I have paid my loan amount my transaction was failed in phone pe app and the n i queried about this to my bank and they said that the amount is credited to benificiary account that is kissht account i have also give thr utr no or the transaction id to kissht employees and after all this they are even calling me again and again so please update my info my mobile no is [protected] and the transaction id is[protected] and the account number in which the money is transferred is [protected] and i am attaching the mini statement of my account in which u see the deduction and transaction details

    I've already talked to your support about my loan repayment but these people are calling my friends and family randomly from my contacts and abusing and harrassing them. This is a clear breach of privacy, defamation of my character and mental harrassment. This kind of behaviour from a reputed company is just saddening. I'm inclined to seek revenge for the same if you don't put a stop to this immediately. I'm going to file an fir against you if i'm subjected to this kind o[censored]ncivilized and unprofessional behaviour.

    I had maintained more than EMI amounts in bank account your official has not been deducted amount from account in the month of December then why I need to paid fine RS 349 what is hell going on kissht I will file complaint in consumer forum you are unnecessary deducted RS 349 so kindly initiate refund other wise we will meet in consumer forum

      This side dheeraj. I took the loan on 9th march 5000rs. I paid 5037 amount by 12 th march by bank transfer but unfortunately when i fill the account no. I don't put my registered mobile number which was [protected] i put my another no [protected].
      The said amount deducted from my bank account but it's not reflected in my kissht app account. Please do the needful.
      I shall be very thankful to you.

        I have voice call recording againt the kissht app employees they have misbehaved with me and my famiky members also and also illigally they are calling to any contact of my contact list and on call they are behaving sonrude with my famioy members and also using so rubbish language so its a complaint of misbehave with customer and customer's family memebrr and on call they re also harrasing me that they will call again and again on my any contact of my contact list so is this the way to treat your customers so i m going to file a documented case against yourr loan app

          I just received call from recovery and they are very arrogant the boy who spoke with me says that she'll make my whole family beg on roads and make us life miserable.

          Is this how you speak to ur customers he has told many words that i can't even mention here and he is blackmailing me that he will call my relatives and inform that i'm begging for money what a worst way to treat ur customers. I'm planning to raise an fir for verbal harassment and blackmail in my local police station and court. If my relatives get a call from you ill make sure it is done.

          Complain about loan recovery if we agree to repay but they not want to listen us... Start calling our relatives... Must take legal action and cyber crime case about hack mobile data and harassment...
          I informed wrongly submit one loan on your app also i repay amount instantly but i check your team not update the details..if your team not stop this loan immediate basis also if any single cost dedicated on my bank account i take legal action on your company.also i mail many time but your team not responding.

              Dear sir/madam,

              I had took a loan from you. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Which is over due for 2 days. But i was totally unaware of the same. Till today i didn't get any calls message or mail regarding my repayment. By which i totally forgot. I request you to kindly grant me 2 days time to clear off my dues for which am ready to pay of penalty. Because due to some situations am not able to pay it immediately i need a day or 2 time to pay off. But i will defenitely pay it as early as possible. Seeking your understanding on the same.

              Similarly like i had read in other comments if you people had breached my data's and if you do any unwanted stuff like harrsement i will definitely file a civil suit and give complaint immediately in cyber crime and to rbias well.

              I think you will understand my situation and won't let the situation to go worse.

              That's the reason am contacting your support team directly than to break head with your telecaller ppl.

                  My husband (Sourav jain) mobile no. Is [protected], he got loan of 3700 by clicking on link. He was not aware properly he said he would pay with until he get confirmation that he is paying to correct source.

                  Your employee hacked my husband contact and saying abrupt thing about him.

                  It totally illegal and you cant access any one mobile as per information security act.

                  I need your urgent attention today itself so that matter can be closed, they are harassing my contact and me. I will really sue you for this. Stop doing all this and work professionally.

