I was travelling from davangere to bangalore on 12th of january 2019 in airavat clubclass. On reaching bangalore i found out that my backpack along with my mobile phone (Redmi note 5pro) is missing. I tried to complain in the bus station but these people pay zero attention.. My trip code is 2344dvgbng.. Pnr no. J74473973 and seat no. Is 20 please help me find my belongings.in my backpack there were other documents too like my voter id amd my adhar card..

    ನಾನು ಪದವಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ನಾವು ಹೆಚ್ ಡಿ ಕೋಟೆ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಾವು ದಿನ ನಿತ್ಯ ಸರಗೂರಿನಿಂದ ಹೊಗಬೆಕು ಆದರೆ ಸರಗೂರಿನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಸ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಅಸಭ್ಯ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದು ಕೂಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತವೆ
    Mantralaya bus conductor was very rude he is not allowing to me to get into bus.after a long debate he allowed me to get in Please take action against him.

    Conductor is talking with driver while bus is on highway. Both are having deep conversation because of this improper driving speed is maintained. Unnecessary stops are giving. And simply delaying were stops are mentioned.
    Wasting the time and slow driving.
    Bus tickets can be booked but do not get a bus

      Reserved for 1, 2, 3 seats purposly..
      But conductor is not providing those seats and giving other seats..

      Because they want to sleep in those 1, 2, 3 seats..

      This is not fair and correct... Then what is the meaning of reservation???

        This complaint is regarding the bus service from hosur to attibele. The conductors doesn't allow the passengers to travel from hosur to attibele they give a lame excuse of getting a tnstc bus.
        I asked a conductor of bus ka 42 f 1721 but he denied (15/01/2019 12:45) which was ready to depart from hosur
        They aboard passengers from attibele without a miss showing they only work for money.
        They only take passengers when the bus is empty. Treating the passengers as a varied class.
        Those who travel from hosur to bangalore as 1st priority and hosur to attibele as the last priority.
        I kindly request the concern authority to look into the matter and make it clear that they allow people to travel from hosur to attibele

          I wanted to bring your attention to the fact that the above mentioned bus is traveling to banglore without headlights (13 jan 2019).
          As a result bus is delayed by 2 hrs and more importantly safety of passengers are at huge risk.
          Please resolve asap.

            Respected sir/madam,

            I booked a ticket in ksrtc. I’m a female and had to take the journey alone. The reservation details are as below.

            Date of journey: 11-jan-2019 21:35.
            Boarding pt : iti main gate.
            Destination : tirupathi.
            Trip code : 2102.
            Bus number : ka 57 f 2479.
            Depot : dodda ballapur.
            Crew mobile no: [protected].
            Class : karnataka sarige.

            The bus had to reach by 21:35 to iti gate. But it did not reach as scheduled because of huge traffic. I called to the driver more than 10 times. He told the bus not yet reached the iti gate. After many times i called at 00:30 am also. He told the bus is on tin factory fly over and would reach iti gate in 10 min. I called him again at 00:40 am also. That driver/conductor told the bus already crossed iti gate and now at kr puram bus station in front of ganesha temple. That irresponsible diver did not even call me even though i called him many times before the bus leaving iti gate. Still i told i would come kr puram and requested him to wait there. I took an auto and reached kr puram. He told he would wait but left kr puram also with in 10 minutes. He did not even call me that time also even though he had my number. One of the passengers waiting for bus at kr puram told me that his friend also went by the same bus and the bus left kr puram just now. He called his friend in the bus and asked him to request the driver to wait for 10 minutes. The driver did not even consider the request. That driver told me to go and meet tc at kr puram. First of all how can i roam in a new place in search of tc at 00:50 am almost mid night it was? Still i went and searched for him but he was also not there. I was not having money in wallet that time and no atms were there. My mobile has no charging. I faced so much struggle that time because of the carelessness of that irresponsible an shameless driver/conductor that cannot be ignorable.
            That driver and conductor should be punishable.
            Requesting you to take immediate action on him. Awaiting reply from you.

