They scyn my all contact and calling them just because i am unable to receive call in office hours and i already promised that or you convert my loan into emi or give me some time to repay this with interest. But they called my mother grand father and threaded against me, is this right?
These kind of app are helpful sometimes when you need money but if you delay in payment they act like criminals this is wrong

    I have took a laon of 5300 rupees from kissht. Due to some reason i m unable to pay my emi. The company started contacting any one of my contact list. I requested you to please give me some time and don't call anybody. This is violation of customer privacy policy and i will raise this compliment. I am ready to pay all amount. But don't call anybody of my contact list.

      My name is md yamin lamba ive took a loan from kissht company my repay date was 29/12/2019 due to salary issue i couldn't repay this amount and now i am getting threatening calls everyday plus this company called my father aswell which is really not valid so i request you to stop calling my father no otherwise ill lodge a complain for harrasment plus ill pay as soon as possible and kindly if there is any option to make any minimum balance to extend the time to repay then i am ready to do that

        Good day sir/madam
        My name is aditya kumar and my registered mobile number is 84*04 (Please find the number in your database). I applied for flipkart e-voucher of rs 6000 on 05/01/2020. After filling all the details i paid the processing fees and downpayment amount as you can see in the screenshot. But i am a freelancer and most of transaction is done by cash so i can't provide the bank details as it will be useless. So i want to cancel my application. I tried to contact your team on you customer care number but didn't get response from your side. I also contacted you on freshchat by kissht but no one replied.
        I request you to please cancel my application and refund the processing fees and downpayment amount as soon as possible. It will be very helpful.

          I get loan amount 3500rs but i last 2 loan i was pay properly this time only i missed my payment they calling and taked rude behavior and beg ur friends and relatives pay the loans how they was talk to like this i have all record i will fill fir i will drag they all to court they are doing illegal finance,

          Finally crossing the limit they call to my relative and friends rudely talked about my loans, how could do like this

            Iam ur existing client ms. Shairi kaur. I was purchased mobile from ur kissht fianance. My payment of rs.4618/- was bounced this month also due to fiancial issue. I have received a call from ur collection team no. [protected] and talked with ur collection maneger of mr. Ganesh.
            Is very rude behaviour my family member. I was already told that i will be pay the amount on 30th bz my payment was delayed. But this person not listen to me. I have send a multiples time mail ur team by no one give the proper resulation

            Currently. My payment was pending due too no received any apologies from ur team side. All executive was come for payment only and talked rudly. Pawan said. Aake pass roti kahane ke liye bhi paise nahi hai. Noitce send kar rahe hai aur forcefully payment mag rahe hai.

            I'm not given a single penny when i not received a apologize from ur team side in my all nos and after that settlement this amt. Bz i have a lot of bears finance loss from ur executives.

            I want a settle this case in court only.

              I'm a Customer of kissht Now they have made Harrassment for me Calling my contacts and asking money taking rude with them will they give money if you have guts call me and harrass me i dont mind and one thing of you keep on Harrassment i will not pay any money one thing who gave the permission to call my contacts without my permission ?? If you do more i will complaint against you in near by police station.. Sure

                    i also trying to connect customer care daily over phone but it busy all over day and requestin call back but till now after 1 month i din`t get any call back

                      I want to inform you people that some other person has taken a loan from you people putting my number .Hence my credit score is getting impacted.

                      The other details belong to the that person Only.
                      Please take some necessary action as this is a fault of you people that you don't confirm the number with a Call..Also the Customer care number you guys have provided is not of any use as no one is available to address the call

                      Please take the case on priority as if no action have been taken, will escalate it to next level.

                        I have to inform that from yesterday i have received so many arrogant calls from Kissht Finanace, Vikhroli.

                        They said someone taken loan from them with my reference. without my conformation how is possible to given the loan. how can i will responsible to bear that.
                        Recovery executive call me repeatedly and said we call u only because reference it you. is it valid can any buddy say. how to approve this type of Finance agency and this type of loan.
                        executive said u will see you. this is small amount we will make big amount for your name then what.

                        this this common sense without confirmation can not give any loan or credit. they have no document and evidence still sail we have reference of your no. we will call you only but not give any evidence or proof of reference.

