I purchase kelvinator freeze in 2013 from your retail outlet new Bharat radio center, Patan, Gujarat-384265 with 5year warranty on compressor but compressor was damage in June 2016 and again after six months compressor starts not working kindly look in to this very seriously I will go to consumer forum also if I don't get satisfied replies and repair of my freeze.

Thee technician says that the fridge was repaired from outside. I stated him that the product is under warranty why i should call outsider to repair. The matter is fridge is as it is today as it was delivered...

Around two years back we purchased a kelvinator refrigerator. With the usage the gasket was torn and i request a service appointment to fix the problem on 14/09/2016. But cooler is not working well..I registered my complaint with local dealer I.e Shri Ram Industries Abohar...Their Mechanic Came and solved the issue but then another problem starts...This Happened to me five times with in 6 months...as a customer I am totally satisfied with local dealer and their services...BUT I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT. .
