Purchased kelvinator fridge one year back having defrost problem from the beginning due to which lot of ice accumulation in the fridger. Unfortunately lodged complaint just 5 days after completion of 1 year. The technician informed Thermostat is defective, needs replacement & it is chargeable as 1 year is lapsed. I felt cheated as the fridge is defective from the beginning but as now already 1 year is completed so company is levying charges for the Thermostat. How to waive the same as it us defective from the beginning.

    Myself naveen dsouza, i had launched a complaint about my kelvinator refrigerator regarding not cooling. After 4days your technician arrived at my place. He checked and told about gas refill. After one week gas refilling person came and did gas refilling. That is on 12/4/17. They finished work around 8pm. Second day we find that it's not getting cooler. Same day i had launched a complaint it's on 13/4/17. Till date they have not arrived to resolve my complaint. Is this the way kelvinator providing services to their customers. If you won't be able to give services to villages, then better you stop selling your products to small villages. You can only sell products at city limit only. We have to suffer after buying your products. I had launched a complaint at sadhana mangalore. Complaint in the name of inas dsouza. Place kanyana bantwal. Hope kelvinator will woke up after my mail. And i need a quick response orelse i have to knock the door of consumer firm. Im really tired calling to your service center. Please contact me on this no.[protected]

        we brought kelvinator washing machine on 12/08/2016, but few days before, the dryer was blast and we have contacted kelvinator, after inspection, your local service provider told us that it will cover under warranty and one day later they called me and told that your dryer has come and we will installed it at evening but when they come to replace, they told us this is due to imbalance, but exactly there is no imbalance at place of washing, there is imbalance where we kept it. one side they told, its free of cost and other they want me to pay rs3800.Please do needfully and replace it, because my machine is under warranty and its not our fault, your no response and negative response force me to knock the door of District Consumer Forum for justice under SECTION 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986

                    I bought kelvinator fridge 2year back. last year there was some problem with its freezerit was not working proplerly. i called customer care they send technician who chrge 1500/- problem was resolved. same problem occured now again. i have called customer care 10 times they are not sending any technician . i visited Bharat radio at hanuman garh from where i purchase the fridge they suggested me the mob no. of sharma refigertor who is not responding my call. i have called him 10 times. please suggest me what to do i am very disappointed from this kind of service from reputed company.

                      I bought kelvinator fridge ion may 31, 2016. It has stopped functioning. Compressor is not working. Even technician also visited and asked me to pay charges where as product is under warranty. Just 4 months back, i purchased it.
                      Thee technician says that the fridge was repaired from outside. I stated him that the product is under warranty why i should call outsider to repair. The matter is fridge is as it is today as it was delivered to me.
                      I am shocked at this statement and finding being cheated by the company. I fully disheartened. Each time, my complaint is closed and i again reopened it. Its almost 20 days that i have been facing.
                      I am very disappointed with the service of the company representatives of the company and probably they wish not to repair and making excuses that this is a repaired fridge. A customer never comes to know whether fridge is new or repaired unless any physical damage is noticed. My fridge is perfectly well and totally new. I wish company to repair it soon or give in writing that this fridge will not be repaired so that i could knock at the doors of consumer court. I do have bills evidencing the date of purchase.
                      Its a case of cheat that company first sell repaired fridge and later says cannot be repaired stating outsider repaired it. The only loss is of the customer. Who paid amount and has been harassed on daily basis. Sometimes arguing with company representative to repair or sometimes requesting to do it as its part of life. I am not able to manage home without refrigerator. This is my last humble request or else i am prepared to settle down through intervention of consumer court..

                          I am shocked at this statement and finding being cheated by the company. I fully disheartened. Each time, my complaint is closed and i again reopened it. Its almost 20 days that i have been facing.
                          I am very disappointed with the service of the company representatives of the company and probably they wish not to repair and making excuses that this is a repaired fridge. A customer never comes to know whether fridge is new or repaired unless any physical damage is noticed. My fridge is perfectly well and totally new. I wish company to repair it soon or give in writing that this fridge will not be repaired so that i could knock at the doors of consumer court. I do have bills evidencing the date of purchase.
                          Its a case of cheat that company first sell repaired fridge and later says cannot be repaired stating outsider repaired it. The only loss is of the customer. Who paid amount and has been harassed on daily basis. Sometimes arguing with company representative to repair or sometimes requesting to do it as its part of life. I am not able to manage home without refrigerator. This is my last humble request or else i am prepared to settle down through intervention of consumer court..

                          its almost more than 4 days. nobody contacted me from Kelvinator side fore redressal of grievance. its really bad thing for a reputed company. we people usually buy the branded things thinking that the service will be good.
                          i am extremely sorry to say that the fridge is integral part of household goods without which life is very tough.

                            Around two years back we purchased a kelvinator refrigerator. With the usage the gasket was torn and i request a service appointment to fix the problem on 14/09/2016. My request number is mad[protected]. A service engineer showed up on next day and note down the model number of refrigerator and billed me 500 rupees by giving a receipt for 450 rupees. He claimed that they do not have the stock for this model and they will order from madurai and it will get resolved within 4 days. But nothing happened. I called area in charge for service at this number [protected] around 4 times to get an update on my service appointment. I got a very poor and unresponsive response from him and finally one person called me and claim that he is from service center ([protected]) and he told my service appointment was cancelled by the company and as usual he never responded properly on my queries. I need to know why my service response was cancelled without intimating me and what about the money i paid for the service appointment. Is it just for note down the number.

