I travel daily between tumkur and bangalore. I got in to ksrtc bangalore to tumkur flyover bus (Ka 57 881) which started at 8 am on 25/12/2018. When bus reached yeswanthpur i got a call from my hospital regarding one emergency so i had to get down and go back to hospital. I was travelling from mangalore to kumbale around 3.40pm in bus # ka 19f 3408. Bus driving was too rash and the driver was trying to overtake almost all the vehicles and at times the bus almost hit other vehicles. They should remeber that there are aged people in the bus and keep in mind the safety of the passengers travelling in the bus. At first i thought that the driver was trying to overtake another ksrtc bus travelling in the same route....

Dear sir,
I have travelled bangalore to challekere on 22nd december 2018 fare was 176 rupees and again i travelled from challekere to bangalore on 23rd december 2018 but the fare was 204rs. I was surprised why there is difference of 28rupees. Could please help me on this as both bus are same i don't understand why they are charging higher 28 rupees per ticket.

Sir, 23rd december 2018, bus no ka57f2472. Bus root whitefield to marathahalli. I bought daily pass rs.70. I gave 500 but the conductor returns 400 change only. He refused to give 30rs. I asked but he said that is for gst. Also he pushed me outside the bus and dropped at 2 stops after crossed. I am daily using bus transport in ka i never faced this kind of problem. Please please take strict action on the conductor. Thank you

Yesterday 22/12/08 i booked a ticket from coimbatore to bangalore. Pnr numberj74122553.
I booked this bus because. It will start at 9 pm reaches at 5 am

But i came for pickup at 9.10 pm and started at 9.55 pm. At it is still in madur (6.55 am) and as per conductor information it will reach 9am to majestic

I have work at 6 am that's why i booked this bus. Now who is responsible for this.

I was on a short visit to bangalore from delhi. Boarded the bus for a very short distance from kamagondahalli stop.

Hi sir this is nageshwar i works in the goa i use to often visits dharwad from 4years but now i and passangers from the dharwad facing too much problem because you are not providing stop to the jubilee circle before you were to stop but now you are not i don't know why. Conductor was found sleeping on arrival at bustand, passengers were sleeping on seats they were not allowing seats for others, full rush, conductor was sleeping on front long seat. He has not interfered, we requested him for seat but he didn't care, he is misbehaved with me and others. More over the bus was not in time, his arrival time is 12.30 am. But arrived after 1.10am. Due to his misbehaved i couldn't traveled to kalburgi. I missed...

There is no stop given for krushi college, hassan even though there is a sign for bus to stop or ask for request stop. Despite the increase in the number of students travelling from bangalore to hassan, the transport cooperation has not made effort to create a stop for us. We always pay the ticket for shantigrama and get down in krushi college, so please address this issue...

As a citizen of this respected country and voice of people i have issues on ksrtc. The bus dont give service to cta on sunday and but they give service to bengaluru and i am requesting you to take action on this as well the people are suffering a lot so i request karantaka govt to improve transportation facility in small town also

Ksrtc not given facility to book online tickets between bengaluru and srisailam and back. When busses are operated on these routes why don't you extend facility of online booking. All other routes on andhra pradesh and telangana are available for online ticket booking. But for srisailam this facility not there. People depends on bus only as train facility not there to reach srisailam and people are ready to pay for luxury/ac/sleeper busses...

I done upi transaction for ksrtc (Karnataka) ticket booking from thrissur - bangalore. Upi amount transaction completed via ksrtc's axis bank upi option. And debited amount from my bank as well. But ticket status for ob. Ref. No. Ob34571877 showing failed. No ticket looks booked. I done payment via guest user account with mobile : [protected] and email-id: [protected]@gmail.com.
It looks like my cash amount 613 not even...

Sir, i have paid rs.1300 for my yearly student pass. However the conductors and drivers of the buses are not allowing us to climb the bus itself, as we are the bus pass holders. One thing i am asking you sir, we are prepaying you for our travelling. The pass is not valid if we won't wear uniform also. After prepaying and following all your conditions if we are not allowed to use your service, then what is the use of your student bus pass...

I booked ksrtc airavat bus for 13-12-18from tirupati to banglore on 8-12-18 being a female i booked before my journey date. But the conductor allocated my next seat to one male who haven't booked before. I questioned him but he was rude to me and asked to change my seat to some other. Hi, as i mentioned above there is no bus facilities between maddur and mandya during morning time 6.30-7.45am lot of people and students are suffering they need to depend on private autos they are taking double charges from the passengers. If we complaint this in mandya depot or bus stand staffs are behaving very rudely and not giving proper answers.
Please let me know how you can provide solutions to this

The conductor of 116 bus left at 22:15 from mysuru city yesterday[protected] to infosys ltd is irresponsible and cheating the govt and passenger. He did not give tickets to passgenge, but took money. And didn’t give balance back to many people. He behaves like rowdy will all passenger and arguing with passenger on remaining balance.

Strict warning must be taken against him. He is not fit for this job....
