online payment issues

Unable to pay kwa bills online through your portal. After selecting payment gateway - bill desk - i get the following error message :

"sorry we are uable to process your request right now - invalid merchant details (Errp004)"

I am able to view my bill online but cannot process payment despite multiple attempts.

Kindly rectify and revert at your earliest.

I have made online payment from my account in union bank through netbanking. The bill amount was rs 134, while the total money debited from my account was rs 142.26, which is over 6%.
Almost all other utility payments attract not more than 2% for online payments, whiler the phone company bsnl charges zero. Kindly look into this for some redressal and relief.

    I am an nri residing in the gulf. All these days i have been paying my water bills online using the kwa online payment system.. Now for the last 3 months your system is down and i am unable to pay the bills. Can you please look into this as i am unable to pay my bills and this could lead to disconnection.

    I have nobody to manage this in palakkad.

      My cons id is [protected]. We have pipe line in our area under japan dinking water scheme.
      We donot have water in our area since last six days. We are finding it difficult to meet our daily chores. Our area is alummoodu - chempakassery road near mulamukku.
      Route is 0711-312
      Please supply the water in our are immediatey and redress the complaint.
      I had already whatsapped the complant to no.[protected] and also contacted the concerned person over phone. We are finding it difficult and severe water shortage in our area even for cooking and daily chores. Please consider the complaint and release the water supply and redress the complaint.
      Kerala water authority consumer id [protected], april month i did not receive the bill due to door closed. June month received an amount of 648(for 4 months). August month again an amount of 1307.The difference in usage is 49 kl. That is previous bill reading was 877 and current bill is 926.

        Dear sir,
        I have received water consumption bill which is inr 3564 which was the same amount last time and i have paid thru online, unfortunately this time i have received the same amount but the water consumption is "0". I have closed the valve because unnecessary they are insisting the bill even the water is not using. When i enquire they said if i open the valve meter will be run even no water available.
        In this case pls. Let me know what i have to do?
        There is no responsible for this department, they only need money even 0 water consumption.

          Sir, my consumer no is crd/2515/d
          Coming under mavelikara office. As per bill no 47554639 i paid rs.308 against my consumption of 44 kl as per reading taken on 13 may 19. The reading was 267 kl on that day. On 8 aug 19 the mater reader took the reading as 292 km. Ie. My average monthly consumption is 8.33kl/month. As per your tarrif given in kwa web site ie.[protected] litres/month i have to pay rs. 100 plus inspection charge rs.6 and my bill should be rs.106 only. But before taking meter reading they charged me rs. 462/- which is wrong. This case is not for me only. Around 10 neighbours i have checked. Same is the case. My neighbour total 3 month consumption 7kl only. The bill amount is 1172. This is not a human error. Kindly look into the matter urgently as so many people are affecting. Bill due date is 05 sep 19.
          I gone to mavelikara kwa office. But the staff there did not given me answer for this and told me not to deposit the amount now. I came back. Kindly instruct the concerned staff there to take correct bill as per reading. I will go to deposit the bill on 20 aug 19 so that i expect that necessary orders may be issued to rectify the same. After that we may go for a legal complaint as this is a public issue.

The bill is showing that any reading. Currently no body is staying at that home. According to the bill there is no meter fault. For your kind attention i am up loading here my last paid bill receipt and current due bill.

              This complaint is submitted in order to bring into the attention of the authorities the broken pipe supply near sree dharmasastha temple pozhickad, pandalam.
              It has been wasting water for almost three month and no action has been taken since to repair or replace it. Even though it is flood time, the condition may not be the same the coming years.I don't know whether the neighbors have complained or not but it is my duty as a citizen to ask the authorities to fix the broken pipe.
              So i request you to look into the matter by informing the respective branch.

                Our consumer id is [protected] and consumer number is nem/12331/d. We would like to register a complaint against the excess amount in water bill[above 1300 in each bill]. There is no way it can increase this much as we pay each month correctly without any dues. There are only 3 members in the house so it's impossible for the bill to be this high. I kindly request you to consider our complaint and find an immediate solution.