                  This is to inform you that we have received the application of your husband on[protected] but he has not added the bank details at the same time. Your husband added his bank details on[protected] after checking all the details he has clicked on GET MONEY NOW option for the disbursement.

                  Being a genuine company, Kissht keeps the transparency between the user and the application so the details such as interest rates, processing fees, disbursal amount, repayment amount, etc. are shared with the customer before disbursal. The amount is disbursed when the customer accepts the offer by clicking on the "Confirm And Continue/GET THE MONEY" button.

                  When the application was approved and the amount was disbursed at that you or your husband have not raised any concern for the uninformed disbursement. Kindly note that if anyone raises the complaints that he was not aware about the disbursement so we have the procedure to cancel the application by taking the disbursed amount only.

                  But escalation was not done from anyone because the might be your husband has completed this process by checking all the details.

                  The reason for receiving the recovery call was the delay in payment.

                  As per our system record, his application has been closed now and no call has been made after 8th March 2020, 6:10:59 pm.

                  Received multiple calls from different numbers and telling me to ask my friend to pay his loan. Hacked his contact list and bothering me out of no reason. Harassing me by calling day and night even after the loan is paid, they aren't stopping.
                  I took a loan from kishht and I repayed the amount through NEFT transfer. All the necessary loan payment related documents had been showed to the organisation. But still some local agents disturbing us claiming that NEFT not done.

                      I have taken emi loan with kissht loan id no - 1148858 from kissht 05.07.2019. It was a loan balance transfer from pnb punjab national bank with account no - [protected] to time to time. The first emi hit my account on 05.07.2019 and last emi 02.05.2019.in themeantime rs 349 rs deducted from my account extra on which is not acceptable to me. I want the refund rs 349. No resolution to this effect has been given to me till date.

                      I took loan for purchasing a mobile phone from mobile ghar and and repayment of emi laon was 8 months. I received a copy of the payment receipt of full loan repayment on 5 feb, 2020. Once the loan was paid in full, i assumed that you don’t have to pay any more equated monthly instalments (Emi) from the next month, i. E. March, 2020.. However, the you had deducted the emi amount on 5 march rs 349 a fine despite i having made the full repayment from time to time each months. I would like to request to you kindly initiate refund rs 349 rs in original source of deducted account otherwise i will move consumer forum.

                        I am getting very offensive calls from the company kissht finance. I have earlier taken some loans from the company but due to some
                        circumstances i am currently not able to repay the EMI. However instead of going by the standard procedure, the executives from the company are calling us and harrasing in multiple ways. They have also started contacting any person from my contact list and trying to threaten them and the problem is they are using very abusive languages which they should not and how there getting my contact details

                              But some financial problem i cant repay the payment.
                              After just one day the started to call my all contact without my permission and harass them

                              This is a cyber crime and i filed complaint against the kissht and recovery team who calls my contact.
                              And i never repay the payment in future.

                                Dear kishtt team,

                                This in regard to the process of having a communication with me, your telecallers are marked with spam by default and i cannot change the same, i have an international cellphone, in regard to make a communication with me please drop an email for the same. I told one of your telecallers to please mail me for the same but didn't and used words like "hum apke naukar hain kya", "humara kaam apko call karke apki lena hai".

                                Today, the spam has increased to a level where one of your tele callers have started to extort the loan which i took from you guys, actually called my 7year old friend, whom i'm not even in contact with. Because you took my contacts and started to defame my character, i have all the calls recorded as proofs which i'll be showing in the court.

                                There is a mandate in the court which properly states compensation for mental anguish and defamation of character, also includes harassment for the same. Make fair practices to recover your debt. You cannot socially find my friends and tell everybody i took a loan? Probably incurred a loss to my privacy concerns which i will never accept. That's the worst thing your telecallers can do.

                                The telecallers are rude, abusive as i have proofs & have no respect for the client, what company are you running? Mr. Vishwanathan (One of the board of directors) has hired people to harass other people?

                                See, please make fair practices of recovering the debt i took, you cannot disturb my family/friends in regard to make a communication from me.

