I, Sumit Kaura called KFC, Vasant Vihar Branch to place an order. Spoke to one of the person (dont remember the name). After he repeated the order I asked him if I place same order online I get discount as per online deal as order above Rs 400, 5 pieces of Hot Wings are free. So he said he has already punched the order & that is why he reconfirmed the order before punching it. I said fine then cancel the order as I'm getting better discounts online. He replied he is answerable to manager. I told him its ok but just cancel this order. to which he very rudely & sarcastically said I havent seen such a customer (aisa customer nahin dekha) & hung up.


I called back & asked next person to make me speak to Store Manager. Akaash came on phone saying that he is assistant restaurant manager. I asked him where is store manager to which he said he is on leaves. So i told him the whole story & said I'm coming to their branch to create scene so that person who misbehaved with me will actually come to know that he has never such a customer.


Akaash apologized & said not to create a scene as it will damage branch's image. He made me speak to same person again so that he can apologize. But that guy was not ready to accept that he said those words to me.


I mean what the hell your restaurant's asst manager is more concerned about his branch's image! What about customer's Image? Just because I wanted my money to be worth & wanted to order online so did I become cheap customer that one of your representative gets the right to say anything & misbehaves with me.


I want this matter to be looked into.

      i had ordered online yesterday for 8 Pc Fiery Grilled with 50% off by coupon KFCD11:- Order reference:[protected] Date:[protected]:20:00 through online mentioning the delivery address was 4th Cross, Swimming pool Extn, Malleshwarum, Bengaluru and the store selected was No 729, Modi Hospital Junciton, 2nd Stage, Basaveshwar nagar, Bengaluru, India At 20.15.00 the delivery person called me to know my exact location and when i explain my land mark he said this place was not falls under his store & so he cannot deliver the order. So my question is why you take order for such place where you cannot deliver or atleast why your store not informed me this immediately after placing order . At least i would have ordered with some others. I waited till my delivery time & came to know that my order was not delivered & at that point of time where i should search i never expected this type from KFC. i decided not to order in future with KFC & i requested all my freinds & relatives not to trust KFC. please correct your system so that in future you dont loose any more customers.

          I had ordered online today:- Order reference: [protected] Date: 01022015 Store selected Ground Floor Bearing162702/ A/1 & 162705, City Centre Ward 176, Block D, Malakpet Hyderabad India Malakpet
          After 45 mins when the order wasn't delivered, I contacted the store and they abruptly told that the home delivery is cancelled from today onwards. Now please let me know why an order was taken at first place and secondly why did they wait so long to convey the same to me that to when I had called to enquire.
          All this experience with KFC has caused me lot of stress as well as anguish as I had tough time explaining to my children on a Sunday Morning.
          Please look into the matter and revert back

            Hi, Below are my order details. Your order no. is[protected]placed on[protected]:01:46) Delivery time is[protected]:35:00 approximately Ordered food at 10 PM today and approx delivery time is 10:35 PM. Did not get a call from rider till 11:10 PM. I had to cancel the order and sleep with hunger instead of encouraging the reckless service and irresponsible phone attender from the store. It seems like they are doing charity instead of service for the amount paid. I had made online payment and now have to see whether the amount will be refunded or not. Submitted a feedback to KFC with ID Hyd46561. Not sure whether they will look into or not also. Great lesson learnt!!! Not sure whether I'll ever chose KFC again with this bitter experience.               multiple transactions done from my debit card

              Hello Team, I had an incident here in Hyderabad, Inorbit mall KFC outlet. here my card was used twice for similar transaction. I contacted them and one of the managers here with the name "Mr. Ashish Jha" and was rest assured about if the same is not reverted with in 15 days of the transaction they would help me return my money. Later on contacting him on several occasions i was given an excuse as to he is not there in the outlet...

              Sir my name is sachin k raju.[protected].I am a regular customer of KFC and never got a bad experience from any KFC restaurants.But yesterday i have ordered 04 plates hot wings and 02 regular popcorns as parcel from Janakpuri KFC restaurant, South West Delhi.But staffs told me that there is only 17 pieces of hot wings and wait for 05 minutes.After 10 min they told me to take 03 boneless pieces in place of 03 hot wings and i agreed.But there was only 16 pieces of hot wings and 01 boneless piece when i opened the box at my home.Above all there was some creamy content inside the pieces which was not fried uto the standard level.This type of low standard products are not expected in KFC.                 I had filed a complaint in kfc with feedback ID : [protected] on jan 11 th still they had not contacted me as they had mailed me.I had a bad experiance with kfc alleppey (kerala), In which i had ordered a firey grilled which they had taken the order at 9:35 pm and asked me to wait 30:mins for the preparation, As i had paid the bill I waited for 30 mins and at 10:05 pm i went to them to take my order they told me that their machine had got complaint and forced me to take other variety which i had told yes because i had no other option. KFC feed back system is very slow as they havent concacted me since 7 days

                  HI I have placed an order in KFC for home delivery via phone on 16th January. I have a leaflet of KFC stating 15% off and after placing the order I told them that I have a leaflet which is having an offer of 15% and I can also view on the KFC website where it has been mentioned that you get 15% off on order of minimum Rs.350 on the same store for which I was ordering(Sector 63 Noida). The total of my order was 1697 but the person named (Vinod) refused and said this coupon was valid on Ala Kart. I asked him tell me the menu on which this coupon was valid. He told me you have asked for bucket and others on which this coupon is not valid. I cannot find the Ala Kart menu on KFC website as well. Need proper reason why the Discount was not valid on my food.

