I paid down payment to kissht for 10499 redmi 8 and i paid 1, 421.66 as a downpayment with all taxes they include but after down payment they rejected my loan application and tried to contact them on call and whatsapp but they are not replying and no customer executive is picking up call this is request to kissht please refund my down payment amount of 1, 421.66 and i will also attach screenshot of payment

I said to the customer executive, that i am having medical emergency so for that by next month with all my dues i will repay back but i still have 2nd installment date left and they are threatening me like anything, i have bad experience about this app customer executive. Please do something about this.

    Hi,

    My registered number on flipkart is [protected]. I have purchased few items from flipkart on jan19 using flipkart pay later. I couldn't make the payment on time and my flipkart account got deactivated. I was unable to login into my account. I tried so many times but i was unable to login. I contacted flipkart and asked them to unblock my account as i have to clear my dues but they didn't listen to my problem. Now i got a call from kissht executive saying that your total amount is due of inr 3389. This is totally unacceptable. Why would i pay 2400 interest charges on the actual amount of inr989. It was not my fault. It was flipkart fault. You can also check my email history which i have sent to flipkart. I have sent numerous emails to flipkart to activate my account but no positive response till now. My payments are always on time and i don't want to spoil my relationships with banks. I would like to clear my dues. Would request you to please waive off my penalty.

    Don't give me excuses.i had a word with flipkart executive and he said that charges have been levied by third party I.e kissht.i highlighted this issue to consumer complaints so that my issue get resolve asap but no positive reply from kissht.o e has to take strict action against kissht.

      I have taken 7600rs loan in kissht, i have taken nearly 7 times loan in kissht and repayed before the due date, this time i was in lot of financial problem so i couldn't make payment for that they are harassing me and using bad words and calling my contacts and saying you are the gurantor of this loan..like that they called my manager and i lost my job who is responsible

        I have taken loan from kissht finance company and i am paying emi every moth on time but few month i am not able to pay emi on time if the date crosses they hacked and un lawfully access my phone contacts database and calling to my family member friends and others people... The worst finance company i ever seen... Please take action against them... How dare they have access my ph contacts and they are threating them including me also and using slang languages also hamper my reputation also. Please take action

        I have taken loan and i cannot pay on time due to personal issue as my father expired and ur team is frequently calling and using abusive language with me and my mother so it may result consumer forum complaint against u nor please extend the tym till 05.03 to repay the amt nor face the consequence with consumer court.

        before 2 month i have a loan from Kissht only 3000, but 2000 credit my account and 1000 processing fee, i am so astonished why 1000 debit thats why i called that office but no response from there side after 1 month they called me and told me you must be paid 3222 other wise legal notice against you, i request them why are you take 1000 amount, but he don't listen anything, and again i request them give me some day i have paid your 2000 amount not more because you credit my a/c only 2000, but he don't listen, and they have hacked my all contact and call my friend relation, they are hacker fraud and blame me what am i do sir, and they call me different location different number and warning me always, they don't give me some days, and why they hacked my account sir lots of contact and data is there, please do sme thing sir

              I took loan of 2000, becuase of some financial crisis i m unable to make a payment now i talked to the calling executive and told them that i will make the payment till this month end with all the penalty . they are calling my boss, my all professional and personal contacts and harrasing them.i am in a big troubke because of that. i had not given anyones number while taking the loan . i was not recieving calls becuase i wa in hospital emergency. this is illegal and i should stop now or else i will file compaint against them . as it is only 3400 with the penalty i will pay it soon .
              i hope this harrasing calls to my contacts stops now and you take essancial actions as this is illegal and unprofessional to take anyones personal information.

                I have taken loan in kissht of 7600rs i was in financial problem so i couldnt make payment..i told them i will pay with interest in some days but they didn't gave me time every time they call they were telling to do payment right now or i will call all your contacts.they were black mailing ..per day they were calling nearly 15times in that 2 times i didn't pick the call because i was in wash room so they call my manager and told you are the gurantor of this loan and my manager called me to cabin and scolded me how dare you are to give my name as gurantor without my consent and suspended me, now i lost my job also from this kissht company...i am the only working person in my home now i lost my job also.am in depression kissht company giving me mental tourcher and harassing me using foul languages

                  Am agree, the mobile app 'KISHT' is a fraud who is even stealing our personal data from my phone. I took a loan from KISHT and they put heavy charges and when i denied to pay that extra charges, they started blackmailing me saying that f i don't pay the whole amount? they'll call everyone from my contact list. They just took my whole contact list without my permission. EVen, i don't have any idea what other things they've steal from my phone.

                        False charges are accumulated in my account and i find it huge just for loan of rs2000 in 15 days. Kissht people are calling my family members, relatives, friends and colleagues unnecessarily and using abusive languages.
                        This is a breach of privacy as kishht has attacked my contacts data secretly from phone. I am going to lodge police complain against them for stealing my digital data and i have also advised my contacts to lodge defamation suites against kissht for their unethical behaviour.

