My consumer id is [protected] in cherpelchery sub division under ottapalam. I received my water bill dt.29th nov.2018, on 1st dec 2018. I waited for for more than 3 days. For making online payment i am waiting days and days. To-day is 14th dec. That is 15 days have passed. Still i am getting the message "bill under process,. Pl wait for 3 days..."
Two months back also the same delay happened and after many telephonic calls only the problem is solved then.
I am a retired bsnl employee and wish to make online payment.. If your office is not updating the required data in the system, then what is the use of advising online payment?.
You may have many reasons for not updating the data such as the meter reading woman did not supply the data, office staff on leave, system failure, net not getting, etc, etc, (These are my assumptions and i have heard like this).
My request is that the consumer should not be harrassed for simple reasons.
So please look into this and resolve the problem

Today morning near vattiyoorkavu jumma masjid the drinking water pipeline has been broken we don’t have water supply in Manjadimoodu side please make it fast till now 9.00 pm no body has come to repair it water is getting waste from morning it self
This place is near the St Joseph Church on the main bus route from Kulathoor to Kazhakuttom. It is about half a kilometer before reaching Kazhakuttom Junction between Saji Hospital bus stop and Jyothis school.
My house is in Kanaka Nagar near Nanthankodu
Very erratic water supply, supply in night somedays with little pressure, does not climb to tank, no supply daytime.Actually Kanaka Nagar is low lying area. How there is no water here? Water supply
management is very bad. How can Kerala become like Chennai?
Pl solve the problem immediately

    We have received huge amount bill for the last month rs 4404/[protected]. Though our water connection is for domestic use as non commercial category. Since last 40 yrs we have been using and paying the bill amount without any dues, and we have observed there is no any damage in our water tank, and no leakage ;though we have received a huge amount bill without any clarity about bill amount calculation. Ours is small family with 5 members.
    We can not self justify and con vincible the bill - no 42300598/ (30/11/18), so kindly do needful and advice concerned authority to take corrective action.

      Water leak from neighbouring house tc 2/1000 (1), pra28a puthuppalli lane, medical college, since more than two years. Every day early morning water flows to our compound pra29, and to front road.
      Water meter for this said house is not working for years that's why this leak of water is not affecting them in cash.
      Please find an immediate solution to this.

        We are facing an issue with water not available in pathanamthitta district shutter junction from the last 26 days. When we enquired the water authority in pathanamthitta from the day the water got disconnected they where not repsonding. Now before 15days we enquired again and they told that there is an issue with pwd which while they where doing road works the pipe was broken. The issue happends 26 days before and still they are not able to fix the issue. The person who responded from water authority told that they are waiting for pwd to fix the issue.

        Please do the need ful to attend the issue.

          Consumer no 434/d (Mutholy).
          No regular water supply from sep 2017 onwards till date. One day or two day supply in quarter. Regular supply given on 09, 11, 13, 15 & 17 nov 2018. No water supply before and after this date.

          Complain many times telephonically and through panchayat ward member. No single action taken so far. No pipeline damage or leakage. Everything is fine.

          Request take action to maintain water supply.

            My residence at ambalappuram yakkarra... Just behind malabar hospital palakkad.. On 24th november 2018 morning at 8 am.. Water from the kwa supply discontinued as the public information on news paper warned that all over the palakkad muncipality and nearby panchat will remain discontinue water supply as per the information we were kept silence on 24th and 25th of this month.. On 25th when we direct ly contacted the executive engineer in his no.[protected]. Responded that no problem has exist.in our area.. Already started pumping. O. On 26 th and 27 th till morning pumping was not done as we contacted. The executive engineer and the local people suffering with pot scatter for drinking water he very arrogant ly question the complainant and ridiculously respond that tell them to come here his office and carry water.. Mob no. Called by [protected] recorded for necessary further information
            . The most of the harijance living iaround n this area suffering a very heavy drinking water problem even the water source in malampuzha dam has plenty of strange... Capacity the irresponsible behavior from such head of the authority may carry forward to the higher authorities for immediate necessary action in this regard.

              There is some water loosing from the distribution line, every day while pumping under progress.This water is trapped on the walk way where the public use.And same time mosqitos are growing.Several time iform to the water athority kochi office - but no use.

                There has not been kwa domestic water supply to houses situated near kunnathuvathucal bridge, karavaram panchayath, thottakhad for last 3 days. Near the afore-said brige a pit has been dug up the extent of the laid pipe line underneath without any further proceeding. Request you to take necessary action at the earliest to restore the supply of water.

