Very disappointed by the unprofessional way to recover money... You can not threaten our privacy by sneeking up in your contact. By saying that "ruk me sab contacts pe call karta hoon"
They are not going to give you money
Abusive people
I think i should report to this to nearest police station. And file a complaint to cyber crime about this issue.
I also uploaded the recording to let other know that how these guys are behaving

    I have clear my record but your employees is calling my family members and he is said my loan amount is 15 lakh pelase solve this issue and action this query and you dont any action this query so i will contact your grivance. Your employees is blackmailing to my family members please reword this message. I have not any loan so employees why should this 15 lakh loan amount. I dont have any loan now so my loan record is clear also.

      I have used paylater option for order id order id - od[protected] on 5th oct 2018 to purchase "crete wood frame" after that paid outstanding amount on 1st nov 2018.
      Refer attached hdfc bank statement of repayment

      Please refer trailing email, flipkart customer support team is not understand my query.

      If you have provided service, it is your duty that customer should give support for that and resolve pending matters

        I am receiving harrassment calls for no reason for no loan availed by me. I did not avail any loan nor stood guarantee nor gave any verification for anybody but without any reason they are messaging me for payment of an outstanding amount. They have called me several times in which i told them i have not availed any loan for which they reply your reference was given. I don't know that person who gave my reference nor kissht verified the same from me. I want to file case against the person who has given my no. Without my consent. I am a senior citizen and they are mentally tourchering me. I am going to file police complaint against kissht and the fraud person for which kissht will be liable to disclose its identity.

            I had taken the loan long time back and every month made the payment on time.in the month of jan 2020 i lost my job and arranged the funds in order to make the payment.in the month of feb 2020 i could not get the job and installment is delayed. They started calling since 11/02/2020 for installment. They are dying for the money. These ppl called me on 11/02/2020 and i told them i will try to arrange the funds and make the payment by end of the month. The # lady again called on 13/02/2020 and abused me, she called my relatives my wife and she was so rude which i have the call recordings. I reported the matter as fir with mumbai police and delhi police. I challenge them to take the money out from me now. When i raised my voice then the lady called me last week and said they have given the final warning to the ladies who misbehaved. I demanded them to terminate the girls. Now again from last 2 days they are calling for installment and like beggar. When i sent them the email to waive/reverse the charges they denied. Now i will make the payment as per my choice and i will fight with them. Dont get scared from these # organisations which will try to trap the customers and misbehave. We took the loan for our convenient not to get humiliated and abused.in india who have given the bloody rights to do so. The govt sucks and they never take any action against them.

            As per our system record, you had started to bounced your EMI since the month of July and you had made only 3 repayments on time.

            Whenever our team had called you for payment you had always given the false promises for repayment.

            Still, as per your complaint, we had escalated the matter to our team and had arranged an apology call for you.

            You had accepted the call and we have given the final warning to the executive because as per the call recording share by you, our executive was not abused you or any of your references. Even you and your references have abused the caller. But as we have informed that executive was rude on call so we had issued a warning letter to her.

            Your claim for dues waiver has been rejected because you have bounced so many EMI and this is not the first one. We could waive off your charges if this was your first bounce. Also, the details related to the dues can be a check on the website.

            As per the current update, we have received your EMI payment but dues charges are still pending. Kindly make the payment as soon as possible to avoid any additional charges and credit issues.

              I am writing with utter dissatisfaction that the recovery agents land up early sunday morning dated february 23, 2020. Inspite of assuring the agent that the amount will be paid asap, they turn up every single day for collecting the money and threaten my mother.

                Hi.
                I have availed a loan of 6k from kissht and for the repayment - since i cudnt pay on time, i asked for some extension.
                But the collection team is now calling all my contacts and harassing them.
                Not sure how they can do this.
                If this do not stop the i will have to wruth to banking ombudsman.
                I have already sent an email to [protected]@kissht.com but till now no one has replied. I have provided my details also in the email.

                  Hey team this is sagar avhad from thane as i had a problem in last week so i was not able to pay your whole due but just it was 1 day due as your executive i have received the call from this number [protected] saying that he is from recovery agent as i have paid some due of 500rs because i was not having sufficient balance and this person he started saying that you are fooling us and abused.. Just cross check my records team i have taken number of time a loan but before due date i have repaid just for 1 day due.. And as you know i am the collection manger for nbfc so i know how to deal it handling npa and writee off bucket and also 90 bucket.. Kindly find the recording and screeen shot below.. Need a result on this.

