I was on line ordered kfc food items through "food box - order food app" by used sbi credit card. Order items: chicken burger - 4 nos, order area: dp2, saffron heights apartments, pallava garden, old pallavaram - chennai, delivery address contact no: [protected]. Order date: 10.10.18, delivery date: 10.10.18.
After completed the payments options, the app was shown "some error occured" these screenshot attached this mail.
My online order was failure. But, my credit limit was reduced rs. 670.01/- to "yum restaurant india p ltd, mumbai, in". The app contact screenshot details attached this mail.
So, kindly requesting you to debited credit amount return back to my credit card account as soon as possible.
