In peroorkada people are facing water shortage for four days pls correct our problems. This types of water shortage this regular peroorkada region so pls response to this. I hope you will fix our water problem soon. Pls make it fast aswellas today there is no water to drink

    I am a resident of ollukkara, mannuthy, thrissur. A huge quantity of water is being wasted 24 hours a day from an underground water pipe leaking. I have been watching this for the last couple of months during my morning walk. The location of the spot where the water being leaked is just in front of an electric post with no. Ending with mdka...044022 behind the bhima nursery on the mannuthy-mukkattukara road about 300 meteres west of mannuthy post office. I reported the issue to the kwa office, thrissur by telephone, a couple of weeks ago and no action taken so far to repair the leak. Kerala facing acute water problem, such colossal watage of water is very serious. The government has declared it yesterday that severe action will be taken against those who are responsible. Request urgent necessary action as expeditiously as possible

      While I am able to make online payments for most of other utilities, I am facing strong resistance in the case of water bill.
      1. I have to log in with registered user credentials to view my bill. If I have forgotten my password, the only suggested remedy is sending a mail to WA which nobody cares to reply.
      2. If I try some other route (which appears to be successful), there is a permanent reply stating that my bill is under progress and it will take 3 (three!) days to finish this process. I am making this attempt on 12th April for a bill received on 7th!

      It could avoid unnecessary botheration to the public, if WA removes this site till this is working properly.
      Though we are paying bills, we do not receive water regularly during summer.

          Dear sir,
          There is a severe water leakage due to burst of pipe line since 04/4/2017 in kanyakulangara - neduveli road under kwa kallara division. The nearby paddy field is became a big pond due to the leakage. Though 6 days elapsed, no proper repair carried out yet. The people living at neduveli, naalumukku, uthirapetti, kaduvakuzhy and nearby areas are facing much difficulties for drinking water. Kindly issue directions to the concerned for proper repair of the pipe line immediately and provide drinking water to above mentioned areas.

            Drinking water supply through pipe line has stopped for last three days in GC Nagar Manamoola. I am not having bore well or normal well at my home. Usually we are getting water in night time only now for the last three days it has also stopped. Sir please take immediate action in this matter. If there is any serious issue please arrange alternate means to resolve the same.

              Dear Sir,
              There is no water supply in GC Nagar, Mannamoola, Peroorkada, Trivandrum during the last 3 days. Being a city area, we don't have any well or any other source. Recently, water supply is available through pipe line only in the night time. Now that also got stopped.
              Kindly arrange to supply drinking water through tanker as an emergency measure if there is any technical difficulty.

              GC Nagar is a residential area opposite to Concordia UP School, Mannamoola having 80 family. The 90% houses are fully depend on KWA water and having no other source of water. During the last 6 months, KWA is controlling the water distribution and it was available only in the night time and will stop by 6.30 am in the morning. From 6.4.2017 onwards, the water supply is stopped in this area.

              The nearby residents association is also having similar complaints and reinstated the water supply to them.

              We request the authority to ensure regular drinking water supply in GC Nagar.

                We got connection just six months back. We never get bill to date. While checking online we found that the bill amount is 3247 with the status of door locked. Our person is 24x7 at ground floor who runs a bakery. The bill collector never took the reading or given bill.
                This came to our notice while checking online the bill.

                  I am P.M.SAMUEL (CONSUMER NO:79.; pathanamthitta water authority; puthuvely connection:; variyapuram).
                  I am not getting drinking water from the water authority for the last one and a half month.
                  I have complain about the matter to the AEO And control room of Pathanthitta water authority several times. But there is no reply/actions from there side.
                  I am not only the person who is facing the same situation. There is almost around 18 houses is not getting the water for the last one and a half month.

                  Sir, we have no other ways (well, bore wells..)to get the drinking water in this area.
                  So, I kindly request you to please take actions for getting aswater to our area as soon as possible.

The only main source of water in our locality is canal. The site engineer told us that he will open the main canal from today but the AEO is not allowing him to do so. Ward no 1.

