Hello, respective authorities,

I am a student travelling from chirayineezhu to kariyavattom (In tvm district)., now recently the service of the bus has been reduced and we can't reach the college at right time, and we have to choose the private vehicles to reach the college at late hours.
Earlier one month before we have 3 -4 chempazhanthy college bus starting between 8am-8:30 am from chirayinkeezhu (In tvm district).
Now the service has been stopped saying due to low income and this causing, we the college students to miss the class and can't reach the college at right time.
So requesting you to do the needful to arrange the bus to reach to college at right time.

Request from on behalf of 100 of students studying in kariyavattom and chempazhanthy college.

    I have booked a ticket from chennai to bengaluru to travel on 08-feb-2019 where pnr number-j74968605, class of service : non ac sleeper, total fare : 634.0. The bus started at koyembedu bus stand, chennai by 10.45 and it got breakdown by 1am in between the journey near chittoor. Spare bus (Semi sleeper non ac) came from thirupathi and started by 5.00am. Whole night i was in near by petrol bunk where they have stopped the bus. I need my ticket amount i have used and refund my ticket for the inconvenience happened.

    Arrival time was 10am where expected was 6 am.

      Sir my pnr number j75006846. Ticket was booked on journey date 10.2.2019 from kurnool to mandya ksrtc airavat bus.in ksrtc ticket official ticket booking site the seat numbers which we have booked the numbers are 41, 42. They are located at last before row. We surprised that we enter in bus the numbers are hide and given alternate seat in last row. We feel very unsatisfactory seat. We not slept through out night. I want justice. The ksrtc public transport people cheated us. I ready to put consumer file also.

      Sir, it is very very sad to say that, the buses conditijns in SUVIHARI, Bangalore to Bagepalli) is very wrost & Horrible. Seats push up not workibg, whole bus is shaking with abnirmal sounds while running. Cant you change the buses? Or put nomal buses which are in good condition.

        Dear sir

        Today while travelling from hubli to gadag on my car with family near annigeri under construction flyover, the crossing was very narrow and road
        Was bumpy i was driving slowly 5 to 20 km speed... Suddenly i saw a ksrtc bus rushing in high speed from the right side trying to overtake, where there was no enough space... I took my car towards left to avoid collusion... After driving for a while at another under construction site between hulkoti and annigeri the car was very slow, the same bus tries to over take at a narrow road and hit the front driver side door of my car... Then the bus started to speed, i drove ahead and stopped the bus and asked the driver to get down... The driver started yelling as if i hit the bus... He got down and started using bad words then i smelled he was drunk and my father also noticed he was drunk... Then conductor also got down and both started to behave rudely. As the road was blocked and creating problem for other vehicles i let got the bus and took a photo of the bus.

        Being a government servant and a driver who is responsible for the safety of passengers on bus and other travelers on road... This act of the driver should be punished. Strict action should be taken.

        The govt bus stopped half an hour at. Electronic city. We asked both conductor and driver. We can't tell the reason scolded us. Plz take necessary action against them.

          I was travelling from jayanagar 4th block to jpnagar (Rv dental college stop). I asked for the ticket but he gave ticket with his writings. I asked for printed bill he told machine not working but he provided the printed ticket for others. The bus number is ka1fa61. Please action sincerely. If the government employee start doing this and if there is no action taken this will lead to provoke conductors to be corrupted.
          As a citizen i have informed it's your part to do the duty.
          Thank you if you take action.
          No thank you if you are also corrupted and ignore this message.
          That too being kannadiga they are cheating us.. If we are out of station they will grab as much as they can.

            Iam one of the passenger in bus number 1719. Plying from tirupathi to bangalore. Driver frequently using mobile calls while driving on 10.02.2019. And driving the vehicle very slowly. It took more than 6 hours to reach bangalore. Iam the frequent traveller in this service from tirupathi. This is the first time i have faced this journey very boring.. Even not switching the videos in bus. Actual timing mentioned while booking the tickets is 5 hours..

              I was travelling from bengaluru to srirangapatna on 10.02.19, i got in the bus at kengeri bus stop at 9: 15 am, bus stopped at chennapatna bus stand for breakfast, when i came out from hotel and saw bus was not there, i caught another bus and came to mysore, but i did not find the bus, my luggage is in that bus, if found please call me at [protected], [protected]. Bus - bengaluru - mysore.

                Sir bus no ka 22, f 2239, giving ticket from hiriyur to tumkur city, at 6.00 pm is not went through tumkur city, he is just going by bye pass, even passengers are requesting he doesn't care for it, at the night lady passenger having kid aged 1.. Year. Is it the public service, pls give justice for the victims, i am ramesh passenger travelling from hiriyur to tumkur,, i got into bus around 6.00 pm i just took ticket to tumkur, conductor is not obliged to go to tumkur city ksrtc bus station and left me at batawadi bye pass

But here ankola bus stand more than hours lot of people complaining about schedule but they don't know procedure of complaint..                     Bus no ka34f1338. As on 09/02/2019 from hyderabad to ballerina service start near about 21.00 hrs. I want 02 full and 02 off tickets and show my daughter birth certificate as 14/07/2008. So condactar sir not accept he said should be take full ticket after 10 years then i explain up to 12years off ticket eligible. And iam show same date travel ticket of the tsrtc but he has given full tictes -3. Child -1. So i asking what is value of birth certificate why rule broken