              Tickets numbers 132031 and 132032. I along with my wife boarded the from nittur to bangalore at 15.24 hours today. This bus belongs to ksrtc, hirekerur division.

              The driver was rash in driving the bus all along. He picked up a quarrel with a truck driver who was passing by around orion mall. I requested conductor to stop the bus at navrang bus stop in rajajinagar. He didn't stop. After reminding he whistled in front of rajerajeshwari choultry. The driver stopped the bus in the middle of the road.

              I some how got down. While my wife was getting down, the driver moved the bus consequently, my wife fell down. Fortunately, at the back of the back wheels. Both conductor and driver responded very arrogantly knowing that my fell down from bus.

              I request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action immediately.

                Hi team,

                Ka 63f 0105 airavat vehicle on hosur border toll hit my vehicle and made a big scratch on left side of the vehicle. On toll when we are waiting for toll a bus overtook from left and then made a scratch. If this was caused in high-speed then it would have been a death scenerio. Driver should respect life instead of overtaking. Please take necessary action against driver

                  I didn't receive the message from bus operators regarding bus details. When i was travelling to boarding point i got a call from bus driver twice when i tried calling back his number is not reachable and i was waiting at my boarding point, and bus driver left me and took the bus. My money is wasted and all work got spoiled. I request ksrtc to refund my money back.

                  Just i want to say one thing. See we were standing in tin factory we stopped that bus but he did not stopped that bus and suddenly we opened the door then suddenly conductor and some staff came and scrolled our colar and pushed out of bus. And bus number number is ka18-f-0815. And i'm requesting you that kindly take serious action on them. If you people's will not take action see we will put in media defentaly. And one more thing see this conductor don't have common sense. Kindly do the need full.
                  Money deducted from my account but ticket is not booked.so please consider my issue, as soon as possible resolve my issue..when would you will refund it back to my account.
                  I had travelled from Banglore to Mysore today (11/1/19) in the bus KA09-F5341. The ticket amount was Rs.124 and the conductor didn't have change to give the balance amount of Rs.400 when I took the ticket. Both him and myself by mistake forgot to collect the balance amount. Kindly help me in claiming the amount back. The ticket is attached hereby.

                    I have booked ticket from padubidre to bangalore recently in airavata club class ka57f1709 and while booking itself i mentioned about my dropping point to kbs (Mejastic). Along with me few passengers are also booked for kbs stop. We were sleeping during our journey when bus reaches our destination point this stupid conductor didn't told us about it. And at last it reached hsr layout which was final stop then he told now we are at hsr layout and this is the final stop you have to get down now.. He behaved so rudely with us.in previous journey from banglore to nitte i traveled in private bus & those people are so kind towards passengers.. I feel bad about ksrtc conductor and drivers. Its better to travel in pvt buses.

                      Hi,

                      I have recently travelled couple of times from villupuram to bangalore scheduled departure is at 22:02 (Pnrs j74226331, j[protected] and i am a frequent traveller in this route. Bus no:2097 used on this route has full of coclroaches from very small to bigger sizes roaming all around over seats, near windows and pathways. It seriously needs a pest control to be done. There were babies and children traveling in buses. Please look into this matter and get this bus either serviced with pest control or change it to a different bus.

                        My name is abdul and i'm complaining on the bus no. Ka57f2797 in which the officials of the department were supporting the crime of putting the bags on seat for booking purpose and when i asked them to remove the bags they torcher me and used the bad words to me. There were 3 department officials i don't know their name so please enquiry them and keep my trust in breakable. I respect the department please take a quick action on them. The bus was going from kolar to banglore at 11:40am on 1/3/2019. Thankyou for your good facility for problem solving.
                        On 30/12/18 morning 11.45 am I am travelling from Rajoli to Raichur bus no KA 32 F 861
                        Bus stop in middle of road near. By village called Kannapur to attend someone marriage for more than 30 minutes nobody givung proper response. I called Raichur bus depot depo manager he also not responding properly
                        This is not a complaint but a humble request. I was traveling to Chennai on 11.21 airavat on 01.01.19. Forgot a black Suit bag (Louis philippe) in front of waiting area near enquiry booth. Please inform if it was reported and handed over to lost and found dept.