                    We have to remit the water consumption bill at Water Authority Office at Vidyanagar, Kasaragod. From November 2016, at bill payment counter, they are informing that they will be providing digital payments of billing system with in a month. But not yet provided. Our PM repeatedly informing all States go for cashless payments.

                    Kindly, inform why you are adapting the digitisation of billing system. Even after elapse of 5 months from Central Government Notification. If your satisfactory reply may not forwarded with in 10 days, I will be forwarding the message to PMO, Delhi.

                      water pump at Muringachira which is located at North side of Muthukulam Village in Alapuzha Dist is not functioning since long.
                      The people of choolatheruve locality who are depended completely in this pump are suffering non availability of water for drinking and other domestic purpose
                      we are paying water charges without using water in our home since long
                      Requesting to take appropriate action for early functioning of the pump and provide clean and healthy water for us.

                        Sir, I have my connection materialised somewhere by end of Feb 2017 for first time. My consumer number is VEL/1918/D under your Cherplassery office in Palakkad Dist. The last time I received water was on 07 Mar 2017. There was leakage near house on the main supply pipe on 7th March and it was informed to them A/E on the sameday. Within 2 days it was repaired.

                        After that the A/E called back to my number and asked whether the complaint was repaired or not and I answered in affirmative. Incidently I enquired him about the non supply even after the repairs and he assured within 2 days I will receive the supply.

                        Since then numerous times I have called him enquiring about non-supply of water to my area under vellinazhi panchayat. Every there was sime or other evading replies from him.

                        Yesterday I walked to his office at around 12.45 noon and enquired and he again told to wait for 2 days. Finally told that the supply may resume by yesterday night.

                        No water is supplied to this Area even today. I am aware of the problem faced by the public for drinking water throughout kerala mailnly because of
                        no water at the pumping sources in the rivers and wells. But our case is different. There is enough water at the source of pumping.

                        Here the problem is the callous attitude of the A/E concerned. There are about 50 consumers in around my area who has no other source of drinking water except the water supply. Al of them have spend a lot of money to have the connection materialised(minimum Rs.6000/- and in my case as there was road cutting involved I have spend Rs. 9250/- in total to have the connection into my compound)

                        I urge you to do the needful to have the water supply materialised as soon as possible to this area(Kuttanissery/Kuruvattur in Vellinazhi panchayat under Cherplassery section; in Palakkad dist.

                              I am dwelling at pettah on the way to kavaradi from pettah junction. This is a small lane next to railway hospital road. Kwa people came and repaired a connection. I informed the employee to repair the road back into the original usable condition for two wheeler. But he hesitated to do the work. Sir, is it any provision for making the road get repaired by kwa or any authority. Please inform me the address of concern department

                                Water Authority Bill No.23891591 dt 10/02/2017 route 2731- 708 consumer No E36/336D Domestic Meter A 3218.

                                I am charged a bill for Rs.3996/- all on a sudden towards my water bill this month. Meter readings were taken regularly and bills were generated and handed over to me all these years and the same were paid without default.

                                I do not know, how all on a sudden a huge bill got generated. Every time your person goes to the water meter takes the reading and generate the bill.

                                This time also my usage is reckoned as 36KL and charges Rs.216/-. If a consumer pays water charges regularly based on bills generated from the readings taken by your own officials, as done in my case, where is the scope for an un anticipated additional charges of Rs.3780/-, as charged by you in the bill.

                                I hereby express my protest for this irresponsible billing and request you to reverse the same. However payment is made under duress to avoid disconnection of water supply as scheduled in your bill.

                                Kindly let me know what action is being contemplated against personnel responsible for this consumer harassment.

