Mam/sir, i was at kfc, infinity malad west yesterday at around 9, 30pm.And went to the counter.To order our meals.My first order was popcorn chicken rice bowl.And even before i finish to tell him the rest of the order .The guy told me it over.And they are making new one which will take 30 minute minimun.According to his body language i guess he didnt want to serve me that item as it is one of the cheaper item on the menu.A few day ago i was told the same about another item .But since i waited i got it . Dont know if it is their selling statergy.But i would be spending the same because i had other, sorry to say i am getting disappointed every time i go there, also the staff look too busy.And not happy

    Hi, first of all i tried contacting your costumer care center no and a stupid fool recieved the phone abd he was not able to converse in english, in a corprate office like yours hw can you keep such staff like that and secondly the staff at ur ambience gurgaon i dunno what kinda attitude they have and for what i do not seento understand they speakso rudly and are always in a casual behaviour instaed of taking the orders or making the orders they are busy chit chatting among themselves. And also your pacific mll, subhash nagar outlet ahich is in the ground floor the experience was utterly horrible first of all the pos amchine was not working, then my fren asked no ice on her pepsi but the put ice which we dint compalin and then they said my cold coffee will take 10 min but when i went bk afet 15 min it was still nit done. I mean iwhy do you open these kind of outlets or keep such staff if they are not abke to converse in english and also if your pos are nt wrking.       Dear Team, I am a regular customer at KFC and I dine at your restaurant at least twice or thrice a week. So when I planned a movie with my friends, I decided to place a takeaway order at Store No. G–15&16, F-19&20, R-Mall, United Motors Ltd Ghodbunder Road, Near Runwal Estate, Thane (West) Phone:+[protected] so that we are not late for our movie. But to my shock, when I arrived at the store they were ignorant about my order(Order number :[protected] Order Pick Up Time:[protected]:49:00 ) and told me that they haven't received any order. I also showed them the confirmation mail which I received from your side regarding my order. I also called up the customer care number but they were unable to resolve the issue and told me that I can cancel the order. I was so furious by this behaviour. As result we reached late for our movie because we choose another restaurant( Pizza Hut) and our whole evening was spoiled. I request you to please look into the mater and do the needful.         I would like to inform you that i have bought(take away) Pop Corn Chicken and Chicken Burger in KFC at EXPRESS AVENUE, Chennai-14 at 12.23 pm on 06.05.2014.

        They have imposed service tax on my take away order, i would like know that, is there such rule that they have right impose service tax on take away order? Kindly do the needful and guide us in this regard.(Bill copy attached)

          On 15th of january 2014, i walked into KFC restaurant (gol maidan, ulhasnagar-2, thane, mumbai.) And i saw Chicken zinger burger on the menu. So i stood in line whch took me about 15 mins to reach in front of the line so that i can place my order whch was for a party.
          But thn i got to know tht they were out of stock *WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THE MENU*
          Thn i ordered one chicken rice bowl whch literally had no gravy in it, whn i went to helper and asked him where the gravy was, he rudely dug into my rice bowl and tried to show me gravy whch was hardly a table spoon (not like they show in their advertisement)

              Hi, I came to kfc on Sunday evening around 5pm through drive through.. I young guy who I believe was assistant manager named Darcy served me . He served me my saying what do you wont . I asked him about one of the burgers and then he said read the board. he was so rude . this is not the first time this has happened with this assistant manager and this is why I am making a complaint. I will never return there again as I believe he has no customer service or manners. It is a shame as since this new manager has started never had a problem with kfc only when he is there . Thanks

                I ordered 'Rizo Rice Meal' at KFC, Sahara Ganj mall, Lucknow, India.

                I have tasted it before, it had corns, carrots et al and some exotic juicy rice.

                Today was a horrid experience for the pocket, the rice were dripping with oil, were tainted in turmeric, and all they had were green chillies as 'vegetables', tasted, if that wasn't enough, the so-called 'gravy' they serve with it was a horrendous ginger-garlic-chilli paste, in the name of 'gravy', almost RAW, it smelt gross. I asked the staff as to what was wrong with the meal, they took me lightly & handed me a frivolous 'feedback' form instead. What is up with the brand 'KFC!? It's has deteriorated horribly! Highly disappointed. My Rs.129 into dumps! This is FRAUDULENT MARKETING! What we see - the quality, the composition, the quantity is NOT what we get! You'd lose your name with such poor services, do something for redemption.

