The Biller came to take reading opens our tap and leave it open, and left. We lost lots of water due to this behavior. The reading as per bill is 2013 and reading at the time we arrive at home is 2044(difference 31 kl). The water was continued to be wasted till we arrives at home. We got less in our bill this time is because we depend on bore-well for washing purposes a lot last months. Kindly takes necessary action, not to repeat this and adjust our bill next time by the difference in kl. Kindly Find the Details below:

We live in plot 363, MG nagar 4 th lane Punkunnam, Thrissur
The water we get through municipal connection is very poor and full of dirt.
Rarely we get clean water.
For drinking, we must use filter to clean the water.
For other purposes we are forced to used this direct water.
Often we get body itching after using this water for bathing.
All white clothes washed in this water turns pale yellow.
Water being basic need, request KWA do the needful for the supply of clean water.

There have been a leak formed under the concrete tile almost 2 months ago, and no action has been taken by the irrigation department. The soil has erupted from the source of leak, which causing the concrete tiles to settle downwards. And there is a big hole which has made it an accident prone area, any accidents which may cause will be reported as responsibility of the irrigation department.

Kindly do the necessary to prevent it from further leaking, as the monsoon is nearby this will get worsen and will become costly for human life as well as the irrigation department.

Today 16 May 2022, 3 persons came to my house and forcefully disconnected and cut the water connection. Didn't hear our request ( My pregnant wife and children are only there in the house and we told them that today itself we will pay all the dues. They did it forcefully and now the connection is lost as well.

In fact, this happened because we never received an invoice /bill from the authority in time and no email or anything. So couldn't pay the amount of time. However, we visited the AE office today and already paid the complete amount and the receipt is attached herewith.

We are not aware of the staff details who did this in an unmannered way.

We are requesting to consumer complaint forum to do necessary action immediately as we don't have the connection right now

The is regarding Kerala water authority being billing an excess amount of bill for nonconsumption of water. We are not residing in Kerala since we got the connection last year. Every month we are being charged Rs 17000 as a water bill.
After reaching out multiple times to the Kerala water authority they registered our compliant #377552 but did not take any action upon it. We reached out multiple times but they are not taking us seriously. Now the total bill has been reached Rs 52, 234.

പഴയ ബില്ല് കിട്ടിയില്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ രണ്ട് മാസത്തെ ബില്ല് ഒന്നിച്ചു വന്നു Rs 10/- fine. എന്താണ് മനുഷ്യനെ കൊള്ള അടിക്കുന്നത്.
എല്ലാം മാസവും ബില്ല് തരിക
എന്റെ ബില്ല് ഫൈൻ തരികയില്ല.

I am sending this from kuzhikala in pathanamthitta district. There are three water leakages in the road from federal bank kuzhikala to aranmula. The leaks appear after evangelical church and in front of two houses(kallumpurath n thomad and kallumpurathu k thomas). This was informed to authorities several times over phone, but no action has been taken till date. The leak seems to be getting bigger day by day. Request immediate action. Thanks
