I had ordered classic biryani combo (Nagpur). Description and pic showed large bucket of biryani, 2 pieces, 4 strips n beverage, with gravy. It also mentioned enough for 2-3 people. I frequently visit kfc. Many times i found small flying insects inside restaurant.. And today i serve this insect with my food. Even they don't keep clean restaurant fastly.. When new customer comed. Kfc should serious about customer health and cleanliness inside restaurant....

This is an incident from KFC, Patel Nagar West, New Delhi -110008, India. On 24th November, 2021, I'd made a payment via UPI, amounting to Rs. 550, which got stuck in KFC's account as their system had crashed. I then had to pay again via cash.
