Sir,
I done upi transaction for ksrtc (Karnataka) ticket booking from thrissur - bangalore. Upi amount transaction completed via ksrtc's axis bank upi option. And debited amount from my bank as well. But ticket status for ob. Ref. No. Ob34571877 showing failed. No ticket looks booked. I done payment via guest user account with mobile : [protected] and email-id: [protected]@gmail.com.
It looks like my cash amount 613 not even refunded to my account. I need refund for money. Please kindly do needful action since this issue can be continue to happens to many people.

    Sir, i have paid rs.1300 for my yearly student pass. However the conductors and drivers of the buses are not allowing us to climb the bus itself, as we are the bus pass holders. One thing i am asking you sir, we are prepaying you for our travelling. The pass is not valid if we won't wear uniform also. After prepaying and following all your conditions if we are not allowed to use your service, then what is the use of your student bus pass services? I am traveling just 4 kms to and fro daily. Morning none of the buses stops in our busstop near my residence, after seeing our uniforms, and in evening, conductors will stand at door step only by stoping us to climb the bus. If this is the situation, how we survive. Then why you people made this student pass facility.
    Hence i am hereby requesting you to kindly provide us the justice in this regard.
    If this issue is not resolved in 15days, we are going to take up the issue in student level. This is for your kind attention.

      I booked ksrtc airavat bus for 13-12-18from tirupati to banglore on 8-12-18 being a female i booked before my journey date. But the conductor allocated my next seat to one male who haven't booked before. I questioned him but he was rude to me and asked to change my seat to some other. This is not at fair, please take necessary action on him. Providing the details of my journey

        Hi, as i mentioned above there is no bus facilities between maddur and mandya during morning time 6.30-7.45am lot of people and students are suffering they need to depend on private autos they are taking double charges from the passengers. If we complaint this in mandya depot or bus stand staffs are behaving very rudely and not giving proper answers.
        Please let me know how you can provide solutions to this

          Today i was travelling from puttur to uppinangady in a ksrtc state government bus along with my grandmother. I bought a ticket for my grandmother, and i showed my student pass to the conductor. He ceased my student pass, said that it was a duplicate, he gave it to another person in the bus to check whether it was original or not. The other person said that it was a duplicate pass. On reaching uppinangadi station, it was verified that the pass is original. The conductor neither asked sorry for insulting in front of many people nor did he return complete change which he should have given for the ticket i bought for my grandmother. I plead the committee to look into this matter seriously as these conductors are showing no respect towards students. I request that the conductor should be given a very strict warning and forgiven.

            The conductor of 116 bus left at 22:15 from mysuru city yesterday[protected] to infosys ltd is irresponsible and cheating the govt and passenger. He did not give tickets to passgenge, but took money. And didn’t give balance back to many people. He behaves like rowdy will all passenger and arguing with passenger on remaining balance.

            Strict warning must be taken against him. He is not fit for this job.

              During night time many people travelling towards hebbal area (Buses 116, 119).. But after 9 o clock in the night no buses to hebbal areas though sooo many people waiting for hebbal area buses.

              Please operate some buses (116, 119) after 9 o clock to hebbal areas. Which helps people to go home early. Some people sleep at mysuru bus stand as there is not bus after 9 pm.. Please consider this as high priority.

                We are students from sri dharmasthala manjunatheshwara ayurveda college.in a trip from bengaluru to hassan (Ka13f2267) we (3 people) carried a 3*2 photo frame of sri veerendra hegde ji for institution purpose which weighs less than 5kg and we were charged 100rs for which ticket was not given initially. On insisting the conductor gave as a ticket in which we were charged for 4pieces of luggage.
                Kindly look into the matter. Hoping for an apt action against our greevences

                Bus numbered 298M are not stopping at all designated stops. The govt busses don't have the bsndwidth to cater to the requirements on this route. Blocking private busses causing more hassel to Public since Govt busses are inefficient and insufficient on this route. 298M is skipping stops to avoid the crowd. Increase the number of busses.

                  I n my daughter travelling bangalore to doddaballapur my daughter age is 11+ but conductor charged full ticked i argued but he is not obey so i paid money for full ticket to my daughter instead of half ticket hence kindly direct to return money n take strict action towards conductor not to repeat it again bus no ka40 f1247 timings 12:47 dt 9/12/18.