                    They are fraud and hack your contacts. I have not paid one emi for which i asked for time. They were not ready for it. They started giving threatening calls to my contacts and will lie and harass them. Which is pathetic. If you want to money start begging but never take loan from this company.                       I have paid kissht loan of 5087/-rs and it has been closed. Since i have paid, i hope that i will not get a threatening call. I am getting a call from a girl from kissht ([protected]) company yesterday evening 17:43 pm. I have said to her that mam i have paid your loan than she was very angey and abusing me continue... After abused to me (I was weeping on phone) than she says that i am talking to dawood ibrahim's company and you have taken money from dawood ibrahim's company. Deposit money or else the whole family will be killed immediately. Such a call comes from your company and a girl is doing all this.

                      I am extremely sorry that i have taken loan through kissht.
                      Please save me and my family.

                        Hi,

                        My registered number on flipkart is [protected]. I have purchased few items from flipkart on jan19 using flipkart pay later. I couldn't make the payment on time and my flipkart account got deactivated. I was unable to login into my account. I tried so many times but i was unable to login. I contacted flipkart and asked them to unblock my account as i have to clear my dues but they didn't listen to my problem. Now i got a call from kissht executive saying that your total amount is due of inr 3389. This is totally unacceptable. Why would i pay 2400 interest charges on the actual amount of inr989. It was not my fault. It was flipkart fault. You can also check my email history which i have sent to flipkart. I have sent numerous emails to flipkart to activate my account but no positive response till now. My payments are always on time and i don't want to spoil my relationships with banks. I would like to clear my dues. Would request you to please waive off penalty charges

                          I availed some of insta loans from this application but after repaying of this loans still i am finding no updation of the loans on my cibil i mailed them regarding this 10-15times, i got replays like

                          2. Your loans will be update in the week please check out your latest report after a week, it's been 1 and half month now

We where forwarded your concern to our concern team we will respond you once they respond us, it's been 1 month now attaching some screenshots please prefer that and let me know when your updating it and now i don't want lies rather i have some options to contact nbfc rbi guidelines

Daily I am getting robocalls from different numbers saying there is a default of XXX amount and legal action will be initiated . This is a harassment for nothing as I have no business with these guys .

                              With due respect, with whose permission Kissht company is stealing the contact and hacking the phone.
                              Is there any RBI guideline has been given to them to steal the phone contact and try to harass the people from the contact list if some unable to pay the amount due to emergency. And while transferring the amount they will mention you can pay withing two year. And after dispersing the amount with huge deduction they will start harassing with 15 days.
                              I want to understand who has given to right to steal the contact from phone and given consent to harass the people from contact list.

                                kissht hack all your contact no and data from kissht app

                                Kissht is one of the biggest fraid company. This company hack all your phone data and contact numbers, if you are not able to pay emi on time they start calling to all your contact number, and even their employee abuse and threat over the phone, one of the biggest disgusting and fraud person Rakesh srivastva from kissht finance, he abuse over phone and threat..i paid one emi via paytm, its been 5 months, still they haven't updated yet, .....

                                This company is continuously giving call to my brother and told him that they will call all my contacts saved in my phone and they download my contacts without my permission... My brother already told them to call after 7 as i am only available after 7 but they are continuously using bad language...

                                  I availed a loan of approx rs 148000 from kissht to buy jewellery on caratlane. But i returned two rings as they were not as i expected. Thus, i initiated a refund with caratlane and the loan amount that was refunded by caratlane worth approx rs34000 for two rings is not yet refunded by caratlane by 17 of jan 2020.                                     Have taken loan from kissht finance company and i am paying emi every moth on time but few month i am not able to pay emi on time if the date crosses they hacked and un lawfully access my phone contacts database and calling to my family member friends and others people... The worst finance company i ever seen... Please take action against them... How dare they have access my ph contacts and they are threating them including me also and using slang languages also hamper my reputation also. Please take action against mr. Abhay singh rathod