                      Bus service from harapanahalli to uchangidurga and return. Bus no. Ka 17 f-1393, it is stopping at one station only that is padagatti which is 1.5 km far from other end stop o[censored]changidurga. This bus will return back to harapanahalli from padagatti stop only. So passanger has to walk to reach other end o[censored]changidurga station. Incidentally one pregnant women supposed to walk to reach other end station after getting down at padagatti bus stop. She requested the bus staff to give drop to other station they simply denied by saying that this is only one station they stop as per rule.
                      So my sincere request is to arrange bus to give stop at all the stations at uchangidurga while bus service from harapanahalli to uchangidurga and return.

                        ksrtc bus delay

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        I have faced problem while traveling from hospet to haveri. Distance between hospet to haveri is 143.4 km and expected eta is 3.36 hours. But the bus which i traveled in claims to reach by 5.45 pm which started at 11.45 am. Ideally it should have reached 2.64 hours earlier than it claimed. This is troublesome to
                        Passengers as they will be late to their destination with important work and also creates worry...

                        All the food stalls at kampegawda majestic bus depot are selling food items and beverages at very high rates than mrp. Purchased normal water for 25 rs and milk bottle having mrp of 25rs for 30rs.
                        Most of the people traveling through bus are from lower middle class or below the economic line. If they have to spend 5 to 10 rs extra on every item then this is kind of serious concern the higher authorities have to look in to it and resolve the issue asap.
                        Nobody will bother to pay 1rs extra as cooling/refrigeration charges but charging 10rs extra as refrigeration charges is a real offense.

                          I sunil a resident of koppa taluk is facing issues to commute to mysore (Like many others from my taluk) as the bus facility at the moment is nowhere near to satisfactory, i would request you to look into my matter asap as its a problem of not just an individual but plenty others like me.
                          I request you to atleast provide a bus via koppa by re-routing any of the present buses

                            I had booked three tickets from hubbali to bangalore with pnr t74877620 date 4-feb-19. The ticket booking was done in official ksrtc website. One among the seats was selected as a single upper middle seat with seat number 24. As per the website 24 corresponded to the middle single seat but in actual 24 corresponded to a double seat. It is very uncomfortable for a passenger to travel in a double sleeper seat with another unknown person. For this purpose we always select seats using the layout that is shown to us while booking. Amidst of all the offers and discounts provided by private travels we relay on govt transportation to ensure a smooth travel journey.
                            Request you to show the layout of the bus as it is in reality to avoid these kind of situations.

                              I have travelled from channagiri to webangalore yesterday, ticket no.040753 dated 2/2/2019, volvo bus.

                              Bus number is ka17-f1572, belongs to shivamogga depot.

                              I regret to inform i have lost my two atm debit cards of state bank along with id card issued by herbalife nutrition company.

                              I also lost my photo and my brother's daughter's photo.

                              All of them were held in state bank atm card holder.

                              If it is traced, please inform.

                                We started from bangalore today 01\02\2019 at 8.30pm from bangalore and we are 2persons took ticket from bangalore to channarayapattna, we gave 400 hundred and the ticket charge is 308 rs for 2persons and we gave 10rs more and he returned 100rs (Not 102rs). Bus stopped next to kunigal for refreshment and unfortunately we dropped our ticket which is our fault we agree and some how conductor got the ticket from that location. Bas started and conductor came in search of thos 2persons who lost the ticket and he get to know that it was us, he asked us to take the ticket then we were ready to take and we gave 300rs to conductor then he went back and came back with our ticket itself then we asked him this is our ticket then he raised his voice and returned 200rs. He kept 100rs.

                                  Hi,

                                  I wanted you to explain the problem which many o[censored]s are facing from many days due to less number of buses on weekends.

                                  Please arrange more buses on weekends (Friday) from bangalore to kolar as there will be a huge crowd on those days.

                                  People are facing serious issues getting into buses on friday evenings, which makes a huge terrific near tin factory causing lot of problems.

                                  Hope my concern will be satisfied:)

                                  I was traveling from tiptur to Bangalore and the conductor took me and my mom in telling that there was a seats and when we came in there are no seats when I asked the conductor he was very rude and didn't provide a seat and told me to adjust and when we already bought the tkt we are helpless so plz have a look at this

                                    I traveled in this bus from thirupathi to bengaluru on wednesday 30th january 2018. Bus started at 3 pm from thirupathi towards bengaluru.
                                    Initially lookwise bus looks very good but the mechanical condition of the bus is worst and horrible. It is not me alone almost all in the bus felt that they are been cheated by paying to it.
                                    Especially the back suspension of the bus is horribly rattling and vibrating, almost all the push back seats back rests are automatically reclining back even without adjustments and we felt very uncomfortable.
                                    Driver was driving at very low speed, almost all luggage carriers were overtaking us.
                                    Overall experience was very bad and pathetic.
                                    Please take care of this. If possible return the fare we have paid for such a lousy experience.
