Dear sir,
Iam a non resident from uae, during the last month i had lied pipes for water connection for my new home, where as the total length of the laid pipes for the water connection was 59 meters, and the quote submitted with the water authority was for 11, 500/-, the contractor (Mr. Ramakrishnan, pallikunnu) charged me 21, 000/-, not to mention the total unprofessional way in which the pipes were laid,
Being a non resident i feel that i am badly cheated, and the water authority should not authorized such unscrupulous people as authorized plumbers.

The said authorized plumbers intially agreed for this sum and later asked us to shelve the balance and created a ruckus with my father who is old aged and had to take in the agony.
I would very much appreciate your good offices if some action is taken against the same contractor.

Water leakage in this dry season at Trivandrum town (in front of Meltra B-41, Ghandhari Amman Kovil Rd, Mele Thampanoor, Pulimoodu, Trivandrum 695001), it's been 1 month since it is reported.

I hope it will be informed to the higher authority and this case will be resolved soon,

I am a consumer of kwa, ph sub division, kondotty vide consumer no:rk.940 and have been remitting water charges regularly in advance. But the admissible drinking water has not been supplied by the kwa as per the amount remitted by the consumer.
No drops of water is getting from my deep well in the summer season. I have made several telephonic complaints and also written complaints to the concerned authority. Every time when we called to the said office, they have only one word to say that pipe line got broken and will resolve soon. This process is continuing. There is no permanent solution taken for this situation by the kwa till date. The pump operator, ae and other related staff of the concerned sub division are doing very negligence response to the consumers. All my attempts are in vain.
Therefore i humbly request you to provide the drinking water at the earliest.

We, the residents of ollukkara have no water in our taps since last wednesday evening. On enquiry it was informed that the supply from peechi has been fully diverted to thekkinkad maidan for pooram of thrissur. Now that pooram has been completed, steps haven't been taken to réstore the supply of water. Since all our wells have gone dry, no other way to meet our need for water. Kindly make some urgent steps for restoration of water through the pipes at least for a few hours daily.

it is too much regreted to inform you that i have not received not even a drop of water till this date (05/05/2017)

I am residing near Devaswam Board Jn leading to Kanaka Nagar Road. Water is available only once in three days, that too in the midnight drop by drop, due to the foul play being committed by the Asst Exe. Engineer. Plenty of water is available in the nearby Flats in the Keston Road. The Asst Exe. Engineer, Kowdiar section is openly accepting bribes from the Flat owners due to which the the people in the nearby houses has to suffer. Even though Govt have taken strong action to bring water from Neyyar dam to aruvikkara reservoir, corrupt officials are scuttling the good intentions of Govt. People are put into unnecessary hard ship due to these unwanted elements in the water authority. These corrupt officials should be thrown out and replaced by truthful and loyal officials. KWA is hell bent in collecting water charges from the common man but the services offered is very poor. Hence I humbly request you to resolve the issue urgently .

There has been no water supply to our taps since a long time. Only on Sunday, 31/03/2017 we got water in our tap at 11.00 pm. My consumer number is PLM/6229/D and Consumer I.D. is [protected]. I received a bill for the consumer no. PLM/6229/D, with an exorbitant amount of Rs. 9966/. I haven’t paid the amount as it was too high. We have a very minimal water consumption. Billing Officer even told the same. Considering our minimal water consumption, this amount seems to be quite unnatural. The abnormal/irregular meter running might have resulted in such exorbitant bill and needs to be checked. In view of above, kindly examine the issue and take necessary action. Please draw the bill for actual use.

There is no water supply for past 11 days in peroorkada devapalan nagar. Even after complaining to kwa not even one day they have not provided water or arranged alternative arrangements. Not all areas in an area are having low lying geography so at least in a week please pump water in little force so that we can have at least drinking water. Which is a basic right of every human being.

We people, consumers of KWA, residing at Kovilakam Kundu North, Manjeri at Malappuram District Under the jurisdiction of KWA Manjeri. We people suffering a lot due to the unavailability of water through the pipe lines of KWA Manjeri for the last few weeks.According to the authorities this is due to the lack of water from Anakkayam Pump house And they said water is available from Chaliyar Pump House and will do needful shortly. But yet there is no result . KINDLY MAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS TO GET WATER AT KOVILAKAM KUNDU NORTH AREAS TO HELP US

I am a resident of Arasummode and since last night the road near our house is flooded with water due to break of a pipeline. Lot of water is being wasted. You are requested to either discontinue the water supply to this area until the pipe is repaired or the pipe must be repaired immediately.

Today when people are going without water it is surprising that no action has been taken to resolve the issue.

I am staying in GC nagar peroorkada manamilla road.We are not getting water through pipe line for the last eight days. We know there is regulation in supply of water but this is intolerable for not supplying water thorough pipe line since we are fully depending on your KWA service. And you have not arranged any alternate means to supply water our area.Please supply atleast alternate days so that we can adjust. Few weeks back i have already reported the issue yet no response from your side.

Sir whom ever receiving this complaint pls consider this complaint... We are not getting adequate water from municipal water authority... By one week we are at the top point of water scarcity... In vennala area of vytila section in ernakulam, a case of water leakege was noticed about six months ago. Complaint was lodged in[protected] long ago. Again complaint was lodged with asst. Exe. Engineer at her office at gandhi nagar, ernakulam. Huge amount of water is wasted daily during pumping hours. But it is surprising that even during this hours of water shortage no one attended this serious complaint.
Please take necessary steps to rectify this water leakage so that huge quantity of water can be saved.

Sir,
GC Nagar is a residential area in Peroorkada having 80 families. We are fully depend on KWA water supply and having no other source. From 18th on wards the water line is completely blocked by KWA. It is informed that due to shortage of water, the supply will be given in alternate days. KWA has not made any alternate arrangements so far.
It is requested to provide water supply through pipeline at least in alternate days and to supply water daily by tanker

Till last month I had been consuming water nominally only as the water supplied from local bore well aws contaminated with yellow dust. For some time the source was not used at all and hence the water meter did not show any consumption. But the KWA representatives who visited for recording the meter reading had been wrongly mentioning Not Working status. When I brought the fact to their attention they asked me to consume minimum quantity at least. This was being continued.

Two or three years back a bulk amount was wrongly collected from me, and when complained the excess collected was being adjusted from subsequent bills. Till last month such credit was available.

Surprisingly this month I am charged Rs. 2722/- treating the meter was faulty in the past considering the consumption is the latest summer months as average consumtion.

My water meter has never been faulty or not working. For some months it did not show any reading only because I was not consuming at all as the water has been and still is contaminated with yellow dust.

Kindly rectify the mistake and draw bill for actual use only

There is no water for 3 days in our house located in sreevilas lane kowdiar.It is really troubling us as for essential things like drinking also we are struggling.please do something immediately . It was mentioned water will come from 6pm-6am, my mother has lost her sleep as she is checking if water is coming or not.It is affecting her health also.please provide water for atleast 2-3 hours.

I am a resident of V.H.352, Vikramapuram Hills, Kuravankonam with consumerNo. KDR/2805/D. From 17/04/2016, there is not even drop of water supplied to the above active connection. Tonight between 7.30 P.M and 8.00 P.M, I have contacted the officials from A.Ex.E to C.E. and informed the matter. Hoping to get at least some buckets of water during tonight. Kindly solve the problem. I don't insist for uninterrupted water supply, but regular supply at least for 6 hours a day. Thanking you.