                          I have just started my travel from tiruvannamalai bus depo to banglore through ksrtc on 03/01/2019 by 10.15 am.
                          The ticket which is ben given to the passengers is rs 185 but the amount which is collected is rs 190... I have asked the conductor what is the difference of rs 5 which your collecting extra than the ticket price, he replied it is the flyover cost which is been charged rs 5 extra... The same amount collected with all the passengers in the bus... This needs taken seriously and solution should be given on immediate basis.

                            Today around 12.45pm am travelling from magadi road anjananagar to mysore circle i get down around 1.25pm the bus no ka.42f1771, i. Am every day traveller so many timews i found this conductor not issue the ticket for short distance. If peraon asked aslo he refuses to issue the ticket. Even i fight some time but still he doing same thing

                              I have booked a bus ticket from bangalore to nellore, transaction happened twice. On checking in pnr enquiry, the status of the ticket shows failure but the amount is debited from my account twice in the name of ksrtc. Please find the attached screenshot and refund the money at the earliest. The journey date is 11/01/2019. Number of tickets booked is 3.

                              I boarded Airavat multi axle bus from Mysuru to Bengaluru. I had cycle to carry with me, which the conductor has put into bus luggage compartment. He charged me 500 rs but have tickets only for 320+70(luggage). When asked he said 70 for luggage and rest is because you have cycle. Clearly he is only doing corruption here.

                              I was traveling from Kengeri to maddur I forgot to take ticket in Kengeri but I took ticket between Kengeri and bidadi... conductor gave me a ticket worth of 44rp..but took 60rp...what is the rules in this case... whether he need to take 60rp or 44rp or he need to issue 60rp of ticket ...

                                I am from siddapura of virajpet talk in south kodagu. My concern is on the bus connection from siddapura to bangalore/mysore. We had a bus at 6:15 a. M from siddapura to bangalore. But from last 2 weeks we are facing trouble as the bus is cancelled. There are lot of people from my town who travel in this bus and who are now finding it difficult to reach mysore early morning. Could you please look into this.

                                  I want to raise an issue regarding stoping of karnataka state government bus stopped at unauthorised places. These places are mainly private hotels. They stopped bus almost 30-40 minutes. Which creates a lots of problems.
                                  Kindly instruct all bus driver who run bus from hyderabad to gulberga and hyderabad to humnabad, should not stopped bus in unauthorised places.

                                  Kindly implement these suggestions.

                                  1) they should not stop bus for such a long period.
                                  2) maximum stop time of a bus in unauthorised places like hotels etc at max 10 minutes.
                                  3) kindly start non - stop bus from hyderabad to gulberga and hyderabad to humnabad.
                                  4) start new ac bus from hyderabad to gulberga and hyderabad to humnabad.

                                    I had booked ac sleeper pmpHub bus for the date 19th dec 2018 and due to its problem they canceled and sent semi sleeper bus in which i had to face so much problems so the difference amount i need it back, i paid rs829 so refund me soon, kindly take this into consideration.And i purposely booked sleeper as i had leg injury and semi sleeper caused lot of pain .

                                      Hello i booked 2 tickets from davanagere to bangalore on 26/12/18 for 7/1/19 which got cancelled with pnr j74204703. The amount was 1050.
                                      When will the refund take place or can we be accommodated in another bus around the same time.
                                      Please reply.
                                      Atleast accomodate us in the next bus or give us the refund as soon as possible so atleast we can book the next ticket well in advance
