My wife and i are living in this flat on rental basis. We travel to saudi frequently. I would like to therefore make additional payments to the bill, so as to cover the next one or two bills in advance. This is because i do forget at times, and don't want to create problems for myself.
There is no provision in your system, giving me the option to pay more than the bill amount.
This needs to be looked into and suitable options made available to a customer.

A Pipe line portion at Ambalathara Tottam Resident area has been broken & there is great water loss. It has been happening several times on the same spot which causes huge water loss especially at this drought times. Please do necessary action to stop water loss as soon as possible.

    I am a resident of chevayur, calicut and my consumer number is c28/655/d. Of late, the pressure of supply is so low that low lying areas are only getting somewhat normal supply and others like us whose houses are at a higher level are left in the lurch without regular supply. This was not the case earlier. Concerned staff are to be instructed to check this phenomena and arrange to release water with required pressure so that all the consumers receive normal supply.

      Pl replace the broken pvc pipe lying in the waste water canal near by the st. George marthoma church west of ymca, , alappuzha. The length of pvc pipe of hardly 60 mtrs. This problem effects about 200 family from marthoma church to chathanad municipal colony. It also causes deseases. Pl. replace the pvs pipeline with a good quality pvc pipe cased by a G. I. pipe.       I am BABY K C Consumer I.D. [protected]. My shop is at Vazhakulam MJR/1358/N. The people took for rent is not paid my rent as well as water bill. So disconnect it as early as possible. The bill is every month going up and they are not willing to pay. So please urgently do it .

        While making e payments Rs 10 is additionally charged which I feel is not fair, as the amount is directly credited to your account without any deduction.
        More over, the workload of your staff is reduced through this process of e payment.

        Just now I received a call from cell number [protected] asking me to give details of my ATM card for refunding the excess amount collected.
        I feel there is certain issue which is fishy
        Kindly probe and revert
        Kindly be informing that the pipe broken and waisting more than 5 months in very near to water authority office in Ranny and we put complaints in many times and no response. its in main road. pls. do the necessary action.

          There is no water suppy in the region of Veeyapuram Karichal area since last 10 days. what ever the reason it is a serious offence stopping Drinking water for 10 days. National Human right commission can file a case against this crime.

            Heavy Leakage of pipe on Road at Venga, Near Sasthamkotta Rly. Station, in front of Myladumkunnu KSEB Transformer. Huge quantity drinking water flowing through Road. There are three points leakage and about thousands of liters water lost per day. One leakage is on the middle of road. Leakage is noticed from 31/07/2017. I informed our Panchayath Member this problem on the same day. So request your kind attention in this matter.

For the last one week the residents in the locality are not getting drinking water. The complaint has been registered telephonically and also had entered in the complaint register. Till now the issue is not sorted out. Please do the needful at the earlest.

                    I am a regular online payer of water usage charges as per the bills provided by the authorities. But in the bill provided on 06/06/2017 an amount of rs.6876/- is seen included as previous adjustment. On further inquiry, it is revealed that two previous readings are not taken and the reason mentioned is door locked. And after that two lapsed tenures, they entered a reading which showing that, during that period i had used that much water, that can be more than to fill a huge swimming pool. And based on that reading they calculated my consumption for the non readed period. This is quite unjust. Since the occupancy of the building, i never kept the gate locked till the date. There is not a leakage in the pipe line till date... And if i consumed the quantity as mentioned by the authorities, mu house will be under water... So the matter should be looked in to and i the unfair calculation should be rectified.

                    I am residing at Kanjiramkulam Village. All residents of our area fully depend Kerala Water Authority for water. For the last one week, there is no water supply through the Kanjiramkulam-Poovar route. We are suffering a lot because of the absence of drinking water. Please do the needful. Thanks
                    Water leakage in CSI Rekshapuri road, parottukonam, kesavadasapuram.Just 50 meter above CSI Rekshapuri church.Kindly repair at the earliest.

