I'm drafting this complaint on behalf of my mother in law mrs. Annamma varghese, consumer id [protected] of ph sub division mallappally, pathanamthitta district. We opted for kwa connection as we had no other water source for our daily needs. Unfortunately things turn out to be even worse since the water comes once in a week, and that too for hardly an hour. The pressure is too low to fill a 1000 liter tank within that time of pumping.
We called up the valve operator and pump operator this morning to check if there is any pumping today and they started blaming each other. Called up the section office pullad and they brought up another story of of broken pipes on the supply line.in fact this excuse itself is nearly six months old. However they're not hesitated to bill the usage promptly and that is the only thing they do with a pinch of sincerity.
Our only demand is a proper supply of water in sufficient duration. Hope this find the right official and thus justice would be served.

My con#[protected]. Id. Awn/16775/d. I paid bill for rs.157.00 online net banking on 11.06.2020. Soon, received a message that the payment failed. I waited for three days for its auto refund. But, did not received back. I approached my bank, bank of baroda, alappuzha. They confirmed that the money is already credited to kwa account on the same day of its payment. I wrote to admin, kwa, many times. No response. I contacted your customer care number. They asked me to forward all the details oncluding bank, s transaction id to [protected]@gmail.com. I sent the details to this mail 5 times. No response. Contacted the customer care many times. They said that they send the results back to me by mail. Nothing happent till now.

Bank transaction id: ebank[protected]/sbbr[protected]/kerala water authority.

So, kindly request you to do the needful to correct the problem without further delay.

I used to pay water charges in advance for one year at the counter. Please provide online facility to make advance payment as in the case of kseb.

This is just to inform before the commitee that this months bill is amounting to rs-3643.
This is a domestic connection and we used to get an average bill of 100/150 etc.
Please find attached 2 bills feb and june.

When i put consumer id & consumer number, the amount to pay is displaying but there is no option for payment online than a advance tab for paying advance. I have tried bbps option from the home page, but the money returned back. Please look into the issue seriously.

I would like to bring to your attention regarding water leakage in raman menon road, near to metro tower, opp of jayalakshmi silks. Its been a month that plenty of drinking water wasting each day!. And the water is coming through the road and developed big potholes. It creates difficulties both to the vehicles and pedestrians. Please repair the water leakage as soon as possible.

The drainage is overflow in the lane connecting from my house to main road. Land mark near vanross junction. From vanross junction towards jacob junction, just 50 m, on the left side one small lane connecting digital press (Hanus comptuer) and three to four houses. Please make it convenient to attend the same at the earliest

I am from Manjummel, near Kalamassery. Our water authority office is in Kalamassery. Today is the fourth day which we didn't get water. First they gave us water second day wise, then it changes to third day . But today is the fourth day. They told me that water will come at 4 pm. But they didn't. When I call them again they told me that water will come at 6 pm. But no. Now it's 9.30pm. My family members including my small baby is waiting for the water. We dont have water for drinking too. Please help us.

Water leakage on road in front of valiya udeswaram residents association no. Vura 105 a near vadakke mulloor temple, anayara, trivandrum

Drainage line along link road no. Ii, opposite to valsala nursing home, paris line, near bakery junction, trivandrum, kerala, is blocked causing reverse flow of contaminated drainage water which in turn resulting in stagnation of waste water in several houses situated in the low laying areas. Due to this mosquito problem is rampant in this area. Drainage block in link road no. Ii may be cleared at the earliest.

People in the 7th ward of eraviperoor panchayat pathanamthitta district Thiruvalla Taluk are very much suffering in this lock down situation due to non availability of water. So kindly request for a solution in this regard

With reference to the reference no eye/6901/19 which has been issued to me on 3/7/19, i would like to raise a complaint on the inability of the edappally corporation office to provide me a domestic water connection to my household needs. The same has been followed up multiple times at the office but i am told that the file itself is missing.

Request the asst. Executive engineer to investigate and kindly resolve the issue.

Srappilly kasimanapady road near girimughal church 3kwa pipe leaking

The new pipe laying work, popularly known as japan drinking water project, initiated by kwa is in progress on samudra - eripuram road in ward no.14 of shoranur municipality. The work started in april reached eripuram junction and abruptly stopped due to lockdown/covid. After about 25 days or so, due to some relaxation in lockdown, the work again started from the opposite direction and is about to reach eripuram junction where the situation is very bad. During the last week i. E. From 18th and 22 april the work again started. After three days the work abruptly stopped again and the workers left the area parking the jcb in the nearby compound.

Now the problem is water logging at the junction and a big pit continues to be a traffic hazard. Why the pit is left without completing the work there is not known. Leaving this work there, why they started the work from opposite direction is also not known. The culvert is also not there making this area as accident prone. With the onset of monsoon, the problem would become more precarious. The road is is also heavily damaged due to jcb and telephone cables broken. There appears to be no co-ordination between the concerned departments. Lot of school buses use this road besides others. Before it is too late, you are requested to kindly look into this problem and see that the work is completed expeditiously and satisfactorily.

We stay in vrindavanam, sakthi nagar colony, pazhaveedu residential area, (Po 688009) in alleppey district, since the past year. We have a pipe that brings municipality water from the main road, to our area, which is a few hundred meters in from the roadside. Initially, we had adequate water supply for our household uses. Since the past few months, the municipality water pipe, however, sadly, is empty. As we are dependant on this water for cooking/drinking purposes, we kindly request you to look into the matter on an urgent basis.
If further detailing about the issue is necessary, kindly inform what further information is needed for the necessary action.

I am a social activist in idukki. The people living in johnyppadi, 6th ward of pambanar, peermade panchayath, idukki are not getting sufficient drinking water from a common tap even though the matter has been reported to the a. Ex, kwa, peermade. Please look in to the matter as we are in the issue related to covid 19.

The water tap maintenance man everytime closed my house valve. I was pay the water bill every month properly. More than five times complaint water secretary. He convince when i complaint, hereafter all is well like to telling me. Then i realised both guys are well plan to close tap valve for my home only. I dont know what i did wrong. Once they cross the limit like bad words and unwanted words were spoke with my wife. I dont know how to solve this issue. I am a common man of this country. Sometimes i was plan to suicide, because they were more more torture me. I dont know this website is solve my problem. But definitely i assure if you solve this issue you can save my family. Here i can explain little part only described and i can explain full details who support to solve this issue. Apart from this, a common man life is going very crucial things of now a days alive or die

I am from udayanapuram panchayath 13th ward under vaikom water authority. Water non availability crisis is present problem in our area whenever we report complaint in water authority vaikom the officers assure us the availability of water. But we are in short of water for the last 3 days. The area has got many families comprising kids and pregnant ladies. Please ensure us water as soon as possible.
