Dear sir,
I register a copmplaint in[protected] for kelvinator single door complaint not cooling technician come next days he told me he come 2-3days a with parts but till now no techinician come a home my new freeze is dead, pls arrange a techincian and solve my problem.

I bought a Refrigerator on date 3/7/2015, during two years it has not been working two times, and called the technician two times. perhaps there is manufacturing fault in the product and i wants to change my product as soon as possible. otherwise i want to go for court case.
