I ordered 2 pieces of fried thigh, 6 pieces of chicken strips and large French feries Delivery was one correct order only ie French fries . They delivered veg strip instead of chicken strips and leg pieces instead of thigh pieces . I understand sometimes it happens but after complain they stated arguing . Which is not acceptable

    Self booked for home delivery on 27th Feb order no. 4902 at 9:30 pm. The same was not delivered till 11pm even after two reminders on phone. After which I got a call after midnight disturbing me further. The order was placed at Vasant kukunjjunk square mall KFC.
    KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Can't rely on kfc home delivery.

      i went to KFC store on 15th FEB 2015 located on MG ROAD under DT cinemas. I placed an order of 290 rupees and paid the amount through my SBI DEBIT CARD. The person swiped my card into the machine and it got failed for two times and he asked his colleague standing next to him that machine is not working. So that person asked him to swipe the card in different machine and the third time transaction got successful and 290rs deducted from my bank account.But the next day when i checked my bank account through online banking then i saw that the intially two transactions of 290+290=580 rs also got successful and this amount has been deducted from my account too. Then i called to the KFC STORE and they told me to come to the STORE location so i went to the store next day i showed them the last ten transactions from online banking account through my mobile and also the ATM RECEIPT of last ten transactions and both of these were showing the extra deduction of 580 rs from my BANK ACCOUNT.They told me to wait for 3 days after then the money will automatically be come to my account but the money didn't came. They also told me that they have sent the request to the BANK for the reply of faulty transactions and yet they haven't received any reply from the bank and they will only pay me after they got any reply from the BANK.And now its 28thfeb 2015 and i m continuously requesting them to please refund my 580RS but they are not willing to pay instead they are telling to place any thing for 580RS and they will not charge anything from me. So i request you to please help me in this regard.The following details of the third transaction which was successful are:- DATE-15/02/2015 MID- [protected] TIME- 13:20:10 TID[protected] BATCH NO- 000234 CARD TYPE- VISA CARD Transaction was done from ICICI Bank KFC, Gurgaon KFC Shop no 28, Gurgaon Haryana

        While having Paneer Zinger Burger, I found a Meta Strip Inside Burger. But we don't get proper response from staff. Instead they just replace with new one. After I avoid their offer, they just went away happily without any further concern. What we expect is the trust that in future we can have KFC food without any doubt in mind.           I am regular customer of kfc since it started. But from last few times service of your kfc gurgaon southpoint mall store has been really pathetic. The problem is that its the only branch near my house that delivers otherwise i would have called from some other store. Sometime back i ordered from your outlet and received one burger short. So i called up the next day and they took a whole day to solve my problem, i hope you can understand how embarassing it is when you have guests at home and you receive short food. So first time i was lenient and let i go. But again yesterday i.e 22/02/2015 i ordered and again received a burger short. So i called up the today and was really angry and your call centre arranged the call back from the store. I decided that i wanted my refund but repeated apologies from the manager i settled with the thing which was short and was suppose to delivered at 5.00 pm today i.e 23/02/2015. But nobody came and i called again to the store and the manager available there was very rude and i asked for my refund and he hung up the call on my face. I would write on facebook as well regarding the service provided by kfc in india. I want full refund of my bill. Gaurav kohli

            I was a regular costumer in KFC until veg twister got discontinued. the foo dquality is good of course but my favourite was veg twister and now that it has been discontinued i dont feel like going to KFC. request you to bring veg twister back and i ll enjoy the meal! :)

              I wanted to redeem kfc 10 x rewards. The staff said it wasnt available as the machine was not in best of condition.Some staff members said it it would not be so thick.Then they said we will not give mini krushers free 1 on 1. Highly frustated by such service. Last time I redeemed the 10x rewards, the food wasnt served hot.Am i going to KFC to some local shop ?

                Hi, PFA bill attached I went in Kfc with my wife and ordered KRUSHERS (strawberry smoothie). As i finished the drink there was a plastic piece at the bottom. When i raised the issue, manager ( Jabil) told me that the plastic piece is from strawberry sauce packet. The plastic piece must have been shredded with ice and is likely to have been ingested. Plastic being non degradable will lead to tons of health issues if ingested. My concern is who will be held responsible for the health issues?? Who will be held accountable? I have bill with me for reference.

                  we bought kfc popcorn chicken at ansal plaza ludhiana outlet today that is 16 february .the popcorn chicken was unsatisfactory as it smelled stale and it was not freshly prepared .it is sad to see an international brand deteriorating like this and giving unsatisfactory customer service since the bill number and date and time were not clear on the receipt a photograph will be attached along. we hope that such international brands give satisfactory consumer service and not degrade their own name

                    On 16th Feb, at 9.55 PM, I ordered food from KFC Kothrud area for home delivery through phone ([protected]). KFC representative confirmed that my ordered in confirmed and will be delivered to my home in another 30-35 min. Food was supposed to deliver to my home (in Kothrud Area itself). I waited for my food till 11:00 PM and called to KFC @[protected] to get the status. They said that due to technical issue my ordered was not placed and its 11:00 PM and we can not deliver my order. Is this the service you guys provide? If I assume that they were correct and due to technical issue my order was not placed, why didn't they called or confirmed be back. At 11:000 PM what i suppose to do for my food. This is very poor, negligent and irresponsible service provided by KFC, a giant food chain. You guys loose a customer for your service and definitely I would not like to order food from KFC.

