Please provide me as much information as possible because my order is not confirmed but payment gets deducted from my account.
I've ordered my meal from kfc app and i also complete my payment. For payment i choose upi payment and after entering my upi id i follow the payment steps. Then i got a message about the money debited from my account but there is nothing about my order's conformation.
I've called kfc and they asked my number and told me that there's no order.
They told me to send a screenshot of payment to you. Please help me out!!

    Hi,
    On jan 29 i try ordered kfc from certified kfc app, delivery location shows (Ashok nagar metro station), sum of order is 1783.97 deducted from by hsbc credit card but order not placed, transaction # 74332740030002935650320 which is settled by yum restaurant india but till yet money not refunded by kfc, even i make complaint ashok nagar metro kfc and they are not providing tat, i hereby request to kfc please do needful and asap.

        I have ordered from kfc portal on 6-feb-2020 using google pay.
        Money got deducted, but order not created. Please return the money back. This is kind of stealing money without providing service. Please find the transaction details. Please correct your application also to make sure money deduct only if the order is created and to return money back in case of any issue in order creation

        Otherwise kfc can make lot of money with failed transaction. Atleast application should have minimum gurantee to return money for failed transaction. Otherwise should have proper complaining system

          I ordered kfc on 6/02 via kfc india app, i paid through google pay as i've always done, after i authorise the payment, my money got deducted and i went back to the app but the order did not go through. The order status showed payment not done yet. Transaction id[protected]
          Since i had to have dinner i ordered again through swiggy (India) and this time it went smoothly.. There is no way i could find to ask for a refund. Please help resolve the issue at the earliest as this is just unacceptable.

            I went to express avenue kfc branch in chennai. The girl at the bill counter, laughed at us unnecessarily. She is not answering properly and everytime laughing or talking with other workers, its so annoying. I experienced the same at lulu mall kfc branch in kerala. Why your workers are doing like this. Feeling like they are discriminating by the appearance of the customers...

              I have ordered from the KFC app and made a purchase of 362.50 Rupees from UPI. After the payment was successful, it wasnt reflected in the app and my order was nowhere but the money was deducted. This was the worst experience. I want a refund ASAP!Hereby am attaching the payment screenshot. I have tried reaching out your customer service but it all went in vain. I want my refund as soon as possible!                   Very pathetic service. I had ordered from KFC, Devyani International Ltd. two burgers and two popcorn for takeaway, but have received only one popcorn. Very pissed with the service, they should learn to cross check orders before packing and giving away. I was a regular customer but now I am fed up of their awful service. Hopefully you can at least TRY to improve your service. Or at least please refund the money you cheat people by not delivering the ordered quantity.

                    I took a takeaway from KFC on 2nd Feb 2020. My order consisted of 3 Classic Zinger Berger, Popcorn Chicken Large, 2 Dips and Dynamite Mayo. While opening the takeaway the Dynamite Mayo and 2 Dips was missing. It is not possible for me to go back to KFC and complain about this. We don't expect this to happen for a brand like KFC. It is of great inconvenience that I have to open the package and check if all the contents are there in it....

                      I placed an online order through the kfc official app on 20 january, 2020 for a takeaway order from nehru place (Epicuria) outlet for ₹399. Amount was deducted from my bank account. After around 4-5 minutes, i called the nehru place kfc outlet telling them to cancel the order as there was no option for cancelling it online. When asked about the refund, the guy assured me that there will be a refund within 7 days. But i still haven’t yet received the money back

As soon as i entered my upi pin, money was debited from my bank account and kfc app display me that "sorry your order is not processed at this time please try again later"!!! I was totally disappointed as my money get deducted and i don't revived any refund nor money!!

                          I have ordered on 24th of Jan for an amount of 591.5 rs, you can see from the screenshot provided that i had to make 2 transactions for the same as the first transaction received an error(UPI transaction) which can be seen in the screenshot as well, so i made the payment using debit card which was successful, i raised a concern with my bank regarding the same and they said you claimed both the transactions, how can you claim two bills for same order, kindly refund my amount asap

                          BTW i tried to send my concern through your feedback service but it times out every time and wouldn't let us send feedback again. when you know your UPI payments are failing, why is it still in place to receive payments.

                            I had placed an order today 27.01.2020 through kfc app. Order no. 16686667. It was dispatched from meenakshi mall banglore. The runner contacted me to send the location. Despite sending the location i have not received my order. The payment is already done online. What the hell am i supposed to do? I paid for the food and i've not received it. I need to get a refund atleast. The driver name was given as prajwal am ([protected]). The customer care numbers are not working as well.

                              मै KFC app द्वारा कुछ फूड ऑर्डर कर रहा था जिसका Amount 733 रूपए हुआ फिर payment पर जाकर UPI select किया उस के बाद UPI Payment request अपने icici app pr जा कर accept की or payment successfully डेबिट हो गए मगर kfc app pr ऑर्डर प्लेस नहीं हुआ और ना ही Payment रिटर्न हुआ कृपा कर के हमारे पैसे वापस कर दो और भविष्य के लिए अपने सिस्टम को ठीक करे क्यों के castumer care wagehra kuch bhi thek nhi hai aap ka

                              Yesterday at cooch behar KFC, worst experience. They charged 230 and provide worst quality food, stop making your customers fool .there was no Pepsi also

                                I am in coimbatore and i had placed an order using the kfc app and paid using google pay. This was supposed to be my first order using the app. The amount was deducted. However when i went back to the app the order was cancelled and the said reason was cancelled transaction. The transaction was a success and amount has been deducted from my account. The order is still in the cart.

                                    Ordered a bucket chicken wednesday offer at kfc bhopal at 11pm.

                                    The chicken piece provided when we opened it was like red color fluid was leaking or dripping which seems like blood.
                                    Photos are attached.

                                    The manager comments its marination and refuses refund on the order.

                                    We refused to eat the chicken and left the restaurant. The entire bill was rs 893/-

                                      I ordered from KFC on 17 Jan 2020. The first payment was made through UPI but the order failed in your app. Then I reordered and paid with Paytm.

                                      So, pls refund my UPI money immediately. Screenshots are attached for your reference.

                                      Also, I ordered food around 10 pm and it was delivered in ice cold condition at 12 am midnight after multiple follow-ups. Pathetic service at its best. Would never order from KFC again.

                                      PS: And yes I have raised a complaint on http://feedback.kfc.co.in/ as well but the page times-out everytime.

                                      Also, I have already share the transaction details with you. UPI transaction no. of failed order is[protected] and the deducted amount was Rs 332.50. I want you to refund me this money.
