I am Dins Baby from thodupuzha, idukki district. I belong to Manakkadu grama panchayath ward 13. In our locality huge discrimination in water supply by concerned officials in the water supply department. Around 1 km 35 more houses not get water properly. We get water between 4-5 days but same pipe line every day has water but the officials use a valve and not open to in our areas . We get water in 4-5 days in just half hour and 1 hour. Last years there is no scarcity in the water from that pipe line . The officials give water to their areas regularly. I am attach a video of the power the water after we get 5 days. Sir please take proper action to make avilability of the water supply please...

      This is to notify my concern regarding the water bill No KIP/2684/D. I am getting this bill past recent years for the arrears. Kindly note this property has not belonged to me for the past 4 years. Several times I gave the written request to the water authority at Mathilakam and still it remains the same. I kindly request you to take action regarding this matter and please do the needful for changing the address and phone number to the actual owner name.

          Since yesterday we are not getting drinking water through tap in ground floor and first floor. The same complaint was raised before by our residential and sorted out after two weeks. Now we have check with our neighbours and the same response. Since years now this is happening second time. And very difficult without drinking water, and some time will get but low flow of water.

            My old mother Mrs. Mary Mathew, aged 85 years residing in Kaliyandanam House, Tirumoolapuram P.O. Tiruvalla, Pathanamthitta District has a KWA water connection No. KZD/368/D (Domestic), Consumer I.D. [protected]. The reconnection of the water line has not been properly done (the connection to the main line is still pending). You are requested to please look into the issue and do the needful.
            Considering my mothers old age she cannot go to KWA office in Tiruvalla to register the complaint.

            I am the elder son Mr. Varghese Mathew, I stay in Mumbai and due to Corona I cannot come to Kerala for solving the issue, you are requested to look into the matter and help my age old mother to get water supply at the earliest since the summer month is fast approaching and there is scarcity of water in our area.               Iam seeing this leakage for weeks. Its in jainimedu, palakkad while walking from the bus stop to kalpathy bridge, to the left side of the road. Please do something about it as this is summer time and many will suffer with shortage of water.

                I am not able to pay water bill online for last few months. The message appearing on quickpay screen indicates that the meter reader has not updated the bill details.

                    Dear Sir
                    We have no water supply for the last two three days. There was a road maintenance by PWD Near Santhibhavan, Muttambalam, Kottayam Town. It was gone as a news paper news against water authority, since that road works just completed only in 5 days. Now it turn as problem between PWD and water authority (The person attended phone no.[protected] saying that if you have complaint, contact to Municipal Councillor or others, do not call here. Since the Councillor made this news). What will we do sir.
                    Kindly do the needful to rectify the issue.

                        I am Noohu Lebba, a senior citizen, residing at Sadique Manzil, Kanjirathinmood Kaduvinal P. O, Vallikunnam. I have a Kerala water authority connection from 2005 ( CONSUMER NO. VKM 64). Since then I have been using this water connection until last week when a licenced plumber assingned by the authority in my region closed my water connection for giving a new conection nearby .I contacted him personally and paid money for reinstating the same.Till now my water connection is not reinstated . Summer season has resulted in the drying of our wells making this water connection the only source we could rely upon .Due to the irresponsibility of the plumber, our day to day life activities are seriously affected as we are facing water scarcity.
                        So I request you to take necessery steps to re instate my water conectoin at the earliest.

                          The KWA, Elemkunnapuzha Office, Narakkal .

                          It is with utmost bitterness, anger and disappointment about the callous nature that this office has treated the public in the area near Kothakulangara / NRA Lane and adjoining areas about the accute water shortage experienced by a large section of the population for more than 2 months.

                          A number of representations have been made to this office by individuals, groups and organisations to highlight this very urgent problem of accute shortage of water for such a long period of time.

                          People in this area fail to understand why this problem has taken so long to solve. : 1. Shortage of water ? No media report so far. 2. Pumps, storage facilities ? Months and months to solve any such problem 3. The consumers in this region are beginning to suspect that this endless shortage may be to help the private business whose huge water filter business and bore-well programmes are flooding the market in this region. (A wrong assumption, may be ? )

                          In a desperate situation people begin to make desperate conclusion.

                          The KWA can definitely find a solution to this most pressing problem faced by the public in this region.

                              Hi,
                              This is my second complaint on the same issue. My house has been locked down since last march. We used it only for one month in July 2020. We received a bill no. 69664656 dated 22/12/2020 for Rs.12895. We have called the office many times and we got a new bill for 7000 rupees. We can not come to office and complaint because I am on quarantine and return from US. The guy who came take the reading on 23/2/2021 said that our meter is faulty.
                              So kindly advise and cancel the my bills and please re issue a revised bill.

                                      I have a concern related to billing. Consumer No: is PLM/ 9150/D. My house is vacant since mid of November. But the water bill dated 5/2/21 is RS.208. I don't have any arrears and my payment is up-to-date.

                                      When I checked the bill I could see that the reading and consumption is recorded as 0.

                                      The bill is raised with the same amount as the previous bill.

                                      Kindly check it and give a resolution at the earliest.

                                        The malampuzha water pipeline in our area is broken and water has been leaking since many days. Despite several complaints at the local water authority, there is no response. We cannot afford to see wastage of water to such an extent that the road is full of leaked water every morning and evening.. Kindly do something immediately to stop the leakage and repair the damaged pipeline.
