I called and informed the conductor about my boarding place... I. E near challakere bypass... As usual.. (In our city many will boarding here only)

But even after i called them and even after i was stopping the bus... He is moved fast telling no seats... And after i came to know that they given my seat to another passenger...

And shouting on me... That i am late... And that i should come to bus stand otherwise they will give seat to any person who give money..

1st worst experience... With any driver for me...

I was trying to explain that.. This is the place where many o[censored]s board and i also informed to conductor.. But he is not listening to my words.. And shouting unnecessarily...

Anyhow finally i got my seat..

Is this compliant is taken seriously?.. & is my identity kept un disclosed???
I have travelled in KA57F1723, on 13th February 2019 and have faced verbal abuse and rage by the driver and have abused multiple times during the course of the journey when was asked if we could go to the loo when stopped at Ernakulam station

    Hi sir/madam,

    Yesterday around 2 o clk we gave original dl to conductor of bus number ka 09 f 5137 from banglore to mysore. As the bus was in hurry they neither ask contact number to reach out to provide dl to nor gave contact number of their so that we can reach them. We need that original dl immediately as our vehicle got caught with police and it's still in police station. If we provide original dl we could bring back our vehicle. We tried reaching out to ksrtc sub urban and they were rude to listen our concern. Finally gave some contact number.. But it was of no use. We tried to reach all possible ksrtc bus depot in mysore to check with that mentioned bus number and we couldn't track it till now.
    We are still awaiting for the original dl. Hence lodging this complain. It's very disappointing that no one helped till now.

    Request you to help in this regard asap so that we could get our original dl and also the vehicle from the police station.

      Good evening sir / madam,

      I am writing today, yesterday i. E. 16th feb 2019 i travelled from bangalore to mysore and saw many cockroaches there in the bus. Same condition of bus from mysore to bangalore. Couldn't inform conductor or driver there, so thought of bringing this to your notice so that things are solved as soon as possible. Please do pest treatment in bus and let us make buses safe for travel. As there will be may travellers, many kids who may eat food there in bus and if by chance these cockroaches fell into their food or anything may happen. Please do look into the matter soon.

        On 15th February 2019, Conductor of the bus from Tumkur to Hassan has charged the fare 592/-Rupees instead of ticket receipt of 472/-only, i.e.30/-rupees per person for 4 person's. Kindly clarify it or refund the extra amount he charged from students. Copy of ticket is enclosed for your ready reference. I have also sent an email to [protected]@ksrtc.org but no reply from there till this complaint written.

          As i got into bus at 2 pm sunday 17th feb 2019, i asked for ticket till mandya and i had 500 rs currency with me and he rejected to give till mandya and asked how much change i have for which i said 30 rs and he took that and gave ticket till srirangapatna, for which i said i need till mandya and he said he has no change and then i borrowed money from passenger sitting next to each and gave him for which he added he won't give ticket and said let your home burn (Nin mane halaghoga) in kannada and i am deeply saddened by this kind of behavior of the conductor in bus which makes people unsafe to travel in busses, please consider this serious and immediate actions needs to be taken or else i will not hesitate to reach out to police and complain against the conductor and ksrtc department.

          I am attaching the image of the conductor for your reference and please don't entertain such personality in public places where people will get a chance to point out to our system and say its #,

            I booked ksrtc volvo for travelling from bangalore to thrissur on 15feb2019. The bus was actually scheduled for a trip from bangalore to ernakulam. Below mentioned are the ticket details:

            A while after we started we noticed that the ac is not working in the bus. They are running the blower and the air temperature was way above the comfort zone. Passengers started to feel suffocated and we asked the crew on what's been going on. They said that there is some damage happened with the ac unit so that's the reason for the issue. There is no way to fix it and the only option is to replace the bus. Replacing the bus will take a long time and they decided to continue the journey in the same bus. A while after that i started to feel dizzy and a having headaches. There was nothing that they could do. We reached our destination next day morning in the same bus.

            I had to consult hospital after reaching my native place since i was still feeling sick. Currently i am undergoing treatment.
            I would like to see if anything can be done about this issue.

              Bus in worest condition.

              Suspension worst too much vibration all over bus and full vobling.

              Highly pron for accedent

              Engine gearbox murmering sound completely worn out.

              Almost vehicle in condemned state.

              I wonder how workshop team allowed for service...

              If same quality service if i experience on this route..

              I will sue ksrtc in consumer court...

              Please don't ruin heritage city reputation.

                I forgot my bag in ksrtc bus, which is travelling from chittoor to bangalore.
                Bus has reached tinfactory at morning 1.45 am on 16th february 2019.
                Please help us in getting my bag.
                My company id card and adhara card are there in that bag.

                I have contacted ksrtc service at majestic, but they are asking my bus ticket number. Unfortunately i dont have that.
                Please help on this

                Yesterday i went to majestic and i asked to KSRTC team in the bus stand and TC. But they told they cant help with this.

