Kelvinator — Either a replacement or refund of burnt kelvinator refrigerator

We purchased a kelvinator refrigerator in the month of march in the year 2013 and after 2 years in month of november it has burnt.Soon we complainted the shopholder and he has responded.Authorised technician visited and checked the refridgerator seen blasted and burnt suitation (Internal of refridgerator). Area sales manager responded to the issue and confirmed will go through the company procedure and revert.Till date we haven't received any kind of feedback...

I have purchased kelvinator fridge on 7 / 3 / 2015 from vasai west & I raised a complaint on 2nd month about fridge issue (NO COOLING ISSUE & DOOR NOT CLOSE PROPERLY) since then they were telling me that they will replaced that fridge ...till date whenever I call and ask about my complaint they say its in process ... buy a kalvinator fridge is my biggest mistake .. I gifted to my mom on her birthday... now the condition is no cooling at all no cold water and other vegetable's get expire soon. Its suck. please tell me how to do complaint in consumer court...any one please help (+91.[protected])
