As i was ordering on 14 march 2022, i choosen paytm wallet for payment there transaction was successful but on kfc app i have seen a msg for seconds that order failed. And finally order not placed.

i didn't got refund for this. Kindly help

      The food was not provided as per the itenary and mayonice ginger chicken etc is also not provided more over the amount is not mentioned on the bill...this is the second time iam facing the issue at kothapet hyderabad brach...i have ordered 4smoky and four crispy leg chicken @ 529 they have collected 535...but not mentioned on the bill even... I have noticed after reaching home...i got four smoky chicken not as shown in the itenary and 2 crispy leg pieces and 2 wings...its pathetic experience ordered at 6 54pm the billing was done by sai kumar @ 324 number today

        I have placed an order on March 3rd 2022 through KFC app, money got debited but order was not placed. I've contacted customer service and send them the details of bank statement and payments details through whatsApp ( Habitat mall, Mysore) . No response.. I haven't expected such behavior from this team.. I'm truly disappointed. .

        THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT IT TAKES 40 - 45 DAYS TO PROCESS THE REFUND.. WHAT KIND OF POLICY IS THAT.. I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED

        How can this be resolved?
        I want my money back.. It seems like a scam.. YOU ARE DOING THIS TO SO MANY PEOPLE.. WE TRUSTED AND ORDERED.. BUT FULL OF DISAPPOINTMENT... I thought might be the KFC associate from the concern location might help.. But they were really RUDE AND LITERALLY SHOUTING AT ME..

          I have ordered from KFC online site on 27-feb-2022 using kfc gift card of worth 1000/-.
          Due to some technical issues my order was not placed and money was deducted from the gift card.

          I have called kfc customer care multiple times and they asked me to wait for 10-15 days.
          Now it is more than 15 days and still I didn't recieve the refund.
          Still the customer care executives are giving false promises.
          I want my refund asap.

            ❌❌👎👎👎👎👎This place is a big ❌disappointment❌. Although the name means, The guy making servings burger looked very unhygienic. His hands very very dirty. Couldn't eat anything there. The way they check the burger is hot and fresh or its cold is highly disgusting and they will give you returned orders from the existing customers. Fresh burgers are being surved where 1st are eaten by someone else. ❌❌❌❌❌ I visited this place few times but I did’nt liked the atmosphere and staff there. I am a type of guy for whome cleanliness and hygiene means alot at a restaurant and at this place it was completely missing.❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌👎👎ðŸ�...

                On 12/03/22 me along with my family came to KFC Selex East Mall, East Fort, Pallikkulam, Thrissur, Kerala at 8.20 PM. I have ordered a Classic Chicken Biriyani, 2 Chicken Burgers, Regular Fries and a Coke. The bill was 695. I gave the staff a 2000 rupee note immediately he was arguing with me telling we don't allow you to pay in cash and you can cancel your order, he told me if you pay in cash he will not give me balance. He was totally insulting...

                I had ordered online from kfc on 11.03.2022 and paid the amount of 434 through Paytm. The amount was debited from my account but I didn't get any confirmation message or mail for my order. When I called customer care service they said that there was some technical issues with the order. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                  This is to inform you that I yesterday went to dine in KFC Patia where I made an online payment through Amazon Pay UPI. Due to maybe some transaction timeout, the amount got debited from my bank acc but the transaction failed at KFC's end. What am I supposed to do to get my money back? I am even attaching the screenshot for all the references.

                    I had a bad experience yesterday (09th Feb 2022) with my order through KFC APP. Payment to Sapphire Foods India Limited was successful for Rs 765.99, however order was not placed. Tried contacting to customer Care 8 to 10 times but had a poor experience as they promised without any effect.

                      I have called to care, lodged complaint regarding the same.I was told that I will receive refund in 4 to 90 working days and will be getting call in 15min for the same, but I didn't.

                      I was told that there is no complaint lodged.I wonder how irresponsible you are towards your customers.

                      I'm from Delhi.My nearest stores are mahavir enclave.

                      PFA of the payment.

                      Im not satisfied with your service in perspectives of App, customer service.

                      I request you to refund my money as soon as possible along with the compensation of my calling balance of 50/-(long waiting time to talk with your executive ), energy, time.

                      As a regular customer of your company, I will delete all KFC accounts in my family, if I'm not satisfied with your response.

                      In addition to that, I request you make changes in APP, as its taking 1hour to place an order.

                        Actually I was ordered classic zinger burger with double layer cheese to (take away) they made me a tandori zinger burger without double layer cheese and this not a first time I was warned today too and they did the same mistake, is the way they treat a customer??

                          KFC Case # 00875209. I was overcharged, and no one will resolve this. I love in a large apartment complex, and will begin warning neighbors NOT to go to KFC. They take advantage the elderly, as I am 68 and I feel like I was scammed.

                            Me and my friend ordered a chicken zinger
                            box and a classic chicken burger the total bill actually was Rs 350 but the employee there tried to fraud us #1 by messing the total amount to Rs 445 and #2 even after repeatedly asking for the bill, they avoided giving us the bill.Would like to submit my complain against the same. Because who knows for how long they would have been doing the same with others.

                              Having a problem with Wicodes and vouchers. Edendale PMB it's not working at all it just says invalid code. Went to town commercial same and also the stuff does not know how to use these benefits you have to explain to them all the time. This is also money we need to use these points at some stage.

                                      This has happened to come second time. That I am not getting proper treatment at KFC. Employees don’t explain the menu also properly and also they are rude. Sometimes they say we don’t have this item and they have a big banner of it outside. They think people are stupid. I have decided today that we will go to the other alternates for friend chicken here after. They don’t treat Indian customer properly. What if this had happened in other countries? People will sue you guys