                                    This is k.sharadamma from allepuzha Thamarakuam. I am 80+ aged senior citizen, who has applied for new water connection..I have paid RS.7000/- to the govt. Contractor named naushad mob no.[protected] for the new connection charges at water authority mavelikara and almost it is one month now, but I have not got the new water connection.. you r requested to do the needful in the matter urgently since being old it is very pathetic for me to fetch water for my daily chores.                                       As such we get water only in the evening on alternate days. However for the last three days there has been no water supply at all.
                                      Request this may please be looked into and necessary instructions issued to ensure adequate water supply.

                                        ലീലാമ്മ വര്ഗീസ് എന്ന ഞാനും എന്റെ ഭർത്താവും, മകനും മരട് തോമസ്പുരത്തു 4 വർഷങ്ങളായി വാടകയ്ക്കു താമസിക്കുന്നു, കൺസ്യൂമർ ഐഡി : [protected], കൺസ്യൂമർ നമ്പർ : MRD/ 3008 /D ഇവിട വെള്ളത്തിന്റെ ബില്ല് എപ്പോളും കൂടുതലാണ് വരുന്നത്, 5000 /- രൂപ ഇതിനു മുന്നേ അഡിഷണൽ ചാർജ് ആയിട്ടു മുൻവർഷങ്ങളിൽ അടച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് ഞാനും എന്റെ ഭർത്താവും ശാരീരികമായി ഒരുപാടു അസുഖങ്ങൾ ഉള്ളവരാണ്, ഭർത്താവ് ജോലിക്കൊന്നും പോകുന്നില്ല, സുഖമില്ലെങ്കിലും അടുത്ത വീടുകളിൽ ജോലിക്കു പോയാണ് ഞങ്ങൾ കഴിയുന്നത്, കൂലിപ്പണിക്കാരനായ മകന്റെ വരുമാനത്തിൽ വാടകയും, കറന്റ് ബില്ല് മറ്റു ചിലവുകൾ എല്ലാം കൂടി കൊണ്ട് പോകാൻ വളരെ അധികം വിഷമിക്കുകയാണ്, ഈ വിവരങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം ഏരൂർ ഉള്ള വാട്ടർ അതോറിറ്റി ഓഫീസിൽ പോയി പറഞ്ഞതാണ്, അഡിഷണൽ തുക അടക്കം 3319/ -രൂപ ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾമെൻറ് ആയിട്ടു അടച്ചാൽ മതിയെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു വിട്ടിരിരുന്നു, കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം 1500 രൂപ അടച്ചു, ഈ മാസം ബാക്കി തുക അടക്കാൻ ചെന്നപ്പോൾ വേറെ ബില്ല് തന്നു അതിന്റെ തുക 6579/- 09/03 / 2 0 1 7 വ്യാഴാഴ് ചയാണ്‌ അടക്കാൻ പോയത് 2 ബില്ലും ഇതോടൊപ്പം അറ്റാച്ച് ചെയുന്നുണ്ട്, ഇതേക്കുറിച്ചു വാട്ടർ അതോറിറ്റിയിൽ സബ് ഡിവിഷനിൽ വിളിച്ചു അന്വേ ഷിച്ചപ്പോൾ മുൻപത്തെ ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾമെൻറ് അടക്കാനുള്ളത് കൂട്ടിയാണ് എപ്പോൾ തന്നത് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു, പോയി പരാതി കൊടുക്കാനാണ് പറഞ്ഞത് ചെറിയൊരു ടാങ്ക് ആണ് ഞങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളത് അത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ എപ്പോളും അടച്ചാണ് ഇടാറുള്ളത് എന്നിട്ടും ഇത്രയും ബില് വരുന്നത് എങ്ങനെയെന്ന് മീറ്റർ കംപ്ലൈന്റ് ഉണ്ടോ എന്ന് ചെക് ചെയ്യാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടപ്പോൾ, ഞങ്ങൾ തന്നെ ആളെ നിർത്തി ശെരിയാകാനാണ് പറഞ്ഞത് ഞങ്ങളുട പരാതി അന്വേഷിച്ചു നടപടി എടുക്കണമെന്നും അപേക്ഷിക്കുകയാണ്
