we brought kelvinator washing machine on 12/08/2016, but few days before, the dryer was blast and we have contacted kelvinator, after inspection, your local service provider told us that it will cover under warranty and one day later they called me and told that your dryer has come and we will installed it at evening but when they come to replace, they told us this is due to imbalance, but exactly there is no imbalance at place of washing, there is imbalance where we kept it. one side they told, its free of cost and other they want me to pay rs3800.Please do needfully and replace it, because my machine is under warranty and its not our fault, your no response and negative response force me to knock the door of District Consumer Forum for justice under SECTION 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986