                  I have given rs. 500/- to conductor and purchased rs. 130/- ticket for two members as the charge is rs. 65 per head.
                  He has given back to rs. 300/- and remaining rs. 70/- change written on the back side of the ticket. But at end of the journey he has not given my change. As i forget in urgent. Conductor even reach to mysore has not given back to my change rs. 70/- its daylight robbery
                  Pls. Arrange me to return rs. 70 as change

                    I'm complaing for a kindle forgotten in the bus from bangalore airport to mysore. On 28 january 2019 i got the bus at 2 am from bangalore airport to mysore.                       Hello, respective authorities,

                      I am a student travelling from chirayineezhu to kariyavattom (In tvm district)., now recently the service of the bus has been reduced and we can't reach the college at right time, and we have to choose the private vehicles to reach the college at late hours.
                      Earlier one month before we have 3 -4 chempazhanthy college bus starting between 8am-8:30 am from chirayinkeezhu (In tvm district).
                      Now the service has been stopped saying due to low income and this causing, we the college students to miss the class and can't reach the college at right time.
                      So requesting you to do the needful to arrange the bus to reach to college at right time.

                      Request from on behalf of 100 of students studying in kariyavattom and chempazhanthy college.

                        I have booked a ticket from chennai to bengaluru to travel on 08-feb-2019 where pnr number-j74968605, class of service : non ac sleeper, total fare : 634.0. The bus started at koyembedu bus stand, chennai by 10.45 and it got breakdown by 1am in between the journey near chittoor. Spare bus (Semi sleeper non ac) came from thirupathi and started by 5.00am. Whole night i was in near by petrol bunk where they have stopped the bus. I need my ticket amount i have used and refund my ticket for the inconvenience happened.

                        Arrival time was 10am where expected was 6 am.

                          Sir my pnr number j75006846. Ticket was booked on journey date 10.2.2019 from kurnool to mandya ksrtc airavat bus.in ksrtc ticket official ticket booking site the seat numbers which we have booked the numbers are 41, 42. They are located at last before row. We surprised that we enter in bus the numbers are hide and given alternate seat in last row. We feel very unsatisfactory seat. We not slept through out night. I want justice. The ksrtc public transport people cheated us. I ready to put consumer file also.
                          Sir, it is very very sad to say that, the buses conditijns in SUVIHARI, Bangalore to Bagepalli) is very wrost & Horrible. Seats push up not workibg, whole bus is shaking with abnirmal sounds while running. Cant you change the buses? Or put nomal buses which are in good condition.

                            Dear sir

                            Today while travelling from hubli to gadag on my car with family near annigeri under construction flyover, the crossing was very narrow and road
                            Was bumpy i was driving slowly 5 to 20 km speed... Suddenly i saw a ksrtc bus rushing in high speed from the right side trying to overtake, where there was no enough space... I took my car towards left to avoid collusion... After driving for a while at another under construction site between hulkoti and annigeri the car was very slow, the same bus tries to over take at a narrow road and hit the front driver side door of my car... Then the bus started to speed, i drove ahead and stopped the bus and asked the driver to get down... The driver started yelling as if i hit the bus... He got down and started using bad words then i smelled he was drunk and my father also noticed he was drunk... Then conductor also got down and both started to behave rudely. As the road was blocked and creating problem for other vehicles i let got the bus and took a photo of the bus.

                            Being a government servant and a driver who is responsible for the safety of passengers on bus and other travelers on road... This act of the driver should be punished. Strict action should be taken.

                              I was travelling from jayanagar 4th block to jpnagar (Rv dental college stop). I asked for the ticket but he gave ticket with his writings. I asked for printed bill he told machine not working but he provided the printed ticket for others. The bus number is ka1fa61. Please action sincerely. If the government employee start doing this and if there is no action taken this will lead to provoke conductors to be corrupted.
                              As a citizen i have informed it's your part to do the duty.

                              That too being kannadiga they are cheating us.. If we are out of station they will grab as much as they can.

                                Iam one of the passenger in bus number 1719. Plying from tirupathi to bangalore. Driver frequently using mobile calls while driving on 10.02.2019. And driving the vehicle very slowly. It took more than 6 hours to reach bangalore. Iam the frequent traveller in this service from tirupathi. This is the first time i have faced this journey very boring.. Even not switching the videos in bus. Actual timing mentioned while booking the tickets is 5 hours..

                                  I was travelling from bengaluru to srirangapatna on 10.02.19, i got in the bus at kengeri bus stop at 9: 15 am, bus stopped at chennapatna bus stand for breakfast, when i came out from hotel and saw bus was not there, i caught another bus and came to mysore, but i did not find the bus, my luggage is in that bus, if found please call me at [protected], [protected].                                     Sir bus no ka 22, f 2239, giving ticket from hiriyur to tumkur city, at 6.00 pm is not went through tumkur city, he is just going by bye pass, even passengers are requesting he doesn't care for it, at the night lady passenger having kid aged 1.. Year. Is it the public service, pls give justice for the victims, i am ramesh passenger travelling from hiriyur to tumkur,, i got into bus around 6.00 pm i just took ticket to tumkur, conductor is not obliged to go to tumkur city ksrtc bus station and left me at batawadi bye pass

                                      I am mr. Guru n. Gouda, complaining you bus schedule of manjuguni village are improper.. As per schedule 15 min /bus... But here ankola bus stand more than hours lot of people complaining about schedule but they don't know procedure of complaint.. So please kindly request you take action of ankola depot why bus are late daily, why bus schedule not in time,. Why ksrtc worker run the bus there time

                                        Bus no ka34f1338. As on 09/02/2019 from hyderabad to ballerina service start near about 21.00 hrs. I want 02 full and 02 off tickets and show my daughter birth certificate as 14/07/2008. So condactar sir not accept he said should be take full ticket after 10 years then i explain up to 12years off ticket eligible. And iam show same date travel ticket of the tsrtc but he has given full tictes -3. Child -1. So i asking what is value of birth certificate why rule broken