                  I had been to KFC restaurant on Sunday, 16th Mar 13 with one of my friend. We ordered Chicken Rizo Meal (its a rice meal with One chicken piece), when we were almost done with food, my friend lifted the Ketchup Sachet and felt something on it. She moved ahead to have a closer look and suddenly she threw the sachet on table. I gave a confused look to her and asked what happened, she replies, "WORMS!!!". My God that moment I felt like puking whatever had eaten, it was so disgusting seeing ALIVE WORMS CRAWLING on the Kechup.

                  We called the Supervisor and asked him to identify, he started giving lame excuses. We didn’t say anything and just walked out of restaurant. After few seconds we are seeing Restaurant Manager coming behind us, he started apologizing and told this is the first time even he is seeing worms. He requested us to share the number so that anyone from senior team can call us. We all know that same incident happened in Kerela and KFC is banned since that time there. Worms cannot grow in one hour time, it was totally a matter of negligence and unhygienic storage of food.

                  The same day late evening, we got a call from some senior person to not to post it publically and they bribed us with a Free Dinner Meal in any of their outlet, which we denied by sending a message. The surprising thing was that person’s reply, from no angle he had guilt feeling and over that his behavior projected a “NO CARE” attitude. None of the time he was sorry for what happened!

                    Today 23/12/12, I visited KFC Leela bhawan, Patiala along with other 3 people.
                    We ordered 3 Twist Popcorn meals, 1 Fiery 2 pc and 1 Chicken snacker. The order was severed after a few minutes but I was served with one extra Pepsi. I checked my bill that whether I am charged for extra Pepsi or not and found that I was not charged for that extra Pepsi. But in my bill there was “1 FREE 3 pcs hot wings “
                    I went to the counter and returned the extra Pepsi and asked for my Free 3 pcs hot wings. The counter boy “GURJAND”, rudely replied that is was done by mistake and I am not charged for that. I argued wit him that if it is written as FREE then how can they charge me. I requested him to provide me a proper bill for my purchase.
                    He misbehaved with me and said that he can provide me 3pcs hot wings free of cost if I cannot afford to buy. There were at least 20-25 people standing there and he misbehaved with me and insulted me in front of them. My fault was that I wanted a proper bill. In the mean while Mr. DEEPAK came and apologized on the counter boy’s behalf.
                    Then I was told that it was free only for home delivery orders not for Dine in orders. Arguing with them was useless. During the whole scene the original bill was taken from me and the staff refused to give it back. I requested mar Deepak, and Then he reprinted the bill for me.
                    I was told to not to fill up feedback form. As it is of no use .But I have filled up the feedback form whose serial no is 91KANTPL21-10.
                    My bill no is CHK 4843 dt 23/12/12. Employee name 3104 GURJANT.
                    Actually the staff got annoyed just because I caught them cheating. They actually didn’t want to provide me my free things. It’s not like that I cannot buy these 3 pcs worth Rs 55 /- , I already paid 850 /- for my order. But I want to inform you that your staff is cheater and misbehaves to cover up their frauds. I would never like to visit such restaurant that cheats its customers.
                    I am hoping for a fruitful action asap.

                      I'M A OFTEN CUSTOMER OF K.F.C IN GOA AND EVERY TIME WE PAY THE BILL OUR CHANGE IS NOT RETURNED AS THEY SAY THAT THEY DON'T KEEP CHANGE. BUT TODAY ON 12Tth AUGUST 2012 AT 7;40 THE MANAGER NAMED VARUN( he wore a pink and white striped shirt.he was fair complexion and was stout>he did"nt even have a smile on his face) ON THE COUNTER BEHAVED RUDELY WHEN WE ASKED FOR THE CHANGE. HE TOLD US IN A VERY ROUGH WAY TO GO OUT AND GET CHANGE FROM ONE OF THE MOVED WHO JUST MOVED AWAY PAYING THE BILL BEFORE ME AND GAVE ME A SARCASTIC SMILE. IT EVEN SHOCKED MY RELATIVE WHO HAPPENED TO MOVE BEFORE ME.I HAVE BEEN A K.F.C VISITING K.K.C IN MUMBAI, DELHI,ETC.. BUT NEVER RECEIVED SUCH HARSH RESPONSE FROM THE COUNTER, THUS RESULTING IN SPOILING THE NAME OF THE FRANCHISE. AFTER RECEIVING SUCH RUDE BEHAVIOR FROM VARUN I ASKED FOR THE COMPLAINT BOOK AND HE SAID YOU CAN DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT. AND WHEN I MOVED TO THE BOOK HE TOLD ME THAT THE HES THE MANAGER AND HE TRIED TO PUT A PEN IN MY HAND AND TOLD ME TO 'JUST WRITE THE COMPLAINT' CONFIDENTLY IN FRONT OF THE CROWD OF ALMOST 60 CUSTOMERS. THE STAFF NAME ON THE BILL IS WRONG AND THE BILL WAS GIVEN BY VARUN. AND WHEN I ASKED FOR HIS SURNAME HE SAID WHAT YOU GOT TO DO WITH IT,.. TILL DATE I NEVER RECEIVED SUCH BEHAVIOR FROM ANY STAFF IN K.F.C.. I SUGGESTED AT FIRST FOR HIM TO KEEP CANDY'S OR COUPONS AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR CHANGE AND HE RESPONDE WITH HIS HARSH RESPONSE FOR A REPLY FOR MY SUGGESTION. I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST VARUN AT THE EARLIEST AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE TRAINED TO TALK OR IT WON'T BE TOLERATED HENCE.                         I visited KFC karol bagh:10208 padam singh margon 28/06/2012 and order for one green mango jelly and i was given a bill having no 40941 which has grossly violated all tax norms as it was displaying [protected]@12.5% but was charged Tax @20% , and it was by chance i noticed it i dnt know how more customers are fooled by KFC in this way , and when i asked the person over there he said nothing is wrong it just tying error.
                        i m writing here just to show how credible KFC is in terms of billing and height of it i am unable to find any grievance redressal mechanism for any such complaints

