मैंने गलती से kissht finance से पर्सनल लोन ले लिया और ले लेने का बाद मैंने उसी दिन रिटर्न्स किया जितना पैसा मेरे account में आया था मैंने उतना ही उनको दिया ऊपर का प्रोसेसिंग फीस नही दिया उसके लिये kissht वालो इतना कॉल कर के परेशान किया और बात करने का तरीका एकदम बकवास जैसे लुक्खे टपोरी बात करते है उस टाइप का और बात ऐसे करते हैं जैसे उन्होंने 1000 या 2000 का लोन नही 1 या 2 करोड़ का लोन दिया है उन लोगों का बात करने का तरीका एकदम घटिया हैं मेरा ये पहला और आखिरी है आज के बाद मैं कभी भी kissht से कोई लोन नही लूंगा पर्सनल तो दूर की बात है लेकिन मोबाइल के लिए भी नही लूंगा।।।।।

    Me flipkart cardles credit account banya ta. Kuch problem ke kar use band kar diya company ne aur sara amount clear kara diya.. 1 year ho gye ye kissht bale bol rahe ki loan baro nahi tho court me case kar dege.. Yesi damki de rahe hai. Ye company fraud hai koi ise loan na le.. Jabi flipkart company se koi call nahi ayi.. Aur ye kissht bale phone pe damki de rahe... Ki loan bhare jab ki flipkart ki tarf se sab clear kar diya hai... Ki koi payment nahi kari muje... Aur ye third party se phone kara kara ke muje damki de rahi hai. Band karye is fraud company kissht ko

      As per our system record, we had submitted your ECS to the bank on 05/10/2019 for the auto-debit process but it got bounced due to insufficient funds.

      This is the reason late fees charges and bounce charges have been added to your account for both the loans.

      Our team was trying to get in touch with you from a long time but there was no response from your side.

      Kindly note that since your number is not reachable/not responding/switched off most of the time, our collection team has to finally call to your known contacts. Our team acquired these contacts during the field visits and the only intention behind calling them is that we want them to pass on the EMI reminder message to you for repayment of your outstanding amount because we do not want your CIBIL to be adversely affected due to late payments.

        I receive a call from kissht. Regarding payment of my emi. Due to some financial issues i am unable to pay. I understand it's been delayed but this is not the way to talk to the customer.
        I got those call recording with me to share.

        I believe company will look after their training and soon will make sure they remove such employees. They should improvise their quality.

        Thrz no option to add audio recording.

        But will explain in short.
        Person over call said he is a kissht employees not a third party he is a manager.
        He said pay your emi aaj ke aaj bhar nahi toh dekh.

        Forwarding this audio to the higher authority as well.

        Meanwhile, we have also observed that you have now paid the outstanding amount as well as the respective late fees and your loan has been Closed. We thank you for making these payments.

        While we have received the EMI and said charges from you, we do care about the negative impact that late payment can have on your credit profile. Because, if your Credit Score falls due to frequent late payments, then in the future when you need more loans, you may find it a bit difficult to get the same, as every lending institution relies on the customer’s credit profile before disbursing the loan.

        We will do our best to ensure that you do not face such experience from our collection callers in future and also request you to always ensure to pay your outstanding amount on or before the due date so that you can maintain a healthy track record and become eligible for more loans in future.

          I jus received a call from your customer service and when i told the person ill make the payments this monday he said do it now in abusive language and started calling my family and abusing them aswell... You took my contacts without my consent and now im sueing you for unethically obtaining my phone contacts and then abusing me and my family because of just abit of delay in repayment in the agreement its written you would charge delayed repayment and its fine wd me but calling me and my family and abusing is some other matter and im gonna repay u and even file a police complaint regarding threat calls to me and my family i have call recording of the person who abused me for police as evidence..

          it is strictly not acceptable for any caller to use any kind of inappropriate language while speaking to the customer. Even if the customer is using any such language it is the duty of the caller to not resort to any such practices.

            I had got several calls from one of the call centre executives when I was busy on another call, now when I picked up and said I’m busy on another call, I started getting calls from different numbers which was again the same guy, I blocked all his numbers and then he started doing wassup msgs and started abusing me, I can send the screen shot as I have his mags saved with me, I Kajal Singh took Franchisee of Khisst finance and my Husband Nikhil Biswas helps me in this .. I feel very humiliated and offensive after this kind of behaviour... originally he called me from ‭+[protected]‬ at 4:03 pm 14/10/2019 then he msgd me from two different numbers and kept on calling and harassing me from different numbers. Please take necessary action or else I shall complain the police and none of the outgoing calls were done from my side it was only incoming calls from his side so In legal terms he was harassing me .

              Loan approved. Even recieved mail and message that loan is approved.
              In application it showing that i need to pay an overdue also.
              But money not recieved in the bank. What the hell is happening with the support team.
              Calls they dont respond
              Whatsapp they dont respond. Is there any other way to connect to the support. Nothing is there in support.

