Dear sir/mam,
We have purchased a kelvinator refrigerator on september, 2016. On 7th august, 2017. Some of it's wires catch fire automatically and destroyed. We called the helping number and registered the complain. Engineer visited 2 days after the complain registration and said that they will repair the same asap or maximum a week.
But it's more that a week and we have not received any call/sms regarding the same. Is it the service you guys are supposed to deliver in this competitive scenario...? Please resolve issue we suffering due to this.

Mudusumi's response Refrigerator not cooling properly.The issue has already been shared with your service center and was serviced a few times but I am not satisfied with the service as the refrigerator is still not functioning properly.