                    Today i placed an order delivery in bangalore in old airport road outlet a lady called nihana took the order. nd my order was 2 burgers, 2 crunch chicken nd a popcorn chicken. nd asked abt the bill..she was totally confused abt the prices.nd told the amount was 409 including taxes. nd so i wantd confirm wth my parent as the price was ok enough for us nd again i called nd confirmed the order nd i repeated the same items she reduced the amount..wen i asked her y she said there is some discount...atlast wen the order came she forgot abt one item popcorn chicken nd it was not included in the bill as well. wen i again i called up she said i dint order anything like that..it is such a irresponsible answer anyone can give nd she dint have gud comunication skill as well so i could explain wat mistake she had done so i just kept phone angrily. pls for the god sake u people wrking in the restaurant be genuine nd accept mistakes openly nd avoid such things hereafter..also pls dnt employ such people.

                        Hi, I am one of those KFC regulars who prefers your company compared to McDs & others. But yesterday, I had a forgettable experience. I had seen your one on one offer on Wednesdays & called your call-centre to place an order. This is my experience. 1. First I had some time explaining my address to executive. Post that I placed an order of 1 on 1 chicken zinger & then asked him about the price of 20% off on flaming crunch. He put me on wait for 5-10 mins & replied the system is hanged & I dont know the price. Being an offer specially, KFC should atleast have pamplets indicating the price to the call centre executives so that they dont put customers on wait & not tell the price. 2. Anyway I proceeded & asked him to place my order. He said delivery will take 30-45 mins. 3. After 45 mins I searched online & found the local andheri west shoppers stop outlet & called him[protected]/51) 4. At first he says they dont deliver to my area(vile parle east, Mumbai). Later on he said order on its way. 5. I waited again for 15 mins (Arnd 1 hr from time of placing order), then called store, he said there is no order in my name. He said he will speak to call centre & get back to me. 6. He called me & said there is no order in my name. 7. After 1hr & 15 mins, I call your call centre number again[protected] & asked him about my order. They keep me on hold for some time & reply order is not taken ... I spent 1hr 30 mins waiting for my order & then I had to go out & have dinner. This is one of the worst experience I have had across restaurants including local ones.Your competitors Domminos or McD have delivery time & even if its little late they sincerely apologise & waive off the entire bill. But your call centre executives were not at all co-operative & they said this won't happen when I order again. Will you after such an experience ever order from KFC ??????????????? Please let me know what is solution for this & how will you resolve such errors ?? And how will I be compensated for such a service & waste of my time. Thanks & Regards, Aditya Shetty [protected]

                          Dear Sir I'm very sorry to inform that my credit card was charged Rs.880 instead of a invoice of Rs.440 made on date 04 January, 2015 at KFC Devyani International Limited, Ground floor, junction mall, city center, durgapur. The invoice number is [protected] order no. [protected] date: 4/1/15, staff: 31407 (purnima). Table no.4. The invoice as attached shows an amount of Rs.440 but my credit card was charged for Rs. 880. I request you to look into the matter urgently and refund the excess amount of Rs.440 in my credit card account otherwise I will be forced to take strict legal action in this regard. Also, take necessary action against the staff who has committed this mistake together with an apology letter from his side. Looking forward to an early reply.                               Hello, today I went to KFC, DB City Mall, Bhopal ( M.P.) And I made my order, redeeming the 10x reward coupon but the guy at the counter said the coupon is not working and then he asked me choose another offer (WTH?) And then another guy came and tried several coupon codes from my phone and then he said the coupon says its already been used! So they used up my codes when they had my phone and now giving me crap. This is not okay, they think customers are fools. Proper action should be taken against them.

                                We ordered KFC spice chicken on 20TH DECEMBER2014 from Mobile number.[protected].I would like to say that this has been the most worst service & experience from one of your KFC service worker named MR.Dheeraj. The chicken we recieved was extremely some sour and some sweet at most of the part(with way too much toppings) making it impossible to eat. We called MR.Dheeraj about the issue, he asked 2 mins for call back but there was no call back for past 30 minutes .We called KFC ourselves and asked about the status of the order .He asked us few details about left overs, We clearly told him that There are toppings of the skin remaining that is left which was impossible to eat at all.However he agreed to replace the order. After we received the replaced order, While eating, we got a call from Mr, Dheeraj again giving us threats that "we will blacklist your number and you will never able to get KFC chicken again because you have done with previous pieces of chicken".(Despite us leaving the upper skin, which contained excess masala which was impossible to eat and killed the joy).We then asked him to take back the replaced order but he arrogently argued with us and again threatened that we will not be able to give order again from KFC and he disconncted the call.I kindly request KFC to look into the matter and the unprofessional attitude of KFC customer service(Mr.Dheeraj) with their customer.It made us extremely dissapointed .                                   On 19th Nov, I ordered online for KFC food items. it costs 470, the transaction was successful but when i went and asked for the food items, they said they have not got any information about booking and didn't provide me those food items. They said I will be refunded within 12 days, but it has been around 20 days since i booked but they did not refund me( I have provided the transaction number also). Please take the issue seriously and prove you are a genuine company. ( The store name is KFC L.B Nagar, Hyderabad).

                                    Venue: Jalandhar (Punjab) G.T road (near Haveli) Problem/Issue: Credit Debit card does not work. What I get from staff is that the network provider didn't showed up. If debit/credit cards are not working in the area, how do you guys earn? I mean debit/credit cards are the basic mode of payment after cash and if someone shows up with a card instead of cash, you guys are simply going to say NO. This ain't customers fault that your debit/credit...

                                    We had visited the KFC outlet located at vytilla junction, Cochin at 10:45pm we were told the service was available but after 10 mins they come with the manager jins Jose saying its closed the entire staff was very rude and the manager had a attitude problem, was a fan of KFC but this experience has left a bad taste will never have KFC guess they don't teach customer service at Cochin outlets.
