[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — koovs cancelled my order without any notification | |
Order i'd :7136200. Koovs cancelled my order without any reason stated. I purchased on black friday sale which koovs heavily marketed. After few days of ordering the order got automatically cancelled. I contacted customer care where they said that they have the right to cancel order without informing and they have cancelled orders in bulk of many people. Koovs false marketed black friday sale as they didn't have anything to give. They cheated customers and such a disgrace by this low level company.. I want my order back.. Even if it is not in stock, i want all my orders... Was this information helpful? | |

They told me to place New order, , my friend is facing same issues.. Gave me 40% off coupon when i purchased the goods at 70-60% off... This site is zero on consumer satisfaction+ worst e commerce website.

The same thing happened with me as well...very annoying. The coupon they provided doesn't work on the products which are on sale...I totally agree with Kushal on this one...
The WORST experience with KOOVS...useless customer care service and it seems their team is a robot sending emails with no sincere apologies or courtesy to understand and address the issue.
I would give them ratings in MINUS, if that was an option!!!
