Thank you for raising your concern to us.
As per our system record, you had started to bounced your EMI since the month of July and you had made only 3 repayments on time.
Whenever our team had called you for payment you had always given the false promises for repayment.
Still, as per your complaint, we had escalated the matter to our team and had arranged an apology call for you.
You had accepted the call and we have given the final warning to the executive because as per the call recording share by you, our executive was not abused you or any of your references. Even you and your references have abused the caller. But as we have informed that executive was rude on call so we had issued a warning letter to her.
Your claim for dues waiver has been rejected because you have bounced so many EMI and this is not the first one. We could waive off your charges if this was your first bounce. Also, the details related to the dues can be a check on the website.
As per the current update, we have received your EMI payment but dues charges are still pending. Kindly make the payment as soon as possible to avoid any additional charges and credit issues.
