Hi,

I have recently travelled couple of times from villupuram to bangalore scheduled departure is at 22:02 (Pnrs j74226331, j[protected] and i am a frequent traveller in this route. Bus no:2097 used on this route has full of coclroaches from very small to bigger sizes roaming all around over seats, near windows and pathways. It seriously needs a pest control to be done. There were babies and children traveling in buses. Please look into this matter and get this bus either serviced with pest control or change it to a different bus.

    My name is abdul and i'm complaining on the bus no. Ka57f2797 in which the officials of the department were supporting the crime of putting the bags on seat for booking purpose and when i asked them to remove the bags they torcher me and used the bad words to me. There were 3 department officials i don't know their name so please enquiry them and keep my trust in breakable. I respect the department please take a quick action on them. The bus was going from kolar to banglore at 11:40am on 1/3/2019. Thankyou for your good facility for problem solving.
    On 30/12/18 morning 11.45 am I am travelling from Rajoli to Raichur bus no KA 32 F 861
    Bus stop in middle of road near. By village called Kannapur to attend someone marriage for more than 30 minutes nobody givung proper response. I called Raichur bus depot depo manager he also not responding properly
    This is not a complaint but a humble request. I was traveling to Chennai on 11.21 airavat on 01.01.19. Forgot a black Suit bag (Louis philippe) in front of waiting area near enquiry booth. Please inform if it was reported and handed over to lost and found dept.

      Hi,
      I have just started my travel from tiruvannamalai bus depo to banglore through ksrtc on 03/01/2019 by 10.15 am.
      The ticket which is ben given to the passengers is rs 185 but the amount which is collected is rs 190... I have asked the conductor what is the difference of rs 5 which your collecting extra than the ticket price, he replied it is the flyover cost which is been charged rs 5 extra... The same amount collected with all the passengers in the bus... This needs taken seriously and solution should be given on immediate basis.
      They are cheating customers putting extra charges for luggage and dont giving ticket also and we need to given 300 rupees for a small box luggage from mysore to calicut

        Dear sir
        Today around 12.45pm am travelling from magadi road anjananagar to mysore circle i get down around 1.25pm the bus no ka.42f1771, i. Am every day traveller so many timews i found this conductor not issue the ticket for short distance. If peraon asked aslo he refuses to issue the ticket. Even i fight some time but still he doing same thing

        On bus no. F 2984, journey date 29/12/2018, 21:36pm, travelling from Mangaluru to Bengaluru. Conductor mobile no. [protected]. Bus conductor touched me inappropriately in the middle of the night.

          Hi,

          I have booked a bus ticket from bangalore to nellore, transaction happened twice. On checking in pnr enquiry, the status of the ticket shows failure but the amount is debited from my account twice in the name of ksrtc. Please find the attached screenshot and refund the money at the earliest. The journey date is 11/01/2019. Number of tickets booked is 3.
          Hi,

          I boarded Airavat multi axle bus from Mysuru to Bengaluru. I had cycle to carry with me, which the conductor has put into bus luggage compartment. He charged me 500 rs but have tickets only for 320+70(luggage). When asked he said 70 for luggage and rest is because you have cycle. Clearly he is only doing corruption here.
          I was traveling from Kengeri to maddur I forgot to take ticket in Kengeri but I took ticket between Kengeri and bidadi... conductor gave me a ticket worth of 44rp..but took 60rp...what is the rules in this case... whether he need to take 60rp or 44rp or he need to issue 60rp of ticket ...

            I am from siddapura of virajpet talk in south kodagu. My concern is on the bus connection from siddapura to bangalore/mysore. We had a bus at 6:15 a. M from siddapura to bangalore. But from last 2 weeks we are facing trouble as the bus is cancelled. There are lot of people from my town who travel in this bus and who are now finding it difficult to reach mysore early morning. Could you please look into this.

              Dear sir,
              I want to raise an issue regarding stoping of karnataka state government bus stopped at unauthorised places. These places are mainly private hotels. They stopped bus almost 30-40 minutes. Which creates a lots of problems.
              Kindly instruct all bus driver who run bus from hyderabad to gulberga and hyderabad to humnabad, should not stopped bus in unauthorised places.

              Kindly implement these suggestions.

              1) they should not stop bus for such a long period.
              2) maximum stop time of a bus in unauthorised places like hotels etc at max 10 minutes.
              3) kindly start non - stop bus from hyderabad to gulberga and hyderabad to humnabad.
              4) start new ac bus from hyderabad to gulberga and hyderabad to humnabad.

                I had booked ac sleeper pmpHub bus for the date 19th dec 2018 and due to its problem they canceled and sent semi sleeper bus in which i had to face so much problems so the difference amount i need it back, i paid rs829 so refund me soon, kindly take this into consideration.And i purposely booked sleeper as i had leg injury and semi sleeper caused lot of pain .

                  Hello i booked 2 tickets from davanagere to bangalore on 26/12/18 for 7/1/19 which got cancelled with pnr j74204703. The amount was 1050.
                  When will the refund take place or can we be accommodated in another bus around the same time.
                  Please reply.
                  Atleast accomodate us in the next bus or give us the refund as soon as possible so atleast we can book the next ticket well in advance

                    I am traveling from pavagada to mulakanur. I told to give ticket to mulakanur. But conductor given ticket to kalyandurg with additional fare total of 54rs. Why these kind of people putting more charges on public people. I don't want to travel to kalyandurg but he punched the ticket to kalyandurg.

