I had ordered a pendant from caratlane (In sep 2017) availing a loan from sri creva kissht. But the order was cancelled immediately. The product was never received by me. Caratalane has confirmed this through mail. But still the loan is showing as active in my cibil report. And therefore the cibil score is very low. I had mailed the details to kissht and caratlane so many times. There was no reply. Attaching the cibil report screen shot for reference.

    misbehaviour and abusive language by collection agents

    A friend of mine had taken a loan kissht. As she has lost her job she was unable to honor her commitment. However the intentions are clear. The emi due is only for 1 month.       I have make payment of my loan rs 2800
      On 25th jan which i have paid rs 2821 through upi from mobile no[[protected]] on phonepay and my registered mobile no on kishht ap is [[protected]] but my repayment status is still ahowing pending please look into this matter as my due date is coming closer i have tried to reach to customer care my mails and on phone but no one is responding to me.

        I have taken a loan of 2800 which i have to pay 2821 and i have paid it through upi id which is given by them by phonepay but in app repyament status is still showing pending but by money is deducted and payment confirmation is done, i have mailed various time in their given email addres and try to contact with coustomer care but no respone is given from them, now i want to reaolve this problem immediately

          Mene KISSHT app se kai Bar Loan liya hai or Har Bar Time par Repayment kiya.
          Lekin is Bar family problm ki vajah se Repayment nhi kr paya.
          Aapke coustomer executive bahut jyada missbehave krte hai is vajah se me call attend nhi kr pata...

          Apka repayment me Late fees k sath kar dunga but Coustomer se esa behaviour kon krta hai.

            Without having any finance related document, kissht collection agency officials from mumbai (No.[protected]/921) are repeatedly calling for repayment of loan which was never taken.

            They are extorting me, using abusive language and even calling my relatives - don't how they get those numbers. This is extreme threat to one's privacy and harassment to the highest extent.

            They must be doing this with other people as well and their harassment can result in 'undesirable events'. Will they take the responsibility? This must be looked into and immediately stopped.

                Respected sir,
                I took lone from kishtt app on 17 jan 2020
                Loan amount 3, 650.00 and i paid rs. 3, 732.16 /- on date 22nd jan 2020 before 10 days of my first emi instalment. The amount got deducted from my bank account i received the message of payment successful, email confirmation too. But the problem is when i opened the app it still shows your loan amount is due and when i clicked on that it shows 0 rs. Of the repayment amount. Status shows ongoing but when i checked paid status it shows paid. Now please make it fast and close my loan amount window because i have paid it. I tried to call customer care from yesterday but no response from their side. I want my loan window to be closed immediately.

                    They scyn my all contact and calling them just because i am unable to receive call in bcz my mobile is lost and need to reapply sim, But they called my all contact grand father and threaded against me, is this right?
                    These kind of app are helpful sometimes when you need money but if you delay in payment they act like criminals this is wrong

                    and i was emailed, call many time but they not answering my call even i was report on helpdesk but they was not reply me and without giving any answer closed support ticket.

The transaction made between kissht and paytm i was not aware of it. And you dont care about customers that you dont send acknoladgement to them.                             I recently opted for Kissht Amazon Voucher of Rs.6013, I also made the payment of 992 as a downpayment. But I am unable to use the voucher as it is nowhere in the app or website. Moreover, the app is showing "Your application is pending" after clicking on that it's showing " An email has been sent to your Email Adress to provide more documents to start processing loan"
                            But I have not received any mail regarding this.
                            I tried calling their customer to complain number but got no response from there too.

                            Either proceed with the loan or proceed with the refund.

                              Documents uploaded before payment are approved and since i have done the payment documnets are showing in processing its been more 4days already getting no support or info about the purchase

                                    Hi,
                                    I placed an order from kisht and did downpayment of 5145 rs. After the payment my application is stuck in process. Getting no response from support chat email or calls.
                                    Documents uploaded before payment are approved and since i have done the payment documnets are showing in processing its been more 15 days already getting no support or info about the purchase
                                    Please refund or process my aplication.

                                    Once you will receive the confirmation after that we suggest you to Kindly visit our application wherein you will find the refund option.

                                    There are two options for Refund--one is NEFT which takes 3 business days and the other is Original mode of refund--which takes 5-7 business days!!

                                    We will refund your amount according to your Preference.

                                    If you will not select any refund option within 24 hours then we will process your refund via the original mode of Payment i.e in the same mode of payment which you have paid to us.

                                    Please note that the business days do not include Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.

                                      My registered no is [protected], i have cancelled my loan process it's already passed 5days, i didn't receive my down payment refund amount of 1396, i am regularly calling to support and also wrote much mail, but i didn't get any response even single reply,, there customer care said i will be refund by 24 hours, but it passed 3days, i didn't get refund even single response from there side, they don't reply on mail also don't receive call, now i am total frustrated
