Kelvinator — fridge does not cooling.

Fridge does not cooling however electric shows into the fridge. A part (Relax olp) has been changed by your rep on 08.10.18 amounting to rs. 818/- has been paid, till then fridge is not working properly and create problem. A rep also attend on 26.10.2018, but he does not do any thing and problems does not solve. I m very shocked how ur rep has done his work which create problem within a week. I m very thankful i[censored]r rep (Very much expert) may visit and to see/solve the defect.

Sir,
I do have a complaint no TH[protected]TC001 lying pending for last ONE WEEK for Kelvinator air cooler. I have contacted customer care on pH.no.[protected] and have thousands of calls. Their service is not just POOR but I have to say a WORST one.
warranty is expiring on 24.03.2019.

I buy Kelvinator refrigerator 190lt KW203/2016 in 2016 and invoice number is #BLR_JIG_01L[protected] and it was compressor problem and it was 5 years warranty also no one come in demo. How should I contact .
