My consumer id is [protected] in cherpelchery sub division under ottapalam. I received my water bill dt.29th nov.2018, on 1st dec 2018. I waited for for more than 3 days. For making online payment i am waiting days and days. To-day is 14th dec. That is 15 days have passed. Still i am getting the message "bill under process,. Pl wait for 3 days..."
Two months back also the same delay happened and after many telephonic calls only the problem is solved then.
I am a retired bsnl employee and wish to make online payment.. If your office is not updating the required data in the system, then what is the use of advising online payment?.
You may have many reasons for not updating the data such as the meter reading woman did not supply the data, office staff on leave, system failure, net not getting, etc, etc, (These are my assumptions and i have heard like this).
My request is that the consumer should not be harrassed for simple reasons.
So please look into this and resolve the problem
