Respected Sir,
I purchase kelvinator freeze Mobel No. 163 on 06 of Nov 2016 from M/s Pushpanjali Shree, 1/2 shubhash Market, Barwah 451115 with 1 year full warranty and extended 4 year warranty on compressor but after some days of purchase i found that, freeze door was not properly shut down.kindly look in to this very seriously.

As the service man serviced the washing machine and collect Rs.3200/- but didn't give the bill. we will provide online bill, the bill will be send to me three days after the service. The online bill shows only Rs.2215/- collected from us. I called the service man but he is unresponsible speach. kindly soolve the issue.

I purchase kelvinator freeze in 2013 from your retail outlet new Bharat radio center, Patan, Gujarat-384265 with 5year warranty on compressor but compressor was damage in June 2016 and again after six months compressor starts not working kindly look in to this very seriously I will go to consumer forum also if I don't get satisfied replies and repair of my freeze.

Around two years back we purchased a kelvinator refrigerator. With the usage the gasket was torn and i request a service appointment to fix the problem on 14/09/2016. My request number is mad[protected]. A service engineer showed up on next day and note down the model number of refrigerator and billed me 500 rupees by giving a receipt for 450 rupees. I live in Egypt.
I bought a Kelvinator washing machine on July the 15th 2016.
it was installed on July the 21st.
I used it 3 times. On the fourth time the door lock light kept flashing and whistling .
I called the service center it's called Azmi.
I had the worst service ever. Totally unexpected .
They sent me 2 technicians in 2 times. They both took everything out and unplugged...