                        KFC — VAT on donation

                        KFC is running World Hunger Month for which they are charging Rs.5 per bill. The catch here is that this amount though charity is added to your total bill amount & VAT is charged on this charity amount also.

                          in 26Jan 2012 I ordered rizo meal(3) and grilled chicken(3) and 3 extra chicken.They server me two product and skip last one intentionally .The restaurant was untidy like street joops , no AC facility was founded.And after all they gave us chicken around 2 days old.So with tax and extra service KFC give u joops like service.Ooooo KFC lovers plz check ur cash memo at the time of service in kfc counter .
                          I had food at kfc poonamallee which is after ramchandra hospital ...after thalapakatti...on the 30TH APRIL 2015. Such a pathetic service. I ordered a n.v rockbox...and veg rock box...with 2 pieces of fiery chicken. I received n.v rockbox without chicken piece and veg rockbox with one less piece of veg stick. I went and told the boy ashok at the counter and he said he will bring it. But he dd nt bring. Post dinner i wanted to tlk to tis guy...but he dd nt cm out of the cabin. Frustrated i walked off... tis outlet is nt maintained well...rest room is wth stench...i had to walk out of the reataurant and washed my hand. No a.c.tables r bad. close dwn such outlets. Not worth it. bad customer service. I would advice people not to use tat outletœ

                            i had food in kfc chennai valasaravakkam, it was really bad taste they are cooking for low standard not international standard but they charge for international std for example they cook in oil not in fat, that to using for so many times recyling even oil changes its colour they r using until chicken colour becomes dark brown its really not ggod for health & they r using low quality chicken that why chicken is very hard apart from this still they r success in sales, there is big reason behind, i[censored] watch customer coming to kfc they do know the taste of orginal receipe 90% of the people taking kfc food in india first time they dont know orginal taste, they r showing restaurant,by decorating in international std, but cheating in food quality but charging very high ,because of our people really crasy about taking food in international restaurant without knowing its orignal taste they will be cheated by this kind of restaurants to solve this problem people has to raise the question seriously about the quality ,to make sure people i[censored] get chance to visit in uk r us compare the quality they giving in india u will be really get shocked know the truth, do u know if chicken becomes dry they will put in the bin, according to kfc rules in uk& usa, do u think its possible in india no because people dont know taste &rules of kfc so this complaint will be very useful for our indian people to know how they r cheating in quality

                            I felt the same experience in the KFC on ECR. The pop corn chicken they give has no chicken but just the fried flour in pieces. Why they want to cheat people and make maony in the name of KFC. I wonder if these outlets are really under the control of the main stream KFC. If so they have to take action against this if they want to continue their business in Chennai since most of the people have had the experience of eating at KFC abroad which is far more superior to what we get here.

Ordered n.v rock box...which was given without chicken piece...ordered veg rock box which had one veg stick less...when i did let them know the boy ashok at the counter told me that he will bring it...we waited and he dd nt bring. Whn i wanted to ask him on tis he dd nt cm out of the cabin. The rest room was so dirty...no a.c...tables were messy. We respect kfc and think it is gud.                             Yesterday I am going to KFC in Skywalk Chennai branch. Up to yesterday I am very big fan of your all type of chicken. But yesterday I ordered one 99 Box, 2 pic of fiery grilled and 2 mojito mint crusher finally your people are served semi boiled 2 chicken in 99 Box and very small chicken pieces (max 100g) total weight and 60% of crusher in total glass height hardly I pay Rs 428/-. I feel waste my money in your store. I pay the full amount of money but you served only very very low just think about that. I am not taking the money from tree. Finally your service and product is not worth it. I am totally unsatisfied. I very much disappointed your organization.