                  KA 01 F 9170 bus conductor lady today 04/12/2018 misbehaves regularly and also doesn't issue bus ticket for Avathi which is one of the stops for chikkaballapur -puttapurthy buses.Also she asked for extra money to issue the same ticket.
                  Also she is so rude that regularly she pushes senior citizens

                    Dear sir,
                    Sir few days ago i was travelling from umerkhed to nanded maharashtra in ksrtc bus at morning 8'o clock. I asked the conducter for ticket but he didnot listen to me but after fre movements he started shouting on me without any reason and used very bad wordssuch as maa ka bosda, mume bulla dalke baita kya and so on it was worst experince of my life for just i asked him for my remaning money insted of giving me he started shouting me
                    It was worst experince of my life in bus and i'll never gone travell through ksrtc bus in my life again
                    And i request you sir to take an strict action on the conductor

                      Dear sir i had taken the pass from hubli to gadga and conductor has not put the i d number, and from gadag to hubli while traveling he refused to accept the pass and forced me take ticket for 55=00 rs where i have taken the pass for 100=00 r s bus number ka 42 f1235 and he spoke bad words and giving dhamki to get down the bus such conductor should be removed for service

                        I am javeriya, i have lost my bus pass in 116 bus (Non ac), while returning to cbs from infosys mysore (06.12.18) around 7.45. Later while boarding another bus i found that i had left my pass in that bus itself. I request you to kindly return my pass if found or issue me a duplicate pass.

                        I had left it in a hurry to catch another bus and i am sure that i have left it in 116 bus itself as i had took out the pass to show it to the conducter.

                          Bus no f-3090 on 23/10/18 from madikeri depot has not travelled as per schedule. Bus was 1 hour delayed. Bengaluru division officials and madikeri depot manager reported it was on time. Refund is not possible. I need justice and 100% refund should be made. Sandeep pnr no. J73043188. You can check the mysore arrival time & confirm do the needful justice​

                            Respected sir, i am dr. Gurudev aged about 61yrs, i was travelling from sindagi to golgeri arround 10.30am bus number is ka-33 f-0292 as soon as i entered the bus the conductor named ningappa asked me to take the tickets and i paid him 100rs in return i didnt get the ticket and also the change amount when i asked him about the ticket he started shouting at me and when i asked the return my change he statted scolding me with very bad words and abused me as i questioned him to give tickets and the return change he got angry and jumped on me to threat and his hands were almost about to beat me some one neighbour co-passenger stopped him by beating me. I kindly request you to take a serious actoin on him.

                              There r some conductors r behaviour has list bother of attible passengers "if we ask they are telling want to completent do complent what ever you want and any buddy "

                              Gondavale is big Historical place and rooms and food are free for bus drivers
                              KSRTC one bus ( Belgum-Kolhapur-Karad-Dahiwadi-Gondavale ) are available . His driver rest at Gondavale .

                                Today 28/11/18, i was travelling from electronic city to hebbagodi, at morning 10am, i was forced to get down from bus because i was not having change in between the route. The bus number is ka51 f 1202, if this is the attitude of your bus conductor then it is really harsh on passenger, and on your corporation. Please, kindly take necessary steps on this conductor.

                                  I had done total three transaction on the same day apart which two transaction has been cancelled and i have received refund against those transactions but one transaction has been failure form KSRTC i have not got tickets but money has been deducted from SBI CC my account.

                                  seat No. 28, 27 for Journey date 13-Sep-2018 20:30 has been failure transaction from KSRTC PNR number is not generated for this ticket still SBI

                                  charge me Rs. 1498 /- the same transaction is under dispute and for this transaction i had log a complaint with KSRTC also complaint no. for this is

I will be returning to Davanagere every Sunday evening. As same today being government holiday as my college was called off. I stayed at home. And today eveining at 6:15pm i was waiting for a bus at gandhi circle Hiriyur. There are three buses everyday which wont be given stop at aathithya hotel. And I travel in one...

                                    Today i travelled from bangalore (Gorguntepalya) to tumkur with a luggage - newly bought domestic stove which may weigh around 10-15kg. Conductor asked to take ticket for the luggage as well and asked for rs.110.00 but he gave ticket of rs88.00. Rs74.00 for me and rs 14.00 for luggage.
                                    Please take necessary action.

                                      Destination is mentioned different and dropping point is different. From villupuram to bangalore route..
                                      And there is no route mentioned via vettavallam tiruvannamalai and bangalore.. Some times the conductor soon takes the bus from the canteen... It will be helpful if proper destination r mentioned and the passengers are dropped to the exact place.. But they r dropped to townhall..
