[Resolved] Koovs — my return exchange order have not delivered yet

I have have placed return exchange order but it almost a month passed i still not get my exchange order the quality checked of my exchange order is also done at your warehouse but still i not get any mail or message of my order please work for my order am heartly requesting you i am considering taking legal actions against koovs.
