I placed an order at kfc (Siliguri) yesterday thru kfc official website (https://online.kfc.co.in) and i paid inr 911.60 via hdfc net-banking (Screen-shot attached). However, when i called their outlet, they informed me that they did not receive any order in my name.

I spoke to the manager of the out-let (Mr. Dev thapa / sharma) and he informed me that this is an existing issue if orders are placed via website and he instructed me to order via kfc mobile app going forward.

I finally had to re-order by phone and then paid again using my credit card (Proof attached).

1. I need to know when i am going to receive my refund for inr 911.60 for which the order was not placed?
2. When i paid a 2nd time using credit card, the bill amount was inr 933.00. I need to know why there was a discrepancy in pricing in website and direct order? (I did not opt for any offer in the web-site).

    Sir, my self self rohit goyal from patiala, punjab.. My ph no [protected]... It is to tell uh about that on date[protected] was taken by me at time appox (8.45 pm) a bucket of 14 pcs.. After taking the order of 5 mins the peices of chiken was so much cold they where don’t able to eat.. It was just a waste as it was... Specially the bone less pcs in the bucket... And the the smoke grills pcs r full of oil which are unable to eat

      This is regarding my order no. 6999835. Order date: 17/07/2018 the order went to wrong kfc outlet which couldn't make the delivery. And was later confirmed to be cancelled by the outlet on phone. But i haven't got the refund yet. After following up on the phone i was promised to get the refund and was asked to wait for 15-20 days. Now even after so much of wait of months no refund is being provided. What kind of service is this? This kind of experience is really not expected from a world renowned brand kfc. Kindly please look into this and resolve/refund me my money. Enough of wait now.

        I had ordered a kfc delivery (Order no. 344w014791) on 6 oct 2018 for an amount of rs.687.03 and have made an online payment for the same. However, the order was cancelled and i have still not received my money back on my account.

        I got in touch with the delivery manager of the store, and he assured me that it will be refunded.
        I have waited for 20 days for the same and have yet not received anything.

        Please look into it as this is not expected out of a reputed organization.

        Request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.

          I have ordered kfc through app and i have paid online, got message that your order will arrive in 30 miniatures. Around 10.30 pm delivery boy came (1.45 hr after the order) i refused as we have already baugh other food and about to sleep. I have tried to call the shop [protected] and nobody lifted. I request kfc to refund my entire money for worst customer service.

            Paid 424rs by card and i received msg from bank regarding the payment. Kfc employee told the transaction has failed as they have not got the payment and the reversal would be done via bank i. Such case later, and made me to swipe 2nd time. It's been 5 days no reversal has happened and bank says payment has been done. Got conned by #kfc. Be careful guys

              On 29/9/2018 i had placed an order of rs 687.2 on kfc website, unknowingly instead of delivery i had ordered pickup option and it is a pick up at andheri. I intimated at store to cancel. They said that they had cancelled the order. I have not received any money from you till now and also there is no update on this. I had written mail in contact us section many a times. Kindly look into this and update the status as soon as possible. I have also attached the picture of order details

                I m romil gupta. I was travelling from patna to new delhi, in a mean while i stopped for some refreshment at delhi airport t-d1 and on that counter of kfc i ordered 2 meals of chicken zinger burger with fries and pepsi. Pepsi tastes like it was added with water in it. Secondly they asked me for single ordouble sauce i responded single they took additional 50rs on the bill prior telling me that they had added extra money on the bill. That was finished i got my 50rs back and my order was here i opened the burger it was only the burger, chicken tikki and lettuce no mayo sauce and other ones. They did'nt told me ingredients of the meal misconceived me the service. I had experienced the worst service by kfc i want you to take action against them and ask to improve their service

                  I was on line ordered kfc food items through "food box - order food app" by used sbi credit card. Order items: chicken burger - 4 nos, order area: dp2, saffron heights apartments, pallava garden, old pallavaram - chennai, delivery address contact no: [protected]. Order date: 10.10.18, delivery date: 10.10.18.
                  After completed the payments options, the app was shown "some error occured" these screenshot attached this mail.
                  My online order was failure. But, my credit limit was reduced rs. 670.01/- to "yum restaurant india p ltd, mumbai, in". The app contact screenshot details attached this mail.
                  So, kindly requesting you to debited credit amount return back to my credit card account as soon as possible.

                    Recentl i went to a kfc which was at: address: shop no 3, parnil palace, rg baruah rd, zoo road tiniali, assam 78102, the bill was rs.2216/-. I've paid it as cash, coz my debit card transaction was declined by the swiping machine. After some time i've recieved a sms that saying 2216/- has been deducted from my bank account. I've asked the person who was at the billing counter. He said that money will be refunded into the bank account in 2-3 days. I waited for 7-8 days, but money was not credited into my account. So please help me in getting my money back. Thankyou.

