Iam unable to pay due to lockdown amid pandemic i have low balance in my bank account i will not getting income in april but then also i got mail that legal action has been taken against me

                Hi this is Jeevan,

                I just borrowed Rs.5913 from the Mobile app Kissht. And I missed to pay on time due to some personal issues. And I paid total amount that including overdue charges Rs.6526.60 on 24.03.2020. I've also received the debited messages from the bank and Kissht as well. But im still receiving lot of calls and messages from their side.

                Also no response from the customer care. When im calling they said to me that we forwarded to the concern department and you will be receiving a call within an hour. But they don't. Kissht has to responsible if it is affected in my credit score.

                  I have already paid my dues and my account is still not updated and your executives are harassing me as well as u have changed late amount in my loan this is the issue from your side but we are suffering, my credit score has also been reduced. Look after this issue positively. Otherwise you have to face consequences. This is hightime. I mailed you10 times and messaged on your chat service of kissht and whatsapp you many times. But its the last i am sending you invoice of payment. And if now also your app will not update and my credit score will be back. I'll sue you.

                    Hi sir i have taken loans from kissht more than 10 times and i repaid my loans in time, i have paid 6452.71 rupees on 27th march 2020. I have applied for new loan but kissht people are rejected my loan they said people try after 3 months and i sent a mail to kissht there is no response. Based on recent news/announcements in wake of the covid-19 lockdown rbi says dont pay emi's but i paid my emi in time i applied for new they rejected for this issue. This is not fair for kissht and so ridiculous. Please solve my problem.

                            I have taken loan from kissht of 1lac i am paying their emi on time 50%of amount payed till date but if any month emi is missed they already hacked your contacts details and call to them and harass them. After telling that i am facing some prblm after hearing that the girls in the operator tell you the slang languages and threatening also, when i have taken loan this condition is not metion there please take a steps against this company. Take a legal action on them i am also going to file case against them.

                              Hello, i have taken short loan from kissht finance, due to some circumstances i was unable to repay, so written mail to them i will pay soon but they misused my phone book and called to my relatives and called pay specially they called females, even they are not following the rules and regulations given by the rbi without permission they are coming to houses at anytime. Even their agents don't know about rbi's guidance. They come and without permission they are taking family person's photo. How can they do this without providing any notice. Now i m ready to go with legal way.

                              I know you feel defamed, harassed and robbed right now. What they had done with you it's totally unlawful.
                              1) First Send them detailed Complaint on their official Email Id. (Usually you will not get reply as they had done unlawful, but this copy of email will be helpful to you for further legal action.
                              2) Please lodge formal complaint in your local police station and RBI website.

                                I want to know that why kissht team not replying or attend my processing fees refund issues. Before loan they said your processing fees will refund after your loan closure. I have all chat records when they gave me loan but now all my dues is done paid.                                   I informed wrongly submit one loan submit kissht app, it's also app issu not my side fault.also i repay amount instantly but i check the app they are not update the details..please take the action and stop this loan immediate basis also if ensure any single cost not dedicated on my bank account.