                    Please accept my query and please put fine on bus conductor

                      To day we traveling from Raichur to belgaum bus has stopped for dinner @ pariwar daba, this was very bad & no any toilets for women's, i dont know who is that cheap fellow that given contract to this type of third class daba, & very expensive also.
                      Is any responsible for this or is any one to take care, pls save common man.

                        I have booked tickets from bangalore to [protected]@ 14.00 hrs by airavat club class @ ₹ 695/- on 28.12.2018, seat no is 28 & bus provided is normal old airavat bus & seats push back is not functioning properly. Request to refund the excess amount collected. Pnr j74245466

                        This has happened second time & on 15.12.2018 12.00 noon bus. Bus booking was airavat club class ₹ travelled on normal airavat. Pnr is j73968245

                          I proceeded to book the 3pm bus from kempegowda airport to mysore today (28/12/2018). During the process, my money got deducted (Rs. 800) however, i have not received the ticket. This seems to be a technical issue from ksrtc's systems. I have a reference number - ob34828912 that i received on my email id. Please suggest the way forward for claim of refund.

                              Sir,
                              I boarded the bus no. Ka-36 f 1182 by online booking with pnr h74153522 from siruguppa on[protected] at 21.30.
                              Driver stopped for urinals at unknown place at around 3.50 am i also got down to answer natures call to my shock the driver and conductor were not even bothered and they left the place leaving me in the mid night all alone. I was panic, tried to stop the vehicles for help but no one stopped to help. I stood on the highway risky my life screaming for help. I was not even aware at which place i was standing.
                              I tried to contact the mobile no.[protected] almost for 45-60mts mobile was switched off. I tried even ksrtc control room no.[protected] but was useless.
                              I came back on my own and collected my luggage from the conductor who switched on his mobile only at 7.00am

                              Ksrtc has made good name but this type of negligence is not good for the ksrtc
                              Hence request the authorities to take appropriate action in this regard.
                              I have cancel ticket, but amount is not refund

                                I'm traveling from nargund to gadag (Non stop) bus number: ka-42 f-1294, this is a matter of concern there is no single seat which is clean the whole bus is dirty with mud settled, lady conductor is cleaning the seats when i raised voice regarding the issue the conductor was abusive and there is no such non-stop service available in with this bus this is an open fraud with public

                                  Respected sir/ madam

                                  I travel daily between tumkur and bangalore. I got in to ksrtc bangalore to tumkur flyover bus (Ka 57 881) which started at 8 am on 25/12/2018. When bus reached yeswanthpur i got a call from my hospital regarding one emergency so i had to get down and go back to hospital. So i got up and stood near bus driver cabin to get down at goreguntapalya where bus usually stops for more passengers. Suddenly conducted rushed and asked will you get down, yes i told. Then he said you should not come like this untill goreguntapalya from majestic with raised tone with out even checking my pass and asking me the details. I asked him i have an emergency and so getting down, what was his problem. He checked my pass and remained calm. Then driver started yelling at me in abusive manner in foul language, and was shouting to go and sit back. I told him to speak politely, but he became more furious and said "what will you do?? I will speak like this only", and continued his foul language. I asked his name, but he didn't tell me and scolding me that shut "your mouth and get out from bus". This is very sad and thousands of people are are travelling daily, drivers like this guy is not at all suitable for these kind of government services, they damage the harmony of relationship between passengers and ksrtc. Please take necessary action.

                                    I was travelling from mangalore to kumbale around 3.40pm in bus # ka 19f 3408. Bus driving was too rash and the driver was trying to overtake almost all the vehicles and at times the bus almost hit other vehicles. They should remeber that there are aged people in the bus and keep in mind the safety of the passengers travelling in the bus. At first i thought that the driver was trying to overtake another ksrtc bus travelling in the same route. But that was not the case as i realised it when the other bus driver let the driver to go first. I hope you take this complaint seriously and take action against the driver.
                                    In mejestic to kolar buses are shortage. the buss is not coming to corporation rute so its dificult for going to kolar.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have travelled bangalore to challekere on 22nd december 2018 fare was 176 rupees and again i travelled from challekere to bangalore on 23rd december 2018 but the fare was 204rs. I was surprised why there is difference of 28rupees. Could please help me on this as both bus are same i don't understand why they are charging higher 28 rupees per ticket.

                                      Conductor in bus from C S Pura to Gubbi doesnt return due change and uses filthy language.
                                      This is a repetition and he should be punished.
                                      He always keeps the amount and doesnt return the change.

                                        Sir, 23rd december 2018, bus no ka57f2472. Bus root whitefield to marathahalli. I bought daily pass rs.70. I gave 500 but the conductor returns 400 change only. He refused to give 30rs. I asked but he said that is for gst. Also he pushed me outside the bus and dropped at 2 stops after crossed. I am daily using bus transport in ka i never faced this kind of problem. Please please take strict action on the conductor. Thank you