                I tried to order a mobile from flipkart on monthly emi basis in no cost 6 months emi planning and they amount is rs7, 999/- only.
                But amount is rs 9, 527/- at 3 months emi to convert the planning in cardless credit so totally rs 1528/- extra payout for the purchase order how to i have paid this money in nessassery

                So please refund me the totally money

                  I placed an order at bluestone through kissht payment emi mode. And i paid an amount of rs6316 as down payment. To my surprise i have faced the worst online service no number to be reached and no info to be provided. Kindly refund my money asap.
                  I have called all the numbers that was being given to me to reach these guys bu all numbers are not getting through. It is so easy for them to fraud with people hard earn money.

                      I had taken loan which had over due which as per your collection calls i have already paid[protected]/- and my last emi was due and paid on aug'19, still its showing 1000 due in my principal amount, and for noc kissht asking me to pay[protected]/-, that too not sure that loan will be closed or not. This is litral fraud that nobody is in position to tell how does 1000 comes as due in my principal & no explanation for 2000/- due.

                        I ordered sunglasses by kissht application on flipkart in emi basis. Given my full details on step by step.in the last option of payment i will fill up my card details and payment was deducted to my account then, the message i have received that your loan status has not approved by kissht as your credit basis.

                              If any offers are available for you it will be shown on the home page of Kissht application so that any customer couldn't miss any offer.

                              Due to this reason you are unable to view your virtual EMI card and its details.

                              However, you can try to apply for the loan if the system allows you.

                                What a # type of services you are offering to the customer?
                                I am always making the payment on the loan account with charges after due date. I never defaulted to make the payment same month itself. I got the call from collections on 07/09/2019 w/o # " akshay bekare" and he abused the way i took personally loan from him or kissht bought me with the money i borrowed. If you ppl dont have the manners to speak to the customer and do respect them dont call us.

                                The # person think that he is owner of the company and he said to me "chutiya" dont force the customer to take action against the company because of rascals employees.

                                We are writing to you about the complaint raised by you with regard to your Loan ID - 1078756.

                                We have listened to the call recordings and it is strictly not acceptable for any caller to use any kind of inappropriate language while speaking to the customer. Even if the customer is using any such language it is the duty of the caller to not resort to any such practices.

                                Being said that, we request you to accept our sincere apologies in this matter. The said executive Mr.Akshya Bhekar has been clearly briefed on this whole incident and has been issued a warning letter to this effect.

                                Meanwhile, we have also observed that even though you paid your past 3 EMI’s late, you have always honored your promise to pay by 15th - 16th of the month and paid the EMI as well as the respective late fees and bounce charges. We thank you for making these payments.

                                While we have received the EMI and said charges from you, we do care about the negative impact that late payment can have on your credit profile. Because, if your Credit Score falls due to frequent late payments, then in the future when you need more loans, you may find it a bit difficult to get the same, as every lending institution relies on the customer’s credit profile before disbursing the loan.

                                We will do our best to ensure that you do not face such experience from our collection callers in future and also request you to pay your upcoming EMI’s on 5th of every month so that you can maintain a healthy track record and become eligible for more loans in future.

                                I have paid 2250 for my downpayment to kissht but It was rejected after I paid. They aren't making refund still. This is a fraud company and should be banned.
                                I've applied for Emily to buy air pods. After paying the down payment and processing fee it was asking some more details to submit. I don't have utility bill and cheque. Please kindly return my money. Thankyou

                                  I've placed a order through kissht. I've paid 10195 rs as down payment & processing fees. But my loan approval process they rejected so i tried to cancel my order. But i cant cancel my order. From kissht mobile app i've tried to cancel my order but it does't cancel. I've triend so many times to contact kissht management and mailed so many times also send message on kissht whatsapp but i didn't get responcenot a single time.

                                      I had loan#1090386 with kissht. This is my second loan with kissht and i had been their customer since 2018. I had just made them an enquiry from kissht about change of date of emi payment. However, when they told that there are charges, i declined and emailed them that no date change is needed and i will manage to pay on designated date. I still have those emails with me.

                                      The date change never occurred and they charged rs. 250 to my account and when i inquired what that is about they said it is from the past loan which is already closed. I still have those emails from me. Imagine being told you are charged for a loan which you closed many months back and got noc for the same.

                                      I simply made an inquiry how much date change request would charge. They levied the charges though i clearly have email stating not to do any date change.

                                      Their customer support just ignores my calls and emails. For anyone interested in more details, please email me at [protected]@yahoo.com. I have several emails showing fraud and negligence by kissht. Their customer support has the best way to deal with clients, just to ignore them. Promise them call backs and never call back. Fraud company. Don't do any business with them else they will put unexplained charges on your account.