                  Refer Water connection No.MKU/1745/N under PH sub Division Kaduthuruthy .
                  *The connection was provided to me in 2016. I have remitted Rs.1686.00 on 15.07.2016 being the charges up to 07/16( @ Rs.202x8+70=1686) and accounted manually by issuing Rt.No.AT.No.762242 dated 15/07/2016.
                  ** Again I have approached your Kaduthuruthy sub division and remitted a sum of Rs.2500.00 being the advance payment for one year from 8/16 and obtained a receipt AT No.762674.
                  ***Again in August 2017 I have approached your Kaduthuruthy sub division for advance remittance of water bill for the next one more year.
                  ****The counter staff advised me to remit again charges of the previous year which I have remitted already and showed the bills to them.
                  *****They were not prepared to correct the accounting mistake done by them and asked me to prefer representation in the matter. Their monopolistic and arrogant behaviour was beyond limits and they were trying to penalize me by making me to remit the amount already remitted by me.
                  ****** Feeling that they are trying for unscrupulous exploitation and wanted to shrink responsibility I have not remitted the amount and sent a representation to correct the mistake and advise. I have sent reminders on 21.01.2018, 17/03/2018, 30/07/2018 and on helpline phone No.[protected] on10/10/2018, and again sent reminders on 30/10/2018 and a final reminder on 09/11/2018 and there were no response.
                  ******* Wondering about the lawlessness prevailing in your office and callous approach to customer grievances, I had sent a complaint to the Executive Engineer, Piravom which also remain unanswered.
                  ********This is again my last attempt failing which appropriate legal measures will be initiated and will go to mass media also.
                  No water supply for 5 days. this is a hospital with 25 admitted patients. very much difficulty for pateints staff. we are hiring water for past 3 days. no response from the authorities. public and staff compalining about water. our in patients are very much suffering fronm water shortage
                  No water supply. Several complaints made. No action. Since last 3 years no water supply. Number of complaints made. Nothing done .KWA sends water bill regularly and paying the bill regularly without consuming a single drop of water!. Can the water supply be restored.

                    The house is vacant since March and there is no consumption. Hence there can be only minimum charges. However the bill shows high consumption of 16 units and a charge of 130 is applied with no reason and no previous and current reading recorded in the bill. The same was informed to the meter reader by my mother who lives nearby and offered door key for verification. During normal reading dates the door was open but she visited towards month end.
                    It is requested that the bill to be corrected with minimum charges applied till it is occupied as even now also the house is vacant.

                      I may submit that water is leaking for past three days...Couldnt contact kwa office, cherpulassery in palakkad dist. over phone...already contacted the overseer but he is transferred out. The matter was informed to the AE Sri. Swaminathan but according to him the area does not belongs to him and he is the AE of pattambi(near to cherpulassery)..Also informed the plumber Sri.Basheer...still the water is leaking at a large force for three days...
                      Kindly refer to the complaint submitted by me just now...a mistake has been occured in it...Name of the AE in my complaint may be read as subair...Swaminathan is the name of overseer who has given me the number of AE

                        The subject connection is in karshaka road, opp railway station, ernakulam junction east entry. Con no e38/93/n
                        The meter was disconnected and revenue recovery proceeded and payment for dues claimed as at jan 2018.
                        The connection was restored sometime in july, approx. Owners are residents in chennai and they are not aware of non payments, revenue recovery, may 2019.
                        Now the owners have been issued a demand for rs71529
                        All along the cpmlaints were no water in karshaka road, particularly my compound for 3 houses, for several years.
                        It is to be noted that the meter disconnected was hung in the doors for several moths, as there were no tenants. All vacated as there was no water. We have since provided to building water from wells for the present tenants
                        We are senior citizens. Very law abiding and intime tax payers. But the present demand appears very unresonable and why?
                        Requesting all concerned, to resolve the case early

                          From last 2 days i have been trying to pay my water bill on "https://epay.kwa.kerala.gov.in" and not succeeded.

                          I was able to fetch the pending balance by giving consumer id and number. When tried to pay using quick pay, search result showing "reading is not posted for the consumer id xxxx and number xxxx.

                          Please resolve this asap.

                            Hello,
                            The guy who came today for the collection threatened my mother claiming the meter isn't working and if you didn't get a new meter by tomorrow, he will come and cut the connection on the other day. And when we change the meter make sure to place it on an easily accessible place so that he can go and collect the data without any hurdles.
                            Is this the way a govt servant should behave to a senior citizen.. My mother is handicapped also. At first, we wouldn't get any idea if the meter is faulty until you guys give us a warning.. He could have suggested.. Instead the behaviour was rude and bad. This the first time we are having such an incident from a govt firm. So sorry but i think this should be informed so that it never happens again. Thank you!

                              Recently they upgraded and changed with a new software for online payment
                              but the problem is we can take print on the time of payment after that there is no option, so please add such facility for the sake of costumers, When I have paid my last bill online I couldn't took print out of my payment due to some network problem I login again but not possible to view or take print out of which I paid online.

                              Please go through this matter and do the needful.

                                We are residing in Spices Road, Ambedkar Colony, Kaloor (Near to Journalists colony), Ernakulam, Kerala. Regretted to say that last ten days drinking water is not coming in our water lines. We are 4 families residing in the building and total 7 families in this line. For these 10 days, we are purchasing water jars from market and this costs us a huge amount. Request you to resolve the problem and help us at the earliest.

