Kerala Water Authority — wrong accounting of advance water charge amount paid- not rectified despite repeated representations

Refer Water connection No.MKU/1745/N under PH sub Division Kaduthuruthy .
*The connection was provided to me in 2016. I have remitted Rs.1686.00 on 15.07.2016 being the charges up to 07/16( @ Rs.202x8+70=1686) and accounted manually by issuing Rt.No.AT.No.762242 dated 15/07/2016.
** Again I have approached your Kaduthuruthy sub division and remitted a sum of Rs.2500.00 being the advance payment for one year from 8/16 and obtained a receipt AT No.762674.
***Again in August 2017 I have approached your Kaduthuruthy sub division for advance remittance of water bill for the next one more year.
****The counter staff advised me to remit again charges of the previous year which I have remitted already and showed the bills to them.
*****They were not prepared to correct the accounting mistake done by them and asked me to prefer representation in the matter. Their monopolistic and arrogant behaviour was beyond limits and they were trying to penalize me by making me to remit the amount already remitted by me.
****** Feeling that they are trying for unscrupulous exploitation and wanted to shrink responsibility I have not remitted the amount and sent a representation to correct the mistake and advise. I have sent reminders on 21.01.2018, 17/03/2018, 30/07/2018 and on helpline phone No.[protected] on10/10/2018, and again sent reminders on 30/10/2018 and a final reminder on 09/11/2018 and there were no response.
******* Wondering about the lawlessness prevailing in your office and callous approach to customer grievances, I had sent a complaint to the Executive Engineer, Piravom which also remain unanswered.
********This is again my last attempt failing which appropriate legal measures will be initiated and will go to mass media also.

No water supply for 5 days. this is a hospital with 25 admitted patients. very much difficulty for pateints staff. we are hiring water for past 3 days. no response from the authorities. public and staff compalining about water. our in patients are very much suffering fronm water shortage
No water supply. Several complaints made. No action. Since last 3 years no water supply. Number of complaints made. Nothing done .KWA sends water bill regularly and paying the bill regularly without consuming a single drop of water!. Can the water supply be restored.