                              मैने नेक्सट, जयन्ती मार्केट, पांच बत्ती जयपुर से केल्वीनेटर डबल डोर मॉडल केएसएल 294 के एक्त सीरियल नं.[protected] चैसिस नं.5200538 बिल क्रमांक [protected] दिनांक 16.5.2013 को खरीदा था जिस पर कम्प्रेद्गार की गारंटी पांच वर्ष थी । बिल की छाया प्रति संलग्न है। दिनांक 25.9.2016 को मेरा फ्रिज खराब होने पर मैने आपके सर्विस हैल्पलाइन[protected] पर दूरभाष से अपनी द्गिाकायत जेएआई [protected] को दर्ज कराई । आपके प्रतिनिधि द्वारा 24 घण्टे में द्गिाकायत का निस्तरण करने का आश्‍वासन दिया गया । इस क्रम में दिनांक 26.9.2016 को श्री योगेद्गा जी ने विजिट किया तथा विजिट चार्जेज 450/- लिये । इस संबंध में उन्होने कम्प्रेसर खराब होने पर बदलने व सामान का जो चार्ज लगेगा उसका एस्टीमेट करीब 2200 रूपये बताया । हमने उक्त कार्य को कराने के आदेश दिये । दिनांक 27.9.20.16 को सर्विस प्रतिनिधि ने आकर कम्प्रेसर बदल दिया तथा गैस व अन्य सामान की कीमत 1600/- रूपये ले गये । मैने फ्रिज ठण्डा नही होने की बात की तो उन्होने कहा कि तीन साढे तीन घण्टे में ठण्डा होने लग जायेगा । जब 4 घण्टे बाद भी फ्रिज ठन्डा नही हुआ तो हमने प्रतिनिधि को जिसके मोबाईल नं.[protected] है को बताया तो उसने दूसरे दिन सुबह आने की बात कही । दूसरे दिन यानी 28.9.2016 को दोपहर तक उसके नही आने पर पुनः बात की तो उसने बताया कि वह आज छुटटी पर है अतः आप कम्पनी आफिस में फोन पर बात कर करें । बताये गये फोन नं.पर बात करने पर उसने सर्विस प्रतिनिधि को भेजने की बात कही किन्तु वह नही आया पुनः फोन करने पर उसने अगले दिन आने की बात कही । 29.9.2016 को भी दोपहर तक नही आने पर फोन पर बात करने पर बताया गया कि वह आज नही कल आयेगा । इस ंसबंध में मैने वस्तुस्थित से अवगत कराने हेतु कम्पनी हैल्पलाइन सर्विस पर लगातार बात कर फ्रिज सुधारने का निवेदन किया । किन्तु आज तक नो तो फ्रिज ठीक हुआ ओर ना ही मुझे मेरे द्वारा दिये गये पैसे 2050/- लौटाये । अतः मै आपका ध्यान इस ओर दिलाकर निवेदन कर रहा हूॅ कि मेरे पैसे या तो लौटाये जाये या मेरा फ्रिज ठीक कराकर बिल दिलाया जाये । थक हारकर मैने निजी मैकेनिक से अपना फ्रिज 800 रूपये में ठीक करा लिया लेूकिन कम्‍पनी मुझे मेरे द्ारा दी गई राशि का भुगतान / बिल नही दे रही है और ना ही जो सामान लगाया वह खराब सामान मुझे उपलब्‍ध करा रही है

                                We have bought Kelvinator Air Conditioner in the month of January 26, 2016, Invoice No. FS/TNR/9236 Mahalingapuram Branch. We insisted for copper coil air conditioner and the sales person assured this is the only product has copper coil with 5 Star, trusting him we bought the product and recently we came to know that it is not copper and the outer device contains aluminium coil. This is not acceptable we did not receive the product we opted for.

                                From the day we bought the A/C we are just left with ongoing problems. Installation did not happen properly, installation person made the A/c leaking from inside and left & twisted the copper pipe which connects the inner & outer oulet, we called and had another person, he came and told me that this product is like this and nothing can be done on leaking. It did not end we called the customer service people again and finally that problem was rectified. However the problem is not solved, this is the 3rd time we are calling for technician in the last 4 months for same problem of getting error in the sensor board E6. Why do we have to adjust all these problems when we bought a new A/C. Having an Air Conditioner to make sure that sleep peacefully in hot season, that purpose is not fulfilled then why do we have this product.

                                We, as a customer opting for high Star products just to make sure that we do not have any problems with the products we buy. But Kelvinator A/C just left us only with problems. Most irritating part is that whenever we call customer service we been informed that we have 2 air conditioner(a Kelvinator & a Videocon). We want a product what we have assured for, we lost the tolerance on kelvinator air conditioner.

                                    But cooler is not working well..I registered my complaint with local dealer I.e Shri Ram Industries Abohar...Their Mechanic Came and solved the issue but then another problem starts...This Happened to me five times with in 6 months...as a customer I am totally satisfied with local dealer and their services...BUT I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT. .
                                    so please do me a favour...just replace my cooler..or GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.. (as your company says MONEY BACK GUARANTEE) will be very thankful to you...