                                I tried emailing your team, but no one replies, tried talking to customer care but no one answers. (I have proofs)

                                If you will try to make an effort to disturb my family/friends, the thing which will happen to you, will not be good. Please understand the same.

                                On the behalf of the proofs i have and also stored the same to file court case for the people here disturbed with your bad practices. Though the loan which you gave was just inr 4, 000, now it's my turn to bring in the same torture for your board of directors and you.

                                How dare you steal my data (Privacy laws)? How dare you went to my contacts to mentally agonize them (A serious case of harassment)?

                                Indian data privacy laws and eu gdpr

                                These 2011 rules only apply to body corporates and persons located in india. Section 43a of the it act explicitly provides that whenever a corporate body possesses or deals with any sensitive personal data or information, and is negligent in maintaining a reasonable security to protect such data or information, which thereby causes wrongful loss or wrongful gain to any person, then such body corporate shall be liable to pay damages to the person (S) so affected.
                                A list of items has been provided which are to be treated as “sensitive personal data” which include passwords, biometric information, sexual orientation, medical records and history, credit/ debit card information, etc. But any information which is freely available or accessible in the public domain is not considered to be sensitive personal data.
                                Anybody corporate seeking such sensitive personal data must draft a privacy policy which has to be published on the website of the body corporate, containing details of information being collected and the purpose for its use.
                                The body corporate must establish reasonable security practices for maintenance of confidentiality of such data, obtain consents from persons for collecting such sensitive personal data for lawful and necessary purpose.
                                The purpose must be clear and information used only for such consent as given and data to be retained only till such time as needed.
                                The 2011 rules also provide grievance office who shall be responsible to address grievances of information providers within 1 month for resolution of such grievances. Body corporates must have an audit of the reasonable security practices and procedures implemented by it by an auditor at least once a year or as and when the body corporate or a person on its behal[censored]ndertake significant up-gradation of its process and computer resources.
                                The punishment for disclosure of information in breach of lawful contract and imprisonment under the it act may be for a term not exceeding three years, or with a fine which may be indian rupees 5 million or with both.

                                Mental harassment

                                Whoever intentionally insults, and thereby gives provocation to any person, intending or knowing it to be likely that such provocation will cause him to break the public peace, or to commit any other offence, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years

                                  I have took a small loan from kissht and due to some reason i have not paid my emi on time, they call to my family, relatives contacts for the loan repayment. I have already paid my loan.. I will case against you for data stealing it is fraud application for the loan. Why you guys call to our family members? I will case against you in consumer court for harassment.

                                  I haven't took any loan, and I don't even know this is existing, seriously harassing me in daily for about 10-15 messages and unwanted calls,

                                  Who the hell is this Kissht, if I receive further messages, no option left to lodge a complaint and file a suit.

                                    As i have take a consumer loan from kissht for rs31500/- for laptop purchasing. Due to some issue 2 payment get delayed nd they charged late penality charge. After completion of all emi i asked him to closed the account and share the noc. But they doing monthly emi request to bank for autodebit as nach hence my all emi has been paid and continued rasing penality charge. Instead of loan account closer. Please help me in this.

The way to recover money is very wrong sir, you call relatives and give them the power to kill .                                       Most of my relatives have a keypad phone with no recording facility available.You will have complete data, you have to check and take action. Your recovery agent has spoken such a dirty thing to my relatives. I can't tell you. That's why i haven't paid you yet!!!Until you take action against the man who has threatened to call my relatives. Till then i am unable to pay your money.

                                        So i applied for loan from kissht nd i got it 1st they disbursed me 6000 rs nd demanded me 7153 rs back so due to some financial issue i was not able paid loan for next 15 days nd they charged me 50 rs per day that was totally illigal nd now they r calling my all contact numbers, my reputation, my image is totally down now nd even 2, 3 people's whome they hv contacted they even meet up my father regarding this just imagine this company is running without rbi rules nd regulations