                    It is pertinent to mention that the e-service of water authority is very bad. I am trying to remit the water bill through on line for the last three days but i could not remit the amount due to the non-availability of your site. It is a very serious issue that the service of water authority should be very customer friendly and bank oriented for smooth functioning of the department. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. I am a customer under wadakkancherry, thrissur region.
                    KWA portal for online payment of water bill is not working.
                    Every time the PAYMENT due date nears, the online payment portal of KWA will not function. The general feedback is 'Server is Down'. This is ridiculous.It looks that some vested interest groups are working against digitization for obvious reasons. The issue has to be sorted out immediately.

                      Not able to complete the payment transaction through kwa website.

                      Initially amount will be taken from our bank and after that no response.

                      Now when we are checking the website, we are not able to login as well. Getting this error on top.

                      Http error: couldn't open socket connection to server http://10.1.33.1:8080/onlinepaymentservice/services/billdeskservice, error (111): connection refused.

                      Kindly bring this website up so that we consumers can pay water bill without any issues or delay.

                        I pay my utility bills mostly via online payment services. I have been doing the same for water bill too. But i have been facing a problem while paying my bill through kwa online payment link, as the error shown is "bill under processing. Details will be available after 3 days from the receipt of spot bill". The receipt of bill is 24/10/18. That is, even after 15 days after the bill date, the online payment facility is not yet activated. P. H. Subdivision is cherthala. Kindly look into the matter and expedite action, as the bill payment date is nearing by.

                          Hi team,
                          I'm vijayamma from trivandrum, consumer id: [protected], consumer no: 10772/0. I'm a consumer for more than 20 years. Two months back a pwd work happened in front of my house and regarding that my water supply was disconnected, the work in front of my house was cleared and the connection was replaced. The work is still in progress in another part of the same area. Me & my family is not living in that house for more than 13 years, so i was not there when the work was in progress. After the reconnection the pressure of water got decreased, today on 6th november 2018 when i reached home there was no water in my house and a pwd work was going on there to give connection for a neighbour house, as they were in complaint of not getting water. When there connection was disconnected, the water supply to my house also stopped and when there connection replaced me also got connected. I was having an independent connection of water supply, after the pwd work my connection was disconnected and was joined with some others connection which is creating much issues. I'm here to register a complaint regarding this and i kindly request the authority to resolve this issue and to give my proper connection of watersupply back as soon as possible.

                              In mathilakam panchayath (680685) east tippu sulthan road near amlp school pipeline is damaged last 7 days (25-10_2018) wasting drinking water lot. Near padiyoor panchayath have a suffering to get drinking water. Here wasting drinking water. Authority never took action yet but in same road near pallivalavu they maintened after 5 days
                              It's too cruel wasting drinking water...

                                There is no water for the past 3 months at udayamperoor panachikkal lane, ekm dst. Water is supplied from kakkad project. Please do the needful as soon as possible as there is no drinking water and we are residing at the coastal areas. So there is a scarcity for pure water. There are almost 400 families residing at this area. Majority of the people are senior citizens. We have submitted many complaints regarding this matter in the nearby water authority office and udayamperoor Panchayat office. But no action has been taken up by the concerned authorities.

                                      I'm located in pariyaram gramapanchayath and the area called ammanappara. We are fully depends on kerala water authority water supply for our day to day activities because our well got damaged long back.
                                      Yes always there is a water supply gap for 2 to 3 days and we planned and managed the gap because it's regular for us. But since last 7 days we are not getting any type of water supply from the dept. and many times we called and given a compliments regarding this but their commitments never comes true. Finally yesterday we shared our consumer number but there is no positive action on the same. If the customers are facing such ki d of issue there must be a proper way to handle or manage the customers. But no such activities we haven't get yet from the dept concerned. Always they use to say the supply going well but it's not reach me and nearby families.
                                      Pls engage some one to look on this issue very seriously and let the visit the site where the problem still existing even the water supply goes well as dept concerned confirming.
                                      So requesting you guys pls take care in a positive manner and rectify the issue if it's technical or etc ...

                                        An apartment located at swathinagar, pipinmoodu, peroorkada has got a huge bill of around 28000/-. The apartment consists of 8 flats inwhich only seven is occupied. We have already complainted to the section and told us to check the meter with metering inspector. He came and asked to check for any leakage problem. But it is verified that there is noleakage by the plumber. Hence it is requested to check the meter and replace or repair it as early as possible. It is further requested that this huge amount is not affordable to us and hence it to rectify the same based on previous bills.
                                        Sir, we had paid an advance amount of Rs 1000/- on 07 05 18(MT2-621/D, bill no 2179111) but in our recent bill dated 20/10/18 it was showing an outstanding amount RS 250/-.kindly do the needful to rectify the same urgently
