalore.
                                        Bus has reached tinfactory at morning 1.45 am on 16th february 2019.
                                        Please help us in getting my bag.
                                        My company id card and adhara card are there in that bag.

                                        I have contacted ksrtc service at majestic, but they are asking my bus ticket number. Unfortunately i dont have that.
                                        Please help on this