                      I ordered online from the kfc himayat nagar branch in hyderabad. Got nothing in return but a bunch of lies. I think that's what kfc customer care is trained to do, lie through their teeth to the customers. After placing an order at 8.57 pm, i received a message at 9.04 pm. Saying my order has been dispatched. After waiting for 25 mins i called customer care. Their first lie was to tell me the order is dispatched & i will get a call from the rider in 5 mins & my food will be delivered in 10 mins. After 10 mins, with no call & no rider, i called up again. This time another executive lied & said the order is dispatched & the rider will be calling me in 5 mins. After 10 mins i called up & demanded to know what the hell was going on with my order. Another executive put me on hold for a very very long time & finally said "ma'am sorry, but your order has not been dispatched yet". And he says he can connect me to the store manager. What in the world should i do with the store manager?? I told the executive that this is a pathetic service, they only lie to their customers, and after one hour they finally have the guts to speak the truth & say my order is not dispatched. I waited for a whole long hour just to be told this nonsense! And what will the store manager do after all our hunger has died??

                      It is such a shame and disgrace that kfc treats it's customers like this. A bunch of liars are operating the customer care services. And kfc online delivery is such a pathetic & low standard service. If you don't know the basics of customer service & online delivery system, why even offer it?? We are better off with other delivery services that at least don't make a habit of lying to their customers. I cancelled my order and i told them i will escalate this issue. And i will make sure everybody, including the ceo of kfc gets to know about the inefficient, sub standard & horrible online service of kfc.

                        I had a rather unpleasant experience at one of your restaurants located in ild tower, sohna road, gurgaon.
                        First i was served with oily food which i got replaced but again the food quality wasn't good. However i ignored it considering its kfc. So now i am sitting at my home with this food poisoning. I am really saddened by what happened with me. I want you to kindly look into the matter. My name is akash and i visited the restaurant at around 7.45 in the evening. The guy at counter seemed like a nutcase too. Laughing for no reason. Anyways. This sucks.

                        Bought 3 zinger burgers and one large chicken popcorn from KFC through swiggy. It was shocking that the burger was not good it had a bad taste plus the meat was also not good. The quality has totally gone down. Need KFC to take quick action and I need my money back asap!

                              I have ordered food of worth 1500+ rupees on 03oct2018, there is an offer for payment via phonepay and paytm, but the store did not accept to pay through any one of it. They said we have a bad signal. Though its not our fault we have didnot avail offer, i need an explanation for this,
                              Second thing we went at 10pm, at that time the food whih they gave was so cool, except few, we have informed manager but he asked us to wait for some time but did not give replace them with a hot ones, finally we end up having a cold food only.
                              Please provide some compensation for this, if needed i have taken soft copy of bill, i can provide you

                                I made two transactions with kfc on 28/09/2018 which failed. Ever since i have written multiple times to kfc via their contact us link but i have not received any reply from them. I also contacted billdesk and they have replied back saying transaction has been sucessfully settled with merchant. My transaction id's are npt[protected] and npt[protected].

                                  This happened at the tiruvalla kfc whichbwas recently opened. As soon as i entered the i stood in cue and i see that people order from my side nd get the receipt.. When my turn comes i stand there unattende for 15 minutes and no one from the staff side bothered to tell me the counter was closed until i asked why my order is not taken. Wtf.. Why do u train such # to be managers and supervisors.. [censored] #

                                    I made an order with kfc app the payment from my account got debited but the payment failed then I again ordered and made online payment through Paytm the payment got debited again and received by them but it showed transaction failed!! What do I do now! Kfc is a thief stealing people's money ! Please I want a refund ! And I tried contacting customer care but no one would answer

                                      Hi team,
                                      I had ordered food from kfc-omr, chennai branch on 12/09/2018 for an amount of rs.550.
                                      During the card payment, kfc's card-swiping machine turned off and so the kfc representative swiped the card again. Due to this, i was charge twice.
                                      When i informed the branch personnel, he acknowledged the error from his side and i was promised a refund within 7 working days. However, when i checked with him again after 7 days, he said that i'll be receiving the refund after 3 days and so on. I had even sent him the proof of double deduction to his whatsapp as he requested, to carry on with my refund process.
                                      Until this day, i haven't received my refund of rs.550. Requesting you to resolve this issue and pay me the refund amount asap.

                                        This is very disappointing for me to inform you that, one of yours kfc restaurant located at chandra layout bangalore, india had cheated by charging extra/double amount for the food i ordered.

                                        Please refer below details.
                                        Yesterday, 2nd october 2018 i visited kfc restaurant, chandra layout bangalore to ordered devil chicken stripes 10 pcs for rs 349 as per menu displayed on screen.
                                        But, the cashier (Lady emp) had charged rs 649 instead of rs 349. They swiped extra 300 rs from my icici debit card. When i noticed it, i had to visit back the restaurant next day when it was heavily raining with the customer copy transaction bill to let the restaurant management (Arun) know this about.
                                        In turn i was asked to wait for a day more to let them investigate why it happened. This is totally not acceptable.
                                        How can they ask customer to wait for 1 more day unnecessarily. It’s a total waist of time.
                                        The question is,
                                        The extra/double amount changed, was really a mistake/something else?
                                        Was this done purposely to grab extra money from me/customer thinking that customer will not notice?

                                        In addition to this, i experienced that the team at restaurant is not being polite with customer in letting them know the offers for the day. I was asked to check the menu and order. This is totally unprofessional behaviour. Isn’t it?

                                        Request you to take an appropriate action against the restaurant and do the needful for the extra time i waisted in restaurant because of the problem created by kfc team at chandra layout bangalore.

                                        Please refer attached transaction copy swiped at kfc on 2nd oct charged 649rs.

                                        Appreciate you response and investigate further.
