I have taken emi loan with kissht loan id no - 1148858 from kissht 05.07.2019. It was a loan balance transfer from pnb punjab national bank with account no - [protected] to time to time. The first emi hit my account on 05.07.2019 and last emi 02.05.2019.in themeantime rs 349 rs deducted from my account extra on which is not acceptable to me. I want the refund rs 349. This is third time i am writing to kissht that i already made the payment and my overdue was zero at the time i also demanded the noc from your person and they also replied the yes but after that few months company demanded extra amount whichever is due.
I sent all the necessary documents and attachments over the mail multiple times and still getting this type of fraud messages i demanded please send your personal to speak with me...

This is a cyber crime and i filed complaint against the kissht and recovery team who calls my contact.
And i never repay the payment in future.
Now they started to send sms / whatsapp to me for payment. But i cant reply them...

I have used paylater option for order id order id - od[protected] on 5th oct 2018 to purchase "crete wood frame" after that paid outstanding amount on 1st nov 2018.

I am receiving harrassment calls for no reason for no loan availed by me. I did not avail any loan nor stood guarantee nor gave any verification for anybody but without any reason they are messaging me for payment of an outstanding amount. They have called me several times in which i told them i have not availed any loan for which they reply your reference was given. I have used filpkart pay later option on flipkart and filpkart pay later account is not having outstanding (Dues are cleared)