On further inquiry, it is revealed that two previous readings are not taken and the reason mentioned is meter is not clearly visible . And after that two tenures were paid of there assumed amount which was on the bill on the correct date. Today I went to water authority for Enquiry, but I didn't get any proper response from the authorities. As middle class citizen, I cannot bear this huge amount. After that, they responded that, they entered a reading which showing that, during that period i have used that much water And based on that reading they calculated my consumption for the non readed period. This is quite unjust. Since the occupancy of the building, i never kept the gate locked till the date. There is not a leakage in tank too and main thing is that, the which they told not visible clearly is new meter which replaced before 6months as per the instruction by water authority. I believe that Kerala water authority will take necessary action on this and do the justice. Please do the neefdful.Thank you

                      An amount of rs. 931.00 was paid as water charges from april 2013 to april 2014 vide receipt no. 059962 dated[protected]. As per the verbal advice of kwa staff. Further a bill no.23061047 dated 06 jan 2017 for rs.2443.00 including an additional amount of rs. 1798.00 with out the break up details, and the same is paid in full vide receipt no.23061047 dated[protected]. Another bill for rs.6719.00 including an additional bill amount of rs. 6679.00 without any break up details vide bill no.24414553 dated 04 march 2017. On inquiry it was stated the the meter is faulty, the bill was not paid for clarification. During may 2017 meter reading was taken and informed me that meter is working and bill for rs. 7653.00 brought was not given to me. On 23 may 2017 i contacted the staff and they told be to pay rs.6773.00 and paid in full vide receipt no. Ho 00053632 dated 23 may 2017. It appears that the meter reader could not take correct reading due to foggy dial of the water meter. It is requested to review the case and additional amount charged may please be refunded. My consumer id is [protected]. And my connection is a domestic one

                          I am staying at vazhuvelil house, anra d 9/2962. Near society junction, powdikonam.. The water supply to my house is not available since last one year.. It is understood that there was a leakage in the area and the supply line to my house was blocked. Due to acute shortage of water, request you to look in to the matter and ensure restoration of water supply at the earliest.

                            I was not getting water supply for the last one month. The thing is same for my neighbours (6 houses). We have complained to ae, purameri several times. He could not resolve the problem. We request your attention in this matter and make necessary action immediately, since water problem is very severe in our area.

At present no body is there in the house and locked. No body is bothered about this leakage. Please do the needful urgently.                                 Respected sir,

                                I'm a resident in the vanchiyoor pattor road. Yesterday there was a breakage in waterline near mulkaikal medicals between vanchiyoor and pattoor road. As mentioned water authority had serviced it. But today morning again yhe pipeline breaks. Plenty of water is getting waste. As there is water scarcity the authorities are not taking complete responsibility to do the same.. Kindly do the needful as early as possible

                                  It is with much pain that i write this complaint since i could not stand the sight of loss of water when a large population is struggling to access to clean drinking water. It all started when workers deployed by a neighbour for his water connection dug up and provided him with one. Inspite of repeatedly pointing out that the job being done is unprofessional the workers did not bother with the result that a lot of water is being wasted. The neighbour as consumer has washed off his hands saying that he is getting supply so the KWA should take care of the wastage of water least acknowledging that it all started for his own requirement of having a watet connection.Telephonic complaints to the concerned kwa offices have not yielded any results. I am also not facing any problem with supply. However it is the wastage of water on the public road due to the shoddy job that is disheartening. Your depatment may like to action ASAP.

                                    I made online bill payment on 18/05/2017 towards bill no.25700872 dated 26/04/2017 for rs.916/-. The amount has been debited from my bank account but receipt of the amount is not acknowledged by the authority till now. Besides the same bill is still active for payment in the site. So please clarify what are the steps to take in such a situation.

                                        Applied for a house connection at malappuram kwa office in december 2016.
                                        A meter was connected as per (Kdr 1845) on 3.12.2016.
                                        Since no water getting through it complained many times through phone, personally and a written complaint also submitted on january 2017. But no actions taken yet. The main pipe is filled with mud. The authorities knows it, but no actions is taking over my continuouse complaints. Till yet my line is dry.