                        i have to inform this kind of person or finance agencies are unauthorized service given or taken this one kind of fraud work doing.

                        I want to take some action by RBI, this type of agencies are making full to the peoples for his business.

                        The reason for you receiving a call is that a particular loan customer must have given your number by mistake as a reference person's contact while taking the loan.

                        As you claim to be not related to the customer, we provide our sincere apologies for calling your number.

                        Meanwhile, it is not possible for us to trace the loan account by this details. Once we get the loan details OR registered mobile number of the customer, we will instruct our team to not call you for that respective loan. Being said that we request you to kindly take the loan details (loan id OR contact number of customer) from the calling executive if you again receive a call from the executive and then just pass on those details immediately to us on email to [protected]@kissht.com / [protected]@kissht.com. As soon as we receive the customer's details, we will immediately stop all calls being made to your number for the said loan account.

                          This makes it difficult for the customer to get loan approvals in the future. Therefore, it is recommended that the customers do not default on their payment and maintain a healthy credit score.

                          A healthy credit score has a lot of benefits such as low-interest rates, high approval amount, easy and quick approval process, etc.

                              I just received call from recovery and they are very arrogant the lady who spoke with me says that she'll make my whole family beg on roads and make us life miserable.

                              Is this how you speak to ur customers she has told many words that i can't even mention here and she is blackmailing me that she'll call my relatives and inform that i'm begging for money what a worst way to treat ur customers. I'm planning to raise an fir for verbal harassment and blackmail in my local police station and court. If my relatives get a call from you ill make sure it is done.

                                Hi Sir this is praveen saini. I applied for loan through kissht app befor 15 days ago and My last repayment date was 12/12/19 . but instead that I paid on 11/12/19. I have shared payment details to your customer executives My register mobile number is [protected] but till now payment is not updated and also your executives still calling me for same

                                Maine to payment kar diya hai 15ko upi kiya tha mere account se kat gya hai aur kissht ke 10agents ko mai bta chuki hu but meri koi sunwai nhi kar raha hai aur meri family ko torcher kar rahe hai

                                  I was wishing to buy something from amazon using kissht.

                                  They can't even keep the application properly running, but will charge 10% of the product which you are going to buy and some service charge.. I applied a emi of rs 6999/-.

                                  Before the emi it said me to pay 10% amount of the product and some rs 454 as processing fees. Fine i paid that too.. But now you they are asking me to upload my documents, for some kinda final approval. If my loan wasn't fully approved how could you charge me 10% of my product which i am buying and your loan processing fees...?? And now when i am trying to upload my documents.. Its showing that its in process? They say that the documents will be uploaded within 5min.. But from last 1hr my money is stuck somehwere.. And still now i didn't got a confirmation of my order... And the bank account is not even adding...

                                  When i try to call your customer care executive, no one will pick the call, even i had said to call back to me still no one called..

                                      Hi i have informed the kissht but the executive talked very rude i'm paying all loan perfect but this time i got into trouble so not able to pay but the executive told talked to me very rude i will pay as soon as possible and he telling like made robery in kissht and run they don't know how to interact with the customer how will they get customer if they talk like this this has to be alert (Kissht manager)

                                      Necessary action has been taken against the employee.

                                      we want you to know that delayed or non-repayment of loan affects the CIBIL score of the customer.

                                      This makes it difficult for the customer to get loan approvals in the future.

                                      Therefore, it is recommended that the customers do not default on their payment and maintain a healthy credit score. A healthy credit score has a lot of benefits such as low-interest rates, high approval amount, easy and quick approval process, etc.

                                      We suggest you to kindly make the repayment as soon as possible to avoid any CIBIL issue.

                                        Dear Team, my loan amount was 4533 due by 11 Dec 19, which i paid by Google pay due to some technical issue that time, i already update this with kissht team, but after 4 days time duration amount not to be cleared on kissht portal, that time they send msg to for worn leagal action, so i paid against 4700+ amount by my bank account to Kissht bank account that transaction was ok and i get the confirmation my kissht team.

                                        but problem is this which amount i was paid before this by google pay was also paid amount to kissht team, that amount i want to return back, i tried many times to kissht team but there is no responce, keam kindly do the need full as soon as possible.