                            Finally KFC lose one customer…Sorry one set of customers (me, my family, my relatives and my friends)

                              On Aug 24, we visited KFC and was billed 513.39 and we found that the same amount was billed on both Aug 24 and 25.
                              We thought may be a double billing error and checked with KFC. They said they will look into error and call back. The call never came back, after 3 days I visited again, and asked for an email address also, they gave me a wrong email id.
                              With a lot of struggle I found the head office number and called up and emailed them, they just said check with branch, we are not bothered.
                              Branch said it was sent to headoffice we are not concerned.
                              And above all that my bank adviced me to block the card since the transaction was not done on a POS machine but by using my CVV code.
                              It is hell for me to go around KFC again and again kept calling them. I incurred more or less the 500 rupees that should have been refunded to me.
                              Now, even if I mail the headoffice also, they are not replying. They just left the issue aside.

                              It is so sad that I had to block my creditcard because KFC has billed me using my CVV code, as per my bank. I am even today not sure what the problem was that occured on August 25. I had been calling them for weeks and weeks together. All they say is we assure best service, there will be no problem, but no one ever looks into the problem at all.

                              But abt 2 weeks back, there was a little hope when one guy said there was a problem and bank recognized it and will report the issue in 2 days and after that we will refund the money. I said great thanks. I never got any call till date, forget the money.

                              I have faced a similar problem.But it was with my debit card.They deducted an extra amount of Rs.454 from by debit card and said me that they have reverted the transactiojn but they never did.

                                HI,
                                I had purchased 3 chicken snackers from Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra India outlet yesterday dated 27th September 2011 at 1800 hours. Bill details CHK 9550 by 6835 Pooja S.
                                IN this particular bill I have noticed they charged me as Donation : WHM 5.00 INR without my confirmation and approval to deduct the same.
                                Why dont they donate for good cause from their profit percentage
                                KFC is nothing but cheap robbers.

                                    NOTE: You are to report your duty to the Business Development Manager. (Eric Blair)



                                    SOFT COPY OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT,



                                    THIS AGREEMENT is made today between KFC UK of the 1st party and you as a 2nd party.



                                    For good consideration, KFC UK employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.



                                    ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD

                                    The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 60 consecutive months; 5 years and could be renewed based on employee's satisfactory services KFC.



                                    ARTICLE 2: SALARY

                                    KFC UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (£ 5200) Five Thousand Two Hundred GBP Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY

                                    equivalent depending on employee's home country.



                                    The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through the assistance of the kfc's legal adviser on Immigration Matters..

                                    Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)



                                    ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.

                                    KFC UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at KFC UK discretion from time to time.



                                    ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to KFC UK.

                                    The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of KFC, and, during this employee, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.



                                    ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.

                                    Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and KFC may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.



                                    ARTICLE 6: Disability.

                                    In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, KFC may terminate the Employee's employment, and the KFC UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.



                                    ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.

                                    Without cause KFC UK may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, KFC UK will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,





                                    ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.

                                    Should Employee die during the term of employment, KFC UK shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.



                                    ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS

                                    . Free medical care in United Kingdom for you and your family for contract duration.

                                    . Excellent educational assistance benefits with family status contracts.

                                    . Complete meals also for you and your family as deemed

                                    . Appropriate.

                                    . Life insurance Policy.

                                    Maximum and efficient security both in work place and housing



                                    ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.

                                    This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between KFC or any predecessor of the KFC and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.



                                    ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.

                                    Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.



                                    ARTICLE 12: Severability.

                                    If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the KFC (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                                      I had visited KFC M.I.Road Jaipur on 27/04/2011 at 9:19 p.m. I had ordered a Veg Zinger. First i had ordered the burger without any sauces which was given with sauces. the next and the most suprised thing which i didnt expect from KFC was that while i was eating the burger i had a BOTTLE CAP in my burger.

                                        On three occasions, at different times of the day, I have been to Cardinal Park, Ipswich drive thru and on each occasion have been issued with a number and asked to park up and wait for the food!

                                        Surely drive thru should mean just that, drive through and not park up.

                                        Also, each time, on arriving home, the order has been incorrect. As it is so much trouble to go back and complain at the restaurant, I have put up with it.

                                        After three times though, it has just been too much!!