                                  Respected Sir,
                                  I am a kottayam tesidence and the water supplied during Tuesdays and Thursdays are coming at aftertoon . This makes impossible to collect sufficient water to drink.As it is supplied at irregular timings we are really suffocating and due to we cant always ask permission from offices to collect water.And please supply for atleast 3 hours so it will be easy for us to collect.
                                  Please supply water by morning between 8am-11am as we have to go work and no one is their to collect.Please see to this problem as soon as possible.

                                  Heavy water dipping is found from public tap placed in front Brothers Library, Kachani, Near Kunnoorshala Temple, Karakulam panchayat, Trivandrum district. A whole night water dipping leads to heavy water loss. Please look into the matter. It been occurring from many days and never been noticed by water authority.

                                    ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട വാ.ട്ടർ അതോറിട്ടി ഓവർസിയർക്ക് വളരെ വിഷമത്തോട് കൂടിയാണ് ഞാൻ ഇത് എഴുതുന്നത്, , ഞാൻ ഒരു പ്രവാസിയാണ്.വളരെ കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് ഞാൻ വിഴിഞ്ഞത്ത് പാറ വിളയിൽ നാലര സെൻറ് വസ്തുവാങ്ങി 10 വർഷം മുമ്പ്, , , , 2019 വരെ വാടക വീട്ടിലാണ് എന്റെ കുടുംബം മാറി മാറി താമസിച്ചു, , 2019 ഫെബ്രുവരിയിൽ വാങ്ങിയ വസ്തുവിൽ കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് ഒരു മുറിയും ഒരു ബാത്ത്റും ഒരു അടുക്കളയും കെട്ടിയെടുത്തു, , വൈദ്യുത കണക്ഷനും വാട്ടർ കണക്ഷനും എല്ലാം കിട്ടി, , കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു മാസമായി ഗാർഹിക ഉപഭോഗത്തിനുള്ള പൈപ്പിൽ വെള്ളം നിലച്ചിട്ട്, , , മാന്യമായ തുകയും അതിൽ കൂടുതലും വാട്ടർ അതോറിട്ടിയിൽ അടച്ചാണ് കണക്ഷൻ, എടുത്തത്, , , ഒരു മാസമായി ജപ്പാൻ കുടിവെള്ള പദ്ധതിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന എല്ലാ വീടുകളിൽ യഥേഷ്ടം ജല ലഭ്യതയുണ്ട്, ബാക്കിയുള്ള കുറച്ച് വീടുകളിൽ ഒരു മാസമായി വെള്ളം കണി കണ്ടിട്ട്, , ആരംഭത്തിൽ കണക്ഷൻ നൽകാൻ വന്നവരോട് ജപ്പാൻ കുടിവെള്ള പദ്ധതിയിലൂടെ ജല ലഭ്യത ഉറപ്പാക്കാൻ എന്റെ ഭാര്യ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അവർക്ക് അതിന്റെ കണക്ഷൻ നൽകാൻ അറിയില്ലെന്നാണ് അവർ പറഞ്ഞത്, , ഇപ്പോൾ ഒരു മാസമായി നിലവിലുള്ള കണക്ഷനിൽ വെള്ളം വരുന്നില്ല കുറച്ചു വീട്ടുകാർക്ക്, എന്നും ഫോണിലൂടെ പരാതിപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ ഉടനെ ശരിയാകും എന്നുള്ള മറുപടി ആണ് കിട്ടുന്നത്, , ഈ ഒരു മാസവും ഈ കുറച്ച് വീട്ടുകാരും എന്റെ കുടുംബവും ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നത് ഒന്നര കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയുള്ള റംസാൻ കുളം എന്ന ജല സ്ത്രോതസിനെയാണ്, , , ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് സ്കൂൾ തുറന്നതിനാൽ അവിടുള്ളവർ കുട്ടികളെ സ്കൂളിൽ വിടാനായി ഏകദേശം വെളുപ്പിന് നാലരക്ക് റംസാൻ കുളം എന്ന സ്ഥലത്താണ് പോകുന്നത്, , , ആ പോകുന്ന വഴിയിൽ സാമൂഹ്യ വിരുദ്ധരുടെ ശല്യം ഏറെയാണ് കൃത്യമായ സ്ഥലം വിഴിഞ്ഞം കോർപ്പറേഷനു പുറകിൽ ആമ്പൽ കുളം, , , പാറവിള എന്ന സ്ഥലമാണ് ഞാൻ ഉദ്ധേശിച്ച പ്രദേശം, , ആയതിനാൽ ഇതിന് സാർ അന്വാഷിച്ച് പരിഹാരം കണ്ടെത്തുമെന്ന പ്രതീക്ഷയോടെ
