Hi,
We have KFC outlet in JNTU metro. I tried to eat there 3 to 4 times. Store timing is 11. But whenever I reach it by 11, they always say it will 30 more minutes to take the order. Then why the open timing is 11?

    Had placed an order in the KFC app, the payment was done via UPI(Google pay), but the order was not placed and the page went back to the checkout. Apparently I had paid for something that I didn’t get at all. Need the refund ASAP. The bill was ₹687.52.

      I had order big bucket but the chicken was not fresh it was stale... Previous order it was good but in this order worst
      No 1 eat that
      We all are paying high for eating good quality

        We came to kfc restaurent here in hyderabad, moosapet, and we orderd menu they charged 1049 rs and they didnt given bill and here in the store so humid not here these people not even turn on the ac wn i ask for they didnt give proper rly too and ive made my payment through scanner

          Dear Sir

          On[protected], being order No. 320W32259, after receiving payment your man/ agent refused to deliver said order rather asked me my order Id and account details. I did not share on a ground of privacy. After a long time when I could not able contact your authority I check my order status and find that order has been cancelled and the amount will be refund within 7 business days. Till day the amount has not been refunded.

          Now due this harassment I have decided to knock the door of consumer forum for redress of my money along with compensation within 7 days from this communication.

            Ordered kfc mingles bucket through kfc app but the order not delivered and restaurant is neither responding nor giving any update on the order. app also does not show any details of order in order history. the kfc customer care number is also non responsive.

                KFC Besant Nagar, Chennai denied delivery because they had no rider after that I have been calling them for my refund but I am not sure what is going on. Why can't they send an email confirmation? When will I get my money back?

                  Hi Team, I ordered 1 zinger meal box with Pepsi, 4 pcs chicken wings and 2 medium chicken pop corn. But I did not receive the 2 pcs chicken wings which was already part of the zinger meal. Also, the zinger burger did not have lettuce in it. I had to wait for so long to place the order as there was only 1 counter open with so many customers flowing in. The person who took my order added extra dips which I did not even order. Later I checked and cancelled it. This was an annoying experience especially on a weekend.

                        On 23th April 2022, I placed an order via KFC App of about Rs651/-.But the order was not processed upon which I call them up .The customer executive said because of some technical problem the amount was deducted and will be refunded within 2 to 3 days.

                        I have been calling there customer care end nos of times and they are replying that some one from the store will...

                        Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible

                          Hi, on 18th May 2022, I've visited a KFC store at chintal, since there is a long queue one of the KFC executive suggested me to place the order via KFC app to skip the long queue, I've done the same, the payment has been successfull from my side but the order didn't went through, when checked with store manager he asked me to wait for 30 mins for the order to get updated, I've waited but the order was not placed/updated so the manager said that I'll get the refund in 3 working days, it's already been 8 days and I didn't get my refund yet, please look into this asap and provide my refund. Please find attached screenshot for reference.

                            shared my problem on kfc feedback page. got a call back and they processed my refund immedietly

                            Yesterday I had ordered KFC through the KFC app and made payment through Debit Card. Order not placed please refund my amount as soon as possible, amount would be 403 Rupees.

                              Hi,
                              I have placed the order on 22nd may and the invoice amount was 537. However when the delivery boy came to deliver the order he gave me another invoice for 547 so they charged extra 10 Rs at that time i gave them 547 and later I got a call from KFC outlet that delivered he said it is for GST which was not added in the bill and he lied when I opened my invoice GST was already there. So they are collecting extra money.

                                I had ordered for Wednesday offer for two bucket & paid Rs. 742.00 from my Paytm & went to got order but there is no order for me. Because they haven't gotten anything
                                But my payment has been cut from my account & I had complaint by mail also but till date not received my money back.
                                In the mail they have replied to solve my issue in 5 days. But it's still pending. No one is responding.

                                  According to KFC 7minutes express delivery, they should give one piece of Hot and Crispy chicken but they cheated me, when I asked about it, he replies me saying that this offer is not yet launched! I received my order after 17mimutes.

                                        I ordered food through the KFC app and I paid money through GPay as requested. The online transaction was successful and money was debited but the order was not placed. It just says the items are still in your cart. I did not get my delivery and the order was not processed and I lost money to KFC. Please do the needful.
