No water distribution in public pipe.at sreekrishnapuram area in palakkad district. We informed regional kwa but no response

This is from error north, Ernakulam.. we are different without water for more than a week.. we contacted many times but no positive response. Pls do consider

Water supply interrupted for my home .consumer no.VKO/805/D

Some consumers are taking water from public pipe and refilling their water tank everyday by using an hosepipe. This pipe was situated nearby a road but now it is replaced into one person's land compound. How is that possible?
And these people are used to wash cloths and washing their vehicles and bathing their children nearby.
Please take immediate actions as soon as possible.

My water connection number wrongly entered on my meter.which number is using another panchayath.MRR 2686.I am living in tirunnavaya Panchayat under KWA TIRUR Malappuram.So please take necessary action to correct this.

A consumer is taking water from a pipe connection aside the road for his personal use and the water is leaking and flowing through the road for the last few weeks. Not only the wastage of water but also it will damage the newly tarred road.

community health center vengola have water connection ( water connection number- [protected]) . its water charge was around 500 ( five hundred only ) regularly . but unfortunately last few months bill were above forty thousands, sixty five thousand, ninety thousand etc we repeatedly complained executive engineer water authorty perumbavoor and gave application about this issue . but perambulator water authority did not ready to solve this issue . Actually the problem is meter reading machine. This is an government institution, actually we did not use water last months . so please solve this issue immediately.

We don't get water from our water connection and hear water flowing sound but not get water.

I paid my water bill for kerala water authority, on line
However the transaction failed ; but the money was deducted from my bank account.
Kindly arrange to refund the amount to my bank account.

We are from Udayathumvathil, Panangad P O, Ernakulam. We are not getting water from the last two weeks. We are buying water from external sources. Please help us urgently.

I am a resident of Padma Vihar, Layam Road, Ernakulam, Kochi-682011; Consumer number-E40/110/D. This month I received a bill for Rs. 19, 000, while my usual bill amount is only Rs. 500-600.

I had come twice to the office today to register my complaint, but they kept asking me to come back later. I am a senior citizen and it is difficult for me to keep coming to the office so many times in these Covid times.

I would appreciate if you can help me to resolve this issue at the earliest.

I have been given a water bill of Rs 6723 from 18/09/2020 to 18/11/2020 for consumer id [protected] and consumption is recorded as 262 KL. Previous bill being zero. Kindly do the needful.