                      I ORDERED SOME MEALS IN THE LUDHIANA OUTLET WHICH WERE 1 5pc hot wings, 2 ch rice bowl, 2 chicken snacker, 1 carry bag small FOR THE PACKING AS I HAVE TO BORROW MY TRAIN AND WHEN I OPENED THE PACKING IN THE TRAIN I DIDN'T FIND THE CHICKEN SNACKER DISH IT WAS NOT THERE.                         I had ordered from Crown Interior Mall on (date:-14 february, 2015, time:- 3:35 pm ) burger had fungus, which shows the brands callus attitude towards quality & hygiene, not at all expected from such a renowned brand. Look forward to hear from you.

                          I, Sumit Kaura called KFC, Vasant Vihar Branch to place an order. Spoke to one of the person (dont remember the name). After he repeated the order I asked him if I place same order online I get discount as per online deal as order above Rs 400, 5 pieces of Hot Wings are free. So he said he has already punched the order & that is why he reconfirmed the order before punching it. I said fine then cancel the order as I'm getting better discounts online. He replied he is answerable to manager. I told him its ok but just cancel this order. to which he very rudely & sarcastically said I havent seen such a customer (aisa customer nahin dekha) & hung up.


                          I called back & asked next person to make me speak to Store Manager. Akaash came on phone saying that he is assistant restaurant manager. I asked him where is store manager to which he said he is on leaves. So i told him the whole story & said I'm coming to their branch to create scene so that person who misbehaved with me will actually come to know that he has never such a customer.


                          Akaash apologized & said not to create a scene as it will damage branch's image. He made me speak to same person again so that he can apologize. But that guy was not ready to accept that he said those words to me.


                          I mean what the hell your restaurant's asst manager is more concerned about his branch's image! What about customer's Image? Just because I wanted my money to be worth & wanted to order online so did I become cheap customer that one of your representative gets the right to say anything & misbehaves with me.


                          I want this matter to be looked into.

I WAS IN GURGAON FOR MY OFFICIAL WORK, I SAW KFC IN CYBER HUB MALL . I WAS SO HAPPY BELIVE ME I WAS THERE FOR 2 MONTHS MY AFTERNOON MEAL I USE TO EAT ONLY ONLY ONLY AT KFC BECOZ O[censored]R FOOD KWALITY, BECOZ O[censored]R SO HYGINE, BECOZ O[censored]R STAFF THEY ARE SO KIND.                               i had ordered online yesterday for 8 Pc Fiery Grilled with 50% off by coupon KFCD11:- Order reference:[protected] Date:[protected]:20:00 through online mentioning the delivery address was 4th Cross, Swimming pool Extn, Malleshwarum, Bengaluru and the store selected was No 729, Modi Hospital Junciton, 2nd Stage, Basaveshwar nagar, Bengaluru, India At 20.15.00 the delivery person called me to know my exact location and when i explain my land mark he said this place was not falls under his store & so he cannot deliver the order. So my question is why you take order for such place where you cannot deliver or atleast why your store not informed me this immediately after placing order . At least i would have ordered with some others. I waited till my delivery time & came to know that my order was not delivered & at that point of time where i should search i never expected this type from KFC. i decided not to order in future with KFC & i requested all my freinds & relatives not to trust KFC. please correct your system so that in future you dont loose any more customers.

                                  I had ordered online today:- Order reference: [protected] Date: 01022015 Store selected Ground Floor Bearing162702/ A/1 & 162705, City Centre Ward 176, Block D, Malakpet Hyderabad India Malakpet
                                  After 45 mins when the order wasn't delivered, I contacted the store and they abruptly told that the home delivery is cancelled from today onwards. Now please let me know why an order was taken at first place and secondly why did they wait so long to convey the same to me that to when I had called to enquire.
                                  All this experience with KFC has caused me lot of stress as well as anguish as I had tough time explaining to my children on a Sunday Morning.
                                  Please look into the matter and revert back

                                    Hi, Below are my order details. Your order no. is[protected]placed on[protected]:01:46) Delivery time is[protected]:35:00 approximately Ordered food at 10 PM today and approx delivery time is 10:35 PM. Did not get a call from rider till 11:10 PM. I had to cancel the order and sleep with hunger instead of encouraging the reckless service and irresponsible phone attender from the store. It seems like they are doing charity instead of service for the amount paid. I had made online payment and now have to see whether the amount will be refunded or not. Submitted a feedback to KFC with ID Hyd46561. Not sure whether they will look into or not also. Great lesson learnt!!! Not sure whether I'll ever chose KFC again with this bitter experience.                                       Sir my name is sachin k raju.[protected].I am a regular customer of KFC and never got a bad experience from any KFC restaurants.But yesterday i have ordered 04 plates hot wings and 02 regular popcorns as parcel from Janakpuri KFC restaurant, South West Delhi.But staffs told me that there is only 17 pieces of hot wings and wait for 05 minutes.After 10 min they told me to take 03 boneless pieces in place of 03 hot wings and i agreed.But there was only 16 pieces of hot wings and 01 boneless piece when i opened the box at my home.Above all there was some creamy content inside the pieces which was not fried uto the standard level.This type of low standard products are not expected in KFC.                                         I had filed a complaint in kfc with feedback ID : [protected] on jan 11 th still they had not contacted me as they had mailed me.I had a bad experiance with kfc alleppey (kerala), In which i had ordered a firey grilled which they had taken the order at 9:35 pm and asked me to wait 30:mins for the preparation, As i had paid the bill I waited for 30 mins and at 10:05 pm i went to them to take my order they told me that their machine had got complaint and forced me to take other variety which i had told yes because i had no other option. KFC feed back system is very slow as they havent concacted me since 7 days
