Kelvinator - Single Door Refrigerator 325 Litre — Service issues

I bought Kelvinator refrigerator 325 litre single door (KCP325TCWT) on 15th March’15 from Kaydee Audiovisions, Sec-18 Noida. I have been facing host of issues since the time this refrigerator was brought home. The bad experience started right from the day of installation. 1. The door of the chill tray fell and broke in front of the service engineer when he came to install the fridge. Then the service engineer changed it within 3-4 days. 2. After another few days, the handle of the fridge door came out, then the service engineer replaced it in a week’s time 3. After a few days we realized that the door of the fridge was making a lot of screechy noise while opening and closing and when we were closing the door, it was not getting closed automatically even when brought to the nearest closing point, as a result the door was left open on many occasions. After complaining multiple times and service engineer’s visit thrice, noise of the door disappeared but the door still doesn’t close by itself. Also, while opening the door, whole fridge shakes. The door-related issues have been highlighted and brought to the notice of Kaydee Audiovisions people and service enginner on multiple accasions, but nothing has been done so far. In fact, the service guys have stopped responding altogether to our complaints. – issue not resolved 4. Ice deposit rate is also very high and on de-frosting, ice doesn’t melt easily. – Issue not resolved From the face of it, it seems that we have either been given a defective or a repaired piece. We have been complaining about these issues for quite some time to no avail. I am a senior citizen and it is not possible for me to run around repeatedly behind your service guys. I sent my son in law to kaydee audiovisions on 21st June and he was assured that the matter would be looked into, but nobody visited or called. My daughter visited kaydee audiovisions yesterday (1st July) and she was again reassured that service engineer will visit and resolve the issue. But nobody visited or called. In fact, during her visit to Kay dee audiovision she was asked to speak to the ASM Ankur who assured that the visit would be arranged asap, but nothing has been done so far.
