Kelvinator — very bad service and amount charged unnecessarily

Product no. Kre202 recently some problem reported with our refrigerator then we requested a service by calling dealer and customer care. After so many follow ups on 2nd august 2017 one guy came to my home and replaced the compressor and he said it is under warranty so they did not charged for it. But he charged 2100rs for some gas and his charges and when we asked for bill he refused and left. After just 30 mins product again stopped working. Then we tried calling a service guy, dealer, customer care. No one responded yet. Service person no:[protected]. So again we called customer care then they said complaint is still pending they will arrange some other person on 07th august but they failed this time also. Today also i called then they given below numbers to contact (Area managers0. [protected] (Unable to reach) [protected] (Not answering the calls) complaint no. Hyd[protected] 1) why they did not provide the bill for what they did? 2) whom do i further contact to fix the problem? Thank you

Hi Team, Finally i got my area manger contact and when i followed up with him he sent person to fix the problem. Guy came and worked almost 2 hours to fix the problem. Finally he did something and somehow it started working and he said problem resolved. Same story after 30mins it stopped working. It seems he is trying to add the patch to the problem and not to fix it permanently. After spending 2100rs on the product and still it is not working i donno what to say. Please fix the it ASAP.