                          Inspite of making the payment kissht collection people still calling my family/relative member and threatening them for filling a legal complaint.

                          They are extorting me, using abusive language and even calling my relatives - don't how they get those numbers. This is extreme threat to one's privacy and harassment to the highest extent.

                          They must be doing this with other people as well and their harassment can result in 'undesirable events'. Will they take the responsibility? This must be looked into and immediately stopped.

                            I want to order one mobile throw kissht app. The condition will be credit 3000 and after 15 days they debited 3022. But I have try to ordered mobile the kissht app notify my place not access to delivery my pin code address. But the amount will be debited 3022 at same at time that day. They have no refunded amount option. And kissht is fake app. Don't believe this app. Amount will be debited at any time but the customer care number no working at only 9 am to 6 PM only. And they speak language option only English and Hindi. I am tamilnadu i Know Only tamil. Then how to speak to customer care?

Same problem on customer care service also. Now analysis my language. Kissht app ஒரு திருட்டு தனமான வலைதளம். தயவுசெய்து இந்த #kissht app பயன்படுத்தாதீர்கள். என்னுடைய பணம் ரூ 3022 நான் பொருளை ஆடர் செய்யாமலே எடுத்து விட்டார்கள். ஆனா பொருள் ஆடர் ஆகவில்லை. காரணம் kissht எங்கள் ஊருக்கு வந்து பொருள் தருவது இல்லையாம். அதுக்கு என்ன ஹேர் க்கு என் காசை எடுத்தாங்க. எனக்கு தயவு செய்து பதில் அளியுங்கள். என் பணத்தை திருப்பி பெற எனக்கு மட்டும் அல்ல என்னைப் போல ஏமாந்து இருக்கும் சாதாரண மக்களுக்கு உதவி(help me) 🙏🙏 செய்யுங்கள்.. கஸ்டமர் கேரில் அனைத்து மொழிகளையும் சேருங்கள். இல்லனா தயவு செய்து இந்த கிஸ்ஸான்ட்(kissht) ஆப் தடை செய்யுங்கள் 🙏🙏

                              This is ridiculous
                              Mere pahle ke loan bhi time se pahle pay hue h. Iske baad bhi account suspended kar diya.

                                aur Apke Khilaaf Consumer Court me Complain Karoonga Ki Ap Log Bahooth Torture Karte Hai calls Karke Families ko.
                                Aur Ye Deepa Mulle Apne Apko Owner Kehte Rehte Hai. Inke Paas policy me likha hai 15 days ka Extension kar sakte hai jab hum puchege tho kehte hai apke liye offer nai hai.

                                  I purchased a mobile with the help of kissht app. I have completed my emi by time, even after completing my emi day by day my dues are increasing, now they are threnting to put a case on me. I have informed the offline agent but no action as been taken. They are truly fraud as they have taken a backup of my contacts from their kissht app and when ever i got late in submitting the emi they start calling female contacts in my phone contact list and talk in slang language. Right now i have suffering a lot can any one help me please

                                    किस्त बैंक ने फ्रॉड करने के लिए हैकर और कलेक्शन के नाम पर गुंडों का इस्तेमाल करते हैं.

                                      My registered mobile number [protected] Samir parmar. I taken redmi note 7 via ur finance. Due to some financial issues i cnt able to pay the dues
                                      In that case ur field sales executive mr. Vinod malviya contact no. [protected] is come to my home location for recovery and that time i dnt have cash to pay emi. And ur agent was not ready to listen any thing. And end of that case I'll surrender my product to ur field officer. But still current date loan was not closed since 5 to 6 month i was facing this issue.
                                      Plz discuss with ur field officer with the same case and close my loan immediately. Otherwise I'll go with the legel options because ur recovery msg and call continually harrassing me.

                                      I have never taken any loan in kissht, buy in my CIBIL report it shows Rs.60000 loan was taken, and paid with 1 missed emi, and the account is still active, ive sent email regarding this issue, but no response till now.

Wo log daily minimum 10 call karte he or dhamki dete the or kehte the nhi kroge to apke sare contact list ko call karke unko heran karege esa bola unhone mene kaha bhai abhi medical ka bill pay karu ke apka loan repay karu to bolte he ki aap repay kardo wapis dusra lelo to mene kaha time do to mene 7500 ka loan lia tha uska 8000 something pay kia but abhi tak credit nhi hua mere mese debit bhi ho gya or wapis apply bhi nhi ho rha he fraud company he ye... Abhi me fas gya payment krke... Call karta hu to kehte he payment nhi aya he apke vha se wapis kriye mene to gali di fir sale wapis kaha se lau ek bar kia mere pas succesfull transction ka msg bhi he sab he to wo apki app ka problems he... To ab kya krna chahiye... App me abhi tak loan open bta rha he 8100 amount kr dia he ab kya kre bhaio... Daily interest badh rha he...
