On 24th june 1 service person came from shreya tekniks & told me that 2 parts needs to be replaced ie b/m/f & timmer and charged rs 2850/- for that. I bought this product from amazon online shopping website in month of march 2017. Now it is not working. Kelvinator customer care executive took this product to their service center for one day and returned without any repair. Saying they don't entertain this type of appliances. Kelvinator should not sell this product in rs.2000.00 if there is no service facility for this product....

I brought a kelvinator 255ltpr fdb 245ltr pastel red refrigerator on 20/05/2017 from great eastern trading co., garia branch (Enclosed cash memo). After 1 week, the cooling capacity of the refrigerator has down, so i complain great eastern trading co. & mechanic who came for servicing said that there is a problem of compressor of the refrigerator so i claim a new refrigerator to exchange this refrigerator from great eastern trading...

The service person came to service and he was not ready to check the water purifier issue. I am under amc warranty and they were not ready to replace the parts.
I have shown the amc warranty to the service person. Even after that the part was not replaced. While trying to open the filter got broke and the service person was not ready to replace that also....

As I ordered Air cooler of Kelvinator but it does not give cooling air for this purpose only we purchased it but it is failed as per my expectations & also it is not as shown on TV. I had pre-mature failure of pulsator in my washing machine on 15/05/2017. It is only 4 years old machine. Purifier is not at all purifying the water. After a week of war with customer care finally a person changes the filter. He said he installed a new filter. The next day he came without any call and did something. And it again stopped filtering. He must have taken back the new filter and sold it. Now again the war started with customer care. I was experiencing problem from March this year that refrigerator is not cooling. So I have registered a complain...

The semi automatic, 6 ltr capacity, washing machine is not working properly, the spinner or dryer section/tumbler is not functioning properly, i had once called the service engineer, he visited me and checked the equipment, but he never came back to fix the problem, the machine is under warranty. That the same was purchased by me in October, 2016.
Pls do the needful....

Purchased kelvinator fridge one year back having defrost problem from the beginning due to which lot of ice accumulation in the fridger. Unfortunately lodged complaint just 5 days after completion of 1 year. The technician informed Thermostat is defective, needs replacement & it is chargeable as 1 year is lapsed. we brought kelvinator washing machine on 12/08/2016, but few days before, the dryer was blast and we have contacted kelvinator, after inspection, your local service provider told us that it will cover under warranty and one day later they called me and told that your dryer has come and we will installed it at evening but when they come to replace, they told us this is due to imbalance, but exactly there is no imbalance...

I purchase kelvinator freeze Mobel No. 163 on 06 of Nov 2016 from M/s Pushpanjali Shree, 1/2 shubhash Market, Barwah 451115 with 1 year full warranty and extended 4 year warranty on compressor but after some days of purchase i found that, freeze door was not properly shut down.kindly look in to this very seriously.
