We have purchased 4 Kent Mineral RO Water purifiers for our company, ECDS at Cochin Special Economic Zone. These water purifiers are faulty in a time gap of one month. We had discussed with their team initially and were asked to switch over to Mineral RO water purifiers. Now, we are using only 60% of the capacity recommended and the equipments are becoming faulty at an interval of a month. We had added extra water purifiers before the water goes for purification with KENT but the situation has not changed much. We call up the Service Personnel who comes after 3-4 Days and for spares we have to wait for 10 Days. We are Totally dissatisfied with the product and services. This has taken a bad hit on us as we are answerable to the employees who are solely depending on this for drinking water after investing for higher end models.
